McDonald's in Hillingdon

Ordered food at 6:00pm food should of arrived by 6:50pm. My food came to the door at 7:35pm freezing cold. Milkshake had melted and so did the other ice drink that I ordered! Will not be ordering from here again.

Driver was very friendly and respectful.

The driver didn’t read the side notes to come to the side of the house and I saw him banging at the front door can you give me the food? He was not friendly. even though I gave him a tip, no smile nothing.

Delivery rider went to back of hotel not entrance after multiple communications that he was in the wrong location.

driver couldnt find my address and hanged up on me, then made me come out away from my house for my food, chips were cold so wasn't edible and got charged 10p for a sauce i did not get. not happy.

Always enjoy our Saturday take away. Last week we got the wrong meal. It was sorted & we were not charged this week. Normally a good service.

cheap food but every single table was dirty and the nuggets were like rubber. Good free pick up spot for heathrow though.

It is my first time ordering from McDonalds Bathroad and everything was great. Food was nice and warm. The cold drink was in a separate bag from the hot items, so no condensation making the chips all soggy. Overall great experience. Thank you

I use this restaurant frequently due to its location near Heathrow's terminals 2 & 3. The food is generally acceptable. Unfortunately, the staff are not very approachable - and that includes today's duty manager! 18th April. I went to use the toilet but found the main door would not open. I then noticed a pin pad had been added to the door. I asked the manager if a pin code was required, and he abruptly replied, "Look on your receipt." Okay, if I knew I needed to look at my receipt, I would have done. I have been using the store 10+ years, and I never previously needed a code to use the toilet! Why not put a notice next to the pin pad making the customers aware of the new system? In itself, I have no problem with the introduction of a code due to previous abuse by people only using the car park & toilets but buying nothing - but do not change a system without telling the customers! I would, however, point out that even with the new routine to restrict access to the toilets, the level of hygiene in the toilets has not improved. The floors are still as dirty as ever, and they never will improve if you continue to mop the floor with dirty water! The photo attached is the result of wiping water spilt on the floor.

Toilets were locked. The electronic lock had broken down, so there was no access to any toilets or baby change. Staff couldn't care less about it.

there is always something missing when you order delivery! they do not always include the dips and straws. also, the way they wrap/pack the food is really bad. I just ordered for delivery a cheesy garlic bread dippers and it looked like it was just thrown inside the bag as the dippers where everywhere. Missing salsa dip also!! There wasn't also a minecraft collectible yet they advertise it!!!!!!!!!!

Found a hair in my food .when I ask to speak to a member of staff and the manager who was next to me he said I will be there in a minute with a attuned. Explained this is more important .the bloke was a absolute tool 🔧 no idea.

They will serve you food and drink, through the night but @ 4am the toilets are locked and don't get unlocked until 6am. Use the restaurant @ 400 bath road.

Ok. Chips were cold. It would have been quicker for both of us if he could have bought it up to the room, hence why I gave a tip. Better than my first attempt when my previous order was marked as delivered but never arrived.

Missing item- it’s been happening frequently

I asked for no cheese and there was cheese in my burger, I have a dietary requirement. very upsetting especially this time of the day

Ordered uber eats at 4:04 am and waited till 5:05 and found out that restaurant cancelled my order. When I made a call Operative told me that my food was stolen by uber driver which wasn’t the case as they couldn’t deliver. Then they asked me to order breakfast and it was the same thing. Rude staff worst service third class outlet

NOT A SINGLE DIP WAS PACKED FOR MY NUGGETS. HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY. CALLED BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO ANSWER. Just close down if none of your staff are bothered.

Terrible. Literally the smallest order ever for my 2 kids - 2 Big Mac's, 2 large fries and 2 McFlurry's. Waited ages at the drive through, was given the McFlurry's, then waited ages again for the rest, then got home to melted McFlurry's, one of the burgers looked like it had been stood on and a portion of fries missing. Useless.

40 minutes from ordering to delivery and it's 3 minutes away. No sauces and fries were cold. Can't blame the delivery guy, Poorly run restaurant.

On short distance is located another McDonald wich is very clean and prices are lower( i didn't know Mcdonald's they have different prices) The ambiance in this place( homles speeping inside and outside)(homles eating food from diffrent take away were you could feel smell of different curry) it create an extremly hard situation for your stomac and apetite, i hade to have breackfast outside .Toilets are very old and consumed not sure they are clean because of the extremely the poor status and bad smelling. If choose to,, Eat in " they will give you take away bag. As a result, all the tables and were sitting ,inside the restaurant are dirty, and greasy. To mention tables looks like they haven't been claimed for a very long time.Have to be extremely careful were sitting. This is going to give an impression of very lazy people working here, but also a very lazy management organization . This place it's very often visited by people of different parts of the world, it's obviously giving wrong image. It seems this place they don't have the view for a positive solution and that is sad for being located close of the busiest airports of the world and the busiest flight route of the world which is London -New York. The positive about this place is located close to Heathrow. Car park is nice for maximu 1 h only stay.

Nothing has changed in the last 6 years with this place. Quality of food poor, service poor, sad atmosphere and the order never complete and correct.

We had to wait for our flight and Heathrow airport was closed at midnight plus we were super hungry, the best and easiest option was McDonald’s. It was clean and the bigger location, I ordered food and it came quickly. It is quite a busy location even at night.

The meal tray was dirty, apparently no one even bothered to clean it before gave it out, n I believe there’s an hygiene issue, not a single staff there wore gloves while preparing the meals ! No masks as well!

Every time I ordered my food came either with missing items, cold or stale. They never refund even if was their fault.

Every time I order something from here, something or other is missing from my order or they send items which I don't even eat. I'm really disappointed with the service, it's been more than 6 times that some items are missing or wrong order has been sent, every single time I have to ask for refund. Even when order for dine in or take out it's the same thing. Please tell your team member to double check before they give it. I'm really upset with service.

Not allowed to use toilet in the evening. Never heard of nonsense like this before. If you chose to eat here you must go to toilet in car park. Disgrace.

placed my order at 06.09 and 3 times the delivery times changed and its nowe dew to be deliverred at 06.51 almost 20 minuets later than the original time and almost 30 ,minunets they have been prepairing my order, and in still have to pay a service

I visit here a lot and mostly use the drive through. With my experience whenever I had to go to toilet it was always very dirty.

Kept extending time towards the delivery and then when it came it was cold and stale not enjoyable.

Literally have homeless people that sleep inside and stink the whole place out.. the seats and tables now stink of body odour everywhere. Disgusting environment to sit in
