Little Dessert Shop Bloxwich in Walsall

The guy on the phone doesn't seem to listen when I request for less sauce on my waffle! They drench it in chocolate sauce & sent wrong waffle!

The quality of food from here is always good no complaints there however this is the second if not 3rd time I’ve placed an order and it’s arrived late and cold. I don’t expect the dessert to be piping hot but at least warm. I feel extremely let down yet again and most likely won’t be ordering again.

Don’t order from this shop. Order arrived 45 mins late. The shop stopped answering our calls. The food that eventually arrived was wrong.

Arrived late two people could not wait so lost their money Sundays were melted mush luckily those were what my friends ordered but couldn’t wait for the snail delivery delivery came atleast 40 minutes after it was showing on the app as delivered

Cookie dough was very thing and didn't fill tray . Chocolate covered strawberries was ice cold and strawberry tasted off .

Brownie arrived without ice cream which was paid for, both brownies were cold only good thing about the order was the 2 cokes we ordered

All food was cold said they would add 3 extra free things due to a delay of 2 hours and only added 2 my given just eat time was 9-9:20 the man denied this and continued every half hour to say my order was on the way I want a refund on this order

Honestly can’t believe when I called them to say my order is late he had the audacity to say his 5 min away and I did say to you earlier that he had two other stops

so it was a long drive and they didn’t know how to get here but they were really nice and gave us a freed drink for the delay i’m really happy about the service

Hi they won’t refund me when they haven’t delivered it to my address probably someone else’s and it’s ticked off saying delivered they won’t answer the phone this is outrageous!!!

quantity of brownies less than normal. strawberries tiny and not good quality. chocolate sauces half filled. For 25.00 and we order this box regularly. very disappointing. will think twice about ordering again.

Extremely late, no communication from the restaurant, Said order been delivered but hasn't, requesting a refund.

Charged me a tenner for three drinks they did not deliver.

Order from here regularly however food is always marked as delivered ontime however doesnt actually arrive until 1.5 hours later. Can say with confidence that every order has taken 90mins plus to arrive. Today my order was due by 22:05, was marked as delivered at 21:50 but I didn’t get a knock on my door until 22:35…. HOWEVER food is always delicious and in great condition upon arrival, even sundaes or iced drinks

I went in to little dessert shop, not knowing what I wanted, i just described what i normally like and was recommended devil's touch. BEST MILKSHAKE, I have tried in a while. The kitchen staff really know there stuff. Thanks, will be coming back😊👍

Ordered at 12:45 and the food got to me at 1:05. Generous portion of fruit on the waffle and was the warmest and tastiest waffles and pancake I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you

I placed a order with little dessert shop, only ordered 4 items and took them 2 hours to deliver and when it came it was freezing cold

Food and service was fantastic. A few bugs in the app which lead to frustration. I think I have previously found it easier to order with other services like just eat than the actual app. The app could do with being overhauled. I have eaten from a few little dessert shops now and I have to say that there's always something better about the food that comes from this Bloxwich branch. Definitely the tastiest in the area. Always nice and quick delivery and top quality food. I am not going to single out other individual branches however there are some of the branches that could benefit from some training on the food prep from this branch. Loved the food and delivery but the app ain't great. Keep up the good work.

food was nice as always but it came in individual boxes rather than a platter as shown in the advertisement and the pancakes were mini pancakes rather than the usual size it should be. i think the description should be changed to mini pancakes rather than pancakes.

They were only a bit late but made up for it with a free drink. Delivery guy was great and apologetic too, give him a raise!

Missing items!! When you spend over £50 u do not expect to have items missing. Won’t be ordering from here again, avoid!! Little desert shop has honestly gone down the pan.

First time Iv ordered from this branch . Cold soggy food. Pancakes were a joke ! Paid £30 for some mini pancakes.

Shocking! Avoid! Ordered cookie dough waffer thin and burnt on the bottom disgusting not worth nearly £10. Ice cream flavourless won't order from here again.

Picked up my order and they must for forgot to put my cookie dough in there because there was basically nothing in the container!

really nice! did take a while to get here considering we live really close but the drinks were really good

The best place to order cakes. We're regular customers and we love it every time we have a sweet treat. Waffles are soft and tasty even the next day. Great sweets!
