Quick stop meal which was fine, staff were good but the Countess services are looking jaded inside and out. Soft seating is worn out it just seems rundown. Cleaners were working hard to keep on top of things and were doing a good job. The problem here is you have good places for food on the go ruined by poor upkeep of the site.

I love da bacon double cheeseburgers . If you have to ask about a franchised burger joint , then licking windows is probably more you thing.

The food from burger king was ok, Burger King is pretty standardized. What let's the venue down is the toilet facilities which are not fit for purpose.

Well not great, it's been closed for years

the food is just like any other burger king... when it actually gets delivered! i don't typically leave reviews but we've given up ordering from them as you just wait over an hour for the order to get cancelled... and guess what? no point in calling the restaurant for help because no one ever answers either. i'd save the trouble and eat a burger KK's café, they're divinal, instead if you're in the area.

Very slow service this evening. Looks like deliveries get priority. There were 13 orders under processing and not one ready. Actually felt sorry for the chap on the front.

Visited twice and found the food hot and it came out quickly. First night they forgot two fries but the guy on the second night sorted it ( thank you! ) Easy to pay didn’t find it overly busy or packed when we visited which was good.

It is what you expect from a service station stop. Staff aren't the most cheerful and attentive, although 1 guy today did Tey hard to communicate with previous customers to no avail.

A vast shop with everything. Well organised, free parking and cafe.

Ordering screens need serious work. Some items have prices some don't! We gave up. Hint: go to a McDonald's and copy theirs!

Ordered a BBQ sauce based burger in burger king..... No BBQ sauce was to be seen just a shed load of mayonnaise! It wasn't horrible but wasn't what I ordered, services were much quieter and peaceful compared to solstice and others nearby.

Nice good staff but chips under cooked

Staff don't really want to serve at the till, they aren't bothered and customer service isn't really a thing! The food today was hot and fresh (except the fries) but this was a first at this burger king. I love BK and I am an ex manager so I know the standards!

Ordered through Uber eats... And found a long (most likely a woman) bright red hair wrapped up in the packaging of my burger. Absolutely disgusting!

After waiting 25 minutes because they were getting uber eats orders ready I asked how much longer mine would be. The bloke said he didn't realise I was waiting, bearing in mind I'd been there 25 minutes and only one of customer aswell waiting, and asked what number my order was. Told him and he looked at his screen and said he'd pushed it aside because uber eats are more important and he forgot about it and wondered why I was stood there so long for no reason! Had to cook my food which took another 10 minutes so in total I had to wait 35 minutes for my food!

I'll be honest, this is probably the worst BK I've been to. First of all tried using one of the self service machines, which didn't work, so then used another. When ordering, the options were rather limited, especially for the drinks. To be fair, my order was served fairly quickly, and the burger and fries were hot and tasted good. But then I went to the self serve drinks machine. Virtually all the drinks options were unavailable, only a choice of Sprite or Diet Coke.....nothing else. Went for the diet coke, as it was the nearest thing to something I liked......and it was absolutely disgusting......must of been 90% water.....virtually no flavour to it. Won't be coming back here again.....better to drive 5 mins up the road to Solstice Park.

Possibly the worst burger king in the country Service wise! Awful flooded car park. All loos shut and staff that won't take your order but force you to order on the machine only. Saw members of public unhappy and leave. The burger king chips were very good but would choose to drive past ever given the opportunity again

You can either use the order machine or go to the counter to order. Service is ok if they are on the ball the day you go otherwise a little wait. Check your order before you leave as they can still get it wrong. Sometimes the food is not placed in the bag tidily. Like all fast food burger places, never on the bun tidy mostly one one side or off the bun.

Actually Greg's . Surly service and stone cold sausage rolls . Coffee not good ... Apparently all the other Greg's are poisoning it's customers by serving warm ones Don't go

Always out of what you want, service is slow. Doesn’t take any Burger King rewards or coupons as it’s ‘separate’ to BK.

I will be honest here, food was amazing as always, girls were on point and brilliant but the smell of the loos were two much and I could not stay long Screens you order on were not fully working but took a few attempts and kitchen gor the order in the end Well packed food but lazy cleaners sitting down and not cleaning bk area at all

The wait was minimal despite being a busy Friday afternoon/early evening. I had an Angus burger XL meal, Beccy had her vegan burger as an XL meal. The burgers were hot, the chips tasty and apart from a little too much mayo in Beccy’s burger, which seems the norm, the meal was faultless. We called in here on our journey home from London, and would be happy to call in again when passing. Overall top marks, only a short wait delicious food, an excellent example and one to judge other BKs against.

They've been renovated, and the past three times I've visited they've had the meal ready in under 2 minutes without problems

Stopped off for a burger. Guy that took my money then started touching my food without wearing gloves or washing his hands. When I got the food the bacon was stone cold. I refused to eat it would never go back

Look guys, it's a Burger King. They sell the double whopper with bacon... All day and night, week in, week out. If it wasn't for the fact I'd burst... I would have them for breakfast dinner and tea...

Always fast to get orders out. Onion rings were nasty, but everything else tastes good. And i love they serve dr pepper on the drinks machine.

I always stop at these services when I travel back from the South West. It has a small area where my dogs can stretch their legs

Awful place. Felt distinctly unclean. None of the screens were on so had to go to the counter which only had a bare minimum menu. After some poor communication by the staff ascertained they'd run out of fries (which appears to happen on a far too regular basis), these were substituted at no additional cost but still ended up paying £17 for two luke warm burger meals. Feel completely ripped off. Should have gone to the McDonald's down the road. Never again.

Frys were hot and the outside was crisp and soft in the centre and the burger was as goog as it gets. Well done.

Came for a whopper meal. What a classic. Food was cooked well and was ready within good time of the on screen ordering. The toilets had just been cleaned and a window cleaner was waking the windows. No issues.

Soul destroying place. Huge pothole coming in to services then no cold drinks available. Came in for a child meal for my daughter and it was like cardboard. No other customers and depressed looking staff. Definitely going to stick to Macdonalds.

First time to Burger King Amesbury (just off A393 Countess Road roundabout Services) in 4 years. Utterly diabolical service and price. Restaurant dirty and tired shared with Greg's and Subway. Two staff and presumably a manager in the office.. Prices on screen display all under priced. The actual higher prices were displayed on an A4 piece of paper taped on a unit away from counter. I queried this and asked why. Answer was "IT haven't got round to updating the screen prices"! Then noticed another piece of paper to left of counter which said "Cash Only". In a Burger King, really?! There was a further insult as on line/app orders were not accepted which meant the special offers and vouchers on line and through app could not be used. The £19 we spent on two meals (one Whopper and a Bacon and Cheese Double XL) was a joke. The chips were cold and the burgers looked nothing like the displayed photos. My bacon and cheese double was particularly grim. It tasted rank and the tiny amount of bacon on top looked as if it had been put through a cheese grater and consisted of what appeared to be one shredded streaky rasher. The rolls disintegrated in our hands and appeared to have been frozen rather than fresh. As for drink options, no milkshakes though advertised (machine busted?) and only carbonated drink being coke. After eating about a quarter of our meals, we binned them. We STRONGLY recommend you NEVER eat from there. The way the place appears and food tastes, we suspect it is on its last legs, operating skeleton staffing, and is going bust.........Cash Only????!!

Only one screen open so extremely long queue and then a 20 min wait after you've ordered, food Low quality

This is directly after the large traffic lighted roundabout so pay attention or miss the off lane. Only came here cos we drove past Podimore. Clean premises and the member of staff was friendly polite and efficient. Had plant Woppers, excellent all was looking like a 5⭐ review. I noticed they didn't have touch screen order points, very unusual, but ok not a problem just an observation. Then... No black coffee, in fact no hot drinks! Ok ordered Cola got in car drove off and the drink tasted of soap. Couldn't drink it. Guys You've let the Brand down.

This is quite possibly the worst fast food establishment ever. It's uninviting and bland as you enter. the floor is super smooth and was being mopped at the time with no wet signs in sight. We were told its a 15 minute wait for food....really ,that's a joke in this day and age of fast service. Staff are uninterested and can't be bothered, don't wate your money. This burger king was voted worst in the UK in 2017 and nothing has changed

Literally awful food, had to wait 20-30 minutes for it, then order was wrong and was then stood around waiting even longer, got a double whopper and have never had anything as dry and tasteless ever, shocking

Don't think I have ever been to such a filthy fast food place in this country. The bins inside and out were overflowing. You could have several meals from the food on the floors. Toilet floors were strewn with paper. Tables were sticky and unhygienic. Definite need of management

Customer service non existent ordered 2 hot chocolates but received 2 half cups of watery milk. Took them back and waited for someone to acknowledge us. Asked if this looked right. They then gave us 2 more cups of watery milk. No chocolate at all. I gave up after paying nearly £6 for them. Will never go back!

The things that are battered can seem over/under fried by being either too soft or too hard but other than that not bad

£18 , for 2 burgers that looked flat and unappetizing, both were cold , and both meals came without fries as they had either ran out of stock or for some reason they didn't have any . No discount on the meal for no fries , and there was more ice than coke in the drink . Only 2 young lads on duty , who both looked tired out so there customer skills were zero . Wont be going to Burger King again.

Disappointed after today's visit, the burgers were fresh but that was about the only thing going for it. The whole site is tired and run down, deeper potholes in the car park than on Salisbury Plain. Service was with a scowl and staff were far more concerned about all the delivery app orders coming in than the orders placed in store. There was nothing non carbonated with children's meals. Apparently all out of bottled water, fruit juice or milk. Also out of all the dips and condiments besides ketchup and mayo, and yet they were still on the kiosk to order. Final nail in the coffin was the chips which were majorly over salted. Unless you have no where else to stop on the A303 don't bother.

Have been going to this Burger King for several years now and have never had a single problem with staff or food . Everything has been correct and rather fast even in real busy times

Nothing wrong with Burger King clean and efficient. Only problem we had were with toilets on site which were flooded.

Poor service from a brand that I love. This is due to their delivery being delayed for what ever reason but I know from the vast catering industry experience that I have, that having the product that is the heart and soul of your business is the most essential thing there is.

This is a small burger king in in the back of a small services off the A303. On a bank holiday weekend Sunday night it was unexpectedly busy. the service was fairly quick and the staff were friendly enough. Seems like a large proportion of the orders being out through were for Uber Eats and similar delivery companies which seemed to slow things down.

TASTY. Was hungry. Bacon was good, but meat inside could have been tastier. Burger is a 4/5. Somehow, ambience, service and elements of burger made an overall 3. Enjoyed the Smashing Double Cheese Bacon Lover XL. 👌👌👌

You win! The worst burger king experience. Out of all sauces (who runs out of ketchup) Out of milkshake. Out of cup lids. Smug attituide. Slow service. Cold burger. Bun tasted like it had been out for days.

Understaffed at a very busy service station. 35 mins to wait for an order. 3 people only working... Overworked with taking uber/just eat orders. Missed part of my order and someone before me too. I'm not surprised under the pressure they are working at. Staffing definetly needs adressing too.

Like 3 staff and no one serving on the tills. Waited 20 minutes with the people in front not being able to use the 1 working order machine. Walked away.

This has to be the worst burger king in the country. Filthy slow and missed items. Even lettuce in a burger. This place is a letdown to the whole company and should be shut down.

I didn't go to Burger king,I went to Subway which do Gluten free roll with a filling.

Great place to take little ones. Golden Hind was great fun for our 5 year old gone. Lots of fun crabbing & watching porpoises/ dolphins.

Burger King offers great burgers; they are of higher than McDonald's. It offers good vegetarian options compared to other fast food chains. The service is what you would expect.
