Liquor & Loaded in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Food is amazing, hubby said it's the best mixed grill he's ever eaten and he's eaten a lot ! They fitted a part of 11 in within 20mins also after we couldn't get tables elsewhere. We did have some issues with orders being wrong repeatedly( kitchens fault not waiting staff who were lovely) that were for 2 kids on the spectrum but it eventually got sorted.

We had an amazing experience at Liquor and Loaded, with really delicious food and great portions (so great I had to take a bag home!!) The food is complemented by some fantastic service and I'd love to give a shout-out to Courtney who was the main server for us last weekend. She was really attentive but without being invasive, quick to serve and overall just lovely to be around. We've booked a dinner with other family members off the back of that experience, it was that good. Thoroughly recommend.

Don't usually write reviews but thought this deserved a thumbs up! We were a party of 12, food and service was excellent..... I'd recommend to anyone in the area

Oh my days!!!!! YOU HAVE TO GO HERE!!!! The owner who trained these guys in customer service needs a knighthood!!! We did not book, just turned up about 8pm on a Saturday evening. They were obviously busy (if not fully booked) but without attempting to turn us away we were seated within 5 mins. There was a little confusion for the waiting staff as we weren't given menus on being seated but the lady who came to check we were OK could have been more apologetic for the misunderstanding. Again we had our drinks order taken within minutes of being seated and our food order was respectfully a good 6-8 minutes after that. Starter arrived within 10 minutes of the order being taken...... which was totally delicious and beautifully presented! Mains also arrived in perfect timing. Unlike other places I've been to we were also asked 3 times during our whole meal if everything was satisfactory.... another 5* requirement from me; I really got the impression from all the guys who looked after us that they genuinely cared if we were happy, which (and I hope I'm right) means they like their jobs and are happy in them. As you can see from my pictures the food was fantastic!! 5* The music and atmosphere was fantastic!! 5* The decor was fantastic!! 5* A total joy of a visit and if you've not been you absolutely MUST!!! We'll be back in a few weeks..... I have got to bring my kiddos here!!

Absolutely amazing! Sat outside in their own heated pods, great metal and rock music playlist, staff were lovely, portion sizes are fantastic and the food is cooked beautifully. Sadly we couldn't eat the entire meal but they gave us boxes to take it with us. 10/10 would go again. 🤘

Went here last night with my son and service was really slow. Booked table for 7.30pm and still not had food at 8.45pm. We only ordered 2 burger meals. In the end got up and left but paid for the 2 cokes we had. Apparently this was due to a big table upstairs which we was told on the way out, it would’ve been better if we was told there would be a wait on food and service on the way in.

Quirky little place with the most AMAZING food!!! Massive portions of high quality food for both adults and children..... highly recommend to anyone visiting King's Lynn.

Food was amazing Been going here since it first opened and it’s the only restaurant I’ve been to that consistently high quality food and the staff and cocktails are fantastic and fair price was served by Bethany today and she was very friendly, polite and very helpful was lovely to see and new face and how considerate they was would highly recommend to anyone look good great food and awesome atmosphere this is definitely a place to check out

Had a meal in here with my bf on Saturday, Mac and cheese loaded fries for me & the maple burger for him, both tasted amazing and there was plenty there so you definitely get your moneys worth. The staff were real friendly and laid-back, very interesting to converse with. Also loved the Halloween vibes and the pods outside, this place is awesome. Thanks for the meal! :)

I won't lie I was a bit spooked by the decor. However the food was GORGEOUS!!!!! OMG was the food delicious. Me and my partner shared a 5 meats platter and two cocktails. It was so good but we couldn't finish it. We enjoyed the leftovers the next day. The only problem we found was that we had to wait a while to pay and leave as we could not get a hold of staff. They were understandably occupied due to the place's popularity. Staff were a great as well- their recommendations for food and drink were 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽.

Amazing food, well worth the money

I love the food but I hate the weird mayo sauce they put on top of the bbq pulled pork loaded fries, it ruined it for me, doesn’t even say in the description of the meal online that it comes with it and even before when I’ve written notes to NOT put the weird mayo sauce on, it came to my house with the weird mayo sauce on, please just give an opinion online to have the weird mayo sauce or not…

Fantastic evening at Liquor & Loaded. We arrived late in the evening for dinner and cocktails and the service was superb. Having arrived not long before closing, we fully expected to be either turned away or rushed and we were neither; we had several delicious cocktails, even had a special one made for us, and the food was to die for…so much so we will be going back next time we’re here! Would 1000% recommend this to anybody who likes great food at reasonable prices, great music, great atmosphere and more than anything, great staff 10/10!! Ps best chicken wings ever!!!

Food was excellent but if you go here look beyond the decor because you might walk in and walk straight out but give it the benefit of the doubt

Went here for lunch as I'd heard it's supposed to be a good burger joint. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations as my friend who ordered a steak rare had it come out well done. They did quickly fix that for him and they were very polite and apologetic about it. I myself decided to just go for nachos which I shouldn't as I was looking for something bigger and I should have realised it wasn't very big by looking at the price, and I wouldn't say they were either. Thankfully the staff were very friendly, and maybe they had a bad day in the kitchen today. So I might visit again one day and see if it's any better.

We really enjoyed our evening here, it certainly was somewhere a bit different to go for a nice meal. Open on Monday evening's too. We had one of the pods out the back, which was a bit cosy for 7 of us, but it was OK. Don't put the heater on unless you're really cold as it's on a timer and you can't switch it off! The staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food was very tasty and the portions were a good size. We couldn't eat a dessert, but took some home as they looked so good. They were amazing. Would definitely go back here.

We sat in one of the outside booths, there was a heater available if needed. We tried a couple of the new cocktails one of which was cherry sourz blooming lovely, I ordered the forgive me not burger with loaded garden fries, absolutely amazing would definitely recommend

Chicken wing meal was amazing as were the loaded fries. Unfortunately the baguette tasted like an uncooked part bake baguette so I picked the filling out. The salt and chilli chicken was overcooked, very dry and crunchy. Overall disappointing when paying £65

By far my favourite place to eat, staff are really friendly and very welcoming. My 19 month old loved the staff, food and music too. Easily the best chicken wings around too. My favourite thing was the beef brisket baguette but unfortunately it's not available now 😭 The atmosphere in there is amazing, and it isn't what you'd expect from just looking in. Don't judge a book by its cover and all that. I've never been disappointed or left there unsatisfied. I would highly recommend everyone to eat there at least once.

Been meaning to come here for ages... Why did we wait so long!! 🙈 Was so welcoming & friendly from the moment we walked in the door, really accomodating, lovely friendly happy staff, very helpful. Love the decor, my kind of place. Very clean, first place ive seen in a long time where the cutlery is so well cleaned. Have wooden Pods outside if you want to eat out there in the lush sunny weather. Music playing all the time, loved it!!! Menu's are full of great food choice & so much variety to choose from, drinks & Cocktail menu, would of loved one but was driving 😒next time 😉. Service was fantastic, friendly, helpful & can have a laugh with the staff. The food was amazing, presentation, all freshly made, great tasting, quality, huge portions, was shocked at the size when it came out!! Burgers are massive & what you class as a proper, quality burger...You defo get your moneys worth here. We left very full lol. They Can box up any food you leave to take away with you if you like. Loved it here, certainly one of my fav's, looking forward to going again with my man, he's guna love it!! 😁😍

The place, atmosphete and food were really good, however the service didnt meet expectations. Food was a long time coming, when we asked how long it might be, she said she would find out but never came back until she brought the food 10mins later. We had said we would like another drink with our meal but in the end had to phone the restaurant to get them to send the waitress to us to take our drinks order. If it wasnt for the service it would have been 5 star

Forgive my last entry, thia is not Rusty Krab. It is however very good, but twice I've been sat near kitchen, but on my own so hey ho. Food is delicious, the decor kind of steam punk meets dosser kitchen in a good way, staff friendly. Great menu. .

So served by a waitress who was helpful in making suggestions and was able to change our table. I had a milkshake which was very good and ordered the meat tray. As someone who bbq's a lot at home I may have had expectations that were too high but I think the price made me think it would be good. Sadly it wasn't. The burnt ends were okay. The pork belly was pretty bland. The brisket however was not great. I raised this with the staff who brought out the same but with more gravy. When settling the bill I raised my dissatisfaction and then several members of staff came out almost like something was going to kick off. Wasn't exactly friendly at the end and ended up paying to leave without causing issues.

Awesome place food is good service is great I highly recommend going. My family and I will definitely be returning

Ordered a main, didn't even come with the sides it stated were meant to be with it. Took forever to be delivered and the driver practically threw it at us. Disappointed.

We visited Liquor and Loaded a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing meal there. The portions are generous (though can take a while to arrive) and there is a decent selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to chose from. We skipped starters as we did not know what portions would be like, and we are glad that we did - the burger (The Sinner) and sides that I ordered could have fed a small army - and the waffle stack my partner ordered, she struggled to get even half way through. Needless to say, because of this we were not able to try any of the deserts. The staff were all really friendly, and were attentive to our needs. If you are after a decent meal in a quirky setting, Liquor and Loaded is for you!

Food was excellent and portion sizes are large, we were severed by the lovely Clara and leanne, they were very accommodating and also had good conversation and mannerisms. I would recommend this everyday of the week. Great food and fantastic staff :)

Scary atmosphere but in line with the name. The staff seemed like a family who served small and large, but not all of them were good at it. We had 4 portions of food, 3 were good, one was bad (the one with tacos). In the haberdashery there were some cakes that seemed to have been there for a long time. But what was the worst was the coffee: it was big and the water was cold.

I have visited Liquor and Loaded a number of times and had a consistently good time. This occupies the lovely old Tudor building on Tower Street (that has previously housed a Café, bakers and a restaurant); it has an interesting kind of rocky steam punk vibe. I would describe the style of the food as an American grilled meat / diner. It’s very good, plentiful and well priced; the burgers are particularly delicious. They are also very accommodating of children. Service was friendly and attentive too; we will be back.

We came in last night the food was absolutely spot on the sinner burger I had was amazing and to top it off with a strawberry milkshake and my partner enjoyed her veggie dog the service was really good tom was our server and Courtney was behind the bar they where fantastic and a great credit to the team

No idea why this place has such high ratings. We booked a table for two and were seated in what can only be described as a table for two in a stock room, literally right in front of the kitchen, I m an my partners head was actually right next to where they serve the food. Staff having to walk right passed us all the time. The food took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, which I'll be honest I don't mind, but they dishes up the coleslaw and left it in the serving desk under the warm lights all that time. The service was friendly, but full of what seemed like children. All moaning about being bored. The place was dirty, and the food tasteless. Will not be returning. If this is what impresses kings lynn, then I pity the place. This place is awful

We are new to the area and see this was number one in the area for food so we came for food and they were not wrong the food was amazing, me and my wife had a burger and it was delicious and the portion sizes were excellent the service from Tom was brilliant he was friendly, efficient and made us feel welcome I would highly recommend

Wow ! Hands down the best burger I have ever tasted. The sinner burger will not disappoint with a very meaty burger, crisp chicken, black pudding and a perfectly fried egg ! Cakes taken away for pudding later were delicious too. Very friendly attentive staff, would not hesitate to go again.

Found this gem on trip advisor and there's a reason it's voted number one in King's Lynn! Huge portions of delicious street style food that doesn't disappoint. Excellent, friendly service from Leanne and Clara added to a good experience.

Fantastic place, lovely and friendly, nice and clean, and puddings on display as u walk in was lovely, very eye-catching, and looked fab. Made my mind up was having pudding... but had to take it away as was very full. Great atmosphere and staff were great. Good choice of food and the portions were very good size. Very unique place... It's definitely worth a visit I'm looking forward to returning and trying out the meat platter x

First time going absolutely loved the place James was our waiter for the evening and was brilliant but all the staff was lovely helpful and made us feel very welcome and made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in the front door food was out of this world defo be a returning customer

We’ve been here a few times and the food has always been great and last night was no exception. My chicken burger was delicious and my friends loved their ribs and wings. If you’re looking for good American style food this is the place to come. The service is excellent too, thanks Lizzie and Courtney and Callum.

Excellent food, you will be happy and full after your visit here. We were warmly greeted and well looked after all the time we were there. I selected the suggested burger (always worth asking for a recommendation) which was a great choice but I also would have been happy with either of the other dishes served to our table. Maybe I'll try the loaded fries next time I find myself in Kings Lynn.

Bob the taxi driver recommended this place to us and we were lucky to get a table as we hadn’t booked but they’d had a cancellation. Friendly staff showed us to our table and we ordered drinks and 2 big plates of BBQ food; brisket in gravy, burnt ends, loaded fries, ribs, Cajun chicken breast and salt n pepper chicken. Everything was really tasty and we weren’t disappointed with anything. I would heartily recommend this place and would gladly eat here again.

What a find!!! Used their takeaway service whilst staying on holiday. Amazing burgers!! Easy to collect and food still warm after a 20 minute drive back to accommodation due to the care taken in wrapping it all up. Highly recommended
