Food was great and came quite quickly, staff were friendly and helpful. What happened to the old music FB used play? Seem to have elevator music now which isn’t great.

Food ok, but vegetarian options limited Took ages to be served even though place was very quiet but no staff around? Worst thing was the waitress started taking away our plates before everyone had finished! It was like they wanted rid of us

Very ignorant manager he gave his name as Alex. Went in with my 3 kids for some food before we went to the cinema and he said it was bookings only I said ok. I went out to my car went on line and booked a table went back into him and he said there must be a glitch in the system that he still has no space, been here a few times before and never had this problem and the other staff was nice.

We were seated easily (table of 8) over two tables. Service was quick and friendly by Angela who asked us about allergies and checked in on us while eating. Food was hot and tasty and all food was available. Extra drinks were served quickly when asked. Thank you

We come often during the year and today it was surprisingly quiet and less of the buzzy atmosphere than usual but still a great place where the kids like to eat

Angela was our server, she was lovely and very attenitive. The place could have been destined for greatness. Everything was right apart from the food. Its clean, stylish, nice atmosphere, good service, but the food is useless. Dry and very basic, we had the chicken parma it was like a large chicken steak that could have come out of the frozen section in lidl. The spaghetti was like Heinz tinned spaghetti. Expensive and not worth it. Sorry guys. Thank you for the good service though.

5 of us went to eat and not 1 of us were happy with the food. It was expensive, small amounts, not cooked as asked for (steak) bland and generally not good.

Regularly eat here for 'date day'. Lovely food and the staff are welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Menu is varied and items can be adjusted as needed for dietary preference.

Great experience as always. It was our daughter's birthday and she wanted to come to F&B as she loves their pasta. I ordered Cobb salad with chicken and it as filling, looked great and taste was geat. Our server Angela was great, very attentive and smiling all the time.

servers are very friendly! The pasta was a little tasteless and I had to add more salt but the portion size was massive and I loved the side ceaser salad! But give your staff a pay rise because they’re great! X

Frankie & Bennie’s never fails for atmosphere & service! The staff are so kind & attentive & the reason we return! Food was amazing tonight! Ribs are amazing and the meat comes straight off the bone. BBQ chicken was crispy and so tasty & kids cheese & tomato pizza was so fresh, cheesy and delicious! Ice cream is always a winner and best way to finish a meal! Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere & lovely staff- will be back 😊

I was served by Angela who was great with us and very polite and kind. They took our order quickly with a good smile and service. The food however wasn’t the best we’ve had. The Maltesers Shake was boring and tasteless, the Garlic bread was too crispy and not enough garlic, lastly the pizzas were quite lack lustre with too much grease.
