KFC in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Great friendly service from Kevin. Star employee!!! Good food and hot and fresh. Definitely use this particular KFC again. Haven’t been to one in such a long time but this experience has encouraged us to return. Well done, Kevin and staff

I ordered my burger without lettuce, it came with lettuce and was virtually cold. I took it back and spoke to a chap at the counter who turned and walked away without a word. A lady soon came and agreed to a refund. She didn't ask what was wrong but I told her the food was cold. Almost as though that was impossible she said that all food was cooked fresh to order and handed straight out. There's no way that food was made for me otherwise it would have no lettuce and been hot. Refund issued and apology accepted. I only ever visit KFC when the memory of the previous rubbish experience has faded. Just across the road is McDs. Ate hot food for almost half the price served by a cheerful team.

As Costessy is so bad we’ve now started using Kings Lynn instead when we have a KFC. The two are poles apart. If you ever think it’s bad here then go to Costessy and you’ll see it’s actually not. That place is a hell hole now for some reason. I thought it only fair to rate it well here as I’ve not had a bad experience here.

Called in on way home as I hadn't been for a very long time and fancied a bit of KFC , but bit was very appropriate I ordered 2 piece chicken with chips and drink , cost me over £6 for 2 very small bits of chicken and the chips I counted 12 ( again very small ) certainly won't be back

Decided to give it another chance McDonald's was busy so I went in 4 cars in drive through 1 person in front of me and 2 families eating at tables the bins piled up and overflowing rubbish on tables and floors. Finally got served then waiting for the food took so long got home bargain bucket full of legs soggy chips and dry fillet burgers absolute rubbish

The cues were enormous. Drivethrough people were demanding money back after waiting over an hour for food outside there was a lack of gravey! I was gobsmacked with the waste fries piled up under the chip bag tray. This was tolerable but when fresh fries were placed at front so fries at back were cold!! When I arrived I saw staff open boxes on the to shelf ! The same boxes were still open and on the server 45 minutes later Never again. Worst kfc I have ever been to

It used to be good years ago but shame to see it go downhill, always get given with alot of missing items every time we order or go there, food doesn't taste great as it used to, staff don't care about anything.. This place should be closed down or rehire better workers with good knowledge and good work ethic

No customer service .... nearly walked straight out. Everything was a problem...nothing was positive at all. No chance of going back!

We drove into the drive thru and had at least eight cars in front of us. It took 3/4 of an hour to get to the order and pay window still with one car collecting in front, another 10 minutes later we got to the collection point and were asked to park in the car park where our food would be brought to us, another 15 minutes and we got our food. I could have cooked it quicker myself. Totally unbelievable.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent dining experience I had at your establishment located at Hardwick, Kings Lynn. I have been left thoroughly dissatisfied. The quality of the food served was far below the standards I have come to expect from KFC. The chicken was undercooked and cold, The fries were soggy, old, cold, and lacked flavor, and even the beverages seemed poorly prepared. This experience was not only disappointing but also disheartening, as I have always enjoyed the taste and quality associated with KFC. Furthermore, the service I received was subpar. The staff appeared disinterested, and the wait time for my order was longer than usual. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant seemed lacking in cleanliness. I believe in the reputation and brand value of KFC, and my recent experience does not align with the standards set by your company, I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address the issues at hand. I trust that corrective measures will be implemented to ensure the quality of food and service is restored to the high standards KFC is known for.

Don't bother cold chips wife's food is missing eating in as well. I'm eating my food wife is eating to be served. So I will finish mine before she gets back

We ordered a large mixed bucket that had the hot wings in and bone less chicken. in the drive thru queing for ages and cant get out the que had to order at the window then wait 14 minutes for the food very greasy it was running out the bottom of the bucket ? + if id wanted a load of drumsticks i would have asked for them !! the boneless pieces were very small one bite things, the chips portions were so small even 2 were not enough and they were only warm. the only decent thing in the whole bucket was the hot wings, this is the 2nd time and it will be the last disgusting rip off better go macdonalds and get a chicken burger. avoid

Unbelievably expensive drumsticks!!! Waited ages last Sunday, cost me 45 minutes of my day, tried again this Sunday, queued for 15 minutes didn’t even get to the front of the queue, truck driver only had 30 minutes break. Will never visit again, woeful service, avoid at all costs.

This KFC needs closing down. Food was disgusting. Was left waiting before being served. No napkins, barely anything on the menu. The screens with the menu were broken. No straws. Dirty floors and toilets. It has 5 stars from EHO dated 2021. I would be very surprised if it was really a one star.

There always seems to be an issue at This drive thru. The computer isn’t working again ! Stuck in a queue that I can’t now get out of. Always something not working or out of stock. Not the teams fault but for an international brand the restaurant can’t even serve the drive thru customers it’s not good enough and seems to be the accepted Kentucky norm. 30 mins for a simple meal at a drive through with no more than seven cars !!

I ordered the Col 4 piece variety meal, but the only drink was those with artificial sweeteners. I can not consume artificial sweeteners for health reasons. They swopped the drink for fries, which was good. I live about 6 minutes away and by the time I arrived home the meal was lukewarm. The chicken was dripping in oil and the four pieces were thighs, no variety. the fries were cold and had an odd taste. the fries that they replaced for the drink was mashed potato. In the end I binned the meal. Staff looked demoralised and dis-interested. I would avoid this KFC at all cost. There is a McDonalds across the road it has to be better.

Im local and the last 3 times I’ve either ordered or visited from here they’ve gave me the wrong order, wrong items and missing items. I’ve been given a refund for one out of three of the orders. I couldn’t even to begin how disgusting this restaurant is. How the restaurant is still running I don’t know. Had amazing KFC’s elsewhere though :). Ordered a large chicken fillet box meal plus 2 pieces of white breast meat, paid for it at the drive thru. Staff crammed the box meal into a kfc brown paper bag which was ripped, handed it to me through their window only for it to spill onto the floor, when i got home my chicken fillet was a piece of breast was not covered in the kfc coating of herbs ect, the 2 pieces of white breast turned out to be a rib and a drumstick, the only thing worth eating, apart from the coleslaw the whole lot went straight into the rubbish bin, in the whole debacle of a meal was the pre packed coleslaw. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE !!! a TOTAL RIP OFF.

Collected our order, questioned it yet again as the bag to me seemed be short of a box meal, oh no they all meals are in the bag. Right o, pull round to park up, 2 box meals, a fillet meal, so where's the fillet box meal. Go and speak to the drive thru lad, who went into speak to his Manager. The young lad came back out and said do you have your receipt, no they are not handing them out, so we said take the meals we will have our money back..So we asked to speak with the Manager, who never appeared, just left this poor lad to deal with a very irrate customer. Needless to say the young lad sorted out our missing meal and apologised for the mess up, he has more customer service skills than the so called gutless manager.

I've been to KFC 3 times since they reopened and they have managed to get my order wrong twice, missing 3 extra mini fillets first time and no popcorn chicken today, and before the lock down they equally as bad nearly wrong everytime, it's shameful how they get away with it.

App was not working so they say , so any deals i had on my kfc app , They will not honor. APP has been down for 5 weeks now.On the 1st vist they honor it, But on the 2nd vist they refused too . Me and brother went for kfc after working in garden all day. Thought we would have lunch tasted lovely but but 9pm me and brother both had the craps hot and cold sweats, we both threw up chicken and what looked like gravy. The chicken burger was very greasy and the chips were warm. The service from the waitress was excellent, friendly and helpful. The toilets are up 3 flights of stairs so wouldn’t recommend for elderly like myself

Terrible Meal. Firstly Oreo krushem was just over half full. Next the piece of chicken that you get with a big daddy meal was a wing. Half the drinks were ice not drink. The chicken fillet in the big daddy burger was flat as a pancake and looked grey?. The rice box had 2 sauces poured all over it so couldn't decide for yourself how much or how little you wanted. Chicken was dry and grey. The ladies toilet door did not lock so had to get someone to stand outside it. Left half of our food as inedible and had to buy drinks at B&M; as still thirsty. Will not visit again - really gone downhill from our last visit and very expensive for what you get.

Went through the drive thru over weekend. Member of staff in a filthy uniform was putting stuff in the bins, then when we got to the tills he was touching all the cooked chicken! No way did he wash his hands in between doing all of this! We couldn’t believe it. When we got home the gravy we ordered was in one congealed lump! I turned pot upside down and it all stayed in pot. This was disgusting, and hardly any chips. I normally love KFC’s, but unfortunately won’t be going back to this one. The management needs to sort this place out ASAP, the whole place was a shambles.

This KFC is awful after waiting 20 minutes for my meal from ordering through the drive through, I approached staff to ask where my order was..to be told they had just missed it off and carried on skipping my order.

We went to KFC and sadly there is not much on offer to keep with the times such as decaf drinks (I had to have water as I can’t have caffeine). There’s no opportunity to recycle any of the rubbish and a woman before us enquired about veggie option and nothing available. While this is a chicken place and I wouldn’t expect there to be a veggie option, in these times with competitive other fast food restaurants that are providing all these things KFC need to have a serious environmentally friendly re-think. Not very impressed. Poor service also, no idea what they had or if they even had water. Customers were ignored at the till and the poor one person who had been shoved on the till was unsure! Not good!

Why is KFC Kings Lynn always so slow? It doesn't matter what time of day this fast food outlet is everything but fast. A long queue at the drive through draws you into the store, only to find just as long a queue inside. A long queue waiting to order, a longer queue waiting for your order.

Food is cold and undercooked. Meals aren’t even prepared to how they should be- came 3 weeks ago and the toaster was broken come back today toaster still broken- half the stuff on the menu wasn’t available, and to top it off customer service is absolutely sh!t we was queuing for over 15 minutes with employees standing there staring at us and when we finally got served there was no apology. Will never be visiting again and recommend nobody else does.

You've been warned. Been here a couple of times in the last 6 months and it gets worse. Food is always barely warm, and service is beyond slow. I cant say much more other than that the food is awful and the service is even worse. I tried complaining to kfc about this branch as its the worst one I've ever been to but all you get is the usual 'sorry this falls below your expectations.' Falls below?? The only way this place would exceed my expectations is if I'd spent the last year eating out of bins.

I've given up on this place. I can never get what I want. They have run out of lettice so I couldn't have a chicken fillet, sweet corn so I had to have gravy (which I don't eat) orange juice so I had to have a fizzy drink (which I hate), Bacon so I couldn't have their new bacon cheeseburger meal. No Salt for the fries. They hardly ever have any tomato sauce. It's common to drive up to the drive through and see a little note on the menu saying "out of stock". And all this is months after their supply problems so is just down to incompetence.

Waited 20 minutes for food. Got the food home and they had forgotten the bloody gravy. And now they won't answer the phone.

The drive thru is really slow and caused gridlock backing onto the main road when we visited. Chicken pieces were very greasy but the zinger burger was nice. Staff were really friendly though.

Just got home with a takeaway kfc that our daughter treated us to! Meals for five of us all sides missing no sweet corn , no beans no coleslaw :( yes we can do without but that’s not the point! It’s not as if they were busy. I wasn’t too angry but having tried to call 3 times no answer not happy!

KFC is a treat for us and we popped in today for lunch. Staff were rude and offish, boxes and rubbish stacked everywhere which is off putting to say the least. To be fair the food we received was hot and ok but was not what we ordered. When we went to ask for the right order we were told they were busy. Made the best of it and left.

Visited on Friday 19th October hoping this would be better than previous visits but obviously not! Place was not overly busy yet all tables were filthy and food and packaging littered the floor. Decided this was totally unacceptable so left and went across the other side of road to Mc Donalds which was much busier but tables were clean and whole experience much better. Perhaps staff at KFC should go over road for training.

Went there first thing in the morning just as they were opening. Very bad smell as entered, floor was absolutely filthy as were the tables. decided to walk back out again and drive off. My impression was if the floors and tables were dirty and there was a bad smell floating about then what was the cooking area like and how good was the food they were serving. Decided not to take a chance.

After a very long wait with 40 other people I finally got home to find half my order was wrong and chips were cold. Tried calling store but no joy. Will Avoid in future

Went here as we thought it would be quick meal but 20 minutes just in the drive though queue was not the case.

We are here on a Monday evening. The restaurant was not overly busy however there were hardly any clean tables. There had been a spillage (which I am hoping was drink!) on the floor and a load of blue paper roll had been placed on top of it and left.

KFC must deliberately pump the smell of the chicken cooking out into the nearby car parks to entice you in and it worked. Clean restaurant young staff but seemed to know what they were doing. And as usual for KFC the chicken is awesome but they do seem to run out of things. No Pepsi or coleslaw on this visit and no gravy on the previous visit hence 4 stars not 5

Wish I'd read previous reviews before we decided to eat here. Worst KFC I've ever been in. We were on holiday and as we have eaten in various KFCs we thought this would be OK. Service and food was just about acceptable but tissues, sauces and other condiments lacking and the Restaurant was filthy. So were the male toilets. After my husband described the state of them I decided not to even try the Ladies. We had to eat in as we didn't want to eat in the B&B; or the car. Told two staff members about the state of the eating area. Eventually just sat at the cleanest table available to eat - others had been cleared but not wiped down.

Same old same old KFC you get what you pay for but they do have some very sexy Female staff they are worth the vist in themselves.

Went to front door at 2230 it was locked. So I got back in my car and went in the drive . Time now 2234. Was informed by intercom they had cooked all there chicken .
