KFC in Wiltshire

The worst Greggs I have ever visited. Two dirty toilets with no toilets paper. Signs up stating these are regularly checked ! Sausage rolls from from hot cabinet were cold. All 4 dustbins full and overflowing. Customers placing their rubbish on the floor.

Not very good for the price Infact very poor for over £20 for 2 take outs which consisted of not very much food ! Also not very tasty.

I made an order 30 mins before closing and my order was accepted , few minutes later the Uber driver called saying my prefer was cancelled because they have ran out of items , Called KFC Amesbury and told the stuffs about the matter but the stuff blamed the Uber company for being late (Uber driver was there 10 mins before closing time ) and I made the order 20 minutes before the Uber driver was there kfc stuff told him they’ve closed..🤣🤣🤣 Lazy Stuffs !!! F***cked up service !!

Again I was missing stuff from my order. I had to go in after the drive through to correct. They don’t give large gravy’s they give out 2 small gravy’s, which is a con. (This don’t make up a large gravy) I don’t know why or how they have been getting away with it!

Stopped at KFC Amesbury after visiting Stonehenge, absolutely love that they have the vegan burger but SO disappointed because the burgers were ice cold. Like they'd come direct out of the fridge.

We don’t normally take much notice of other peoples, reviews as we go by our own experience & gut feeling when we eat out…. We have been using the KC drive- thru for about a year now, but have not eaten on the premises. We always have the fries, a drink and the’Mighty 4 one’ Meal, fair price. We eat in about 15/20 mins after purchese. It’s always, hot still, no grease and the order always spot-on. The food looks, cooked, clean & freshly cooked & very tasty too. We cannot vouch for other peoples experience but with the food and happy, cheerful, polite service at the Drive-thru we will continue to use it and give credit when it’s due too KFC. Well done KFC , for at least keeping us fd & happy………

Once again I was missing stuff from my order. (Always check in this place) So I had to go in after the drive through. The chips was cold. They don’t give large gravy’s they give out 2 small gravy’s (which don’t make up a large gravy) and they’ve been doing this for too long and getting away with it.

This is the worst fast food establishment anyone could go to. They have always run out of things like salt, coffee, ice cream, napkins you name it at some point they don’t have it. Toilets are alway smelly and dirty. Since November 2022 I have and will never go to this place again.

This has to be the worse KFC in the country. We were missing from the drive thru…… 2 chips, a drink and a half a burger. The tower burger had nothing in it except a piece of chicken and lettuce. No hash brown and no cheese. The chips were only half filled and had some seasoning on that tasted like perfume. The piece of chicken that came was like jelly and not edible. Whilst going round the drive thru there was a great big rat running around. I’d say stay well clear of this restaurant.

I visited the Solstice Park KFC last week with my husband and 2 daughters for a quick early dinner. We decided to sit outside as the weather was mild. I noticed that every single bin was overflowing and had obviously not been emptied for a considerable time. We had no complaints about the food, but as we sat eating we heard loud squeaking, followed by a large number of rats (10-20) running around the bins. We left the table rapidly to go inside the restaurant and finish our meal. Within seconds a large number of rats were on the table where we were sitting. It was horrifying and obviously poses a massive health risk!! We will not be eating here again, and suggest that KFC Solstice Park has a hygiene inspection urgently!!

Popped in last Thursday night after work - the service was awful the staff were to busy laughing with each other behind the counter, my food order was wrong and when it finally came was cold, the toilets stank, I ate the food and went home - fast forward about 10 hrs - sickness and diarrhoea with painful stomach cramps - called 111 who confirmed symptoms of salmonella poisoning, of course it's hard to prove where I got it from but this was the only thing I'd eaten all day - tried speaking to the manager and staff - all not interested - have reported to EHO

After seeing the post in the Salisbury journal I thought I would pay a visit to KFC Solstice Park to see what the fuss was about. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received after reading previous comments on trip advisor, as I was greeted in the drive through politely and made my way in and out fairly quickly. Stayed to eat in the car park and my food was still hot, only complaint would be I wanted ice in my drink but it was currently out of order. With what I read about rats on the premises I expected to see swarms throughout the car park, but not one in sight.

I've lived in the Amesbury area for 13 years, never have experienced such a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Been to this KFC several times over that period and not once have they got an order correct. Never leave without checking your order against your receipt, they either place incorrect items or indeed miss entire items on every occassion. The toilets are foul and my daughter had to hold the door closed as there was no lock fitted to the door. Each gormless teenage employee has the IQ less than that of the burgers they serve. They also share the combined level of people skills and conversational ability of a baked potato. It's been along time coming but I shall not be returning. Awful.

Wouldnt recommend at all, the only good thing is the car park. Ordered meals and was served by unprofessional looking staff who were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even acknowledge our request for serviettes. When finallygot an answer was told they had run out of them. How the hell can somewhere that serves fried finger food run out of servietttes.used the bathroom which wasnt pleasant and could do with an overhaul. Will not be visiting again

Went to kfc amesbury 18/02/23 Had chicken that had an extreme amount of mould on it, contacted the store mama her Alex who didn't know if the store had an email, wouldnt give any other details, after asking members of staff around him for the email I eventually got it and he confirmed he received the email with the pictures attached , still no reply the day after. I would never eat here again

We have visited this conveniently located KFC a few times over the last few years, it’s always been bad and after this last visit, will be the last !! Overflowing bins, dirty tables, male toilet out of order, the other toilets dirty, no toilet roll in the ladies, i was given the wrong order, the chap next to me was given a cup of hot water with no tea bag in, other customers were exchanging incorrect items in their orders, staff were hanging around the tills rather than cleaning up The food was at least average but this branch will be avoided permanently from us now on

Food was cold, took burger back to replace, replacement burger was the exact same COLD. Chips also stone cold and had to order replacement. Various items missing from the order, and staff member said he had a long day for this excuse. staff all seemed to be hanging around on thier phones at the tills. Would not recommend

Situated in a busy 'pit stop' next to the A303 just before you reach Amesbury approaching from the east. Much the same as most other KFC around the country with a drive through although it could do with the interior decor (especially the lights above the tables) being dusted down and de-webbing every now and again.

Having watched a documentary series earlier this year, this was an ideal chance to sample the wares. Pleasantly surprised! Tasty food, speedy service, perfect for a quick stop as the rest of the A303 / A30 stretched ahead of us

Really upset with this service. Went in just after 10 to get some food and ate it in the car at 10.30 walked back up to the door to use the toilet (written on the door it says their open till 11pm) as all other restaurants at services closed and coops loo was out of order. Man tidying up tables shook his head and said no. Seemed pretty rubbish that he knew I'd just spent money in there and then shut before it says on the door and then refused me using the toilet. The franchisee for this KFC should be ashamed. The restaurant is a mess, maintenance of (the gents) loos overdue, staff seem disinterested at best, but probably just aren't trained, and are certainly more interested in having a laugh with their teen mates than actually working.There was only half a menu a while ago (down to KFC's genius Procurement specialists screwing up their delivery contract, so not their fault, but they still could have managed the situation better at customer-facing-level), no hot drinks the next visit, no cold drinks the next! I stop by every so often on my way from London to home, and won't be going there, ever, again.

Basically went in and explained I wanted to order 2x all star box meals one flaming one bbq, a boneless banquet and twister wrap. While driving home I decided to stop by Amesbury KFC to get some chicken for the purpose of saving my family from cooking. As I was using the offers available through the KFC Colonel Club, the order I wanted to make had to be completed in three separate transactions. In the first two transactions the payments went through perfectly fine but unfortunately my contactless failed on the third use.Rhiannon was serving me and after the card failed, she was very patient with me. She didn't make me feel awkward but instead remained patient and talkative. She helped me choose a few of the items I purchased (my family and I enjoyed it!). Honestly, she must have some recognition as she is a great asset to KFC in Amesbury. There are a lot of great staff here, with Rhiannon and the gentleman who often cleans the tables being among the best. However, sometimes the staff can be unpleasantly blunt and demonstrate no care whatsoever. Today, Rhiannon has done a fantastic job and restored my faith in KFC Amesbury.Thank you!

Popped in on my way home from work , it was quite late so I didn't expect much. However I got a lot less than that. It took 15 minutes for my food to arrive and when it did it was cold and insipid , items were even missing. On top of all that I could see someone in the back handling chicken with bare hands ! Its safe to say I wont be going in again. Complete and total lack of standards !

Stopped off here for some desserts and a comfort break.Well the gents toilets were alright.We ordered via the menu order screen. We had to wait a bit for the desserts to be ready which was essentially ice cream.This is a busy place but I thought no better or worse than other KFCs in Britain.

This is probably the most dirty kfc ever. Poor service ,incomplete orders and unacceptable food standards. Its bad for a chain thats so big that they let the minor things slip like customer satisfaction and relations .Toilets were in a horrendous condition. Shame really as its not that busy

If you like slow service, cold food and spending the whole next day on the loo, then this is the place for you.If not, then you will do well avoiding this place, which is a shame, as I love KFC and this is the closest one.

Had a box meal at this location recently, the chicken burger was ok. although the chicken on it was way smaller than usual! The worst bit though was the piece of breast supplied, it was seriously microscopic! I sent a picture of it to KFC head office, and all I got was a sorry, and they would check out the branch! I have been going to KFC for years, but will no longer waste my money!

It was carnage. Took ages to order and to arrive, when the food arrived, we wished we had gone elsewhere... pretty bland, chips looked half eaten, beans were barely cooked, chicken was still pink. Tables, floors and sides all filthy. Toilets... where to begin! Ladies one was blocked and overflowing onto the floor, the other one had a toilet seat with a broken off edge, neither had any toilet roll. The disabled toilet didn't have toilet roll either and didn't even have a lock to use. My partner went to use the mens, no lockable doors and apparently a bag with brown fluid is over one of the taps. Pretty certain EHO would shut this place down. This is only a review of the parts which customers see... imagine what goes on back of house!

Absolutely terrible. Young uninterested staff. Bins inside and out spilling over. Tables and floor disgusting, not cleaned. Not at all busy, can see why now. Needs an immediate management overhaul. Won't be returning.

This is the most tasteless KFC in Britain . I been here quite a few times with my family because we live near by . The main reason some days I’m just too tired to cook . But each time we come here thinking they must have forgotten to season the chicken , it’s going to be ok next time . But to be honest this KFC outlet is the most tasteless KFC in Britain period . Everything else about this outlet is 10/10 except the tasteless chicken .

My second visit to this KFC and the last, On arriving in the car park to be greeted by lots of rubbish from KFC cartons and other rubbish thrown about the parking bays,the KFC bins over flowing. On entering the restuarant if you can call it that although signage was in place to say the floors where slippery I was surprised just how slippery not only wet but greasy. The meal, chicken was ok but quite greasy ,the chips not very nice at all. I unfortunatley had to use the gents toilet whilest there only to greeted by a floor awash with water outside the toilet area and running water all over the floor in the gents. I also noticed the water was actually running in to the food serving area ajacent to the toilets. It looked as if some had tried to keep abreast of it with a dustpan and mop but abandond it.

This place must be the worst KFC in the country, there is nothing to rate! Staff are miserable and uncommunicative, the eating area never feels clean and the toilets stink worse than most train station toilets. Come on KFC, sort it out, it has been like this for far too long!

I honestly dont know how KFC serve such good food at the price but the chicken was great and the chips were very good but we both felt the portion size was too large for us and we ended up throwing quite a few away- would be grea to have 1 portion of chips between us.

Food was ok it is a fast food after all but staff and duty manager were grumpy and unhelpful but the killer was how dirty it was tables not wiped finger marks where the surface as not been wiped down for sometime and smelly toilets etc I could go on but you get the picture.

The ladies toilets were filthy, staff sullen and rude. Apart from two girls who served me and one who was taking out the rubbish, they were lovely.

Toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I complained but the staff weren’t overly interested, mumbled something and walked away - presumable to clean them!

Visited on evening of 20/06 I was expecting it to be busy because of Solstice .There were no apparent Solstice visitors and still seemed too busy with the three staff that could be seen. The front door locked and had to use a fire exit to get out.

Cold chips, as always. Smelly toilets, as always. Staff who can only make up sentences of one word..."drink?", "in?", no thought of thank you. I keep going there only because my son loves KFC.

Grandson wanted a KFC with family for his birthday as a "special treat". So went and collected a variety of individual meals and extra portions to take home as only 1/4 mile away. Got home to find missing paid for extra items (chips, sweetcorn) missing. The skin on chips we did get were a joke, cold, greasy and very few in quantity not to mention bum end cuts/scraps. As for the cheese and bacon burger, well tiny piece of dried up chicken breast, the smallest piece of shrivelled bacon and a flaccid bun along with a piece of upper thigh chicken on bone that looked like it had come off a pigeon due to its size. The other chicken portions (whole pieces or fillets) were greasy and luke warm and again small. No decent drumsticks at all. The BBQ sauce smelt like vomit and gave off a strong chemical/acidic smell and tasted horrible to the extent even the kids who normally love BBQ sauce refused to eat it. Even the sweet corn tasted like it was over cooked and had been around for hours. Even the boys (13, 13 and 5) said the meal was grim and worst KFC they ever had. No full fat Pepsi, only max or diet available either. The final insult was the price, £40 including missing food items paid for but not received. Service dire, attitude dire - is it really that difficult to dispense fried chicken and get the order right?! Strongly recommend you avoid this dump and get your fried chicken meals from the town centre outlet King Chicken which offers more flavoursome better value food.

Visited here to buy a take away from here, my best advise is don't avoid at all costs. The chips have more skin on them than the potato they should of been made from, the chicken was border line whether it was cooked or not and the gravy cold. We went inside to order as the drive thru girl could not understand our order even though we are local people, born and bred in Amesbury. There was obviously an arguement going on between staff as there was a lot of shouting coming from the back. All in all a take away being run by school children without any adult supervision. We definitely won't be using them again and will advise everyone to stay away

We stopped here about 9:30pm to break up a long journey. We waited for over half an hour. When food arrived it was cold (we had seen it left out on the side). The order was wrong and they weren’t able to correct it so refunded for one piece of chicken. They had no ketchup either. We were then told we would need to take it outside as they were closing. A complete joke, not cheap and a waste of time also. Avoid.

Have visited several times at different times of the day... we never eat in as prefer to eat in car !! Burgers and meals not a lot different from any fast food outlet ... basically you get what you pay for..

I have been to this KFC more than once sometimes its in and gone but most times its not cold chicken things missed a long wait dirty staff not happy which I don't blame them sometimes they seem very rushed but if you want a KFC you have to go there but it is hit and miss as to how good or not it will be

Everything was ok until I saw a member of staff pick his nose. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I will be putting in a complaint. I won’t be visiting it again. Bodily fluids are not what I ordered. He needs sacking. Epic fail KFC !!! 16:45 ish check your cctv.

Haven't been here for years and what a change...for the worse.

It's getting worse as each order I had and I normally don't make complaints on website such as this but this time is just too much to handle,there's a recurring theme of missing items for this particular shop, I had order of 10 wings only, and it was 10:30 am on Monday morning, when i get back i counted just before i dig in and surprise there's only 8, the person refuse to compensate me for the time or the mistake and I don't recall a sorry ever been said, I just requested my money back and the person kept the receipt so i can't even reflect this on the survey.

KFC food and service, very busy, that's good, it means the food turns over fast. The toilets should close the olace down. Disgusting.

Food was fine but toilets disgusting. Husband had to use disabled as gents out of action. Broken toilet seat and filthy. I used the ladies. Toilet pan looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Stains and filth everywhere. For goodness sake a good bleaching will suffice. Absolutely shameful.

Male toilets broken for over a month and using the disabled toilet was worse than a slum, diahorea stained pan and urine on the floor and seat.

Service at the counter was fine and the food was typically KFC - no real complaints there. However, the restaurant was a tip and needed a good clean. The toilets were a disgrace. Wouldn't call in again.

It wasn’t busy when I visited alone and ordered a basic three piece meal, so I like to think this would be a quick and easy meal to get in a fast food chicken restaurant. However, nearly 15 mins later I still was awaiting my food, when it finally came it was nice but I had to wipe down my table before sitting down and it was the same throughout. I would suggest having worked for many years in hospitality that there is a complete lack of pride held here by the workforce. Someone needs to take a grip of the place and it would be an excellent store, it’s never going to be a five star restaurant but it could be so much more.

We visited at 1:45pm roughly, and it was quiet. Maybe 6 tables, maximum, including us were seated during our visit.

Stopped in for some fast food on the way home from London. The food was good and our order was correct but definitely not fast! The place needs a massive clean. Everything is filthy dirty. How do they get away with it? Can’t imagine what the kitchens are like! My feet stuck to the floor, the tables and chairs were dirty and there was rubbish everywhere. It’s only a small building- how much cleaning does it take! Come on management- sort it out.

Oh dear where do i start...... lets start with the positives - food tasted nice. Now for the negatives, here goes....... firstly tables need a good clean, staff not knowing what to do, order messed up not once but twice, facilities poor.
