Simple order was lacking of 2 separate things. Extremely moody man on till get the feeling they don't like women. Mediocre food will never go back dismal experience. Maybe reconsider your job more suited to the morgue.

The people here are very impatient and rude. I usually order from here a lot trying to look past the disrespectful demeanor. These idiots think they're the ones running the takeaway when in reality without customers their whole business collapses. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

No only did the ignorant staff who took my order try and over charge me 3 pound when our order always is 20.50 the 45 min delivery was 1hr and half kept saying one min down the phone and offered no apology no discount your customer service is disgusting and so are your manners. Will never order from here again

Ordered 5 chicken burgers and 1 cheesy chips from my friends house. Yuk! Nice bun, lettuce, but this was not a nice piece of chicken breast like you get these days, but a 1/4 inch thin, flat pattie that tasted of stale overused oil. As did the chips.

Pizza was amazing value and the stuffed crust was outstanding.

Ordered x2 18" pizzas B1G1F - because they had this option on Just Eat - they delivered x2 12" pizzas - our order definitely said x2 18" pizzas. We called and they said they'd deliver x2 18" pizzas, only for them to call back 5 minutes later and say it's not possible because they don't do the B1G1F on the 18" pizzas. We said we chose the option and we've paid for it, therefore, they have to honour it. We had a house full of builders and we'd ordered x2 18". They blamed Just Eat and told us to contact them, and told us they weren't delivering the 18" pizzas. Why wouldn't they cancel our order if they don't do B1G1F on 18" pizzas? Or call us to tell us? No, they just made a decision to send us 12" pizzas instead. Doesn't make sense - terrible service and rude.

Takes ages to deliver. Staff gives you standard reply no matter how long ago you placed your order. Always takes 45mins since you call. Ridiculous!!

Very tasty Chicken Burger and Potato Wedges

Pizza was soggy, tasted weird as if something was off, looked burnt on top to make it look cooked. I actually rated this place above Manor pizza that always leaves me on the toilet at 3am. Probably give pizza in the area a miss in future.

Used em for 2 years and they have never messed an order up or had it arrive in any way bad. Got a feeling a lot of the negative reviews are from rival pizzerias in the area because Farmhouse is a chain, and you don't open 7 branches if the first one isn't good, and this is one of the original ones. Can't fault them, never had a problem with them.

Only ever had the pizza, wings and chips from here but it is consistently excellent. Great portion size and good value - Giant pizza for 9.99! I no longer eat pizza from the major chains.

Good pizza, even better prices however the products are very low quality- the ribs tasted very odd and didn’t finish them, the burger is also very low quality especially the meat, i loved the bbq wings as well. I’m giving it a high score because you basically get what you pay for in here- low prices but also low quality meat. I will order again when on a budget

Why have they raised the prices ? So much more expensive since 4 Months ? I used to get an 18" with stuffed crust and extras for around £13, now they want over £20

Pizzas are excellent ✨👌🏻 but fries they are not as that good as you would get them on any other chicken shop.

BEST pizza around and outstanding value. Can highly reccomend the garlic pizza bread which is melt in the mouth, piping hot and dripping in cheese. We normally also order a cheese deluxe to which you can add four toppings of your choice. Far far far better than all the big names.

I'm really surprised to see so many neg reviews for this takeaway. Having ordered from the established chains for many years I was introduced to Farmhouse by a neighbour approx 2 years ago and since have never ordered from anywhere else. Their pizzas are really tasty. No stupid special offers - just sensibly priced pizzas and extras. The chilli chicken wings are also delish.

5 star for taste and price whereas I would give one star because their website says do not deliver to HA1 postcode and I phoned them to order a pizza at HA1 and they refused whereas my cousin who also live in HA1 regularly orders from there several times I had to order via him and then had to go all the way to his place to collect my pizza. Secondly they close well before 10:45 so not fair for a pizza shop to close this early.

Don’t order from this takeaway !!! This used to be my local until they started taking unauthorised card payments from my sister and her fiancés bank card !!! We ordered and payed by card over the phone as the farmhouse payment was deducted immediately after so was 2 payments to TK Max. Originally thought must be a coincidence reported to bank etc.. Then this evening my sisters fiancé ordered using his card and the exact same thing happened with payments to TK Max AGAIN !! Disgusting behaviour police have been informed

I ordered two 18" pizzas for a kids party making it specifically clear to the owner that I didn't want "brown pizzas" as sometimes they come over cooked. Guess what? The kids got brown pizzas which they didn't eat. The owner's attitude was unempathic and made me out to be the only complaining customer in the world and failed to take into account that my instructions we not followed. Everyone of my guests complained. I'm a very unhappy mum today! Ps I'm trying to add a photo as evidence but can figures out how to do this??

Some small pizza chains are amazing and get it so right they are actually better than pizza hut and dominos. This store however is not one of them. Low quality ingredients definetly not stored correctly or cooked properly due to the 3/3 record of myself and my partner having awful guts and terrible diahrea after taking home some of this establishments food.

My kids are very regular customer of farmhouse pizza n they love it.

I am close enough to go in and order. The staff are always welcoming. My order is always taken without a problem. I always enjoy watching the pizzas being prepared in front of me. The pizzas and sides are always prepared quickly and are excellent.

Okay, so I don't think the people there understand that the plastic thing in the middle of the pizza is to stop the pizza box from sticking to the cheese... Basically that's what's happened and I had to scrape off the cheese off with a knife!

Good choice of pizzas including numerous veggie options and some with anchovies. Meal deal are pretty good and the pizzas are tasty. The cheese in the stuffed crust is less rubbery than other places. At 20 minutes to prepare the preparation time was pretty quick. Would certainly recommend.

Let down by delivery ...What is it with these rude delivery drivers from Farmhouse. If you don't want to do the job, don't take it out on your customers.

I ordered half 18" chicken tikka pizza half a cheese and tomato for thee kids and two BBQ chicken wings two evenings ago. My pizza was nothing like the pizza i had ordered a few weeks ago but we ate it as we didntcwant to make a fuss over a £10.99 pizza. Hubby and I suffered from D&V for an entire day. Will not order again as i have never got runs like this in this county. Luckily the kids were okay leading me to believe it was tge chicken tikka pizza. Completely runined

We ordered 11 x large pizzas for our year 6 leavers party yesterday, they all arrived without any issues, hot and tasty the kids (and parents!) loved them. Fab customer service, ordered and paid for over the phone, no problem, nothing was too much trouble. Delivered to Ickenham and at the right time! Highly recommend - a huge thank you from all the parent and yr 6 kids @ Glebe Primary in Ickenham !!!

Good service when i collect order myself in person. But home delivery, there is always something missing. Last nights delivery dip missing he did not have enough change even though i called shop to say i only had twenty pound note.So i paid £11:50 for a £10:29 meal.

Genuinely the best Pizza place in South Ruislip, they've got the best prices and the best pizza, they've also got a really good range of food and do some of the best curly fries I've ever had. I would highly recommend farmhouse over any other pizza place.

Gone down hill of late. There pizza has little toppings where before we're always a good topping of ingredients and they've changed there cheese so the pizza is always greasy. WHAT are you doing Farmhouse, your food use to be epic.

Ordered from here lots but today didn't have a great experience. Pizza arrived all the toppings were stuck to the box and my dips were not included. I called and they arranged a new pizza to be delivered however by the time it arrived I'd gone past hunger. Normally 100% happy maybe today was an off day for farmhouse

I have always come here when I needed my pizza cravings need to be satisfied. Great value, for filling pizzas, made in a short space of time (+garlic sauce!!!) They also have great offers for lunch time and even do ice cream and burgers etc. Great place🍕🍔

I got a large half and half pizza, vegetarian and meat feast. The veg side was nice but the quality of the meat on the other side was very average. The garlic & herb dip was terrible compared tk my usual one from dominos which is where I'll be going for my next pizza.
