Very tasty food I recommend coming here!

I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with this food delivery service. Every single time I place an order, they completely ignore my instructions. I specifically requested that they call me upon arrival instead of ringing the bell, but that has never happened. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to customer requests, and it’s happened repeatedly. They should improve their service because it’s really affecting my overall experience.

One of the worst pizzas I've ever ate, the dough has green fungi on it.

Dirty and flighty place! Poor 0 hygiene! I’m surprised still open ! Should close down ! I felt sick it. Never never again!

Wore food in London .. staff are rude and no hygiene serving food while scratching his back side . Never visit this pizza shop 😭

After what seemed like an eternity the food was lousy and definitely below basics, having had terrible lunchtime experience thought give it another try we shouldn’t have bothered. 👎🏼

Pizza is quite nice although it is quite pricey. I truly miss the buy 1 get 1 free offers tho, I also wish they had a halal and non halal option. As some people do eat halal and some don’t.

More crust than pizza, also no flavor what so ever on the pizza. Chicken marinated with strong taste of tumaric. Poor pizza will not try

Got the large donar kebab with chips. Came in a small container and was changed £10.50 each. No worth the price, nearly no meat or salad and was smothered in sauce. And had hair in kebab, Not hygienic. Delivery driver was rude

I am more worried about the delivery guy than the pizza we have received. It does look like he had an excident. The whole pizza is on the front side of the box on top of each other. Update me on him, if he is alright.

Had a 3 pizzas take away. When we got home found hair in the veggie pizza . Than found another hair in the meat pizza. Rang the shop and returned all pizzas. They wouldn't give full refund and said they would only redo the veggie pizza as the hair that was found in the meat pizza wasn't there. After a lengthy debate he refused 1 pizza . Was so disappointed that we told them to keep all the pizzas. And took the refund for 1 pizza . Lost money for 2 pizzas.

We ordered food for delivery. Delivery was (exceedingly) on time, the food was hot and the delivery driver was nice. Pizza was delicious, the chicken strips were perfect and the rest of the finger food (mozzarella sticks, wedges) was also very good. Attention: the chili dip is really very spicy (unfortunately too spicy for us).

Always extra charges they told different price when you place order specially over the phone and collection time they charge extra And also keep eye on when you buy wings I bought 20 and they put 16 What a rubbish customer services

Today 1 February 2022 i got a hair in pizza I buy from pizza delicacia hayes they should be careful about this

Amazing food!!!! The pizza was very delicious and spicy. The crust was really nice!!! My child enjoyed her pizza very much. Would definitely recommend as they have amazing customer service and food.

Normally just a standard pizza shop but the boys pulled it off this time Mighty 1 Pepperoni Chicken and sweetcorn Tandoori chicken 2 done kebabs All up scratch and no complaints And it was Saturday night when the rush was going down ..... Just want to say a massive thanks to all the boys for a great bit of grub Thanks boys

I went there with my kids and we all enjoyed the food. The workers were very polite and patient when my kids were ordering the food they even gave a few suggestions. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING THERE.The price was vert reasonable.😋😋😋

Very rude and bad customer service. Guy asked to hurry up otherwise he is going to hung up bcoz he's busy. I am a customer here from last 4 years but today when I was in the middle of call rude guy hung up on. Never going there again.

I ordered the pizza from this restaurant for the first time. We ordered one Paperoni, chicken and the third Veggie one . It was really delicious, tasty and fresh . It came really fast . Definitely I recommend this pizza.

Very rude and very slow guy making the kebabs... it takes ages and always cold... not recommended if you can avoid it...
