Great service driver was polite would use again

Staff member who took order super nice Completely different Story with server handing food out of drive through , stuffed my drink at me and almost chucked food At me no thanks no nothing boom window shut …so rude and Unnecessary her behaviour was awful

Told me my delivery was on the way to then saw my delivery getting further and further away, food was cold by the time it got to me

freezing cold ice cream melted drink leaked

Delivery very late and food was very cold.

Ordered at 14.47 on estimated delivery time of 15-20 mins then went up to 59 mins when finally delivered. Food cold and receipt Stated15:13:53 so bound to be if took over 30 mins to pick up and deliver.

Food is good but they didnt have the salsa dip to go with the mozzarella sticks, quite disappointing as all the other sauces don’t go with the mozzarella sticks.

for 2 weeks on the trot now, we have had stuff missing from our order, wouldn't mind but it's food for the kids and my partner is having to drive to the restaurant and reorder and repay for the missing items, sort it out!

Ordered a Philly cheese stack and they have instead sent the “5 chicken select”… absolute joke.

I ordered a 9-piece chicken select meal and got 20 chicken nuggets...

Popped in here after dropping someone at the ref station. Busy store but managed to get a table. Service was good, food was good, toilets were ok. Can’t complain. Chilli double cheese was really tasty.

Car in front at Drive through obviously had order not correct. They sat at collection window for 10-15 mins and had several discussions with staff before they were given the item they obviously wanted and we could all move. By then, when I collected my meal it was cold. Parked up and took it back. Complained fries were cold and had them replaced. No apology Biggest bug bear is why not move the waiting car to a nearby waiting space instead of holding everyone up and providing substandard food to the rest of the drive thru folks? Ridiculously bad management

Glitch in system been charged double and send 2 of the same orders but only have 1 order to view and 1 email to say about order, never even went onto my PayPal to authorize payment just took it and kept telling em to log in when I was logged in

The McDonald's is fine, but the speed humps getting into the retail park are brutal! My car didn't know what hit it even at a slow speed. Stupid.

It's a McDonalds so you know what to expect and this lived down to expectations. To be fair service was very quick. The chips were decent and the coffee hot. There was no sugar though and whoever approved the cardboard lids should be repurposed....they get soggy quickly and I just don't get the need to sacrifice any sense of practical worth for the environment, especially considering the reality that next to none of the packaging goes anywhere but landfill. The double cheeseburger? It's pencil thin and bears no relation to the picture on the screen. I hope whoever approves this misrepresentation of food is served this dross daily as a punishment.

Eating in is OK but when you order from them through just eat and try to ring them about missing items no one picks up. 5 times I rang today and no answer. Crappy service

Very noisy kitchen staff and often tske far too long with food..more soon drive through. I tend to use the onebin savacenter as this one often gets my order incorrect with missing food. My journey is about 3mlS from home and I keep having to return. Time consuming

Was not happy with the delivery driver. He was rude and in a rush. Ended up leaving my food on the floor outside the house as I am in support living and couldn’t unlock the door without my carers who were literally 2 minutes from the door. Not happy with this driver! Food was good though. Thankyou

absolutely shocking, took 2 and a half hours to deliver and wasn't even warm when it arrived!

food too 45mins to arrive from a restaurant that is a 15min drive at most. driver clearly made multiple deliveries before brining my order. the drink was spilt in the bag, only half left in the cup. the burger looked like someone had shaken the box, it was in pieces and the fries were stone cold. whole meal ended up in the bin.

Didn’t receive ANY of my food, but received 2 McFlurrys that I hadn’t ordered and that had a COLLECT sticker on it. So I enter this information and ask for a refund, only to be told no! Had I not have already ordered my food again and it been consumed, I would NEVER order from here again!

I had an egg and cheese muffin and gulped the last 2 mouthfuls afters a coffee at Costa and after vomited it in street locally.

delivered only drinks out of my order. now hace to wait 7 days for a refund that just eat are probably not going to refund me. this will take my total to over 100gbp of undelivered and nonrefunded items. I'm livid. do better

The most disgusting service and food ever. People who work in this restaurant they literally can't read or understand a word of English. Then your order comes all wrong. Ordered through the app and just ticked out the chutney of the new burger and this is how much burger arrived. Absolutely fuming and gutted
