I have this a 4 star review because on other occasions the taste has been impeccable. Even now after I ate my deliveroo order I do have to say the burger was fantastic the lotus milkshake had a banana taste to idk why and the dirty fries was very disappointing. Maybe this is a one off as I’ve been bambams before dey are a very well runner shop full of taste

Joke of a place ordered at 7! They kept changing the time got pushed to 9 phoned them up to be told my foods been waiting there because there is no driver woman didn’t care on the phone or couldn’t be bothered avoid this place !

I ordered from bam bams last week and was not happy with the service. First of all I ordered a large donner and chips with a drink. I repeated my order twice, paid by card and got given a small donner and chips. When the chef was making my food and boxed it he ate a chip straight from my box with his hand. I asked for sauce on top of the donner and the man said he will give me extra sauce packs. He gave me 1 small dip, when I asked for 1 more he was like 1 have given u extra sauce already. He didn’t give me extra.

Bambam is just a glorified chicken and chip shop unfortunately. You’re paying higher than average price and you are not getting quality for money. Everything is marketed to look appealing but in reality it is not. £5 pound for a chicken burger, which has nothing different other than a brioche bun. Don’t even feel like it was fried properly. Fries are horrible, Doner meat is a definitely a no go. Smash burgers are ok but sometimes served on cold buns. Sorry but i wont be buying from there again. Really really disappointed with the quality of food.

Read the reviews and went to try for myself today. Ordered the lamb donner rice box and cheeseburger. It was delicious. The box is great for a regular everyday meal.

This should be a chicken donner wrap, a mix if vegetables with some meat cooked sometime past week all together, then frozen and reheated. I gave a try the taste is like of burned-out, testure is no way to split meat from vegetables. Only think fresh was the lettuce. Very disappointed.

Good food and reasonable price for a burger 🍔

I decided to pop down to Bam Bam and give the donner's a try. I ordered the tandoori chicken donner and spicy donner and we weren't disappointed. Both donner's were tasty, full of flavour, saucy and the spice level was just perfect. The meat comes on a bed of French fries and gives it that crunch. The staff are friendly, portion were decent and reasonably priced. The food is a household favourite and we'll be back really soon.

The saddest cheeseburger meal I've ever had. Sad dry patty. Sad dry bread. Sad re-cooked dry unsalted chips. Fancy looking signs, but sad food.

I recommend the Angus beef inferno slam burger which is delicious. Bought a meal many times. Orders always accurate. Loses a couple of stars because the price has risen to a point it’s now no longer good value. Really noticeable when buying 4 meals, so will sadly go elsewhere. No loyalty scheme either.

Until yesterday I thought the food was amazing and today i found out about their hygiene, ordered a mix meat donor and found hairs in the food, there were 2 of them, i just took it out and thought it cant be hair, then found dead insects in the food, went back straight away and found out the whole place is filled with insects, people of Uxbridge, i know the food is good but please check your food before you consume it, they simply just accepted - they said and i quote “yeah, today we had so many insects in here, dont know why”.

We have been there several times and always enjoy our meals. Very satisfied with customer service and quality of food. The taste of every food is so mouth watering 😝and its worth paying the money for food . The best part is they have good options for vegetarian food as well .. 🙂🤩Must visit this store

Absolutely Amazing Stuff! I would highly recommend Chicken Zinger Burger for someone who loves Spicy fillet with their zinga sauce.( you can modify as per your requirement) I also tried protein box ( juicy breast chicken with in house rice and salad) which is wholesome and value for money. Do not forget to end your Meal with their rich, smooth and flavorful milk cakes. I tried Biscoff milk cake which literally melts in mouth and has a very fine consistency. One of the highly recommended place in Uxbridge/Hillingdon council for variety of fast food under one roof.

COOK YOUR CHICKEN BURGERS MORE. I ordered a chicken burger yesterday which was lovely by the way but today I’ve had the worst stomach the chicken was not cooked as much as it should of been. But other than that the food was nice.

BamBam Food is Top Tier for it's price. Taste is incredible in their own foods produced by themselves. Hard working honest people who care to give you great food. I personally love Bam Bam - hope they stick around for good.

The food is really bad as the chicken wings and the boneless stripes were smell really bad and you can't eat it, hopefully i don't end up in the hospital.

Thought we would try something new, as there was always a queue there. The food is not worth the price at all. Plus the chicken strips felt dodgy and tough to eat, did not finish it. The burger is fine but the meat is a thin layer so you need to order the triple one to get the taste of a normal burger. The sauce is ketchup, nothing fancy as described (chipotle sauce) and the cheesy fries are an absolute joke, dry thin chips topped with mozarella cheese forming a bulk that you can't even eat with a fork. Definitely do not recommend and i hope we won't have any food poisining.

Terrible service from lanky guy on counter. 25 mins for a milkshake whilst 5 members of staff stood around talking. Lanky giraffe got emotional because I asked how long for the milkshake and looked at me like he was going to kill me

I had a very bad experience, all food was cooked before. Chicken grill, wraps and especially fries were all cooked. They pretended that they prepared it the same time but in 6-7 minutes they packed everything cold. Very disappointing 😞

Amazing food, they have a lot more options that an ordinary chicken shop, lotus cake is lovely and the blue punch drink is my fav.

Bam Bam is the best burger locally. However, the prices are now ridiculously high, I love the zinger burger meal but due to the price I can only have it once in a blue moon.

Now that I have ordered from here few times, here are my thoughts the food was really at the start and could justify the prices! however the last 3 orders not so great and not worth money.

I like the chips, very crispy, the drinks chilled, the burgers also cool … I think they deserve 5 star . nice customer service too

Terrible food, i’ve had the protein box and the following day i kept going to the toilet, pretty sure I had food poisoning! The food was cold too. I would not recommend this place!

Eaten here a few times, there is a bit of a wait every time and it's not really fast food. I'm giving it 1 star as my partner and I ate there and both nearly had accidents the next day. My partner has subsequently eaten there again and had the same issue. Definitely not for the feint hearted.

Restaurant doesn't close at 2300 as advertised. Couldn't order by phone either as noone answers/busy. Got here 2245 and they said sorry grills off. Not good.

Overpriced! Different prices on Just Eat and in store. Was asked to pay £7.50 for Chicken Texan burger when it was £5.50 on Just Eat. The Manager admitted but did not refund the difference. Quality OK but price doesn’t justify.

Nothing to write home about. The fries were nice and the red punch drink was refreshing which leads me onto the burger. I chose the one that looked like a Big Mac. It was tightly wrapped in metallic paper and had no resemblance whatsoever to the one displayed on the multi-colored menu board, infact it looked like it was lashed and bashed around in a squash court before being wrapped up. The burger was a little too mushy but tasted pretty good, didn't quite hit the spot though for the somewhat extortionate price of £9.00. I believe the owner should review the menu prices to attract more custom especially since there are a lot of local competitors that have a similiar products at lower prices.

Great experience from start to finish. Staff were very friendly. Food was banging, had a hot kebab & the actual meat had the heat when in other places the heat would come from sauce. Nuggets were better than McDonald's. Burger was better than five guys at a fraction of the price.

Their premium burgers are nice but the cheapie ones we ordered 100% frozen had that cooked to quick from frozen taste you get. Would be 5/5 if they just did the basics right.

I asked for no mayonnaise in my Wrap and when I got home it was in there and I am highly allergic to eggs so I went back to say can you make me a new one and they acted like it was my fault and very bad customer service would not recommend

Great burgers, initially used to only go for the double cheese burgers as used to be only 2 quid. As tried the other burgers and didn't seem worth spending more. But recently tried Whopper and Big Mac equivalent, and they were both great. Seems something improved. Doesn't have fried chicken. But does have grilled, and its ok, a bit pricey. I think they should do Keto friendly option so no carb option, as they try and provide this. Other items on menu are good, but for Burgers alone this place is outstanding, and we order from here regularly. Hear they are opening a new venue in Slough too.

this is honestly a joke place. i always come here to order i am a loyal customer and everytime i always come i even pay for extra sauce and things that i want they never give it i have to ask 10 times and they lie and say yes it’s done they forget half of the things to even add on my bag my foods always dry because they so stingy with they sauces I WONT be returning thank you very much.

One of my go to places, I definitely recommend the beef over the chicken items, the beef burgers will definitely become your favourite! The chips are delicious too, and the guava soda is amazing. Great place👍🏼

Awful overpriced food, that was cold. We ordered for a family of 4 they missed some of the order and the 2 Donor wraps were supposed to have no chilli sauce which they got wrong and were so spicy they ended up in the bin. Live and learn. Very poor customer service, rude staff

Really bad experience not going back. You’ll wait at the counter for 15 minutes while they don’t even say hello. After waiting 20 minutes for food they then start doing another order and make me wait for drinks? By the time I was sat back in the car the food was Luke warm at best. I was hoping that after spending so long cooking my food that it would taste nice however don’t bother asking for things to be removed for your burgers as they will put whatever they want in the burgers anyway. These guys don’t understand bussiness nor customer service.

Well here we go honest review, unlike half the wafflers giving reviews on this place. 1. Can't dine in so be ready to eat in your car, or drive like Lewis to get home and eat. 2. Staff - well there's a lot of them that looked about as clued on as my nan in a NATO conference. 3. Wait time is fine, so can't comment or rant on that. 4. Charge for sauces just paid over £22 quid for two mediocre burger meals- Having a laugh I think. 5. Burger well was okay, not much taste and was contemplating life when I took more bites. 6. This was the icing on the cake... hair found in the burger box after I had eaten half the mediocre tasting burger. WOW just WOW. 7. Stop comparing this place to Mcds, or Slamburger, or Bims, Or any other actually decent alternative places. Overall don't waste your money, if you are expecting any decent tasting burgers chips were average. Would I go again? you know stupid questions well that was one of them!

Food was OK, but problems with order. Cheese burger missing ketchup. Totally missed spiced rice side dish, but they did fix this when I called. They gave a dessert to compensate when I picked the rice. Will give them another go as I'm hoping just the rush of orders caused a problem.

I ordered bambam through Uber. My drinks had leaked in the bag. A triple cheese burger was missing from my order. Delivery took 40mins, which should have only taken the driver 10mins. I called up the restaurant, spoke to the manager, who was very rude and didn't seem to care at all.

Wide variety of food options and everything so tasty. Especially the donner and milkshakes!! Best food place and it's better because everything is halal.

So far only had the cheeseburgers but for a halal equivalent of the golden arches they are on the money on that front. Quick good value snack 😋 Need 2 as you would with McDs! Not tried other items yet as a little easier on the wallet options closer to home but will try the bigger menu items soon. Watch this space. Staff nice, guy called Reyhan was friendly and polite possibly the owner. Always busy so regulars coming back. Hope to visit again soon

They had a very laissez-faire attitude to mask wearing which I found very disappointing ( I hope they pay more attention to health and safety behind the counter) they actually managed to make McDonald's french fries appear appealing...the draft drink was moderate....in fairness the burger tasted ok.

Poor service. Second time ordered via uber chips and asked for extra peri salt, which they failed to do again. It seems like they are deliberately giving the least amount of peri salt as possible. Not to mention chips were soggy this time. Also the chicken chicken wrap is definently not worth of its name, when there is more wrap bread and hardly any chicken. How ever the Angus burger so far haven't disappointed, hence 2 stars.

This is officially (in my opinion) the best burger takeaway restaurant in Hillingdon, their burgers are insanely good!! The fries are delicious and the vanilla milkshake is to die for. For Tracy/Mahmood: Bearded guy with glasses was misbehaving with me and saying that’s how his personality is. Very unprofessional customer service and hostile attitude towards customers that walk in and have never been there before. Made it seem like he is doing you a favour when explaining the menu. They seemed to care more about delivery orders and couldn’t handle the pressure so were quite snappy.

5 stars all day. They have great customer skills and are happy to serve and help. There donner is amazing. Not your typical donner like you get in kebab shops. So if you fancy something different then this is the place. Chicken burgers and double cheese burgers are preety much on par with MCD. Even the chicken nuggets are amazing. This is now a regular place for me to go to. Definitely recommend.

It was OK. Cheeseburger buns were stale, possibly because reheated. Chips again tasted like refried. Prices not bad, but can do better to improve quality. Quite a way to go to catch up the likes of Slam Burger and BIM'S.

Not bad quality, some of the prices are good and others not so good. Over all its a good take away for regular orders.

Nice food, sadly watched an employee who I can only assume is in training adding chips to the fryer by hand, no glove, this is after watching them also touching already cooled food, bare handed, lady behind desk had to have the order repeated multiple times, my drink was wrong, girl made a guess, I guess, but in summary, nice food, overly expensive for some of the larger ticket items.

This place offers a great selection of food, anything from smash burgers and peri peri to delicious milk cake. I would definitely recommend ordering from here - keep an eye out for their own branded fizzy drinks! I've ordered quite a few times now and their customer service is just on point, the delivery times are really good too. The double cheeseburgers are my favourite, much better than the cheeseburgers at the golden arches!

Just ordered some sweet potato fries and they cooked them for me to order. Literally watched one of the staff take a few of my chips for himself whilst I was standing there watching. Great job guys.
