First time I've been in a TGI's for years, but it seemed to be much better value than it was then, although the menu didn't seem as varied as it used to be. Very quiet on a Wednesday evening, so no need to book.

2nd time I visited TGIs after a disastrous 1st time but this time was incredible. The big cheese dipper with the mozzarella sticks burger was out of this world. Cocktails were nice. Expensive overall but the food was brilliant.

Quite empty, but it was only a Wed evening. Order taking was quick, and waitresses were very friendly. The food was slow to come out. The corn dog starter was nice, but the new smash burger was a 9/10. We will definitely return.

Went last night for a date night with my partner and we were both absolutely appalled with the table service and quality of food £20 for the flame grilled chicken burger and it was inedible definitely wasn't worth the price, we also upgraded our fries to loaded fries and they were absolutely discusting had no bacon on them for 1 and tasted like they'd put mustard all over them🤮 cocktails stated 2 4 1 and basically paid 16£ for juice and ice, didn't feel comfortable or inviting Atomsphere wasn't great at all, feel like I've wasted £72 as was still hungry when we came out

A wonderful american/big brand invention. Some of our town's finest have ended up working in the actual place it all began in the chain.. yes that wonderful metropolis adorned with a distinctive libertarian statue. Even some of our more rank and file frequent here..was a pleasure to bump into them like we used to all the time in days of old. And then to keep hearing about how they had still kept their old novelty costumes including fake moustaches and beards. I couldnt be more impressed with the diversity of staff. Some are from across one of the uk's neighboring seas and some are from many more miles away. Top of the magic morning to you all as we light up our fairies on the tree. When you secure a table you see your number clear as anything.. unlike those pesky phones that have too much shimmering as they reflect the ceiling lights. Peace.

First time attending. Atmosphere felt off. Staff not very attending or friendly. Food was ok. We had 2for£22 and a kids meal.

Tgi used to be my go-to for a steak or ribs. They have removed so much from the menu. On this occasion, it just seemed that there was no organisation in the service. I had no specific waitress and I was having to get up myself to get cutlery etc. Food seems to be come undercooked to what I am ordering the last few times too. I won't be coming back here again especially considering I've always close to or over £100 on each visit.

Came with family for a quick dinner and had a great time. The American grill was beau And the service from Amelia really stood out . Thank you TGI Fridays

Ridiculously overpriced. Food is average. Apparently all burgers are double stacked unless you specify a single when ordering, so had to send order back. Absolutely zero chance of getting served at the bar. I can see why it's closing down.

Brilliant evening spent here following a late cancellation from TGIF in Sutton Coldfield. The staff really looked after us (party of 10) not many customers considering the closure of several restaurants in the chain today. Friendly staff and the restaurant was, as you'd expect, clean

Firstly we had a party of nine for a birthday. They didn’t have any seating for nine and tried to sit at a table for 6 and ended up pushing tables together even though we had booked. Loaded jacket skins - 15.95. 10 slices of potato. Cold no dip. One meal didn’t turn up. One was late because they burnt it. Food was just about warm. Couldn’t order all the food as they had run out. Waitress who organised our seating was helpful but the manager took ages to speak to us. We did however have some items removed from the bill which was appreciated. All I can say is don’t go. Picture shows loaded potato skins 😂 a bargain.

The brunch at TGI is excellent, Cocktails are well made and the service surprisingly speedy. Food up to the high standards we expect from a quality restaurant and Great value on the Brunch. Good atmosphere and friendly staff top off the day, thanks to our server Courtney and all the staff for a great experience.

Pretty bog standard poor quality, overpriced food. Typical TGI fare over the last 5 years or so.

Food is very expensive for what it is. Staff were friendly but inattentive and the restaurant was nowhere near full. Someone needs to be on the door to welcome and seat customers quickly or to at least acknowledge them whilst waiting. Seats and the table were sticky and not fully clean. One positive, you can get 20% off your food bill if you're going to the cinema next door on the same day, just show your cinema tickets to your server. You also have to pay for parking. It would be good if the restaurant validated car parking tickets for their customers.

Took so long waiting for my meal .. not a very good service restaurant and disappointed

Visited due to having a voucher on food. One staff at the time of arrival but more clocked in during service. Drinks order came quick but was given the wrong appetizer so had to replace. Mains were good quality. Filling. Fresh. Unable to use voucher as meals were put through as a "set menu" so ended up paying a higher price then if the voucher was utilised. No set menu was issued to us so wasn't aware this was a thing. Had to ask several times for water for the table. Visit again but not anytime soon. The money just doesn't justify the amount of food personally.

Pretty awful experience for our first time. We waited over an hour for our starter to come, the food also came wrong and no servers were refilling our drinks. Appreciate the manager taking a flat percentage off our bill for the poor service.

Not even worth 1 star- me and my boyfriend went on saturday evening- once we arrived we were sat down and informed the tills weren’t working and were only taken cash - no problem- we were sat for around 40 minutes and no one had come to the table, tried to get the attention of someone yet no one would respond. Poor service. We then waited a further 10/15 minutes and still no one. We ended up getting up and leaving. Will definitely not be returning.

Unfortunately even 1 star is definitely too high. Twenty minutes after being seated and as our order was about to be taken, we were informed it was cash only and the till was down which was a little annoying as we should have been told upon entry. After ordering, we waited nearly a full hour for a void which upon arrival was poor. The burger bun was crusty and solid, the burger itself wasn’t very nice and the salad came without dressing and avocado! Waited another 20 minutes before receiving the bill when the server asked if we wanted change, I didn’t really want to pay £40 let alone leave a tip (the waitress tried her best, nothing against the waitress ). Safe to say we won’t be returning soon

Had take out with uber eats, ordered the hot dog, cheese donuts and tgi glaze. They didn't have the donuts so gave us mozzarella bites, a side of chips and a sprinkle cake! Very happy! Thank you 😊😋

Booked bottemless brunch which was costing us £180 for 2 hours! Sat and waited 45 mins before a waiter even came and gave us a menu to look at, once we finally caught her attention to order it took a further 45 mins to get our drinks. 1 hour 30 mins with no food or drink even though it was suppose to be bottomless, and not even half of the restaurant was full. We ended up leaving and cancelling all food and drinks. We had also pre booked in advance. Very very bad customer service and when we spoke to the lady to tell her we was leaving she wasn't even half bothered. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff were great, friendly and prompt in their service. The food was delivered in good time and all in our party were happy with their meals. I had booked in advance through the website so a table was set aside for us. The only complaint I have is with the cleanliness... The seats were not clean and I ended up wiping the table down with a wet wipe before we sat to look at our menus as it was clearly not clean. The toilets also were not very clean. This was disappointing as it is a great place to go with family, friend, young and old, perhaps a better cleaner needs to be employed. Our server - Chloe H was lovely, served us with a smile and was attentive to everyone's requests.

Okay so 12 noon on a Monday lunch time during the school 6 weeks holiday. We walk in and wait for what felt like forever to be seated because no one was there, it was deserted. I had to walk to the kitchen and shout for someone. Someone came and said choose somewhere to sit and someone will be out shortly. There was only 1 other family seated so we picked a table and then kept on changing our choice because I kid you not, every single seating area was dirty. My daughter refused to sit down and I don’t blame her at all. Every seat was covered or smeared with food, presumably not cleaned from the night before. After the 5th table we got up and walked out.

Very Average. Staff were friendly. Menus were dirty and sticky. Table had crumbs on it and felt sticky. Wine served in a dirty, smeared glass. Food was very average therefore seemed very overpriced! Low standards or lazy staff??! Last time I plan to visit this place. I only go for a purple rain cocktail (that was nice)!!

Main meals arrived cool to cold, beef rib was very fatty despite restaurant near empty. One waitress was abrupt when we tried to inform her that our meals were cold and she continued to talk to what it appears to be her friends at another table then when we told her again she rudely stated that she had informed our waitress.

Had a really good time, the meal was excellent and the service by Chloe H was above and beyond as she was very friendly where she kept us topped with drinks as well which is always a plus.

Every time I order from TGIs (Click and collect) the food is never ready for the time I put down, so you end up having to pay extra for parking, also on multiple occasions I've been there standing at the door by the click and collect bay looking at staff but no one comes to speak to me I always end up having to walking to the kitchen to try and get staffs attention. On my last visit the 4 members of floor staff looked at me and then disappeared into the back I eventually got impatient and asked the chef what was going on and sat and waited opposite the kitchen I used to order from TGIs frequently but over the years I can't say I've ever had a quick speedy service from tgis Walsall. Eg last visit I ordered the food for 9pm collection I know they're always late I got to tgis at 9:15 and the food hadn't even been cooked or boxed up yet, and when it was I still had to go back due to them missing things from the order I believe I eventually left the TGIs at 9:40pm. I've attached some pictures as proof things at this Walsall TGIs need to change either the staff can't be bothered to do their job or they need customer service training.

Very long wait for food and a couple of errors with the order. Waiting staff were very polite and friendly but the overall running of the restaurant seemed very disorganised. The food is fine but overpriced when compared to similar quality food in other establishments - though that's a criticism of TGIF overall rather than this particular restaurant.

We ate here a couple of days ago, and I wouldn’t go back. The seats were dirty - crumbs on and sticky, the tables were the same and having looked around briefly, it was the case across the rest of the restaurant too. The server was kind and accommodating, which was welcome. However the food prices are ridiculous. There was about 4 different menus, which was confusing, and a standard cheese burger cost £19.50! We ordered off the set menu which meant we paid £16 for that same cheeseburger + garlic bread starter, but for the quality of the food, I wouldn’t have even paid that. The chips were overly salty, and couldn’t be finished as a result. The burger was nice but, again, for the price, you’d hope it would be. You also then have to pay for parking on top of this. Plenty of better restaurants close to this one that you should go to instead

Took a visit on the 20th July 24 as a group of three, arrived slightly late which they were ok with , granted but from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, it was not a good experience. Table service was very poor, staff were not on the ball at all, we were sat for 20 minutes waiting for a waitress to come round . we spent £150 on food & drinks that were more or less worth £50. Cocktails were severely watered down and tasted like juice with ice, the food was appalling other than the prawns / calamari starter . Steak was over cooked, Cajun pasta - completely inedible and tasted like pasta water, no flavour at all. All plates had more or less a full dinner on them upon leaving bar a few chips & mushrooms from the steak. Been here once and it was fantastic- returned just based on my previous experience and I will never return again. £150 down the drain

Absolutely disgusting service on Father’s Day. Left waiting 40 mins for pre booked table , then had to wait 30 mins to order. Food order was incorrect . The list of errors is endless. The meal took so long that we had to leave before we could order dessert as we had run out of time on the car park. Complained and no response from anyone . Will not use again. If I could give no stars I would. Complained on the day to Head Office…. Still awaiting reply ,. Apparently being looked at

Went for birthday celebration, two people, for a Friday night it wasn’t too busy quite a few empty tables. Atmosphere was nice but for the amount of staff working service was shocking they took our order quickly but food then took an hour to arrive and from our seats we could see the kitchen and so many dishes were sitting under the hot lamps ours included for around 15 minutes while staff just stood around and talked. The server who was dealing with our section of tables only had 4 including us all of them two people but when we finally caught her to ask to order more drinks she never came back so after 20 minutes and her avoiding our table and talking to her colleague my partner went to the bar. By the time the food got to the table my partners food (American grill) wasn’t very hot we tried to get the waitress attention but was ignored so we just ate. When asking for the bill we were told they would find us a server to help. We waited 20 minutes for the bill which she dropped on the table and walked off. I was unable to tell her I had an offer and when she returned with the card machine and I was able to she scoffed and went off the change the bill. She put the new bill on the table and walked off. We stayed there for 10 minutes and she had not come back we see her talking to her colleague again. We get up to see if we can pay at the bar and when we pass her she stops us and shows us the card machine to pay. Overall atmosphere was nice Food was okay just wish it was hotter especially for the prices Service horrible won’t be returning to this restaurant because of it.

Booked a table for a birthday at 5pm, we were not served with our drinks until 6pm despite the place not being busy. Food didn't arrive until 6.45 after having already been there nearly 2 hours. Waitress came while others were still eating to take some plates which i think its extremely rude. Very quickly tried to serve us with the bill as they wanted the table free for other customers. Took us asking 5 different staff members where our food was. Member on table medically can only eat starter portion (has card to prove) and was still not allowed the cocktail offer with a main meal that she had as part of her birthday exclusive deal. The food and drinks were so late we missed our next reservation leaving the disabled member of the party unable to be seated in our next venue. Only thing is recommend is the food, everything else was shocking.

Just popped in for a couple of cocktails and lite bite so had the hoisin wings and nachos (the wings were fit)

Service was great and the staff are a credit to the business everyone was awesome. The food is hit and miss, my partners veggie fajita was good but my ribs were terrible, like a pack from the supermarket that had been microwaved, very low quality meat. The music in the place is like a rave, not sure why it's so deafening, saying that it didn't manage to drown out the crack head in the next booth going barmy at his mom the entire time we were there. Won't be going back

Birthday meal was absolutely messed up. From drink being served after we already ate the starters 😩 to food being mixed up.

Great service, however food is really expensive for what you get. £21 for chicken fajitas - a bit steep for the amount you get. The sesame chicken was lovely, decent portion, and great service being able to personalise little one's wrap.

We were not aware off the parking at your Walsall branch as we were on a disabled badge, after speaking with one of the staff there who were really nice, we won’t be going there again. It was ridiculous that at no point did we see any parking instructions and information it was a nasty rainy night shame food was lovely and so were the staff. Probably you should inform customers that there is a parking charge when taking orders thank you

Came here for my son’s birthday today and I have never been so felt the way I did. Waiters only came to us to take our initial order after that we became invisible. We were ignored the waiters would walk past us and go to the table next to us to ask if they were ok. We all wanted more drinks and dessert but no one came to us. I had to walk around the restaurant to find a waiter and request a bill as we were completely ignored , I requested a happy birthday song for my son which was not acknowledged but the other table they sang for them. Felt profiled and treated differently can only put it down to race. I wish I had gone to the Birmingham one were my son would have had a better birthday

My experience at TGI Fridays has left a bitter taste in my mouth and a deep hole in my pockets. Unfortunately the prices they charge for the quality of food they offer is extortionate, slow service with a half empty restaurant was disappointing. My table ordered 2 bowls of loaded fries and they came out stone cold, asked the waitress to have them remade (which she promised to do), brought them back and i could immediately tell they were chucked into the microwave which completely ruined the dish and left me disappointed as you don’t expect to pay premium prices for microwaved food. The main meals are ridiculously overpriced considering the portion size and quality of food you receive. My table also ordered a sharing ‘wall to wall’ chicken platter and the wings on it were completely cold to the touch. Overall, TGI Fridays is a shell of its former self and has ruined its reputation going forwards.

Service we received from Evei was nothing short of excellent. She was friendly and helpful and accommodating to childs special needs and assistance dog. She made the visit easier and more enjoyable.

Really expensive compared to other places that sell burgers and fries and £7 for a lager that was horrible.

The food although very expensive was good. I was shocked at the price hike here though. The tables, seats and surroundings were very dirty. The place needs a really good clean. Another couple came in after me and demanded to be moved to a clean booth. The price and cleanliness has put me off returning.

I know I must have time to write a bad review, but im so upset. £98 for what!!! The service is the worst. One of the ladies was fine, you know who you are, but from the frount of house to the mangers I mean they gave us extra chips because they didn't give us a proper size portion on our main meals. Buger and chips for £20 are u having a laugh. If the service was on point the extra chips they gave us after we complained would have been enough, but it wasn't. My son friend had a burger bun so hard he could have knocked himself out with it. I asked for a menu three times. Im sorry but for the money its just not worth it. Mark my words TGI friday is next to go out of business. Im so sorry, but I only write a bad review when I've really had a bad experience. Sorry

Poor service. Very very slow. Lack of staff. Food portions small for the cost paid and had to wait a long time for order to be taken. Deffinately overpriced for what it’s worth.

TGI Fridays falls short with poor service and lackluster food quality. However, there's one shining star on their menu. the Chocolate Fudge Fixation dessert, which is the only thing I order now. It is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, even when ordering delivery, they consistently forget to include the ice cream that accompanies it. Overall, while the dessert is a standout, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.

Very overpriced for the food you receive, for the price point you except alot better. No problem with service or preparation of food. Just very standard frozen food chain restaurant.

This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had, came back here after a disappointing experience previously and glad I did. Food was amazing, all three course were lovely particularly loved the bbq ribs.
