McDonald's in Hillingdon

Having visited with family including 4 children and 3 adults and having to use two cars. I find that a month later we have received two £100 parking fines. They’re customer services, which are in themselves, absolutely useless advice that I have to appeal the fines. It’s their car park but run by a private company. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs! Absolute disgrace. It would have been cheaper to eat at a proper restaurant. Family friendly, community driven. I think not.

If the restaurant won’t you to park for less than an hour they need to get their service better organised. Very busy on my visit with orders taking ages to get served which meant my stay was longer than an hour resulting in a fine being sent some 2 months later! Diabolical way to treat customers!!

Everyone might think the Savoy has the most expensive coffee, but no, this restaurant tops it all if you park, buy breakfast and stay more then 30 mins - you get fined for eating breakfast

Ordered through UberEats 2 meals and no fries as well as apple pie missing. Called and no one cares. Check your order before the driver goes or better... change macdonald because is the second time items are missing and no one bother. Never again! Train your staff on how to complete the order before handing this over for delivery. Ruin my evening and my appetite!

Have visited this McDonalds regularly for many yrs but NEVER AGAIN . My £12 meal cost me an extra £100 for being 5 mins over the 1hr parking . The restaurant was very busy , staff were slow and rude , tables not cleaned and toilets were disgusting . All of this took me over an hr by the time I had eaten my meal in. I will not be spending another ££ here . They have lost a customer not that they could care less

Kids wanted a McDonalds whilst staying overnight nearby, I think it was the worst I've ever been too, they were way behind on the cleaning, the table was dirty, stuff on the floors, but what made it worse, we ordered table delivery, 25 minutes to get it, then the chicken burger was so dry, my wifes cheeseburger was overcooked and burnt

I always pay a visit when collecting friends from the airport, and the staff are always friendly, the food is tasty and the service is fast with a smile. What more could you want from fast food?

On the evening we came the usual electronic order screens were in malfunction mode so you were very lucky to make one work. We had to order at the till in the oldfashioned way once we'd figured it all out but a staff member should have been stationed out front to help customers and explain.

Visited this restaurant, ordered food, which was burnt. Became pretty unwell. Due to this had to remain in situ longer than anticipated. Now being chased by debt collectors on McDonald's behalf. Will never use any Mcdonalds again. Avoid.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but I have been forced to make an exception. Their toilets were so dirty they looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The seat and bowl were discoloured and the back covered in dust. Even the other customers in line complained. It put me off my food as I wondered how clean the kitchen was if the toilets were this dirty. Where else can I report this because I forsee an outbreak one day? Im no clean freak but I value good hygiene. Awful!!!

Quick stop off for breakfast, This location is within easy reach for Heathrow, Mobile order our food to the table. Great value breakfast. Female dining staff could have smiled more and interacted.

Overall the staff was there helpful but the burger I ordered was small and there was no ketchup offered in my bag for chips but due to the covid I would not downgrade the company the staff did work hard and efficient.

I’m a Swiss high school student who came to Cambridge for a language trip. We went to eat there several times as it is internationally known. This fast food restaurant is great! The service is fast, the employees are very attentive. There is even French staff for francophones who have some problems with English. In addition, there are automatic terminals from which you can choose your menu and pay, it's very practical if you don't understand the displayed menus. Prices are very accessible but the food is not very salty compared to the Macdonals in Europe.

Used this branch many times over the past 10 years. It's always busy, lots of taxis use it for parking, so have to be patient if wanting to park and eat in. Usually take away, then park round corner

Extremely busy and very efficient which I expect from McDonald’s Downside was self service ordering machine was out of order and no sign on it so it took the order and payment , processed it but no receipt . Several people did use as well but staff did honour transactions . Under the circumstances of extreme pressure they did well to cope

Ordered a delivery for the family on Christmas Eve. Waited three hours and it didn't turn up. When we called the delivery man he said he had already delivered! We were left with no food on Christmas Eve because it was too late by the time all of this happened to order from somewhere else. Very disappointing/

McDonald's is a great place when you are on tours or shopping and your stomach is not cooperating with your schedule. Make a quick stop for an inexpensive bite to carry you through until dinner.

Waited a long time for food and then got a £50 charge for that privilege. Parking is free for 1 hour or so we found out after - no visible signs.

Terrible systems down. Guy said 3 mins wait I'm on my break have no time to wait. What the hell. Bad customer services experience considering I work in hospitality and this is just a joke. Not my problem the systems not working.

If the toilets are to go by I decided not to eat here. Disable toilet licked. Hand dryer not working. Dirty and unclean. Yuk!

Rude agest stag towards younger women with children. Left McDonald’s to go home to find my daughter cheese burger was missing from her happy meal that clearly wasn’t checked I was so shocked and oboist shared my food I didn’t receive a refund or an apology as a staff member on the phone as I rang up to complain the lady said I looked to young to have a daughter regarding this there was cctv of me I there with my daughter which she hadn’t already seen me with a child so did it really matter if my daughter really was mine I just wanted good service not to feel ashamed such a well known food company could hire such RUDE staff AS they were passing the phone round scare to sender me because I was right so I was in able to even sort out a refund it made me EXTREMELY UPSET FEELING AS I SHOULD BE A STEREOTYPICAL older mother how dare they mock me in the manner they did

Went here a few times while spending the night at a hotel near by. Loved that they were open late and the food was fresh.

It’s a busy Mc Donald’s and I visit it far to frequently for my waistline! Usually around lunchtime or at breakfast. Waiting time can be hit and miss but they cope well.

Visited here as a quick option for some food. Service prompt and good quality. Tables could have been cleared and cleaned faster and 5e floor in places was a little sticky due to a minor accident with some fizzy pop we were told.

After arriving mid morning and staying at the Renaissance Hotel, we walked the short distance for the nearest fast food restaurant. This location was recommended. Same convenient fast food but more expensive than the US version of MacD. The restaurant was clean and we had no trouble finding a table.

Not the best service for sure, but to be fair the food was pretty decent for what it was.

I requested for a wrap of the day through drive through without bacon which was acknowledged and mentioned on packaging of wrap so without consideration of weakness of staff while I was enjoying it suddenly felt unusual meat which was bacon. Isn’t it disgusting when your request has been acknowledged and not delivered

We stayed overnight at the Radisson Blu and the only resto around asides from the restos in the hotel was MacDonalds... Well I have to say I never met a more charming employee of McDonalds. Mr. Izrar Sheikh (hope the spelling is correct) he was so polite and kind and very patient in telling us where to go and where to visit with the short time we were staying in the area... I will also be sending a message to the head office of McDonalds. Cheers Izrar!

It's McDonald's what else can I say. It gets really busy, doesn't matter what time of day. The food service can be a little dodgy at times, on multiple occasions they got my order wrong or the food was cold but they were quick to fix this so it's chill. Visited during March so there was the monopoly, that's good to get people to go there more, can win prizes, instant win food such as hot drink, doughnut, apple pie etc. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Came through the door at 10:00am. Ordered food on 1 of their machines. No paper to give you a ticket. Had to tell the staff which gave a bit of an attitude. Finally sat to eat after a long wait at 10:40am. Order was wrong so returned to the counter through the endless queue of customers waiting for food again was greeted with attitude from a girl in white shirt, who I guess was some form of management. Food was very greasy. No sugar or ketchup to help yourself so attitude again when I asked for some. If it wasnt the fact I already paid for food I would've walked out and not bothered.

I thought McDonalds was all about consistency across the globe, something to rely on? This one wasn’t. My salad was a nasty mix of field greens (looked like garden weeds) and undercooked chicken scraps. Had to throw it away.

Went for a quick McDonald’s, which took forever through the drive thru, and once we got the food. It arrive cold. This morning I then found out that I had received a PCN notice because I was parked in their car park for 1.5 hours. Do they seriously expect us (let alone our children) to eat that quick?!

Yes it's a busy place at times but 35 minutes for a very simple order from placement to delivery is too long. There are long queues of customers waiting for food service. The food is standard McDonalds - that's expected. However a very few staff are heavily overstretched whilst others potter or stand around.

Good in all other respect. But a backlog of 15 orders before mine, so a long wait before food. 11:00 pm on Friday evening.

I had the urge for a gherkin infused cheese burger so was prompted to visit Mcdonalds in Hayes. It was 21.30 and dark and wet and very scary. Gangs loomed around the area and we managed to get inside to meet some more gangsters employed on the other side of the counter by the very same. We made our order and waited patiently watching our six at all times. I contacted the credit card company for confirmation of the amount tendered and we were on our way.

Was only less than a minute walk from my hotel (Raddisson blu). Went in for a quick something to eat I was really hungry. Service was fast and you can order on the touch screen. Wasn’t too too busy and the quarter pounder was great as isual

Just soooooo disappointed met family and purchased food in restaurant but had parking fine come through, called store told would be ok they would get email and cancel fine.....then appealed to metparking told them manager was going to cancel fine as bought food there.....next get another letter saying appeal not accepted, manager says he didn't get email so couldn't cancer fine - even though private business owned restaurant and head office said he would have contract with company!!! So had to pay £50.00!!!! Bloomington joke. Head office no help, manager no help SCAM

My kids wanted ice cream and I wanted coffee. It was able to do this and at a rate that is cheaper than most places. You get what you expect, no surprises.

Spent around 90 minutes here one Sunday first for meal and then ice-cream only to receive a threatening letter a week later saying the maximum stay is 60 minutes and we now need to pay £100 parking fine. Seriously?

We were quite surprised to discover the breakfast menu, even on a Sunday morning, stops at 10:30 AM!! Who wants fillet of fish for breakfast?

no idea what happened in this mcdonalds but lately in the evenings waiting time is just rediculous...no sure if its new management or what but it's plenty of staff there and they are soooo slow. for gods sake how can you wait for food 1h?????????????? we live local and it's never been so bad...

We usually eat here before flying from Heathrow, or at least try to, and have never had a problem with the food or service. Parking is a different matter though. The car park is full of Addison Lee vehicles with the drivers parking up in between airport pick ups, obviously they benefit from free parking if they buy a coffee. This makes finding a parking space very difficult and I'm sure that the restaurant must lose many potential customers on a daily basis due to the car park being full of executive people carriers.

I visited this McDonalds ‘restaurant’ with a colleague after a meeting at the airport. Drove in and was amazed at the number of private hire cars parked in the car park, with drivers sitting in their vehicles. I managed to park and on entering the restaurant saw that it was very busy. My colleague tried to place our order using the automated system and that failed and he had to queue to place the order again with a member of staff. Eventually we got our order, consumed it at a leisurely pace, used the facilities and then left. The customer service was poor, the self-service equipment was inoperative and it took a while to actually order and be served our food. Imagine then how I felt when a few days ago I received a £100 fine as I’d stayed 11 minutes over the maximum stay time (1 hour). Had their service been slicker I may just have made it out in time. I’m not disputing that there are warning signs on the premises, I didn’t spot them and neither did my colleague. I don’t recall seeing any warning on our receipt either. So our visit proved costly. I paid the fine as these things tend to escalate and become even more costly. I’m researching similar cases and there is now media interest, so I will do whatever I can to make sure that other people visiting this venue are aware of the risks. Research reveals that families have been impacted by this draconian measure. What a diabolical way to treat paying customers.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on the way home from Heathrow. The restaurant was busy but ok. Food was ok, about what you’d expect. 2 weeks later get a fine for £100 because it had taken us just over 60 minutes to find a space, order and eat. Pretty outrageous I think Ronald Macdonald!

Usual good service from a McDonald's. Close and convenient to airport hotels. What more can you say?

We were hungry after our flight and went here to get something to eat. We went through the drive through. We ordered our food and when got to the second window they told us to park up and they would bring it out to us. We waited about 5/10 minutes before someone came out. They only brought out the food and not drinks and sauces which they had to go back and get them which the person did apologize.

As an American the menu is totally different that what we get in the states, Its still McDonalds just with different food for breakfast. I enjoyed the low cost and the people were very friendly just different. I liked it and this place is clean and quick.

Ordered using the app and requested table service. 10-15 minutes passed and my food had not arrived so I decided to make my way to the counter where I found my food sat waiting to be collected. No apology was made for not delivering my food to my table as per my order. On tasting the food, both the burger and fries were cold so I returned to the counter and informed the assistant. Again, no apology was made but my burger was made extremely quickly. I decided to try it before leaving the counter and found that the bacon I had ordered was missing. I complained and again no apology was made but my burger was taken away. I then witnessed the male manager in a shirt and tie adding the bacon to my burger himself. He had previously been doing other jobs in the restaurant and he did not wash his hands before doing this as I would expect anybody preparing food to do. I returned to my table but having witnessed this I had lost my appetite. On tasting the food, both the new burger and fries were again cold so I threw them in the bin and left to go to Starbucks for food. The experience that I had at Heathrow DT Macdonald's that I visited today was by far the worst that I have ever had at any Macdonald's. It seems that the staff need training in both customer service and hygiene standards. To see a manager behaving in this way is unforgivable. No apogy was offered and the staff seemed completely disinterested. I felt like I was merely an annoyance to them. I thought about asking for a refund but after 3 attempts at trying to get my meal correct without success I decided that it was a waste of time. I visit Heathrow every week but i will not return to this Macdonald's branch again and I will recommend that my friends avoid it too.

A new and bright Mcd. Built near the airport. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. This place was very busy so that means something good.

This McDonald's was right next to my hotel. The quick and professional service was a good option vs the £20pp breakfast charge at the hotel. Good experience.

Had Lunch with kids and, receiver parking fine for 13 minute overstaying, thanks to MCdonalds drawings for children, explained Manager to help me waive off charges as genuine case, said appeal it to it Met Parking Services, waste of time and unhelpfull Mcdonalds Staff, well give parking fines to Taxis hanging around there, why genuine people with kids.

Visted with my wife and 11 month old baby. Encountered no problems was very busy (Saturday around 2pm) food wait time was fine order was right and decent portion size. Enough staff around who were tidying up. Would recommend if you want fast and inexpensive food from a renouned chain

The food was really nice and delicious and they have a drive thru which makes it easy and quick. You can order by yourself using a screen which is a good experience for children.

We were looking for something cheap to eat as staying in nearby hotel and saw McDonald's, we walked there which was only about a 5 minute walk from our hotel, the staff were friendly and our order came quick as was busy in the restaurant, the drive through was quiet, nice handy place to eat if you want something quick and not as expensive as the hotels

The McDonald's restaurant I visited for breakfast was located at 15 Mondial Way, Harlington, a short drive to the terminal buildings at Heathrow airport on the outskirts of London. The ubiquitous McDonalds menu was available and the food of similar quality elsewhere eventually served.As I arrived at the restaurant around 6am I was surprised to see so many customers in the restaurant, many waiting to be served. It seemed that the staff levels at this time were not what you could expect in what is commonly regarded as a fast food chain. The service, on this occasion, was anything but fast. Nevertheless I waited for my food, found a table to sit at and prepared myself for a leisurely breakfast reading a newspaper.Unbeknown to me this McDonalds restaurant has plumbed new depths and ways of ensuring that customers do not return. A practise which, I believe has caused significant damage to the McDonald’s brand.The company has entered into an agreement with MET Parking Services, which according to McDonalds is charged with enforcing parking limits for diners. A customer is only permitted to park at this McDonalds for 60 minutes. Exceed that time and you will receive a fine of £100. I did exceed this time by ten minutes and received a parking fine of £100. I phoned McDonalds Customer Services section at head office in the UK to complain about this and was told it was not McDonald’s problem. It was suggested I take it up with MET as it was that company which was enforcing parking restrictions at McDonald’s sites. I then phoned the Mondial Way branch of McDonalds and was again told it was not their problem even though I explained that if their service had been quicker I would not have exceeded the parking limit. I was again told enforcement of parking limits on this Mc Donald’s site (and others I understand) was the responsibility of MET and (can you believe) had nothing to do with McDonalds. I was told to take it up with MET.Would I recommend this restaurant to others? My answer is a resounding “no way” and I am not sure I would use such a McDonalds which cares less about its customers and more about increasing its revenue from fining diners for eating at their restaurants.

7 people in front of me and just 1 girl serving. The rest chatting next to the fries machine. Took 20 minutes to receive my food. got a parking fine for exceeding the time limit. never ever visiting again .. feels like a trap

Was hungry, needed food fast. Brilliant quick service. Just what I needed as I had limited time at my disposal. Free WiFi is an added bonus.

This was very convenient for my hotel stay and was not the cleanest Mcdonald's I have been in but quick and easy. There is not much in the area for choice and sometimes you need comfort food and this fitted my needs

Went to McDonald's after picking up a mate from airport. Car park was busy with people looking for parks and entering the drive through. Finally found a park after 5mins of grid lock. Many car parks filled with taxi/executive drivers. Got inside to wait for a machine to order food, took 5-10 mins, ordered table service so could just sit and catch up with friends. Wasn't until 15-20 mins went by and noticed no food, no one calling or looking. Heard numbers for collection well above mine so went to counter to check. Eye rolls from staff then given cold burger. To add salt, a week later, £100 parking fine in the mail! Apparently only 1 hour allowed on site! Tried to contact CS as my delay in food was a big part of over staying. Ignored the service feedback only focusing on not doing anything about the parking ticket. Very poor!

McDonnalds can be hit and miss, often ships can be overcooked and food can taste like its been hanging round for hours. However each time I pop into this branch, the food is always piping hot and freshly made. They have a really good ticket ordering facility which means as soon as your ticket is called your food is ready.It also has self serve machines, which are handy if your feeling really grumpy and cant be bothererd with the whole hi hows your day kind of thing.I mean its McDonalds so you get what you pay for. Plenty of seats to dine in.

Conveniently located just a few steps from Radisson. The shop is clean and dry modern. There is an area where you are served and there are tablets free to use. Very convenient if you are staying at the Radisson hotel and you just want a coffee or something to bite

Awful place - staff were on a step ladder above our table cleaning air vents whilst we were eating, tables were dirty, food took 15 minutes to arrive and was cold. I'd pay more and eat in hotel next time.

This McDonalds is in Lombardy Park, Hayes and is open 24/7. It is always full especially for breakfast. It is a Drive Through Restaurant . Sometimes it gets a bit busy but it is worth the wait. You can also eat inside the Restaurant which is also very busy.

Although it's about 2'30 in the morning, and so not that busy, there are about 10 to 15 of us eating here on our breaks from working at Heathrow, and rather unbelievably one member of staff who is on thegrill has sworn about 20 times using the F word and its variations

Don't eat at McDonald's often however didn't fancy paying extortionate prices for food at restaurant in airport hotel next door so popped in for a bite. Ordered two meals and desserts and was served the food in minutes. It's fast food, I guess that's how it's supposed to work. Staff were friendly and food tasted the way it always has done at McDonald's. You got to hand it to them for their consistency.

What more can you say about a McDonalds?The food is good value and the coffee is superb and it was conveniently situated next door to our hotel which sells very expensive food.

We were at the Radisson Blu for 3 nights recently and had several late nights. The MacDonald's was right next to the hotel and was open late. The drive thru is open 24 hours. With a credit card, there is no need to wait in the queue. You can order and pay at a kiosk. Their salads are really good if you want a healthy choice. If you aren't interested in healthy, their mozzarella dippers are fab! They also have free wifi.

We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel and needed something more to eat after having some snacks in the executive lounge at the hotel. Quick and friendly service. It's your average McDonald's.

I guess where the restaurant is it makes it very busy but at the same time it's not an excuse for all the mess around. I know it's just a McDonald's but they can take better care of it if they like.

This McDonalds is ideally placed to cater for the many nearby Heathrow hotels, & was very busy when we visited early morning for breakfast. Self serve screens, very quick service, good quality breakfast at reasonable prices. Love the egg & cheese Mcmuffins.

Not a lot to say. It is the standard quality you can expect for a chain outlet. They do know how to serve a cup of tea.

Tuesday was the best for us cheap and cheerful and kids enjoyed there favorite food. All enjoyed.c an recommend if you have youngster with u and if u are on buget lol

Great place for quick bite when travelling with a large group. We were 12 with 5 children who all wanted something different. Since McDonalds was close to our hotel we decided to have a quick bite there.
