I ordered on uber eats (Aleena my nieces account) and unfortunately the uber delivery driver missed one of my bags with half of my order. Thank you to this wonderful dessert shop for going above and beyond to deliver my items despite the delay. The food quality is always 10/10 and i will order directly with them next time as the delivery is efficient. Thanks team for making my nieces and nephews happy today with your excellent service.

Bought some food yesterday, mentioned exactly what I wanted. She proceeded to get my order wrong twice and said I did not make the wrong order. When my friend who was stood next to me was a witness of what I had ordered, she denies it and then blames me and proceeds to make another order. It was clear that they wanted to sure I knew that they weren’t happy and made the second order (which was STILL wrong negligently.. ). If customer service isn’t for you, choose another professional route.

Wanted 2 hours and 15 minutes and everything is tipped over

I have been here a fair few times and a few others around. But this one in bloxwich is excellent. Staff are kind and polite and food comes out faster than McDonald’s. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and it tasted lovely. Very affordable for the quality you get. Always enjoyed after a nice home meal highly recommend.

Lovely service and so was the desserts. Not my first time there and definitely not my last. Mo was exceptionally nice. Definitely will recommend

3 time I’m here me my daughter my wife my son love this desert we will definitely come again .young girl very good for service.i am not really a desert fan but this place really changed my taste and my likes for desert. I recommend that u go here best place!!!

took over an hour to arrive. when it came the french toast was rock hard and not edible. Really disappointed as have had really good deliveries from here.

Not only did it take an 1 hour 20 to actually turn up, but the waffle was cold and the gelato had almost completely melted. Honestly a bit of a waste of money if you ask me

Order was late and said it had been delivered when it hadn’t, worker who answered the phone didn’t seem like he wanted to work there, when food finally came every meal was cold but they gave us one free drink?? Quite disappointed as never had a problem before

The guy on the phone doesn't seem to listen when I request for less sauce on my waffle! They drench it in chocolate sauce & sent wrong waffle!

Don’t even rate this one star ordered one item 2 hours ago currently still waiting ignorance at its finest ad nobody seems to know how a phone works absolutely appalling keep on delaying my order more and more I expect this to be sorted and I want money back for this won’t be going here again and wouldn’t recommend

The quality of food from here is always good no complaints there however this is the second if not 3rd time I’ve placed an order and it’s arrived late and cold. I don’t expect the dessert to be piping hot but at least warm. I feel extremely let down yet again and most likely won’t be ordering again.

Don’t order from this shop. Order arrived 45 mins late. The shop stopped answering our calls. The food that eventually arrived was wrong.

Arrived late two people could not wait so lost their money Sundays were melted mush luckily those were what my friends ordered but couldn’t wait for the snail delivery delivery came atleast 40 minutes after it was showing on the app as delivered

All food was cold said they would add 3 extra free things due to a delay of 2 hours and only added 2 my given just eat time was 9-9:20 the man denied this and continued every half hour to say my order was on the way I want a refund on this order

so it was a long drive and they didn’t know how to get here but they were really nice and gave us a freed drink for the delay i’m really happy about the service

Order from here regularly however food is always marked as delivered ontime however doesnt actually arrive until 1.5 hours later. Can say with confidence that every order has taken 90mins plus to arrive. Today my order was due by 22:05, was marked as delivered at 21:50 but I didn’t get a knock on my door until 22:35…. HOWEVER food is always delicious and in great condition upon arrival, even sundaes or iced drinks

I went in to little dessert shop, not knowing what I wanted, i just described what i normally like and was recommended devil's touch. BEST MILKSHAKE, I have tried in a while. The kitchen staff really know there stuff. Thanks, will be coming back😊👍

I placed a order with little dessert shop, only ordered 4 items and took them 2 hours to deliver and when it came it was freezing cold

Ordered at 12:45 and the food got to me at 1:05. Generous portion of fruit on the waffle and was the warmest and tastiest waffles and pancake I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you

Food and service was fantastic. A few bugs in the app which lead to frustration. I think I have previously found it easier to order with other services like just eat than the actual app. The app could do with being overhauled. I have eaten from a few little dessert shops now and I have to say that there's always something better about the food that comes from this Bloxwich branch. Definitely the tastiest in the area. Always nice and quick delivery and top quality food. I am not going to single out other individual branches however there are some of the branches that could benefit from some training on the food prep from this branch. Loved the food and delivery but the app ain't great. Keep up the good work.
