Sadly my order was not correct. I had requested chicken salad with side order of chips. I got chicken tenders and chips- no chicken salad. Regardless what I received was very nice 👍

Ricce are not fully cooked and full chicken is not like what I order that is why I m not fully satisfied with food.

DO NOT ORDER IF GOT ALLERGIES.order cancelled due to allergies. was told that as a responsible 5 star rating food place they can't guarantee that the allergie is free. food for my self being pregnant and my children had been cancelled. now have to wait for refund to return to my account just because they want to discriminate against people witb allergies

chicken was 'wet', clearly cooked at a much earlier time with a wet sauce poured over it at the time of service, rather than being grilled and cooked into the chicken. also the chicken was under cooked, threw most of it away.

it was early but there was missing items such as my hashbrowns and my chicken burger

I have been spoken to like rubbish when I was missing food from my order. Person on the phone stated I was “demanding” when all I asked was can you not compensate us for this issue. We all wanted to sit down as a family and eat and now food is going to have to be reheated. The person was really rude on the phone and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Food took an hour to come, the quality was horrendous, food was cold, the salad was bare literally a few shreds of lettuce and a couple other things, the corn on the cob was freezing cold, the only that was nice was the burrito. £18 for nothing!

food was horrid arrived in soggy box with food just thrown in box, food is low standard and does not match the pictures.

I had really high hopes when I saw the reviews of this place but honestly I am so incredibly disappointed. Everything was soggy, the chips tastes old and were hard, the milkshake was so watery, almost like it had no ice-cream in it. I never give bad reviews, hoping that maybe something just went wrong in the kitchen, but this was so disappointing on so many fronts... Portion sizes and cakes were nice, everything else felt a waste.

Plain bland food, they have no clue how to season crispy chicken, just tasteless, has to be the worst tasting chicken I’ve ever tried took over an hour to deliver and I had to call them to ask why.

the chicken was very spicy even though it should of been a chicken fillet you need to ask if they want it spicy or normal I won't be ordering again until this is sorted after one bite it was too much

I threw up continuously for an hour after consuming this food, feeling dizzy and terrible stomach pains.I had never taken this food before and will never again - only ordered because it was late and no other restaurants were open. Reported it to the company that sent my food, for the restaurant to only contact me 9 hours later. To then be questioned if I missed out any allergies I did not mention, I have no allergies to any ingredients contained, continuously being told that it would not have been possible to have been sick from the food, may has well have called me a liar. Telling me they do not get any bad reviews or anyone else who has felt like this from the food. LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS. More than enough people have expressed their concerns. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

TERRIBLE. Walking food poisoning. Ordered this food earlier today and have been throwing up constantly since. From looking at your reviews I can see you don’t reply to any that give bad reviews.. let alone doing anything about it ! Will be reporting to council in hopes you will be under review. Disgraceful. Even one review recently of the food making them feel bad, so I am not the only one! Shame on you.

0/10 they don’t deserve any stars at all. They need to be checked by local council I have food poisoning from their peri peri chicken. It was pink inside, smelt horrible and tasted as if it was reheated. They also forgot my cheeseburger and had the cheek to say we are extremely busy we will give you the burger when you next time order?? lol who said I’m ordering again? I made sure they delivered it which was 1 hour late. I spoke to the driver and said it wasn’t his fault as he got defensive and he finished my Sentence for me when I was explaining about the peri peri chicken and the inside... to conclude please avoid or call in sick at work for the next 2/3 days.

You place a big order just go get some bakwaas fries hard as rock breaking your teeth off literally. Sauce needs improving. Please fix up your chips.

Frozen processed food and reheated and chewy chicken....never again. also yh iceland chicken tastes better than the chicken from ur shop...dont violate a famous shop like iceland

Excellent food for very good price! 5 STARS because there aren't more stars to give...I ordered twice... the second time i received something extra on the house.. and was very sweet of them. The chicken strips.. are heavenly.. spicy and super yummy. The lamb wraps are to die for... very good quality meat inside. The nutella waffle was Absolutely delicious!

First time ordering tonight … food took a little bit longer than expected to come but when we called and spoke on the phone the man was very helpful and polite … we love 5.7 miles away from this shop and the food came very hot and was spot on … even though we ordered 30 minutes before closing food was so fresh we had donner wrap pir pir wraps and chicken strips with plenty of chips … 2.6 stars is very harsh this should be a 5 star will 100% be ordering again and will recommend

Food was over an hour over time estimate for delivery. Phone clearly left off the hook at the restaurant, so no way of contacting them. I attempted to call 29 times!! I understand things happen but if you communicate it to customers maybe it wouldn’t leave such a bad experience. When it finally arrives it has a side missing and it’s stone cold!! I question the driver and he said he had only picked it up 15 minutes before!! I would avoid these like the plague and never order from a clearly badly run restaurant

I was in Wednesbury to see my friend around and on the way back I passed by Darlaston when I saw this takeaway shop , stopped by but parking is an issue although it was late so no trouble. We park up and tried their menu there was much flavour on offered. We tried hot wings , pizza and kebab , it was amazing so nice. Definitely will try again when next time in Wednesbury.

Wont be ordering from here again. They have lost my custom. Ordered food, waited nearly a hour. They then said it was on the way.. Then after ten minutes from that they then cancelled my order. I called and the women simply said "because they was to busy". Why waste my time leaving us to wait so long to then just cancel it anyway? This is my second problem with them. I was a regular until now but their basic customer communication is poor at best and not worth the near alright kebab.

First and last time!! Food was dead and chicken bites were dry as anything and for the price you'd expect to be able to pick a drink instead of just Pepsi and 7up.. Spend your money elsewhere

customer service was horrendous. staff hung up the phone when we made a complaint because our chicken was raw and told us the food was cooked. man at the phone told us they’re not coming back or answering again and if we wanted to talk to them to drive down ourselves. would not recommend.

Came for collection, got home around 5-10 mins later baring in mind the food was “fresh”, got home and began to eat, the fries was freezing cold but that wasn’t the main point, the chicken was pink inside, now I’m not a food connoisseur but everyone knows pink chicken is raw and can lead to food poisoning. Phoned the restaurant and she claimed the chicken was fresh and was all served hot, the pancakes was nice though. Overall the place was shocking to be fair, wouldn’t recommend to eat here at all.

Shocking. Dont pay their staff. Go to the toilet in their aprons. Tread in bins in the same aprons as they cook in.

4 months ago I left a review on how great the service was. Now I see how lucky I was! Before they actually cared about customers, if they forgot an item they'd deliver it too you, if you are a repeat loyalty customer they'd reward you with freebies. Now they just don't care. I used to use Just Eat app but they put the price up on their menu, so I started ordering from their own Tenders app that has the actual menu price. Would have been perfect except the point stysem is silly as you only get 20% off every 6th order and nothing else. Their menu is different on Just Eat app and their Tenders app, I've requested multiple times for them to include the same dishes on both apps and they said they'd get onto it but it's been 4 months with false promises. (Never mind that they put the price up!😠) This place used to have brilliant service, though I see now that the good cooks/Chefs have left due to poor management. I ordered a platter (remember I'm a loyal customer of theres for at least 4 months that's ordered at least once every 2 weeks) and after an HOUR they sent me a message that they won't be able send because they've shut. This is not true there was more than 2 hours left till closing time. If they couldn't make my order why couldn't they have told me within 10 minutes not an hour!? Also had to wait FIVE DAYS FOR A REFUND. Ridiculous. Not going to order from them ever again, it's a shame I loved their food but as others have said a 1 star hygiene rating is really bad. How can you not have basic hygiene skills during covid time?

This place is terrible 2 hours for the food to turn up and when it did its was truly horrible the burger looked like it had been cooked days ago and then just burnt on a grill to warm it up slightly the chicken is days old and warmed up and the chips are horrible PLEASE AVOID THOS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ITS TO EXPENSIVE AND IT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN COOKED AND SERVED BY A 5 YEAR OLD WITH SEVERE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES
