Always fresh food on the day. Customer service is very good. They also do deserts, little mouse/cheese cakes and shakes. Parking available outside shop on a first come first serve basis.

I ordered with an expected delivery time of 2pm. After calling for an update after, I was told it was just a few minutes away. Ten minutes later, the app updated the delivery time to 2:35pm. The food finally arrived at 2:45, but the driver couldn't provide all the change because he lost it. To make matters worse, the food was freezing cold and inedible, I binned it. So, I waited an excessively long time, didn’t get my full change, and received terrible food. I’m unhappy and want my money back.

It was my first time eating from here and I made the mistake not checking the reviews first, but the next day I started vomiting after eating from here. Then I decided to check the reviews of this place and saw other people mentioning food poisoning too! If you want food poisoning then go ahead and eat from here 🤢

I went inside to order for iftar at 7pm 6th April. They said it will be ten minutes. We waited for 45 minutes. They told to wait another 10 minutes. But I told them I will miss my iftar. They said what's my order, I told them my order and they said rudely said we had no order. They said rudely if you want food want food wait another 10 minutes as you can see we have lots of order. We had to leave so we don't miss our iftar. Wouldn't recommend this place. Bad service. No apology. Also I noticed when their mates come or regular people come they quickly process their orders and miss our order or push it back in the queue. Same thing happened to another person that gave 1 star review. Check below.

Very disappointed with my order today. Orded x2 lots of strip meal. Collected order come home to two boxes of wings. Very disappointed kids was disappointed aswell. That’s because the staff is rushing. Stop rushing. !!!

Really terrible my one packet of chips was missing 3 box came Total was meant to be 4 only recived 3 packet of chips and the chips looks so old .

I asked on my notes if they could provide more than 1 sauce as they only gave me 1 last time for 4 meals. They gave me 4 sauces and proceeded to DROWN my food in sauce where it was no longer edible and so soggy, they did this to obviously take the p***, immature and childish.

Boss told me to wait 3 mins because wings was getting made ended up waiting 20 wasn’t even peak period then on top of that I’ve had severe diaherra for 3 days severe food poisoning this food disappointed me

We last went here years ago and was brilliant. Tried again tonight for the first time in a long time and it didn't dissappoint. The food is fresh and was a great meal. Well worth a try to anyone who hasn't been here.

The chicken strip and nibbles didn’t taste like they use to, fries were not soft like before not sure why? Don’t think I will order again

This place is great, chicken wings are always fresh and tasty. Panini is on point, they fill it with chicken and cheese would definitely recommend. Has never let me down. Staff are friendly and not tight with giving chilli sauce pots. Favourite chicken shop in Walsall. Prices are great.

Good quality has gone down since I last ordered and I believe maybe down to new ownership. There was no flavour in the strips, the wings were overheld, stale and oily.

By far the worst takeaway in Walsall. Especially with new management, it shows lack of food and hygiene knowledge. Last time I ordered, cheeseburger tasted off and in half an hour, im throwing it back up. If you know what’s good for your health, don’t bother ordering from them.

Waited 45 min for the food. Ordered when no one was in the shop then school kids came and only was served after the whole school seemingly had come and go. Awful food and the treatment towards customers was terrible. The smell and hygiene was very bad

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars i would. I ordered there to take away and went into another shop and i just collected my bag, when I got back home with the food he put all the leftovers that he had in his oven in our food. The crispy seasoning from the chicken was all in the box not on the chicken, the chicken was white and raw and greasy, the meat on the bone had blood and the fries were old and cold. I am never going back there again, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Food and service absolutely terrible since the new management took over. Used to be really good but these days the quality of the food is really questionable. And about the service what can i say. Absolutely disappointed, the man on the phone is ruining the business. Owners should really take notice of it. His name is Asif. He overcharges on the phone and when you ask him that you want to pay by card, he tells you different stories and he is not sincere to his work and towards his owners.

Absolutely disgusting food! If you want food poisoning this is the place to go. I had ordered food last night and ended up in A&E with food poisoning! Have been sick numerous times, got an upset stomach. I ordered a chicken sizzler burger meal, the burger tasted off and smelt weird. The few mouthfuls I took ended up messing me up. I would avoid this place! Dirty unhygienic place!

Terrible, hair in the food, total disappointment

Chicken wasn't as fresh as what was expecting from the reviews and word of mouth I've heard. Coating was soggy n very bland. The polystyrene container with the wings showed signs of being microwaved. Explains the soggy not fresh coating n taste 2. Fries where stone cold and undercooked, had tht taste where knew oil needed changing aswel. Your chilli sauce tho, yeah man would buy that by the bottle.

I'm very disappointed with this place,as last month the environmental health shut this place down due to finding infestation of some pest ,they knew this all along but continued to serve customers in an unhealthy environment, they didn't care putting public at risk.they should be a shamed of what they did,I'm never going to this place again

Ordered pizza and fries, order didn’t arrive for an hour and half, and by then it was cold. Plus it was missing the fries. Called them to ask where my fries were, told it’ll be about 10 min. Still not here after half an hour. Won’t be using again. I’d give them zero stars if it was possible

Chicken is always fresh and very tasty

Incredibly basic, but great prices and does the simple stuff well. Good wings, strips, nuggets, burgers and wraps. Nothing fancy, just good old fried chicken.
