Amazing service, nice atmoshere. i loved my fish and chips, it came out quickly, the batter was lovely and we paid efficiantly. What more could you ask for in an airport when your hungry.

Fantastic hospitality! Despite the early morning hour, Sabrina welcomed me warmly and took great care of me throughout. However, the food was mediocre and nothing particularly noteworthy.

The food was good, fairly standard airport fare. The highlight was our server. Sabrina was excellent. Charming without being overbearing, swift without feeling like she was rushing you.

Michael was a great server, very attentive and very quick.

I’m giving the service a 5 because Sabrina was amazing! Super helpful with a bit of a custom order and really really friendly. Other service wasn’t as good as our order all came at different times and had to be chased up but Sabrina was really helpful and positive - it made a big difference.

Food was tasty, it's a busy atmosphere (being inside an airport) but I never felt rushed, nor bothered by the nearby crowds. Michael gave us excellent service, checking ingredients for our allergies in real time. I would return here anytime I was in Heathrow again. Just be prepared for airport prices!

Avocado toast w poached egg was good & flavorful. Food came out fast. Portion size was okay for the price. Just hard to enjoy the food when the servers are all speed walking- creating an anxious environment. I understand they want to provide fast service. Also, asking me questions and answering for me before I can answer because I have food in mouth. They don’t know how to take that I don’t like something for an answer- but, I appreciate them trying to fix it.

As someone with celiac, I have to be careful of where I eat. Spuntino has gluten free options which was incredible. I ordered the eggs Reuben and couldn't believe that the bread was gluten free. It was delicious!! Julia, the server was super helpful and attentive to my allergies. Considering I had just got out of a ten hour flight, she was patient while I asked her questions about gluten free options. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service and will come here again!

Just ordered - and reluctantly ate - the worst fish and chips, ever! It looked great when it arrived at the table, but the fish did not even taste like fish and the texture was like mulched something coated in batter. The slightly-bigger-than-a-sewing-thimble thimble that contained the mushy peas amounted to a teaspoon of mushy peas. To top it off, the famous Spuntino cocktail lemonade at £6 was no bigger than a B52 cocktail glass. I thought about asking the glass/drink size when ordering but thought that would be too calculative. I wish I was calculative!! My wife’s crab mac n’ cheese on the other hand was tasty and good. Gutted when you pick the wrong dish and drink.

A decent food spot in T3, good food at airport prices and fast friendly service. Can’t really expect much more from a place in this location. Recommend.

Karolina is phenomenal - we visited prior to our flight and she was such a positive light that we forgot we were in the airport! Our flight ended up being cancelled and rescheduled to the next day, so we came back the next day before our new flight because she was so wonderful. She recognized us right away and was thrilled to see us again. Karolina went above and beyond and made a new country feel like. home. If you end up at Heathrow airport, ask for Karolina and she will ensure that your food arrives fast and truly cares for your wellbeing. Her recommendations are top tier. and truly made our experience better than we could imagine through all the chaos! We will be returning any time we are at Heathrow and plan to ask for Karolina!!

Absolutely horrible! Went in and ordered two Rueben Sandwiches, thick bread, cheese and “ONE” slice of pastrami per £18 sandwich. I told the waitress and she was oblivious as to why I was upset. I travel through Heathrow often and I will never return here nor do I recommend.

Julia was amazing - Best service we had on our entire trip to England. Breakfast here and the experience provided by Julia was a lovely way to end our trip.
