From start to finish, our visit to Frankie & Benny’s was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in.A big shoutout to our waitress, Angela, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, professional, and made the experience even better. Overall, a great place for a tasty meal with fantastic service. Looking forward to coming back!

My experience here was deeply disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unapproachable, displaying a complete lack of professionalism or basic courtesy. Simple requests were met with eye rolls and curt responses, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. However, the manager took the poor service to another level—instead of addressing concerns, they were dismissive and even confrontational. It’s rare to encounter such a toxic atmosphere in a customer-facing environment. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived, which is the exact opposite of what any business should aim for. Save yourself the stress: there are far better places to spend your time and money. Unless you want your day soured by indifference and hostility, I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.

The January-£5 Meal Has been lovely to try on a very cold,wet day..fab to have a 'Gluten-Free' made Pizza.. absaloutly love the long stem 'Broccoli'..such flavour to them..Thankyou Angela..great advise and the 'Apple & Blueberry Pie's was amazing.

We had two tables, 9 of us in total (7 teens) for our daughter’s birthday. Service was great, food was good, we weren’t rushed and overall it was a really pleasant dining experience.

Milkshakes were watery and food was okay, Angela was lovely though.

Food was alright. Nothing special. Ribs are seem to just be reheated and have BBQ sauce brushed over the top. Angela was our server and she saved the experience. The staff are lovely. Food not so much.

I use to love coming to frankie and bennys but now im really appauled. We went in at 18:15, didn't get any service until 18:30, and It took for me to ask the server who was drawing on her hand to take our order. Took over 30 mins to receive one out of the two drinks which was took back because of a sea food allergy after she already drank half the drink... In the end we asked for it to go and they still missed half of the meal. Was too late before we realised. Never have I ever been so disappointed and disgusted. Such a shame. Very ignorant manager he gave his name as Alex. Went in with my 3 kids for some food before we went to the cinema and he said it was bookings only I said ok. I went out to my car went on line and booked a table went back into him and he said there must be a glitch in the system that he still has no space, been here a few times before and never had this problem and the other staff was nice.

Great place with amazing food! Our server Angela was so lovely! Making sure we were enjoying everything and keeping us topped up with drinks! Minus a star because their veggie options aren't too wide but still delicious!
