System showing the wrong thing did not sending the delivery in the right time I don’t like this system

unfortunately there were items missing - 2 packs of garlic bread but only received one.

Part of the order was garlic pizza bread. I got garlic bread instead. Spag bowl had a tonne of cheese on top, looked like lasagne at first. Under the advice of colleague number 4 at work, i tried the burger. THAT was a good decision.

Order online for delivery two pizzas, 1 deep pan and 1 thin crust, two turned up but with wrong toppings, rang them and was told replacement would be with me in 45 mins, just 1 turned up, rang them again and was told thin crust and deep pan are the same thing, asked why I wasn’t happy as I now had 3 pizzas, I said no matter how many you sent, I just wanted the ones I ordered and paid for! Asked for a refund , was told it’s not their fault, as it’s a franchise you can not contact head office. So , no correct pizza and no refund……..poor show

Ribs, not good. Oily and 90% fat, 10% actual meat. Sauce was ok. Pizza and Garlic Bread, both amazing as always. My regular pizza shop.

Potato wedges are burnt out. We ordered it for kids. How they will eat? And dips are came home damaged. We can’t have the dip at all. We are happy with that.

Delivery driver does not understand the concept of how a flat entry system works , had to go down 4 flights of stairs to open the door for him , didn’t seem to understand English either …

The food was great just not happy with my pizza, I’ve ordered with stuffed crust which I’ve paid extra £2,5 and it wasn’t there! Not happy

They submit "Delivered" when food is not delivered. Tried calling for a long time and no answer. We arranged dinner by other means. Eventually I got through and they said it's the system that's at fault, yhe driver is on his way. I mentioned whether they realise what people would do when they're no food or response. No sufficient response or thought process. Will seek a refund.

I was honestly so shocked to have eaten the best pizza I've ever had. The flavours, how it was cooked what great chef!!! The staff are friendly and attentive. Cannot wait to agin 🤩🤩🤩😍

BBQ chicken Pizza has no option for Thin and Crispy but the others do? Can they check the site to fix the option

Not as good as last time. The driver said address was confusing. Block of flats on main road numbered ????? opposite a health centre.

Used to do great pizzas, but the taste has gone down recently. Better be prepared with your order details before calling, or you'll need to hear a mouthful!

Sauce exploded in the box because there is too hot. Pizza, okay. Start to think to make your own sauces as this one is disgusting.

Lovely guys, who are always very speedy with preparing delicious pizzas and garlic bread. Always our go to for a variety of local pizza - we switched over from Domino's a few years ago!

For the price these are good pizzas. Ingredients are fresh tasting and the bases are not swimming in oil like some of their competitors. Prices are good,just fed 7 people for £45 inc delivery.

Ordered a pizza for collection, got home to find it was incorrect. Called the store to be told come back and collect another, before I could ask if they would now deliver he cut me off. I went to store, and the manager started asking for the old pizza back, which i didnt take. I told him if he had said, I would have. He spent 10mins telling me I'm stupid and that its normal. I explained that other places I have been have never asked, they just replace the item. He put the pizza on the counter and pushed it so hard it missed me and landed on the floor upside down swearing at me. I picked the pizza up opened to box to find it was all over the place and it accidentally went all over the floor (oops :-)) No customer service, spend your money somewhere else!

Pizza arrived cold and the fríes we could not eat them. Worst, I called the place and the service provided was terrible, no care at all as for them there was not a problem as they delivered on time, he was telling me the temperature of the pizza I had at home. As per other previous experiences with this place, I strongly recommend NEVER to order on the weekends, quality drops massively.

I selected poor as 1 item was missed phoned up and was told half hour to arrive. which is no good as already had rest of our order. also had to obtain refund via here. as they would not sort it out

Simple order was lacking of 2 separate things. Extremely moody man on till get the feeling they don't like women. Mediocre food will never go back dismal experience. Maybe reconsider your job more suited to the morgue.

Pizza quality is questionable for the price!

I always order from here and these guys are always excellent. However this time, the food was a little late being delivered and it was warm not hot. The cheese had already started to dry up and wasn't stretchy at all.
