On time.....always friendly.... deserts are superb!

delicious as always generally can't get enough. the chocolate concrete cake always takes me back to my child hood

Order over 1.5 hours late and arrived cold

Food was late And the two scoops of ice cream were missing from the order.

Two pots of ice cream were missing from the order - they were supposed to come with the waffles

took over an hour to arrive. when it came the french toast was rock hard and not edible. Really disappointed as have had really good deliveries from here.

Not only did it take an 1 hour 20 to actually turn up, but the waffle was cold and the gelato had almost completely melted. Honestly a bit of a waste of money if you ask me

Order was late and said it had been delivered when it hadn’t, worker who answered the phone didn’t seem like he wanted to work there, when food finally came every meal was cold but they gave us one free drink?? Quite disappointed as never had a problem before

The guy on the phone doesn't seem to listen when I request for less sauce on my waffle! They drench it in chocolate sauce & sent wrong waffle!

Don’t even rate this one star ordered one item 2 hours ago currently still waiting ignorance at its finest ad nobody seems to know how a phone works absolutely appalling keep on delaying my order more and more I expect this to be sorted and I want money back for this won’t be going here again and wouldn’t recommend

The quality of food from here is always good no complaints there however this is the second if not 3rd time I’ve placed an order and it’s arrived late and cold. I don’t expect the dessert to be piping hot but at least warm. I feel extremely let down yet again and most likely won’t be ordering again.

Don’t order from this shop. Order arrived 45 mins late. The shop stopped answering our calls. The food that eventually arrived was wrong.

Honestly can’t believe when I called them to say my order is late he had the audacity to say his 5 min away and I did say to you earlier that he had two other stops

so it was a long drive and they didn’t know how to get here but they were really nice and gave us a freed drink for the delay i’m really happy about the service

Order from here regularly however food is always marked as delivered ontime however doesnt actually arrive until 1.5 hours later. Can say with confidence that every order has taken 90mins plus to arrive. Today my order was due by 22:05, was marked as delivered at 21:50 but I didn’t get a knock on my door until 22:35…. HOWEVER food is always delicious and in great condition upon arrival, even sundaes or iced drinks

I went in to little dessert shop, not knowing what I wanted, i just described what i normally like and was recommended devil's touch. BEST MILKSHAKE, I have tried in a while. The kitchen staff really know there stuff. Thanks, will be coming back😊👍

Ordered at 12:45 and the food got to me at 1:05. Generous portion of fruit on the waffle and was the warmest and tastiest waffles and pancake I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you

I placed a order with little dessert shop, only ordered 4 items and took them 2 hours to deliver and when it came it was freezing cold

Food and service was fantastic. A few bugs in the app which lead to frustration. I think I have previously found it easier to order with other services like just eat than the actual app. The app could do with being overhauled. I have eaten from a few little dessert shops now and I have to say that there's always something better about the food that comes from this Bloxwich branch. Definitely the tastiest in the area. Always nice and quick delivery and top quality food. I am not going to single out other individual branches however there are some of the branches that could benefit from some training on the food prep from this branch. Loved the food and delivery but the app ain't great. Keep up the good work.

food was nice as always but it came in individual boxes rather than a platter as shown in the advertisement and the pancakes were mini pancakes rather than the usual size it should be. i think the description should be changed to mini pancakes rather than pancakes.

They were only a bit late but made up for it with a free drink. Delivery guy was great and apologetic too, give him a raise!

Missing items!! When you spend over £50 u do not expect to have items missing. Won’t be ordering from here again, avoid!! Little desert shop has honestly gone down the pan.

For £11 the cake presentation and Tate was awful.
