3rd time ordering from here.. everytime the food has been lovely but everytime there is something wrong (something missing) no peri peri sauce on my wrap or no wrap or no peri peri salt. Delivery says approx an hour but always takes minimum of an hour and a half so be prepared to wait (order early or collect). Rang up to say no wrap and they brang it round no questions asked within 15 mins but still no peri peri sauce... rang to ask where food is after 1 hour 20 and always get told it is on the way!. Will eat from here again but will no longer ask for delivery as 3 times is too much to get wrong.

I have been to this fast food shop several times before and was great but when I went there 3 days ago I got the most disgusting meal of my life, I don't know if it was the chess that had gone off in the chicken pitta that I had ordered or there keeping their pitta bread near a fish sauce of some sort was really bitter and fishy smell at the same time plus the chicken was not cooked properly still hard to chew on, was raw had not been cooked properly through, I also ordered some grilled wings to go with my pitta meal, the wings were not cooked through as the meat was still raw and hard to bite and chew.

I ordered from uber eats and the food was absolutely bad and they even didn’t send the whole order. Some items were missing I called up the restaurant and they started shouting and speaking absolute nothing They were not trying to accept that they have not sent the fillet burger meal. The chips were stale you could only taste oil in your mouth. Staff is so disorganised that they can’t even complete a order. I have only ordered from here twice and both times they forgot some items which is not acceptable. Such bad food will never order again.

I’ve eaten take away from here on a. Outlet if occasions. Each time I’ve asked fir the same thing and on both occasions the server couldn’t understand me. The chicken when it came, they never gave anything cooked so you gave to wait, was ok. The chicken strips were soggy and one looked like it had been cut with a dirty knife. The popcorn chicken was cooked dry. I’ve had worse but I’ve definitely had better.
