McDonald's in Hillingdon

Firstly do you sort out your system am hungry at home at 1am am still waiting order and delivery boy told me on the system of McDonald was not showing order 0.00/10 rating from me Thx so much

Ordered uber eats at 4:04 am and waited till 5:05 and found out that restaurant cancelled my order. When I made a call Operative told me that my food was stolen by uber driver which wasn’t the case as they couldn’t deliver. Then they asked me to order breakfast and it was the same thing. Rude staff worst service third class outlet

NOT A SINGLE DIP WAS PACKED FOR MY NUGGETS. HAPPENED TWICE ALREADY. CALLED BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO ANSWER. Just close down if none of your staff are bothered.

Costumer service really bad I ordered 20 nuggets they haven’t provided the sauces I have asks on my receipt and also ask for salsa dip and the manager refused to give me or sell telling me that’s exclusive to cheese bites and also the Fanta was only soda no flavour very bad experience

The toilet is not cleaned upto hygienic standard.

Terrible. Literally the smallest order ever for my 2 kids - 2 Big Mac's, 2 large fries and 2 McFlurry's. Waited ages at the drive through, was given the McFlurry's, then waited ages again for the rest, then got home to melted McFlurry's, one of the burgers looked like it had been stood on and a portion of fries missing. Useless.

It's a macdonalds it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Can get busy with drivers waiting for pick ups at nearby Heathrow airport

On short distance is located another McDonald wich is very clean and prices are lower( i didn't know Mcdonald's they have different prices) The ambiance in this place( homles speeping inside and outside)(homles eating food from diffrent take away were you could feel smell of different curry) it create an extremly hard situation for your stomac and apetite, i hade to have breackfast outside .Toilets are very old and consumed not sure they are clean because of the extremely the poor status and bad smelling. If choose to,, Eat in " they will give you take away bag. As a result, all the tables and were sitting ,inside the restaurant are dirty, and greasy. To mention tables looks like they haven't been claimed for a very long time.Have to be extremely careful were sitting. This is going to give an impression of very lazy people working here, but also a very lazy management organization . This place it's very often visited by people of different parts of the world, it's obviously giving wrong image. It seems this place they don't have the view for a positive solution and that is sad for being located close of the busiest airports of the world and the busiest flight route of the world which is London -New York. The positive about this place is located close to Heathrow. Car park is nice for maximu 1 h only stay.

Nothing has changed in the last 6 years with this place. Quality of food poor, service poor, sad atmosphere and the order never complete and correct.

We had to wait for our flight and Heathrow airport was closed at midnight plus we were super hungry, the best and easiest option was McDonald’s. It was clean and the bigger location, I ordered food and it came quickly. It is quite a busy location even at night.

The meal tray was dirty, apparently no one even bothered to clean it before gave it out, n I believe there’s an hygiene issue, not a single staff there wore gloves while preparing the meals ! No masks as well!

Every time I ordered my food came either with missing items, cold or stale. They never refund even if was their fault.

Every time I order something from here, something or other is missing from my order or they send items which I don't even eat. I'm really disappointed with the service, it's been more than 6 times that some items are missing or wrong order has been sent, every single time I have to ask for refund. Even when order for dine in or take out it's the same thing. Please tell your team member to double check before they give it. I'm really upset with service.

Not allowed to use toilet in the evening. Never heard of nonsense like this before. If you chose to eat here you must go to toilet in car park. Disgrace.

I visit here a lot and mostly use the drive through. With my experience whenever I had to go to toilet it was always very dirty.

Literally have homeless people that sleep inside and stink the whole place out.. the seats and tables now stink of body odour everywhere. Disgusting environment to sit in

I order my food over an 1hr and waited, drove to McDonald’s the staff told me they have cancelled my order but I told them I’ve paid for my food. After that I saw a notification saying your driver on his way everything took upto 2 and… not happy I would like to get refund plus the food was cold not nice

Staff were rude, and shut the toilets extremely early. When asked to use bathroom for a emergency staff was rude, and manager said they shut at 10 (despite being open 24/7) when we were in here way before 10 (9pm) and they were shut!!!

The restaurant is opened for business 24/7 but Not Toilet facilities after 10pm nearly everyday, Not really nice 👎. This is my 3rd time this happened.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The duty manager, Radhina, displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, which was unacceptable. Despite having video evidence of the incident, the management failed to address the issue properly. Additionally, many staff members seemed to struggle with English, and it appeared that Radhina was taking advantage of them. This created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The service was far below standard, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until significant improvements are made in staff training and management behavior.”

I parked my car and stayed at McDonald's for over an hour because it was very busy. We ordered a meal, then later went back to get coffee and dessert, which meant waiting in line twice. Despite being genuine customers, we received a parking ticket. This is extremely disappointing. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for taking their time, especially when the delays were due to how busy the restaurant was.

I ordered 3 beef burgers and 1 chicken but got 2 chicken and 2 beef this has to be a store fault and not the drivers

Stopped for a bite to eat after dropping someone off at Heathrow. Noticed that parking has been reduced to a stay of 60 mins only, does this include disabled parking? Then found all disabled spaces fully of non disabled vehicles. If you are going to use a company to run you car park, don't just rip people off, for staying too long, do something about parking in the disabled bays by non disabled drivers.

Spacious restaurant, food as expected, coffee never tastes fresh.

Enjoyed the burger & not having to cook. Have the same each week & will continue to do so. Had a KFC last week, first one for a long time. It was awful.

I visited this McDonald's to meet my partner from a flight landing at Heathrow Terminal 2. This McDonald's had free parking for 60 min. My partner caught a tfl bus from the terminal and it took 8 min and a short walk from the bus stop. At the McDonald's we purchased food and a coffee both of which were served very quickly. I chose to wait at the Cobham Services 30 min away until she had passed security and then drove to the McDonald's. I do not understand people complaining about the 60 min limit. The signs are both on entry and every few cars.

Always perfectly produced and packaged, even enjoyable when cold and or the day after. I will be eating a big M meal again and again

Very poor service at the drive though today never experienced such a disgrace .I have been visiting this store for more then 5 years now....at the drive thou we were delayed to take order and the a waiting car behind me kept swearing at me blowing horn ......non of the manager came it wasn't even my fault it was the staff at the drive through window struggling taking order cueing up guest waiting to order an this car behind me swearing at me .when I was at the2nd window for collection again I had to wait for my food ....again the car behind me swearing but non of the manager took action I mean at time I have kids in the car and lucky this time I was alone.....the buisness Manager did not even have the curtousey to apologise more off asked me to move ...what a disgrace

I ordered a big tasty meal but the quantity of fries was half the amount of fries that should have been there. Also the food presentation was really bad. My burger looked as if someone dumped things in it in a rush and it was all over the place. Been a complete waste of time and money.

Recently visited the restaurant after long waiting hospital appointment for my pregnant wife before going home, we ordered Dine in but could not find empty clean table. However managed to find one and asked staff to clean the table. We have received the order approximately 35 min and we left from there after 1 hour. I have received parking ticket for parking over 1 hour, the restaurant management should take responsibility to inform their customers about the parking situation if there no free parking. Called the restaurant about the parking ticket and informed me to appeal, the parking agency refused to accept the appeal and advise the restaurant should informed you if you to register your car of you staying over 1 hours. Highly disappointed with this as no prior information provided as the car park was dark and could not read the instructions as provided as other restaurants and supermarkets. Feel like new way scamming customers.
