Food was very cold . And should of been dips with 20 nuggets. Not good at all

Didn't receive my order. Really bad service

The delivery took so long. So I tried to call the restaurant several times but phone was going to voice message.

paid for TRIPLE cheese burgers and was given DOUBLE cheese burgers. the same thing happened when we was in store aswel.

My food never arrived. Now I need to report and wait for refund. Very annoyed.

We grabbed some nuggets, fries a double cheeseburger and mcchicken. And had a nuggets take away. We all had stomach bug after our visit last sept 26. Toilets aren't that clean, good thing there are tablets for kids to play with. Store looks old and not that clean.

This branch has become a pitstop for Minicabs waiting to collect the rides from the airport so parking was full with most people sitting in their car without ordering anything.

This is such a run down macdonalds. Im surprised they haven't refurbished it. The gents toilet has been broken for ages. No gents cubicle. The panels are broken. The restaurant is always dirty. They should really have 2 people always cleaning the tables. Who is the damn owner of this branch? They should really have a look for themselves.

I stopped here for a coffee whilst waiting for a relative to be picked up from Heathrow airport. Firstly, there was a hooded male figure curled up asleep on one of the bay seats fast on, feet up & head down, presumably a drunk or homeless for starters, which was a little intimidating to be honest. He had no signs of having food or drink, so wondering why he wasn't being challenged by the staff to move on?! I then went to use the WC & couldn't believe what greeted me in there besides the heavy stench of urine & excrement. This small room had 2 x urinals, a sink & 1 x toilet basin. However, the privacy cubicle surrounding said toilet basin had been completely removed & the remnants of the 'do not use' signs appeared to be stuck to the wall. This unfortunately did not discourage a rather, let's just say, carefree person from being sat on it taking a bowel movement in full view of anyone who was unfortunate enough to walk in at that particular moment!! I just cringed in disbelief and utter embarrassment, making a swift U-turn out of there. I shouted him over when he came out to tell him to use the disabled WC next time, as it's not the done thing to take a dump in full public view, well in the UK at least. However, he didn't appear to understand what I was saying and muttered something back at me in a language I wasn't familiar with. I appreciate that MDs can't control customer behaviour, but in my opinion, this was facilitated by their lack of attention and care to the establishment! Get your disgusting toilets repaired and cleaned because it was an absolute cess pit and the staff there should be ashamed of themselves!!! The worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting!

Such a great service by the lady staff called Falvia she was an angel helping everyone in the sitting area and someone just throw their large Diet Coke and this lady give him smile. Make him sit another place and bring another large Diet Coke for him and cleaned All his mess. I spoke to this lady saying you are giving a great service She was really thankful. We should promote people like her. Such a great service by Flavia.

Service was good and fast, there is enough seating area inside and outside. There are some self-ordering machines. Didn’t see any spots for wireless phone charing though. All in all as expected from a mcdonalds.

fantastic service and our delivery driver was an amazing guy full of smiles warm and welcoming. we ordered once already tonight but through uber eat and it didn't get delivered and refused refund food was dumped by a wall somewhere sp he said. so was very anxious as to whether we were about to through away another large sum of money. but no he was early and fantastic! can't fault we have gave just eat a massive push in this hotel!!! thank you for restoring faith

The Riverside McDonald's in Reading is quite the BEST McDonald's in Reading! The staff are always really great and friendly and the location is lovely 😍. A great place to get your tasty and familiar favourite 'Macs'. 😀😀😀

I recently visited there and had a highly disappointing experience. Not only was there a significant delay in serving our order, but I also received a Penalty Charge Notice for parking longer than an hour in the restaurant's car park. The delay in food service was frustrating. We waited for nearly an hour for our meal to be prepared and served. While I understand that preparation times can vary, the extent of the delay was unacceptable and beyond our control. The restaurant should take responsibility for such delays and consider the impact on customers, especially those using the provided parking. Adding insult to injury, I received a PCN for parking over the allotted time. It's unreasonable to penalize customers for staying longer when the delay was due to the restaurant’s slow service. The restaurant management should ensure that parking policies align with their service times, or at least provide some leeway for such situations. Overall, this experience was awful. The restaurant needs to improve its service efficiency and reconsider its parking policies to avoid unfairly penalizing customers who are only delayed because of slow service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and implements changes to prevent future customers from having a similarly negative experience.

Moderately slow service, quite a line formed due to a single cashier, although 1am is a big influence. The food is good, what you can expect from a McDonald's, apart from the fact that since it is 24 hours a day, it gets you out of trouble.

Ketchup, pepper, salt sachets are not given for French fries

Food is alright but the service made late and we have to pay for parking fine £60 for staying more than one hour , another 10minutes extra time. Imagine we are 2 families went together with Kids and the food was late may be busy and we finish food went home then we had a parking fine ticket for over stay of one hour. I don't think it is enough time the parking if the families go together and if the service also late. Why should I pay parking fine £60? Because of Mcdonald's mistake. I better quit going to Mcdonald's next time. Mcdonald's management need to think about it.

Longest wait in history, but the food was very good

This morning, I went to buy a breakfast roll at my usual store for my daughter. I requested both BBQ and ketchup sauces from the cashier, as I always do. However, today the Indian lady manager refused to add the sauces, claiming that she was not permitted to do so. I found this puzzling, as they had always complied with my request in the past. I wonder why the policy suddenly changed today.

The food was delectable, the quality was immaculate, the driver was a little geordie gem, and the complete delivery made my day, you have done it again just eat, yous really are the best !! Uber eats who? Domino who who? 🫶🏼👊🥳

Ordered in Uber. McDonald's did not provide utensils even though requested, ordered porridge with sugar but no sugar provided, ordered pancake but no syrup provided, ordered coffee but did not provide sugar as well. Very poor service.

Popular fast food restaurant nearto the airport. Normal fast food franchise. Ut good to pick food either to the airport or when going back home from the airport. Also good place to get a coffee if you are waiting to pick someone as parki g is free for an hour

Food was fine. Kiosks to order were not working great during either visit— one day 2 were out of paper for receipts, another day a third was out of paper and working slowly. Staff seemed rushed and overworked. Parking lot was very full, and it was hard to find a space for a larger car. Service was slow. Staff behind the counter were marking a number of orders as ready to pick up (on the display screen) when they weren’t actually ready yet. There is outdoor seating, but it’s not well covered, so only helpful if it’s good weather. All the trash bins we saw were full and needed to be emptied. The women’s bathroom wasn’t terrible, but the floor needed to be mopped. Seems like a restaurant at such a busy location needs more staff to keep it running smoothly and clean. We would find someplace further away from the airport next time to avoid these issues. Staff were polite in what seemed to be a rushed and overworked environment.
