Had a meal before going to the cinema. It's the first time we've been to F&Bs. The best burger meal I've had, and instead of fries, we opted for a baked potato with sour cream - delicious. The small caesar salad was a must-have, together with the mocktails.

Good food, service was also good, our waitress Angela was very friendly and polite and ensured we had everything we needed.

A bit under 20 quid per person for a huge appetizer & main course, plus a dessert at lunch. I got the garlic bread pizza for the appetizer (£3, 10in Ø), the pizza for the main course (£9, 14in Ø), about £4 of toppings, and a small but worth it (that’s what she said) slice of cheesecake with whipped cream for £3. The garlic butter from the appetizer was so good I went up to the kitchen window and asked the chef to put some on my pizza, which he did, and it didn’t cost any extra. I also asked twice for some extra Parmesan cheese for my pizza and wasn’t charged extra for that either. Great service and amazing, affordable food, and they don’t try to upcharge you when you ask for extra sauces or cheese toppings that aren’t explicitly listed as costing extra. 10/10 in my book. My little brother also got a cheeseburger with bacon, and he loved it, which is really saying something because he’s really snooty and particular about his cheeseburgers and their taste. They also offer vegetarian options for people that can’t eat meat for some reason.

Dreadful mismanagement on a Friday night. This place is going to the dogs, they can't cope with busy nights and mistakes were made all by the management yet they blamed us for the problems that they made. Not keen to return. 2 Reviews to the business has gone back to them, they wanted Feedback, they GOT it, and it wasn't pretty. Our experience on a busy Friday evening Service was short of horrific. I had booked a table for a Birthday celebration. The food we'd ordered was sub standard. The price they charged us was wrong. The service was quick - too quick. It made it feel like we were being rushed and pushed out the restaurant as soon as I sat down. The bad side of Friday evening: I ordered extra Chicken side with the Carbonara meal. 1. There was no Spaghetti left, so I accepted the alternative. 2. The Pizza had shrunk from last time, yet the price had stayed the same, the flavour had been compromised by an ingredient being left off. 3. The puddings were short of ice cream, when you book for a Sundae, you expect at least 2 scoops of ice cream but we only got one and alot of stuff in them that you could barely call it a Sundae, it had been dumbed down somewhat. 4,. The diet Coke turned up in 1 pint glasses with more ice than drink in it. About a quarter of drink was had in one glass. i asked for another glass with less ice in it. 5. The meals turned up ahead of the drinks, they arrived 15 minutes later when we'd nearly eaten it. 6. I asked the waitress where was the chicken, she said it was ordered and I said its not there, and she looked and it wasn't there, so I asked her to remove it off the bill at the end, she agreed. Rather than ge the chicken added. 7. Asking for the Bill, the Birthday celebration didn't happen. I was told, I should have mentioned it when i was seated to the waitress. I said, I mentioned it on the special requests on the reservation, which was checked with me at the time. So there should not have been a need for me to remind the staff of my Birthday when i arrived. The waitress said "sorry" But its not good enough! We will boycott them from now onwards. They can't cope with "BUSY." 8. The bill produced the side of chicken I didn't get. We asked to have it removed, there was a lot of palaver to get that removed. In the end after the kitchen had lied again that the food went out with the Chicken in it. Accusing Me of Lying. My partner refused to pay the bill unless they took off the item, the manager refused to do so because she didn't know how to get it off the list, so we would HAVE TO PAY IT - I don't think so!!!!! The Head Manager came out of the kitchen and shouted at her. She eventually got her act together and got the item off the bill, my partner paid it and walked out! I was disgusted with the behaviour and their customer service standard, the waitress had tried her best, but she clearly was out of her depth too. Her supervisor/Restaurant manager was clueless. The Kitchen manager was disgruntled. I was not amused and my partner said, he wasn't in any hurry to return because they'd dumbed down the pepperoni pizza! Avoid if you can on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They don't have the staff to compete with the busy times, and the ones they do, can't cope, not enough in-house training

Unfortunately, we've been long time customers over the years and are disappointed the menu has gotten smaller and smaller over the years. All of our favourites have been removed to bare minimum on the menu. As I said, staff were wonderful and atmosphere was great

Everyone should avoid the coming to there branch in Trowbridge the staff are unbelievable the food toke 48 minutes to come delivery drivers were watching more than 20 minutes shouting all over the place

something always goes wrong with the food. Today they forgot a meal entirely, so had to wait whilst others were eating. The service does save this place, as soon as a mistake was noticed the front of house were on the kitchen staff immediately.

My experience here was deeply disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unapproachable, displaying a complete lack of professionalism or basic courtesy. Simple requests were met with eye rolls and curt responses, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in. However, the manager took the poor service to another level—instead of addressing concerns, they were dismissive and even confrontational. It’s rare to encounter such a toxic atmosphere in a customer-facing environment. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived, which is the exact opposite of what any business should aim for. Save yourself the stress: there are far better places to spend your time and money. Unless you want your day soured by indifference and hostility, I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely.

The January-£5 Meal Has been lovely to try on a very cold,wet day..fab to have a 'Gluten-Free' made Pizza.. absaloutly love the long stem 'Broccoli'..such flavour to them..Thankyou Angela..great advise and the 'Apple & Blueberry Pie's was amazing.

We had two tables, 9 of us in total (7 teens) for our daughter’s birthday. Service was great, food was good, we weren’t rushed and overall it was a really pleasant dining experience.

We went to Frankie and Benny's for lunch on a freezing January Saturday, and the food and service was excellent. Joao was our waiter and he was friendly, efficient and kind. The restaurant was out of English breakfast tea, and I was very touched that Mariana the barmaid ran over to the supermarket to buy some more. I had the double cheeseburger and my friend had the chicken burger with extra bacon and cheese. The burger patties were obviously made from quality beef. We both really enjoyed our meals, which were delicious and good value for quality ingredients. All in all, an excellent experience. I highly recommend it 👌 👍

Excellent service from Angela, give the girl a pay rise! First time visited, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone including my daughter who was celebrating her 17th birthday. Good show all round.

Food was alright. Nothing special. Ribs are seem to just be reheated and have BBQ sauce brushed over the top. Angela was our server and she saved the experience. The staff are lovely. Food not so much.
