Good place, good food, cheap cutlery. But it's all good overall

Food tasted average. Had a dodgy stomach after. No offer of any sauces. Very basic for the expensive price

APRIL 2024 update: Doubt will use Wraps and wings or any other fake online restaurant they operate as. Had food poisoning after the meal. 1* now. The food quality to price is definitely worth it. You can get a quarter chicken and free rice delivered for 10 quid. They always read the notes for online orders which makes a massive difference. They always listen to notes on online orders, which is a big thing for me, as some places just ignore them or don't bother reading. I had the burrito wrap and nachos, which I shared with my friend. I asked them to cut the burrito in half, and they even wrapped the halves separate. Thank you! Original review (2021) Way overpriced for what it is. Average food at best, burrito wrap had almost no guacamole and no refried beans at all. No sauce provided, wanted to rip us off 1 pound per small pot of sauce, when it used to be complimentary with the fries. Fries were worse than mcdonalds, and no salt was provided. Can see why they are losing more business everyday!

One of the best food places in the Harrow/Hillingdon Borough. They have everything you could want and the food is amazing and very good quality. Plus the service is amazing too!

Absolutely terrible! Majority of the staff in the branches are very unhelpful. The customer service is terrible and the manner in speaking to customers dreadful. I made a pre order at 9am for delivery at 12.30pm. The order never showed up. Tried to call about 10 times and no answer. What is the point of having a phone if you aren’t going to answer. Very appalling service. I would avoid.

Trash. About 10 different restaurants operating out of the same location on deliveroo, selling burgers, Korean, Indian biryani etc. and none of it is good.

Food was lovely but unfortunately got food poisoning for about a week after eating it.

I ordered Biriyani (through Uber eats) . Their description mentioned all things like Dum Biriyani. The price is high and the quality is very poor. Don’t order if you are looking for Biriyani here . Worst place.

The food here was really tasty we had burgers, wings, chicken tenders, onion rings and garlic fries. Staff are really friendly and service was quick.

This place used to have high quality burgers, so much so I would order them quite often. I was pleased to have a local burger joint in the area that did decent food. However, it seems now there is a lack of effort and the quality has declined significantly. Also, they have rebranded with new names of the same restaurant on UberEats.

Went in on monday evening and had really really good service by the man behind the till! very happy, kind, even allowed us complimentary drink. would defo recommend a visit!

We stopped by looking for a halal place for lunch in the area and we were incredibly impressed by the restaurant, its decor and the service. Food was very well presented, and offered great value for money. I’d recommend it. Korean fried wings and the smash burger were great.

A delightful visit to Wings and Wraps and I must say, their karak chai and butter milk strip burger with fries left would satisfy anyone’s tastebuds. The highlight of my meal, however, were the chips. They were absolutely exceptional and worth a visit to the restaurant on their own! The perfect combination of crispiness and steaming hot. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is a clearly scam running eatery. They have several different business names in Deliveroo operating from same premisses. Very recent is “mad about donner”. Ill attach few images on how they advertise their food and how it really comes. This place should be closed. Im already in the discussion with Deliveroo about this scam running address.

Just ordered my lunch at wraps & wings Eascote and they declined my order, saying the account is not set up with Just Eat properly. Don't waste your time, as your order will not go thorugh and rude staff. I don't like to complain, but this is bad service. Don't advertise things if your not going to do it

We got overcharged by a female cashier. Then we also received dry wings. To top that, we asked for 3 flavours and only received 2. When we tried to sort this, she was unresponsive, as if she can't understand us. We have definitely been put off returning...

Restaurant was not busy at the time of visit. Felt over priced for food I ordered. Food was served quickly and person who served was pleasant to deal with.

Over priced usually but the lunch time deal between 12-3 is great value for money 🤌

I called this place to make an order, and the owner himself “Kamrul” was so arrogant that he could not even repeat my order. I’ve been a regular customer here for 3 years and I have not experienced this kind of customer service. They have gone down terribly and I would avoid this place at all cost!!

Just eaten at wraps and wings, and man it was delicious. Food was served within 10 minutes. Portions were plenty. Great decor. Definitely go again. 👍

From 5 stars to 1! Great food 2 years ago (photos are from 2 years ago). January 2023 Edit: Been a regular, visited today and was presented with a cold burger which I'm paying almost £10 for. It was then reheated in a microwave! Not happy. Karak Chaii is water based! And no milk. Absolute joke. They no longer serve Virgils too, so drinks options are boring.

Very bad customer service, unhelpful, dirty and The food does not match the price

I asked for a breakfast burrito, but they brought out a normal burrito. It was that good that I didn't even care and I'm still rating them 5 stars.

I would 100% recommend for a quick fix, the spicy chicken wings were amazing.

Not sure if there was something wrong with my meal or it was just plain bad but this stuff was barely edible. Won't be dining again.

Really interesting and unique range of options on the menu, I had the buttermilk fried chicken burger which was nice. I would recommend the garlic butter fries as they were really good and crispy!

Ordered a salad box with six strips. Salad was delicious but I don't know if the strips were re heated or cooked and left out but they were dry as erasures, I had to add quite a bit of mayonnaise to the food to get it down my throat. I'm sure the other stuff on the menu is nice. It's disappointing when your hungry, you have a short time space to eat and get served that! Nice staff, decor, root beer and parking.

Ordered BBQ Caribbean Jerk chicken and received the BBQ one instead. To avoid confusion with your staff please remove the word ‘BBQ’ from the jerk one. Was too late to return as only found out after I got home

The wings there personally were the best. They have different types and flavours for example bbq and Korean which were both amazing. There burgers are neat and well made. There service is quick and easy to use. Highly recommend everyone go try it.

Wings are the best, they have a variety of Asian, American and their own flavours. The best fries are the garlic butter ones, but you might as well try all and find your favourite. They added a range of burgers which are very nice too. Id recommend the Signature Burger. The staff are always welcoming. Well worth it !

Great place. All my children love it. Even my immediate brother.

Tater tots were lovely, the music was great and the food was served piping hot which I appreciate... but the wings were OFF. Something about em... I dunno. They tasted a bit strange at the time but I liked the sauce so I persevered, but they actually gave me quite a bad stomach ache. It was an off enough experience for me not to come back.

Our regular takeaway, my favourite is the grilled chicken, salad is fresh but the rice a little too spicy. The plain version without the sauce is the best. Gets pretty busy at the weekends.

When this place opened some years ago, the food was great. The order I received today was fried wings, instead of grilled. with a lemon and herb sauce which has congealed to thick stale solid sauce covering only part of some wings. disgusting.

Just collected 3 burgers, fries and onion rings from the Eastcote (Ruislip branch) This food is vile, cheapest ingredients, poorly cooked. Grade 1 food hygiene rating is highly deserved. I've just put all the food in the dustbin.

Wow what a waste of time and money.. there were 4 of us (wife and kids).. We ordered 2 buttermilk chicken burgers, 1 Mounty chicken burger, and 1 special house burger, cheese fries, plain fries and onion rings... Also ordered 2 waters, a root beer and cream soda... The burgers came and we were asked if we wanted the fries and drink together.. lol.. I was like so what the burger is a starter and the fries are a main dish... We said bring everything.. few mins later the sides cames but still no drinks.. kids were hungry and we were pretty much done and still no drinks so we cancelled it.. in terms of the food . Poor.. the chicken burgers were average. KFC do a better job.. and as for the house speciality burger.. dry and lifeless.. will never visit here again. Such a waste of money. And on that subject.. we asked them if they took amex to which they said they did.. we wanted to split the bill and the girl could not work out what 46 divided by 2 was... haha.. embarrassing when my kids had to hold their breath.. and then their machine would not take amex.. feels like this place has forgotten what it's like to have people eat in their establishment.. and the food is utter rubbish...

Well made burgers and decent shakes

I wish I could give them less. £9 for a dry stale burger which I threw away after a few bites, tasted like they've had that in the freezer for months. Fries are some cheap supermarket skin on fries. Basically the place is charging gourmet prices for cheap chicken shop food. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had ordered a takeaway from them and received it but some of the order was missing.It was my sons birthday and her girlfriend had ordered from America . When we called wraps and wings,they said they are short staff and have to call ubereats for a refund. When we called ubereats it was unreachable so no resolution came out in the end. When we opened the whole chicken it seemed not fully cooked as if it was rushed. My son really used to like wraps and wings food but their service and food has really gone downhill. I don't think we shall be ordering from them in the future!

the menu is firstly one to talk about as there is a good selection of items to choose from. after much deliberation, I went for a number of items on the menu but what really stood out for me is the golden fried prawns, monty burger, korean wings and the buttermilk fried chicken wrap. everything was well cooked and tasted great - the food was also wrapped/packaged carefully which is great. the southwest slaw was very yummy. no complaints all round.

Made me fell in love with Wraps again! Both the Quality and the taste are unmatched! I highly recommended this place to everyone who wish to satisfy their taste buds!!! There variety of food will leave you awestruck and the prices will suit your pockets! Do try it once and you won’t need second invitation 👍🏽

The attention to quality of food here is clearly high. This is a delivery I would get repeatedly. It's juicy grilled food you can't do at home - precisely what delivery food should be offering. The flavour and moisture of the food was so much better than normal grilled, dried-out rubbish.

Now for an establishment that really looks the part you’d expect none the less. £10 just for the burger?! One would think it’s certainly going to hit the spot. Went in with no expectations as it was recommended by a few. Cut the long story short just your average burger place with fancy shopfront and menu. Ridiculous prices. And didn’t even get the service you’d expect from an establishment like this. Let’s not talk about the current covid regulations. Very little that I had noticed other than a few bottles of sanitisers on the tables. From staff to delivery drivers to collection orders no mask no problem come right in. Dissatisfied and Disappointed.
