Great place with awesome customer service and food

Shubrath was a an excellent server , he brought food very quickly and was overall very nice. Highly recommend! food was amazing too!

This hidden gem has been 10mins from me all this time and I didn't know until I stumbled across it tonight out of hunger. The place was very well presented and cozy, the staff were very friendly, and explained their menu well with their recommendations which I listened to and did not disappoint. I went for the signature beef burger, the taste of the meat, the sauces, the fillings and bun, everything was just right.I also went for Korean fried wings and also Mild grilled wings, both were absolutely fresh, cooked to perfection and the taste was soooo good. I definitely recommend this place and their prices are right for this type of food and area but with high quality and freshness.

Was expecting better quality food

Disgusting nachos ever!!! Ordered these on uber eats and the sour cream was sickening and the cheese was so synthetic it was like nothing I've tasted before. Neither items even tasted of sour cream or cheese. There was literally 4 pieces of jalapeño and there was 2 pieces of tomato's which was supposed to be salsa. We have not ordered anything from here for years and thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt but I wish we hadn't. Very very disappointed

Missed out items on our order multiple times. Always something missing. Never accept responsibility, restaurant says it is Just Eat you need to call, Just Eat say speak with the restaurant. Ridiculous customer service.

I am so pissd with this place as I ordered 2 chilli Fries for £7.50 Each and thought that would be Enough to feed me and my wife as for £7.50 you would think so but the sizes of them was a joke I do not recommend getting food from here as The portions wouldn't even feed a toddler now I have to order from somewhere else to feel like I have eaten something this place should feel Ashamed STAY AWAY from here if you are hungry as you will still be hungry after ordering from this joke of a place

Subra is a very kind and attentive man that works here. There food is very tasty and my tummy loves it. I came and purchased a falafel wrap meal and it was soooo good. Please come here for a variety of different choices of meals it's great. 5 stars from me

Ordered at 6:05. Estimated delivery was between 15-30 mins. Food was delivered at 7:05. Courier went in the opposite direction to my home and ended up over twice as far from my house than the shop. What a joke, food is luke warm as a result.

I just went to the shop and asked for use the toilet once. It was too emergency but he did misbehave to me. Even though, he knows that what was my situation. In addition , there were other customers they were fevar to me to use toilet and your receptionist were barking on us. That how your customer?? Honestly, I’m never gonna visit again your shop. It was such an amazing experience. From the most friendly staff, to the food, to the desserts. The boneless wings were extremely succulent and cooked to perfection. The wings were so good I felt like I could fly. If I was on death row this is what I would order for my last meal. Immaculate food and staff!!

Since moving to Eastcote 3 years ago, honestly this place their food is differently quality and since been recommended to me I always enjoy what they have to offer, so to anyone else out there I do recommend Wraps & Wings if you ever feel peckish for something and want it quick then this is the place to come to. Personally, I recommend the Mounty burger with an extra patty, it gets messy but it’s all worth it.

At friends when ordered 5 different types of wings and a chicken breast. Delivered rapidly ,all good and flavoursome,no complaints plus an additional box of flavoured wings, possibly a mistake or because we ordered so much! Have been going W/W for a few years. Recently on my visits I have been pleasantly served by Jaffa. Very helpful and kind when ordering the food. The food is great and well priced.

Ordered the loaded tater tots and chicken tenders, never been more disappointed in my life. The tots cost just under £5 for tots absolutely drenched in cold squirty cheese and bacon bits that tasted off. In addition to this, the tenders I ordered are pink on the inside and smell bad. This is horrible, and I wont be going back, and if you're reading this, I suggest you do the same. The person serving me looked like he didn't want to be there (don't blame him, I wouldn't want to be there either).

Had great service at the Eastcote/Ruislip. My 4 year old enjoyed talking to the staff. Great food too. I would recommend

Not been here for several months but I fancied a burger and my usual was closed until early September. I ordered a delivery through Just Eat, the chilli fries were nice and the delivery was quick but that's where the positive points end. The onion rings were oily, the chicken wings were battered and deep fried, not the grilled lemon and herb ones we had ordered and the burger wasn't worth £12.50; regarding the patty, I couldn't taste and feel much difference between this and one from Burger King. Sorry but we were left very disappointed. It wasn't worth phoning through to complain as it would have completely disrupted the rest of our evening and we would've had to wait 30mins until the ordered would have got our home.

The Food at Wings and Wraps is amazing. They have a great selection of various types of burgers, wraps and chicken, as well as delicious deserts. One of the best things is that the food is consistently good and well made. The service is great and they're always happy to help. I rate this place 5 Stars in all categories.

This restaurant is a front for lots of other mini food businesses particularly one known as “mad about doner” which according to the staff is a “franchise”. Anyhoo, I’ve ordered from mad about doner a few times in hope that every time would be different but I was so wrong! The portion sizes are tiny and not worth the money that they charge. It’s so disappointing as the food is pretty nice but they are definitely cheating people with their portion sizes. I tried to speak to a manager to complain a few times and every time, a member of staff would say that they’ll get a manager to contact me and they never did! On the 4th occasion, a manager, kamrud actually did bother to call me and said that he has no control over the portion sizes and he agreed that their portion sizes are far too small but this is down to “head office” who apparently set these particular portion sizes. He said he’s advised head office that he is receiving several complaints regarding this and they simply do not care?! This business is a scam and has such poor customer service. He didn’t even offer me any compensation for the inconvenience ! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS RESTAURANT OR “MAD ABOUT DONER” — They are open to steal peoples money and have no shame in sending people inappropriate quantities for ridiculous prices! BIG FAT ZERO OUT OF 5 !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST IN THIS BUSINESS.

⭐️Highly recommended! Value-for-money, delicious! Generous portions of meat. Well seasoned, well flavoured meal. Ordered the jerk chicken wrap. They could have added a few more grilled vegetables. Overall though, the grilled jerk chicken wrap was filled generously with meat, nearly folded and had the right amount sauce, coleslaw and lettuce. The fries were made to perfection ☺️ crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside- just the way they’re meant to be! This meal was very tasty and filling! Efficient too- they got my order correct 👍
