Chips were really burnt and freezing cold as well as having dark patches. The chicken was full of salt. Completely inedible. Hayes branch much better. Have new staff that don't know what they are doing

1st time ever had to call the store to enquire about the order. Staff were actually pleasant and I held back from being abusive ( which I would normally have been - remembering that they could have done something to the order 😱 ).. SO.. Food delivered much later than advertises on the app.. reasonably warm and edible. Probably won't be ordering again from here untill I have forgotten this experience.

I am a fun of KFC. But honestly, before was much better! But now each time I eat the burger 🍔 is like just made it quickly and ..no care..like a whatever..Please guys..Don't mean to leave a bad review but ..u got my mesage. Don't forget what the client see when open the box to eat. thank you

The food was lukewarm at best, the burger was cold. The worst part, my drink was warm

Mighty bucket had hard pieces difficult to eat especially the skin and went into the bin. Waste of money. Ended up making egg sandwich.

Worst restaurant of all times for using toilets. When I go with my family, want to use the toilets they always locked up. They always say druggies has broken the toilet. I heard this about 5 times now. No free Wi-Fi to use. They say it doesn't work, even though Wi-Fi signal shows up. I better go to other well known brands near by.

I ordered the party bucket and the chicken was so fresh . Chicken looks soo nice and the colour was golden brown. I always recommend my relatives and friends to go that kfc for the food . Staff is very helpful and friendly.

ordered a fillet tower box meal with hot wings, only got the wings calledKfc and customer service was terrible the woman was extreme rude and put the phone down on me. and complaining to just eat is a no go website doesn't even let you go pass the first question it will mot let you continue.

Never arrived! The driver marked as delivered but no food came to our door. On top of that my number is on the system so he could have called but did not. On top of THAT just eat does not allow you to contact the driver. It’s bad practice.
