Told the cashier named Savneet Kaur many times to put good pieces and she said she will. Took her word for it our mistake rubbish pieces we do pay money for food not bones.

We placed a large order which I have to say was all delivered but for a slow service on this occasion. Food was good however a safety concern that KFC Hayes must take on board. A can of soft drink which was packed in the same bags with the hot food, exploded in a family members hand upon opening the ring pull. It left a nasty rash on the person's hand and gave us all a fright,as the noise was louder than a balloon popping! KFC must never pack any drinks within the same bags containing the HOT food! Other than that setback, food was tasty.

Everything is good, but one old lady on front house very ride.

I come here every weekend and I am always served with great customer service especially by both salma and robika!

I was very appreciative of one of the kitchen staff took the extra step and put my sauce in a separate container for me even though one of the front-of-house initially refused.

my local kfc, been coming here for the last 20 plus years. On the odd occasion sometimes there's issues with wrong orders or missing items but they always rectify it.

Order no #41xxx no coleslaw and gravy.... Can't be bothered to go back from home..... Good luck for the future anyway... Happy new year

Definitely one of the better KFCs in the area. Good service and food. Better than the ones in and around Uxbridge.

Chips were better than those horrible potato skins they leave on. Meal was good, good service. The toilet is unhygienic and smells terrible.

Ordered for 1. Food came, took a bite and threw it in the bin. Chicken/chips tasted old & rubbery. Tasted like it was already cooked then left for ages and reheated. WOULD YOU EAT THAT. NO! Definitely not worth the money/service charge/delivery charge. Awful!!

Standard KFC quality, the store was clean, the girl at the tills was very polite and helpful, staff polite, clean and smiling to the customers.

Chicken is normally alot greasier then other outlets. Staff do tend to miss out chicken pieces.

There is a very rude staff, basically he is Singh guy. He is also racist. When I have been at shop to buy something, he was busy with serving british girl. However when he finished serving her then call other women for serving. He didn’t treat me as a customer. I will not be in this shop in future and I will not recommend any of my friend and family.

Rubbish avoid mayo was expired by the taste

The mayo in my zinger burger tower meal tasted expired. Same with my cousins zinger burger. Wings tasted awful everything was awful. Zinger burger was cold.

Service has gone down hill really fast, dry chicken, soggy chips and slow service. Used to be such a good restaurant.

Ordered zinger tower via Uber eats the burger was burnt rubbery and cold which is unbelievable as the restaurant is only a 5min drive away!!!! Cheese not even melted, barely any lettuce etc. looks like they’ve just added chicken that’s been sitting under the hot plates for hours as they couldn’t be bothered to cook any fresh at 10pm, Have complained via Uber eats but definitely the last time I order from here.

Fastest service I've ever recieved at any KFC. Food was great too, this branch prepared the most crispiest batter on their original fried chicken. I'd highly recommend using the app as it has many offer and freebies

Delivery was quick however, our order wasn't complete.

Being KFC obviously people go there for the chicken most of the time especially to taste the Colonels secret recipe. I have visited this branch numerous times and always leave happy. It’s divided in 2, one half is where you order, take away and wait for your food. The other half is the seating area and where the toilets are, both are connected and both sections have individual front doors also. The staff here are lovely, polite and very efficient, food always arrives fresh and hot and tasty! The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible including the toilets. It’s also very child friendly as they have high chairs and colouring kits to keep the youngsters happy.

Food was good but got stomach pain after eating over there!

The worst chips ever, all discoloured. Mash, not mashed. One drink missing. Can send pictures of chips and mash as proof. Shocking food.

Waited 30 minutes for my food while so many others were served before me. Told me I’m so ‘lucky’ cause they just made a fresh batch. Fast food? As if. would never order again from there.
