Service was quick and impeccable

Not been for a while, really nice evening and Angela looked after us really well.

Just popped in for a drink which was more like iced soda water. Waitress had most miserable face on her … clearly sat there on her break. Go elsewhere … didn’t seem like the fact I only wanted a drink! Is this not ok?!!! Not an enjoyable experience

We recently met up with a couple of friends here. The service was quick, staff were very friendly and the food was great value for money. The children’s menu is well thought out with lots of healthy and dairy free options. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

Amazing as usual. Consistently been my restaurant of choice whenever I’m seeing a movie for ages now. Angela and the team make every visit high quality and friendly. Shame to see the classic hot dog leave the menu tho :(

Vicki was our server and was amazing even though she was running the whole front of house by herself. She was greeting people, walking them to their table, giving menus then serving food, making drinks, clearing tables and taking payment. She is a superstar and deserves some kind of extra recognition she was not even able to take a break. The only other member of staff was only checking and packing take away orders, the 2 hours we were there she never helped Vicki once. We had a great experience because of Vicki, we never felt rushed or ignored and she had 5 other tables an̈d as we left there were 7 people waiting to be greeted and sat. That girl deserves a gold medal because she made your establishment shine all by herself. Lastly she was still chatty, upbeat and happy to help, you could do with every staff member being this awesome.

Food here is reliably decent in my experience and arrives in time to fit in before cinema and, bonus, they now sell a calzone. Their staff (hi Angela!) are also reliably attentive and helpful and idk I just like this place, ok :)

Stood waiting in the door in a near empty restaurant. Not even an acknowledgement. Walked over the road to Prezzo, seated immediately. Certainly will not be returning.

It’s a Monday evening so quiet but nice enough service was good as was the food.

Staff was rude when are order was wrong twice. Then said they have no more burgers. Then went on to say we didn't explain the order correctly so we were in the wrong. When clearly the waiter repeated our order to us. No happy with the service

When we arrived there were just 6 people sitting eating food. They took out drinks order when we sat down but took ages doing just 2 drinks. Did not have to wait too long for our starters but as other people have pointed out the take away and delivery service does get far more priority!! Overall food was ok, however the main reason for giving them a 2 star was that when I ordered my pizza I asked for the red peppers to be omitted but could I have some extra mushrooms, at the point the waitress should have said that this will be an extra charge to give me the opportunity to say yes or no, but when the bill arrived they had charged me £1.10 for a few slices of mushroom!!!!!!! This is disgusting as I had saved the the red peppers Will think twice about eating here again so F and B you have potentially lost a lot of money for the sake of scamming me for £1.10
