Frankie and Benny's in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

My partner and I ordered a meal yesterday evening through uber eats around 8pm. Our food was delivered about 9:10pm and we opened our food to see our order was not only wrong! Plus the fries we ordered were pale, hard and very undercooked! The cheese burger was meant to be plain and it comes covered in mayo sauce I'm allergic too! The meal was inedible... The restaurant closed at 9pm but my partner called them the second we saw our meal wasn't correct, they answered the phone and we explained what happened then they hung up!! I called them back instantly and they never answered. I called over 10 times and they still didn't answer. So my partner drove to the restaurant and the staff members were still inside but locked the doors, he knocked on the door and told them what happened. They said there's nothing they can do!!Absolutely appalling!!

Click and collect meal due to Covid restrictions, food was cold and inedible. Burger disgusting, chips and garlic bread stone cold and onion rings soggy and cold. Luckily my wife ordered a different choice which was also cold but apparently not as bad as mine. Really very disappointed as this was a treat for our wedding anniversary and certainly not cheap. Won’t be bothering again

Alternate tables only in use and service was speedy and friendly - food better than an earlier experience of F & B's in Barnsley. Full rack of ribs excellent.

We had a great experience at lunch time today. Our mains came in around 10 minutes and desserts the same so we spent just under an hour there which was ideal for our fairly busy day. The food was delicious and very reasonably portioned to the point where we sadly had to leave some to leave room for dessert which was equally as good.Our server Paige was lovely she was very attentive and happy, we will be returning!

Good food, good service, good atmosphere and good value! Also as well a cleaning and masks etc. all the server held the plates with a napkin so their hands never actually touched the places. Not something I have seen in any other restaurant so far.

We are a family of six that visited today for lunch, the food was lovely but what most impressed us was the lovely waitress, I asked a gentleman for her name as in all honesty we have never had such a warm, smiley welcome from any restaurant that we have visited before, she was really lovely and an asset to your company, a big thumbs up for Paige from all of us! ( I hope I’ve remembered her name correctly so just incase I haven’t she has really dark hair and tattoos) Keep smiling Paige

I recently visited this restaurant for a catch up with friends! I was really impressed with their attitude and commitment to the coronavirus regulations and felt that this is one of the safest places that I have visited! The food is good (presentation wasn’t up to much!) in taste and served in a timely fashion with polite staff. My whole bill came to £15 and that was for three courses and two drinks.

The fish was disgusting, batter soggy and stodgy. Ribs had hardy any meat in them. Chips not much better. Really disappointed. Staff were pleasant and helpful! Won’t be going back!

I had Prawn Davalo, very bland, apart from the chilli, which was needed, as no other taste. My husband had ribs which were quite OK.

I had to leave a review because my complaints just seem to fall on deaf ears. I went to f&bs this morning for breakfast and to be honest the food was awful. Beans stone cold, eggs barely cooked all snotty and cold. The bacon I could use as a door stop and the toast only cooked or should I say cremated on one side. Mushrooms were all shriveled, dry yet nuclear hot. This is really getting to me now as probably the last 4 times I've been here the food has been slightly passable once. I think I need to try and find a new breakfast eaterie.

I went here recently with a few friends from work. The food was really good and they had plenty of choice for our vegan friend which he was very suprised at as most places have fairly limited options. All food came out together and all were still hot, which I know must be difficult to do seeing as there was 10 of us all ordering fairly different items from the menu. The staff were all friendly and offered very good service and all the food was delicious.

Lovely food and great service with a smile from the waitress Jo. Couldn’t be more helpful and made it easy to order with my allergies .

Waffles were like stones and lattes were just plain coffee with a little bit of milk, waitress was the grumpiest thing and it was a waste of £21

We went as a family, childrens meals were ok but the adults meals were awful. We had to wait 45mins inbetween starters and main despite prompting the staff. The food when it arrived was cold and below average. When we spoke to the staff we were told it was because they were busy! What a ridiculous answer to bad service , we will never visit again and will also tell our friends not to bother. A real shame as it used to be a treat to look forward to

Whilst travelling back home we called in at this restaurant, plenty of space to park, we hadn't booked and was seated straight away, staff were very pleasant, polite and didn't rush us, we did not have to wait too long for our meal, it was very good, having a starter and mains, we had a chicken burger and pork ribs, both were lovely and enjoyable, overall a pleasant experience, and would call there again when there next.

Recently we had a major power cut we decided to go to frankie and benny kings lynn the atmosphere is always pleasant the staff very good and attentive , the food we ordered was ok the main thing by the time the food was put on the table it was nearly cold totally so by the time we ate it we do question prices but get very despondent we food you pay is below standard please management observe

Visited Frankie’s with my mum and husband, we were very politely served by Jo who went above and beyond to make us happy, food was delicious too 😁 look forward to our next visit.

Great food and excellent service.We are regular visitors to this restaurant and never fail to be impressed with our experience.The staff go out of their way to ensure that the service is exemplary, with special mention being reserved for Fran who was our server for today.

Not impressed with the new menu. I need to be gluten and dairy free, only had 3 choices. Went for the prawn diavolo. The pasta was hard, and there was only 5 prawns! Certainly not worth the price. Probably say that it's my last visit to frankie & bennys.

my mother and I came to have dinner at the restaurant tonight and we were served by Kirstyn, best service we had in a while, usually everything is quite rushed and we feel pressured to order quickly but this time we were given time and were made to feel comfortable especially my mum has her English is not very good. thank you we will definitely be returning and we hope to be served by her again

Food good quality and value for money. Service from Richard was excellent. Had one small query over the coffee which was handled with alacrity to the satisfaction of all.

Stopped for some food as we had a voucher. Richard was really helpful and kind whilst serving. Food was also good but recent visits wasn’t as good. Glad this waiter was brilliant

First time I have been to this venue. The place was empty as it was early evening. The waiter Richard G was very polite and attentive. A few couples came in whilst we were there and he was the same with all of them. It was very clean and an inviting experience. I would thoroughly recommend coming here again.

Came for dinner early evening with our 9 year old autistic son. The manager Richard welcomed us and helped us be seated at an appropriate table to meet our sons needs. Richard asked if the music was ok and offered to turn it down.

Good food, good service, clean, fresh, and a pleasant atmosphere. We've been before and using an Group-on voucher is very reasonable.

The service is sluggish. Waited 20 minutes for our starters to be cleared along with a further 20 minute wait for our bill - of which we had to ask for in the end, followed by a loud sigh. Tables were left dirty while members of staff walked past for a leisurely chat behind a till. Luckily everything was okay with food, as we were not checked upon during our meal. Staff need more training as a smile wouldn’t hurt some of the clearly untrained staff. I work in the trade myself so I’m not usually one for reviews, however I feel as though things do need improving.

Stopped here on our way home and had a lovely lunch. The young lady and gentleman who were serving were very warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely and even though it was quite busy it did not affect the excellent service we received.

We came here on one hungry night and had some lovely vegan food, served by Issie. She had the most kind service and put up with our silly sausageness, and conversed with us which made a difference to most waitresses. We wish her all the best and had a lovely night!

Did not book and looked busy at the time but waited about 2 minutes while table was cleared and we were in!

Quick service and keenly priced. Had chicken and ribs which were delicious. All in party enjoyed their meal and moorish desserts.

The food was faultless, absolutely perfect. Steaks were ALL cooked to preference, perfectly, the rest of the meats and sides were all fantastic and Richard the shift manager had it all running so smoothly. He is a fantastic team member, a real asset to the company!

weekend away in Norfolk so we were staying at the local travel lodge, had two breakfast and two evening meals, all good , had steak the first night, and I like it blue, not only was it cooked just right, but the flavour was superp, to be honest was not expecting it to be so good,

Been here a couple of times now with my partner and must say I've always had a nice time. Always been welcomed by all staff who are friendly and professional. This time we were served by Derek (we visited a couple of weeks ago). Must say he's a credit to the restaurant. Really nice person to chat to. Thank you.

massively overpriced, burger was like an old piece of leather, chip portions are disappointing, pints are expensive, waitresses are rude and inattentive. Manager even agreed that we were paying for a lot more than we received.

Haven’t been in a Frankie & Benny’s in years and now I remember why. Extremely overpriced, low quality food. Undercooked oven chips and microwaved mac and cheese. Utterly embarrassing.

Clean, tidy and welcoming. Used the app to book table and then app offered to preorder and gave 20% of mains. Reduced the bill for four people down from 65 to about 52 so well worth it. Just tell restaurant that and your taken to table then about 5mins later food arrived. Would use again as it even catered for gluten free on app.

The meal was well presented, and very tasty. The service was excellent. Plenty of parking too, close to shops , Boots, Tesco, Car phone warehouse and others.

Where to start. The only beer on tap was Stella. Ordered two milkshakes initially to be told no banana but then after checking it was available. When the milkshakes arrived they weren't the best and the banana one was half cream.

I booked for a birthday meal but nothing was acknowledged. One starter missing but speedily rectified. Meals ok. Nothing special but nothing bad.

Came here for my birthday tea. Ordered our food and it arrived very quickly. My husband and I both ordered food with fries. Once we started eating our meals we noticed that the fries werent particularly warm. I picked one up and it was still frozen! We called the waitress over, she soon apologised and took our plates and brought us some fresh food which was alot better and properly cooked. The problem was soon sorted. Just a shame it happened in the first place.

Called in for lunch before we went shopping. There was just the two of us and we were shown to a table and given various menus. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful at this reasteraunt. There were not many customers when we were there as it was mid-afternoon, so our food arrived very quickly, was hot and really tasty. We were looked after very well and staff checked that our food was just as it should be and that we were happy..

Good venue for families.The Nine year old said the adult marguerita pizza was the best ever and ate it all.Salads good and tasty fresh fruit and yoghurt pudding.Good atmosphere friendly service.Easy parking outside

Stumbled across this F&B;’s after a long day-arrived late on a Thursday evening-even though it was late nice warm welcome.

But still really good breakfast well cooked and presented accompanied with a couple of cups of tea.The service tbh is always really great special thanks to both James & Fran.

After my meal come out wrong, Rosie was really helpful and resolved the issue straight away with no problem. I didn’t even need to ask any questions as she sorted everything out for me without me having to say. Had a really nice meal despite everything because nothing was an issue in the end thanks to Rosie! All staff were polite and helpful too, I look forward to eating there again soon.

Always had good food from here so Came in this morning 1/6 for breakfast, never had a frankie and bennys breakfast so thought we would give it a try and i have to say it was spot on, we all had the breakfast stacker, it was hot, fresh and definitely something i didnt know i needed in life, waitress was prompt and polite, will visit again

Fantastic service. Fresh food. Lovely staff, great manager. We have eaten here 3 times and really good each time. Cam get busy, lovely family environment. If you want to avoid children suggest dining out later. Clean toilet facilities. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly . We had the deal of 15 inch pizza and 3 pasta dishes for £23:99 thinking the pasta dishes would be smaller than usual size. No they were full size took most of pizza home. Excellent value and great service

The food was good, same as at all frankies and Bennys. But the waitress we had was awful, my parents couldn’t believe how rude and grumpy she was and didn’t bother to ask how our food was. She didn’t know the meaning of good customer service

We visited on Saturday night as part of a deal - we were offered a sharing starter, 2 main courses and a bottle of wine for £25. We had booked a table in advance, however, on arrival the man at the desk was hesitant and there was not a table ready for us - he had to remove places from a larger table to allow us to sit. He then proceeded to get the correct menus for the offer - a different menu for both the starters and main courses. He told us there were two options as a starter, however when our waitress came to take an order, she informed us they had no dough balls left - which left us with one option of chicken wings - which neither of us could eat. We were not offered any alternatives and the staff were rude about only 1 of us having ID, even though the other was driving and not drinking. £25 seemed like a good deal before visiting - however for the poor service and communication they seem to have in the restaurant, it wasn’t a good deal and the manager soon rushed us to get out - will not be returning after this, it’s a shame because the service used to be impeccable.

Staff were busy (and slightly grumpy). Didn't generate a very welcoming atmosphere today, unlike on previous visit.

Had the Mixed Grill as a special treat as feeling hungry and was not disappointed. Shared chicken wings and onion rings with partner and didnt need a desert. Kirstun was really friendly and efficient in her service too, thanks.

Went in for a quick bite to eat after travelling, the service was great and so was the food. I had the vegan options and my partner had the roast chicken. Had a really good time. 110% better then any of the ones I have visited in Nottingham, the food here was actually hot, servers looked to enjoy their job, and was a very busy atmosphere.

there was 14 of us out for a birthday meal, couldn't fault the food or service, the waitress was friendly, approachable and always making sure we were happy.

Lovely menus choice , was late valentines meal ,we chose to have the valentines menus 3 courses set price , great choice good portions , full menu exceptional too lots to choose for children and adults, drinks menu very good to great cocktails , service reasonably quick only bribe is under table was dirty old napkins and dropped cutlery apart from this really good will go again , good children's entertainment pack as well

Chose from the Valentines Day menu, which was still available 2 days after VD( not complaining!). Was a reasonable price at £17-99 for 3 courses. Richard was very helpful in making sure what items were ok for Mrs as she has a milk allergy and nothing was too much trouble. Will return in the future.

First meal out in a while but can honestly say it was the best ever thanks to Isabella (The food was great too but the service was exceptional!).

Went here with my daughter for a treat for her, not my usual sort of place. Had a groupon voucher, which was for a 2 course meal for two. I must say that the food was very good, the service excellent, (thankyou Paige), and the place nice and clean. But a good job i had the voucher, otherwise would have been very expensive for what was essentially a pizza and a chicken meal! Would have come to £50, which i think is expensive. But overall everything was very nice.

I visited to try the new vegan menu last night. There are now so many options to choose from which actually made it quite difficult but I went with the garlic bread pizza, the I ain’t no chicken parmigiana & the chocolate raspberry lava cake. Large portions, hot food & amazing value with the 50% off voucher.

Had a traditional breakfast with tea and toast great atmosphere as always special thanks to the manager and his team for the kind service this morning.

Popped in for lunch & immediately regretted it. Took ages to get acknowledged by anyone to get seated despite 3 members of staff walking past (or staring from the opposite end of the room). From our table we can see 3 chefs, 1 bar staff & 4 waitresses .... not one if them has a smile on their face nor a cheery disposition.

Visited here while staying in the area with family, we booked to eat there for my birthday meal. The food was great, service great and a good selection of food and drinks. It was a Saturday night so was quite busy but this didn't affect the service we received.

My bench mark for Pizzas is Restaurant Est Est in 1990’s Rome which may or may not still exist. The pizza was made before our eyes- spinning pastry, fresh tomato, cheese and a fired oven. Never had anything like it – ordered a second one immediately. Now to F&B.; I can’t fault the service, our waitress was excellent, considerate and caring. We popped into F&B; for lunch as I had a voucher offering one main meal for free. We ordered a pizza each. Mine was undercooked and frankly I’ve had better frozen pizza, although I don’t think F&B; are alone in not doing pizza well.

A group of work colleagues out for a nice evening. Our table was ready when we got there and we were led to it by a very pleasant waiter. The Service was great, the food was good, the atmosphere was party and the company was excellent. A really great evening was had so Thank You to all at the Kings Lynn Frankie & Bennys.. the only downside was that the staff were keen for us to leave at about 9.30pm as they wanted to close early. But apart from that we had a really nice time.

Went for a work Christmas party, very good food and atmosphere, Fran gave us brilliant service and made sure we got everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Came in for a catch up with my friend and to our disappointment the menu is so limited now and not much choice they have taken off our favourites and stopped doing certain sauces pudding was good but yet again limited. We need the old menu back

We regularly go to Frankie & Bennys for our breakfast get together (we are usually a group of 4 friends). We always have amazing service from Francesca. She always remembers us and has a cup of tea ready when she sees us come in. The food is amazing and the service is even better! Thank you!

Took my daughter for breakfast and it was very very good. The waitress was attentive and polite with nothing being to much trouble . My review would of been top marks except for one thing which is the plates need to be warned as there is so much food it went a bit cold. That’s the only criticism.

My first time here joining my family for a birthday meal . Despite being busy the service was efficient and Page was very friendly .

Me and my partner came here tonight, we had a reservation, was sat down promptly, served promptly, We had the potato skin starters, love them, we have them everytime we come in and tonight i had frankies meatballs and my partner had the calzone, all fresh prepped and delicious, will be visiting again, thank you

Went in on a Friday early evening for a meal with the wife and kids. We have very impatient kids and I was worried that will would be busy and slow. The selection for the kids was excellent and their portions were perfect for the younger ones and the older ones.

I went for dinner and had the Cheeseburger dough balls for starters and the BBQ pulled pork hotdog for my main, both were great. I visited a few Frankies and Bennys when working away but I have to say this was the best service I've ever had from one my server Sean was absolutely great. I did not have to wait long for my food or my drink refill. Where on a recent visit to another Frankie's and Benny's I had to wait over half hour just for my starters.

Popped in for lunch on Sunday, very quiet so was seated and served quickly. My partner was disappointed they removed his favourite dish from the menu but our waitress who was so helpful put something together that almost resembles what he was after. I had the meatball calzone but was really disappointed as I had a slice of meatball in my first bite and that’s it, the rest was just stuffed with chicken, so we decided not to stay for pudding, 40% off voucher made it not such a wasted visit but probably would choose to go elsewhere next time.

Went with partner for meal.food was very dry compared to many other frankie n benny restaurants we have visited. Staff were friendly and helpful but food definitely let them down.i am coeliac and for first time in many years I obviously Had gluten here

My wife and myself went today for breakfast, we both had the English breakfast with toast and coffee. Service was very good from Fran our waitress and the food was excellent. We come here one or two times a month and have never had a bad meal. Well worth the visit.

We come here once a month if not more! We love it here. Staff are friendly and always get food orders right. Kids love it too as the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

The staff clearly work very hard are proficient and polite! However the food lets them down! I had starter of jacket potato allegedly filled with bacon, cheese with creamy chive! When it arrived there was 3 very small jacket potato half’s with a few bacon bits on top, very dry with a small pot of cream and chive certainly did not match with the advertising picture for this starter! I had the meaty Calzone as a main course, this was in my opinion very short of filling with the taste overwhelmed by bbq sauce! It was however nice and hot, a bonus!

The drinks were fab. Diet Pepsi & Pepsi Mac and our server was very attentive. Unfortunately the food did not meet the expected standards. Arrived very quickly - worrying when both dishes were chicken - but the fries were hard & overcooked. So glad we did not have to pay full price.

Came here for evening meal with my wife and our 3 year old. Staff were very friendly and service was great. Place ideal for toddlers as it's a loud environment. Plenty on the menu especially on the kids menu. Will go again.

Avoid stay away. I ordered meatball pasts which turned out to be 1 meatball thinly sliced on some very bland cheap penne pasta in a small bowl and they charge £11 for it. And deserts weren't much better.
