Raw chicken Rude staff No customer engagement when complaining £70 worth of food wasted even after bringing it back in the store. Horrible. Avoid and use the KFC in Hillingdon which is 5mins down the road. Manager is really rude and so condescending.

I was so disappointed with my order as it was ordered for a special occasion birthday lunch and part of my order was missing. It turned up with no side orders which really made the meal horrible. What a let down

Ordered a party bucket and extras. Got home to find they’d missed the hot wings. Not the first time they’ve missed items from the order on collection and delivery. Rushing through the orders and not checking properly.

Again missing gravy, and hot wings , telephoned the restaurant, was told somebody would call back , but nobody did, the service is so poor, why should you have to check your order, can not believe to what standard the staff have been trained , you have to ask for spoons and napkins .Please check your order as the staff have been trained to a low standard.

The service I received was quite disappointing. When I tried to use my KFC rewards on my mobile, the staff informed me it was only valid for delivery, even though it was clearly marked as a collection offer. Due to this poor service, I ended up ordering via the mobile app. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that my order was short by three hot wings. I would advise all customers to check their bags before leaving the store. This is the only KFC where I have encountered such bad customer service. My kids love KFC, but I am reconsidering our future visits due to this experience.

my local kfc, been coming here for the last 20 plus years. On the odd occasion sometimes there's issues with wrong orders or missing items but they always rectify it.
