Kfc in Winchester

Service was fast as only customer, however the server was outside smoking when i arrived , she didnt bother washing her hands when serving me , the foor was terrible chicken tasted old and overcoooked the chips were cold and stale very diappointed will not return overalll poop

i spent 11 pound on this mighty bucket for one and its portions have always been bad. My wings are the size of popcorn chicken bro… Even the chips are cold

Chicken was raw. Loads of pink in the chicken. Absolutely disgraceful. I had eaten part of the skin on it and praying I don’t get ill as I have a child to look after! Won’t be going here ever again!

Awful. Half the order arrived and then Lucy the manager blamed Uber. But Uber doesn't put the food in the bag ! No apologies on KFC part and then blocked our number. So money stolen and no apology.

Worse KFC in uk service so bad you always expect missing few items unprofessionally made burgers in Winchester always check they are a cheat.

So, so, so slow. At least five members of staff working and for almost five minutes I was the only order on the board. No one was moving, just chatting - but also no one spoke to me to explain - I'd have understood if there had been something being cooked. Then five orders stacked up and the staff began to move so slowly. Very frustrating. We then got our food and it was terrible - over cooked chicken and the worst KFC chips I've had. I asked for 7up and ended up with horrible water or end of barrel rubbish. Very poor experience all round.

Winchester kfc has the nicest staff. One girl who is called Ellie she is amazing, she always smiles, and she is so helpful and friendly. She is the best is the whole store. I love going in when she is working. She should be the manager of this place.

Waited well over 40 mins absolute joke. slowest staff ever that had no sense of urgency at all. Terrible terrible terrible

The staff are literally so rude and quite clearly don’t care. They were just stood around chatting and both machines were broken. I stood waiting and had to physically get their attention to which I was greeted with a what do you want. Never coming here again. One member of staff needs to be sacked.

I ordered KFC through delivery. The food was disgusting and awful I ever seen burger burnt and 3 lots of chips burnt small size I ordered medium which I didn't get drinks are not cold and sweetcorn missing and popcorn chicken was hard and rubbery they been re cooked or warmed up again it was just disgusting and salad box mixed up.. I paid £35.94 for that order. I made my complaint and I will be getting a refund plus I rang KFC store the manager was awful put the phone down on me. I will never buy from them again. I would not even feed my dog that food because it was that bad and I took pictures before I thrown everything away in my bin. Made a complaint to main head office of KFC. Disgusting food don't buy nothing from there

Gave kfc another chance again but was give the wrong order after waiting for an hour,in addition to that the chicken strips were badly cooked and chewy, refused to help even though we called within the opening hours, did not refund the money, and refused to pick the phone when we called to complain about the order

I don't know why I eat food from here apart from it being the only KFC for miles. The fries were awful and cold as was the chicken. We couldn't eat the beans as no utensil provided. Shoddy service, no seats and basically not fit for service!!!

I have used this KFC twice now, on both occasions they have missed an entire meal from the order - staff dont seem to care that this is technically theft.. Check your order carefully before leaving!

Served my friend then she made me wait 15 minutes before taking my order while my friend has already recieved his food and she was just rude about it then they also charged me again for the same transaction the next day which I've had to report to my bank. Avoid at all costs.

The staff where sweet and apologetic when they had big orders to fill, try I gotta to get them done quickly without panic. The food when it came was still nice and hot and tasted amazing. I would recommend getting food there if your craving some good old chicken That’s why they say it’s finger licking good

Hard to say whether the staff, management or other customers, but this 'restaurant' should be avoided at all costs, unless you enjoy a hostile atmosphere and being insulted, accused and threatened while you eat. You would need to be starving to tolerate the ignorant attitude permeating throughout this dining experience!

Very rude person on the till He not even greeting the customer . We were standing and waiting for us to be served the man on the till served the out customer instead of serving us Won’t be coming back to this KFC again

Let’s be honest. When you order a KFC to be delivered you’re not expecting fine dining. You’re expecting a bucket of grease and starch to soak up the hangover and the despair. The very least you do expect is for the food you ordered to be the food you get. My meal was missing the two hot wings they’d promised and I’d paid good penny for. My boyfriend’s zinger burger had a stale bun. Not that that stuff could mould. It just gets whiter and harder. We ordered one fries and got 3! Probably to make up for the missing chicken they couldn’t be bothered to throw in the deep fat fryer. I called them. For lol’s more than anything and the friendly chap said I should call deliveroo for a refund and that he would make sure to pay more attention in future. Poor love. You could almost hear the broken dreams in his voice. Right, well better get back to my microwaved pot of mash and get stirring before it solidifies. Again. I wouldn’t mind but £24. Really? Oh! The Pepsi Max was nice. Good times. Jesus.

2 x half portions of dried cold chips served with two pieces of chicken that was pink inside and dripping with grease and oil. Absolutely avoid at all coats

The Lady that I believe was in charge was very rude she put all the chicken in together hot spice wing in with the normal chicken. When I went back in there to complain because I can't have spice food she said you should of said you wanted it separate. it was cold and very greasy

My friend was excited for KFC, I wasn't sure as I've never had a good experience. That track record continued here. I ordered some sides which didn't arrive, the bag was ripped, my food had been crushed and was cold upon arrival. Overall, completely disappointing. Would expect better from a chain restaurant. Wouldn't recommend at all.

KFC is KFC, but this one is very small, just two tables, but its clean. The food gets out relatively quickly and tasts good.

Yo y 2 amigos estaban allí hoy entré en orden. Luego tomó 4 empleados para hacer 2 comidas y las patatas fritas estaban frías cuando se sirve. Cuando le devolvió la información al tipo que le pasó a la muchacha, no tenía idea de qué estaba mal. Hay una falta de comunicación. Al ver esto como clientes, se ve terrible. Incluso cuando tuvimos que gritar a través de lo que estaba mal con la comida. 4 personas solo de pie alrededor. Luego, cuando se hizo la segunda comida, no había patatas fritas en la freidora ni en la freidora. Parece que falta algo al tratar de servir al cliente comida rápida y caliente.

Nuestro hijo ama KFC y como un regalo lo llevamos. Nos estábamos quedando de vacaciones cerca y había llegado a Winchester. Tratar de encontrar KFC no fue fácil y tuvo que recurrir a la navegación por teléfono para encontrarlo. Al entrar, estaba sucio, desordenado, con los contenedores desbordados y con mucha comida en el piso. El personal, aunque amable y educado, era lento y cuando preguntamos sobre la clasificación de higiene, no parecían saberlo. La comida llegó caliente y sabía bien, si no hubiera sido por nuestro hijo, no habríamos hecho un pedido. Solo había 3 mesas y sillas pequeñas y una mesa alta con asientos más altos para sentarse. No hay mucho espacio y se veía mal cuidado y mantenido por dentro y por fuera. ¡Es una pena!

KFC has always been my favourite takeaway. Visited this restaurant several times and I've never been disappointed! Fast service, friendly staff and the chicken was great as always. Will be back for more. Highly recommended. :-)

Mientras el área era pequeña, el servicio era bastante rápido teniendo en cuenta que estaba lleno. Sin embargo, lo que más me impresionó fue uno de los cheques, que han permanecido en calma y cortés tratar con un hombre grosero que era pegándole gritos como la empresa ya no se vende un artículo determinado. Las mesas estaban limpias dos veces mientras yo estaba esperando, inmediatamente después fueron vacía.

The tables were unclean the orders mixed up the staff were fighting amongst themselves. . . Our order was wrong. I asked for our money back and no one could work the till to carry out this process

We don't eat from fast food places very often and the visit to KFC Winchester is a reminder why- cold food soggy chips and the smallest pieces of chicken known to man- seriously bite size portions in a bargain bucket wasn't like it advertises it...

KFC se supone que es una comida rápida. Visitamos la sucursal de Winchester el viernes por la noche para algunas alas y tuvimos que esperar al menos 25 minutos. Desafortunadamente las alas donde tan seco cuando finalmente llegó. Sin duda no vale la pena la espera. Algunos miembros del personal necesario para mejorar su higiene personal y el lugar también podría estar más limpio.

Me fui a esta un poco fuera del centro KFC que otro pollo y arroz fuerte, tal como se ha constatado en Bournemouth. . Pero con una cola y dos llegadas con carritos que podía ver, sería una coma hacinamiento. En cambio me fui casi en la puerta de al lado de China Town, un supermercado oriental con un café sin lujos. Excelente relación calidad-precio, pero no en Tripadvisor.
