KFC in Reading

The most disgusting,vile and appalling eating experience we have ever had! The floor hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Children obviously eating things off the floor that could kill them. Do not go here! KFC should be appalled and ashamed at themselves! We are truly disgusted at the vile conditions this "restaurant" has. May as well pay to kill yourself and most importantly, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE ITS DANGEROUS!

I went through the drive thou to order my food. I was greeted with a miserable and abrupt lady who seemed like she didn’t want to there.

I ordered a Deliveroo order and I had a request for flat wings. I was kindly greeted on the phone and my request was followed through. I appreciate it and regret not taking the name of the kind staff

Toilets in this KFC are always dirty. They also keep one toilet closed, I suspect so staff can use as all the other stalls are filthy

Visited here during the evening approx 19:00. Restaurant was empty we requested table service when ordering. We sat down and after a few minutes we heard someone shouting....This was out order. Before I could turn around and shout back "bring it over here then" my mate went up to collect our order, I also went to the counter. We told him we requested table service and the guy said "oh I don't know about this" we told him if they're not doing it then it should be removed as an option on the order screens. Before we took our order to the table I told the guy that he was just lazy. The food was extremely greasy and not very nice at all. We left them plenty of mess to clean up on the table and over the floor, the food was so greasy you could hardly hold it.
