Kfc leamore in Walsall

I have never in my life been so annoyed missing half the order when I spoke to a member of staff they refused to do anything about it the attitude was disgusting of the staff and I will go there again

Yet again this place leaves me amazed that a simply order they can not get right asked for ultimate burger meal large I got burger medium chips no side and a Pepsi so missed again they are useless

I just bought KFC oreo krushem for myself and daughter, sipping it and I can feel some snotty slimy on my tongue from the drink. I feel disgusted and it's definitely my last time going to kfc for anything. I'm in fact put off any fast food now, I feel sick about this. I showed the slimy thing out the drink to my daughter and she's traumatised.

Called in to get food. Stood waiting for over 10 minutes at the counter. They just totally ignore you. Totally useless place.

Absolutely shocking establishment. Toilets were locked on arrival. When I went in to the lobby area of the toilet it absolutely stuck of raw sewage Had to use the disabled toilet as I was desperate. Toilet was gross covered in faeces and the sink had no water to wash your hands and no toilet paper to wipe yourself. When I asked if they had any antibac or wipes they said they had none. Then went to get some condements and they had no salt. No napkins and no citrus wipes. They then bought over my food and expected me to eat my salad with no fork and gave me two small pots to eat from when I asked for a large as advertised on the screen when ordering at the self service checkout. Avoid this place. It’s awful. I feel sorry for the staff being out in a place with no working and stocked facilities. I will not be returning that is for sure.

Surly staff , terrible overcooked chicken, burnt and cold fries. Seemed as if it had had been cooked hours before.

Missing buket of chicken, how?? Then when we asked for our missing bucket there was missing fillets??? What a joke idiots

So I have been using this branch for many months often daily to get my zinger fix, I recieved a letter in the post advising me of a parking fine for £60!! As I had spent longer than an hour there! It took 15-20 minutes to order and recieve my order as they made a mistake! No problems, it happens, I then ate my meal slowly due to oesophageal inflammation, I exited as normal... I contacted the manager who apparently the land is owned by a third party so can't do anythings about this other than help when I appeal the charge, in all I was 6 mins over the allowed time which I wasn't aware of!! He since has not replied to my messages as KFC are the main proprietor of the land so he was telling porkies!! I will NEVER use this site again due to this and i had used to spend £40-60 a week on their food but they've lost that income now, I advise ALL to avoid this site as the managers attitude is nothing but appalling and totally unhelpful knowing he could contact the company and advise them to remove the charge but hasn't nor will he, thanks a bunch, working for the NHS visiting pt's daily this was an easy place to park up and eat but they've destroyed this now so thanks guys!!! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY PREMIUM PRICES FOR YOUR BARGAIN BUCKET. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!

Firstly they didn't have Tropicana, not a major issue but I said I don't fancy any of the other drinks I have a bag of drinks here already brought from another shop. I said, just add hot wings instead please and the manager started the hot wing politics saying they can't swap drinks for wings and I said I'll add the extra money. 30 mins later I got told someone had taken my order. Delivery and drive through were flying out but I was waiting and waiting. At this point I wanted a refund. But they said they're nearly done with my next box. Took 5 mins. Because of the bad service they actually gave me the replacement hot wings. Wasn't worth the stuff arguing over a perishable food item. KFC is one of those places that isn't great quality for money. Its quick and easy is its appeal but not today. They made it harder than it should have been even giving my food away and arguing the sake of 20p. I gave 20p to charity on their machine ffs 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was waiting in the queue more then half an hour and after the KFC stuff said they don't have chicken they are cooking I asked to see the manager, manager sabah showed up after five minutes instead of being polite she was so rude and unprofessional Never going back and I do not recommend to go anyone in KFC barking. I odered via uber eats and delivery did not come. I called KFC Leamore who said it had been delivered and to call uber eats. You cannot get through to uber to EVER speak to anyone and so I have spent £50 which I assume KFC have had my money and has just given my husband a mouthful of abuse down the phone. You need to be SACKED as you have no customer skills and I really do not give a damn how many orders you have coming through.....mine DID NOT ARRIVE AND I AM ONLY INDERSTED IN FEEDING MY CHILDREN! I bend over backward for my customers. go above and beyond....perhaps you should try it!

The worst KFC in the country. Badly run, uncaring staff, food undercooked and sides cold and inedible. Absolutely vile.

My Oreo Krushem smelt like a nail salon and when I drank it it tasted like I put chemicals down my throat like nail polish and acrylic, other than that the food was nice but I don’t know why the Krushem tasted so nasty and un edable

the service is not up to scratch placed on order took my money from my account within seconds found out that the delivery was sent to the wrong address cannot get a refund for 48 hours from delivero so what am i supposed to do not eat for two days if they can take your money out of your account in seconds, they should be able to pay it back in seconds kfc was about as much us as a dead chicken run over by a hgv

This kfc need to ensure staff that do wear masks wear them properly, that uber/deliveroo/just eat drivers do not lean over counter chatting and touching faces etc and that they don't keep people waiting 20 mins for their orders to keep those delivery drivers happy. Staff always rude in this Kfc. Customer service complaints not dealt with when reported online or in store

service was bad no seating area available to eat in and no discount food was terrible no sauce get a grip guys and step up

I ordered a bargain bucket 6 pieces , the cashier put in the order for a variety bucket 6 piece which costed more. The chicken was over powering salty, the chicken stripes & chicken wings were coated in thick batter, so thick we were picking the batter off. I had to drink loads of pepsi to counteract the chicken, it was over powering with excessive salt & it was unbearable. All we could hear was the staff shouting the orders through the kitchen. The serving was a shambles, non of the staff knew which order was which with all 5 members on the front desk. The delivery driver had to sort out the orders for the staff. This was moment I would rather forget, it was not a memorable visit. Avoid this branch.

It appears they only get deliveries of leg and thigh in this KFC. I’m local, but I drive the extra miles to the KFC by M6 Junction 10 as they have no issues with delivery if what I’m paying for. (I’m sure there are closer ones, but I’ve never had a problem with these)The drive-through operator was curt and dismissive when I politely asked them not to fill the bucket with leg and to have a variety of pieces. 6 legs and 6 thighs later, maybe my vocabulary was beyond their basic understanding. Either way... AVOID! Plus there’s always undesirable tracksuit wearing youths hanging around with nothing to do but enjoy the KFC aroma until one of them has enough to buy a mini fillet.

Came here for late dinner, around 8.30pm so was less busy. We ordered from the new touchscreen, which I though was better, can see menus better, so you know what you're ordering & choosing. Only thing though, wasn't any corn on cob left, so couldn't have with my meal, even after order went through. Staff was friendly, service was great & quick. Food was lovely. Only thing I noticed was the lights above tables were full of dust, tables were full with rubbish & tables needed a wipe.

Went in today asked for a leg and a wing and got threw out, not happy at all never visit again Really looked forward to the food aswell not reaccomend

Saw an advert on the building for a Fillet Tower burger and Fried for £2.99. Went inside and was told by server that I could not purchase this deal without an 'app'. So I left.When in the car, I re-read the advert and it did not mention an 'app', I checked the KFC website, again no mention. I rang the restaurant and spoke to 'Ricky'. He said I did not need an app and asked why I did not ask for a manager when in store? I explained that as the manager i assumed he had trained his staff to know their jobs and I trusted the staff member was correct. He said that this staff member had served this meal previously and she knew an app was not required. So why was I turned away? He could not answer. Poor showing KFC.

Four of us had a takeaway from here. Everything was well cooked and the chips have much improved .The main problem for us now is the continued excess of salt used. KFC are taking no notice of consumer feedback on this I think. It really puts us off and is making us reluctant to go back.

Service as terrible as usual, staff couldn't run a bath never mind a restaurant, waited half hour in the drive through when there was only one car in front of me, slow as usual, crap service as usual and scrap food as usual, avoid like the plague

I had a take away one dinner time, food was ok, fries were a bit stale but the wrap was nice, staff were friendly and polite and the place seemed clean enough

Had a three piece meal. Only one of the pieces were edible. The Diet Coke was normal Coke. I don't think I'll eat a KFC again. The area is swamped with hoodies and the bins overflowing. I was keen to get out this area heavy infested by Jeremy Kyle candidates and return to normality.

Order wrong 9 times out of 10 at this restaurant which is anoying when you have used drive thru and get all way home

Called in last night for 10 pieces only’ cost, £11.98. Bucket consisted of 4 legs 2 thighs 1 breast 3 wings , I would have had more meat on 6 blackbirds 3 sparrows 1 pigeon. We haven’t had KFC for a while and certainly won’t be having any more at £1.20 for a mouth full

I have visit this KFC on a number of occasions, the last few times, it was a bit of a disappointment. A few weeks ago, when I ordered the zinger tower box with bacon I discovered there was no bacon when I got home! Then, my latest visit, once again I ordered the same zinger tower box with bacon, when I got home, there was nothing in the bun apart from the chicken fillet, there was no bacon, cheese, lettuce, mayo etc ... I called the store immediately, upon request, I returned to the store for an exchange. I wouldn't say the attitude of the staff there was sympathetic either. They were not concerned that I had to drive back to the store.

I have visited this outlet four times and each time they have messed up , I've had a bargain bucket with two lots of fries missing , a 10 piece bargain bucket that five of the chicken pieces were wings ( not much a bargain then ) I've had my meal stolen in front of my eyes when they handed over my meal to someone else , what's the point in giving out reciepts for your meal if they're not going to check them ? I had to Wait for them to do me another meal and to add insult to injury I got stuck in traffic on the way home and took a drink of the Pepsi I ordered only to find out it was in fact diet cherry pepsi which I can't stand and so had to be tipped away once I got home and finally on my last visit I had to wait a long time before I was even acknowledged at the drive through , to the point I thought I must be in the wrong place and was about to drive round further , my meal was thrown into a bag which was just screwed up at the top and despite reaching my destination within 10 minutes the meal was absolutely stone cold .never ever again will I use this branch

We came in, had our meal. Toilets floor was dry but incredibly slippy, like there was a film of grease on floor. Restaurant floor slightly better but food on floor by tables not cleaned up. My 6yo slipped and hit her head on a chair corner quite hard. She was crying really loudly, and I was absolutely disgusted that not one member of staff even asked if she was ok or showed any concerns. Really unacceptable.

Use this KFC very often and not had a bad meal yet, food is always hot and the staff are pleasant and helpful, a good place to eat.

Decided on a KFC this evening for a welcome change, we had a bargain bucket containing 14 pieces of chicken and 4 fries, the chicken was reasonable, however the chips were quite awful, tasted of nothing and more like cardboard, won't be going back to this venue I am afraid.

Always pleasantly suprised, not had a bad meal from this KFC thanks staff friendly and efficient, we have used the restaurant and the drive threw

Really can't say how much of a great addition this restaurant is too leamore . Such a lovely place to eat very clean and staff are lovely , food is lush and so yummy . Kids loved the food esp as we'd treated them for good behaviour at home and school .

Really poor service staff stand around doing nothing while customers waiting to be served. Kid on drive through very disrespectful of customers using the service and everyone can hear his sarcastic comments about customers.

I must admit KFC was never my first choice but my Husband liked it so every now and then we had it. Is this the staffs fault I don't know but they certainly should be a lot cleaner and as soon as a customer has left a table they should clean and sanitise it. No not here instead you find dirty nappies not only am I repulsed by the person who not only changed a babies nappy on a table that people have to eat of but what was the staff thinking in leaving it there. If that's what it's like up front where the customers can see what is like behind the scenes. Needless to say after waiting in the cue for a long while and observing the lack of hygiene I lost my appetite.

We tried the new festive Christmas burger, it was really nice, cranberry and stuffing.We went through the drive thru, we were served quickly and the order was correct.The food was still hot when we got home. Use this KFC quite regular and the food is always hot and we are served quickly

Well it's a typical fast food outlet with everything on tap even the staff, not the best but it fills a gap, Won't make a habit of visiting.

Because we use the place alot the staff know us and are always friendly. Though sometimes I do feel the drive through take priorty over people in the shop even if they have been waiting longer

We use this KFC quite a lot. The staff are nice and the food is usually served quick and hot.I had the bid daddy box meal, great value for money, plenty to eat with this meal.Will be returning

Its a small KFC so not expecting much except a fast food experiance but have to say food was undercooked, got order wrong and staff were slow in serving. O.k for local people in need of something without bothering at home but don't travel to it if you can find somewhere better ( and you will).

Just visited. Spent £25+. Was told to park up. Waited over 10 minutes for our food and half of it was cold. Not exactly what we had in mind when we thought of a take out

Some people are so harsh. I used to work for this KFC 2 years ago, and it wasn't easy. It's stressful, you're constantly under a timer, management are terrible. Working there is hell because of customers who come back and act rude towards staff. Me personally when visiting the restaurant now have no problems and service is always good when I visit. Nice food and reasonable time to get served. Also that picture of the burger, that isn't fag ash, it's actually remains from inside of the bun toaster, because sometimes buns get burnt and the burnt bits stick to the bun machine and probably stuck to the bun. Since staff are under a timer and stressed they probably didn't notice. Go easy on the staff, it's a stressful job.

Don't normally like this kfc but just finished work and needed food! Waste of time! Ordered at drive through, no receipt given, waited 20 minutes watching staff prance around (5 members of staff not one knew what they were Doing!) got my food home to open it and my chicken was half eaten and stale! Just warmed up still rock hard! This place is a disgrace with useless staff who have no customer service skills and feel it's more than acceptable to serve the food half eaten and stale. DO NOT GO HERE!

I wouldnt usually review a fast food outlet but was so appalled after a pop in today, I felt compelled to. Like many KFCs the staff on duty appear to be very young with nobody senior around..I dont blame these kids for one minute..theyre are dumped on and left to sink. It was manically busy today at around 1pm, the drive through in particular and one young man was constantly running in and out with orders. The ladies toilet was a mess, no loo roll, paper all over the floor.The eating area reflected this too..it was filthy..there wasnt a clean table, food all over the floors..quite frankly I opted to eat in my car. At one point a very frustrated customer came in and let rip at those kids...not fair! KFC need to look at their staffing levels, employ a cleaning person who is responsible for that alone and support their very young employees.

We normally use this kfc due to it being close to home, this is the 4th time they have got the order wrong with items missing, today we had a large order and a wait of 20 minutes. We order the large popcorn chicken to split between my two children to today find the large tub is barely half full... A joke really, our last visit the popcorn chicken was missing from our order the food is luke warm at best. Will be driving further to a better kfc in all honesty don't go here!

Big Queue for the drive through so decided to send the mrs in side to order as there was no queue by the time the drive through queue gone done she was still waiting for order . There useless at this kfc

We got there at 9 and there was only three dirty tables next to the door I had a 2 and 8 year old that had been swimming before so I did wanna sit in the cold so they said well we r shutting soon yea in 2 HOURS!! So we ended up sitting right by the loos and we waited along time, the food was on but not very warm and we just could not wait to get out for there if it was my for my little boy wanting it sooo much then we would of left straight away not good at all

just been to kfc and they got my order wrong again the chicken was that raw a good vet would of baught it back to life AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

What a shame. This KFC has gone downhill as far a I am concerned. Where do I start? As we walked in the restaurant there was hardly anyone in. The tables were uncleared and half the floor cordoned off. The staff seemed impatient as my wife ordered our food. When we sat to eat our KFC, at a table we cleared ourselves - the bin was full so we had to dump the litter on another table and wipe our table clean ourselves, the chicken was greasy with oil. It was awful. The chicken on my wife's salad was minimalistic. What has happened to this restaurant ? We were in the restaurant about six months ago and it was a totally different experience. It had been clean and the staff glowing with enthusiasm and the food wasn't bad either. On that occasion the chicken was perfect. Today it felt like a seedy cafe. KFC need to sort this one out .

For the 3rd time, today I have been through the drive through at KFC, and for the 3rd time in as many months they got the order wrong!! Really? I initially stoped to check my order was complete, but felt obliged to move as there was lots of cars behind me. These people seem incapable of getting a order right, and have always got faces on them. This branch needs a good shake up that's for sure. If you intend to visit be sure to check your order and be ready for a long wait..

I've never been to this kfc drive through before and I wont be going back again. The lady on the drive through was nice and did tell us we could get the Krushems for 99p added on to a meal which was helpful instead of paying full price but that was the only plus point. Instead of missing items we had an extra drink charged to my bill so I had to get it refunded, the chicken was slimy and not very and im not sure if kfc has changed their gravy? but this one wasnt as nice as usual, it cost £30 for the family to eat here instead of another fast food chain that costs around £20 so that was a shocker at the till, and then to top it off some teenagers where having a big argument on the car park which is just what you want when your eating your food in the car.. not! I'm not sure if they decided to start fighting after we'd left because we'd had enough of our visit here and drove off, think I'll go to other better and cheaper fast food chains from now on, but no more kfc for me thanks I'll pass.

Worst KFC known to man. Never get your order right, resturant always dirty and have boxes ect still left on the table. Never seen anyone eat in the resturant part apart from kids. Take half hour for them actually bag your order up and give it you (even when your the only person in there) then allowe another half an hour for them to rectify your wrong order. Junction 10 much better.!!

Been several times for collection. Every time (except once) we have had food missing from the order. Tonight missing fillet burger. Could not be bothered to go back for it. How hard is it to read an order and pack it right?? Ridiculous. Incompetent. Won't try again.

So I decided to use the drive through once again even tho I had food missing before, all came in a big brown bag tried to check it all but it's just to much hassle trying to unpack the bag as its all crammed in there. Oh and guess what when we got home the daughters pop corn chicken is missing! It's 5 o'clock and no way am I sitting in the traffic trying to take it all back! Check your order people it's a common thing with this kfc.

Worst KFC I have ever eaten at. Will never ever go back there. Even if food was free.Went through drive thru as more convenient, live 2 mins in car away, in that space of time.. my so called freshly made food was cold. Went to this KFC on the day it opened and collected our food drove home (2 mins in the car ). Food on that occasion was hot, fresh everything you could want. My next visit ordered drove home again (2 mins ) and food was cold greasy, I complained about the food and got nowhere, emailed KFC never recived an apology or even acknowledgement of my email. Hence to say never been to any KFC since I would rather starve

KFC is my favourite food especially the gravy.I have been to this drive thru on numerous occasions and have been greeted either by 'we only have....' or have just simply got home and found out they have decided I didn't want what I ordered and wanted, as example today, I was given a diet Pepsi and corn on the cob... Needless to say I asked for regular Pepsi and gravy with my boneless banquet.I really have tried to give this KFC branch a chance but have now given up on them. I tried phoning today to see if the manager was available to express my concerns so that they use it as an opportunity to improve but alas not one available and quite frankly whomever it was that answered the phone really didn't give two hoots about a customer not being happy.Never again to this KFC....

Absolute disgrace to the KFC brand....Orderd New Texas meal £19.99 what a let down, rubber chips, missing chicken pieces, rang to complain got BT answer phone 5 Times... Drove back to restaurant with food that hadn't been dished up at home to complain and get a refund....Customer service a disgrace, assistant management Nav, learn your customer service skills again, £4.99 refund only given as I refused to fetch the remains of the chicken that was left at home unless he paid for my fuel.... Blood boiling...KFC head office you WILL be hearing from me, your name is being dragged through the mud by your bad management and poor service.

We only live down the road so decided to pick up and take home we ordered 4 adult meals and 1 kids meal we was told the kids drink would be in the box so when we got home there was no kids drink and we cant even say the food was warm as in was really cold and we have to say we wont be going again

Have used this KFC twice, should have been out off the first time.I live a 3 min drive away, food upon arrival at home was cold, bun on chicken was disgusting and fizzy drink was watered down as it had clearly been sat on the side for some time waiting for someone to order it. Vile and vile.

Just got back from Kfc at Leamore and surprise, surprise missing food from our order AGAIN this time It's 3 portions of chips and missing chicken from variety meal. This is not the first time this has happened but it seems to be getting more missing each time and living about 2 miles away going back is a bit of a pain. They seriously need to learn to count at this Kfc. We live between Leamore Kfc and Walsall Wood Kfc and it doesn't seem to happen when we go to Walsall Wood. Take a tip from me before leaving the window get them to Check it in front of you otherwise you may end up being ripped off!!!!

Yes, a take away (or eat in) emporium for the fat and lazy. Walked in and walked out. I don't eat in litter strewn dives, no matter how hungry I am. Shocking.

KFC is KFC standard run of the mill same everywhere you go, but not this new one in leamore, rude sour faced staff who obviously find doing there job and serving you a problem. The chicken was fine but the krushem drinks not mixed properly and what flavouring there was just dumped on top. Never again
