McDonald's in Reading

My order was not delivered and I have been waiting downstairs and the app says food delivered. I need a redelivery or a refund please. This is really bad and my children are hungry and upset

Not impressed, I ordered at 18:00pm, my food arrived at 19:45pm.

Food was cold the guy never used a heat bag he carried them just in his heads

went to the wrong address again, this app is a joke,I stated when I ordered where I wanted delivery

McDonald's was clean, and the food was served quickly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was efficient. The meal was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options available. A great place for a quick bite when you're in a hurry.

at least it turned up without driver stealing the food this time

Fries are cold and soaky again. The deliveryman was nice and polite. he also read the instruction. not all of them read. this is only the 2nd time I don't have to keep a look out for the driver/rider. Thanks anyway.

Delivery was fine but they gave him the wrong food by a mile

Me my wife popped in for a question bit to eat , I ordered the Philly Cheese Stack as it looked very nice but I was disappointed with what I got it did get , it looks like a 5 yr old kid made it , it had no taste to it .

food was cold i.e. the burgers, I had to put it in the microwave not great to be honest.

Just had my worst ever sausage egg muffin, sausage patte dry like cardboard and the bun was tougher then leather, the oracle mac d's u get freshly cooked this one u get dry old buns and over cooked patte, staff also have trouble speaking English, I'm sure it's owned by the same guy that owns kfc next door ? Because it would explain alot, stay well clear if u value your health.

The McD near b&q was way too busy. Not a great experience.

Product was damaged by delivery rider who tried to blame Mac Donald’s . The food was squashed and the drink had been spilt

Dissapointing that all their socket point is not working for charging my phone and laptop while dining in here today 20/9/24. I have no choice but walk over KFC.

The person that brought my food said he could not bring my food to my front door due to just eat policy. Which I have never heard about. I told I have babies still sleeping and there is no way I can come downstairs and leave my baby all alone in the house. He still insisted not to bring it to my door step

Consistently good service from this branch, as opposed to the Lower Earley one who are pretty abysmal. Only disappointing thing is ordering 3 drinks usually means they fall over and leak everywhere, if your order is delivered by scooter/moped. McDonald’s used to double lid the drinks to stop spillage, but for some reason stopped doing this.

seriously aggressive driver tried to force his way into my home

The driver was rude and didn’t speak I said thank you and he just dump the bag in my hand and walk away very rude

Took long to served on drive thru my order was mixed up Later went to their tiolet flirty not cleaned water was on the floor like you are in a public tiolet in Africa

For some reason the McDonalds app doesn’t work in this branch.

Went to this branch last night, i saw insects flying around their ketchup stand, poor hygiene

Sadly my double mac was a mess... tasty but a mess all the same, I wonder sometimes if they are thrown from a distance

They couldn't even get a simple order right asked for 5 piece Chicken Select Meal large they tried to give me 2 big macs next it was 9 piece chicken select they though I'd ordered drinks were vile thrown away ASAP

very bad , drinks were spilled all over the food , kids just back from holiday and starving so no choice but to eat , very bad service

I had just a chicken mayo meal. It looked awful. The bun was so thin, looked like someone stepped on it. Disgusting. One of the worst McDonalds experiences ever.

What is it with McDonalds these days? No matter which branch you go to the food is always cold/luke warm and too often they get the order wrong in the drive through. Makky D's is no where near as good as it was in the 90's

Let me just say straight away. The staff members working today were amazing and made my visit a happy one from the time I walkiled in the door. 8/10 RECOMMENDED!! The last time I visited, there was a couple of issues and then bacon missing from my burger. So last time I called when I realised back at home and they said my name would be on a list in-store to sort it out for me next time as I live quite far so wasn't going to go back at 11pm. The team members in-store today we're more then happy to help me and made me feel very welcome with a little extra complementary item for my inconvenience. They then checked my entire order with me and opened it all to make sure it was right before apologising for before and wishing me a good evening. Mr McDonalds ....the restaurant team members and managers on thursday 15th july '21 deserve a little positive recognition :) And I'm hard to please when it comes to fast food because more often than not it is mediocre and Luke warm at best, but this was good :)

It was very busy today and everything was running smoothly. The food was lovely. Indoor seating was packed but plenty of room outside.

Relatively clean for a late night shift. Food arrived quickly, pleasantly and warm. Staff were busy but polite and doing their best. Overall a good experience. A few table wipe-downs would be appreciated

I had ordered a fillet o fish and it was absolutely disgusting. The fish was overcooked, I advised the manager of this and he said what do you mean? I said the fish is overcooked, what more do I need to say and he was being very unprofessional and trying to argue back. I am appalled by the level of customer service this place shows. I requested for a refund and he refused the refund despite the food being inadequate. I’d recommend you stay away from this branch and visit another. When I had asked for the name of the manager who had dealt with this matter, the manager himself refused to give his name. Upon taking a photo of him, he swore at me and told me to never come back again. I am in complete utter shock that this is the branch manager. He deserves to be sacked immediately. I will be putting in a formal complaint against him. Can I just add - I was the only person being served in the drive thru, and the food was extremely disappointing.

Selects had clearly been over held were rock hard, rather eat actual stones.

Doesn’t help the fact the driver picked up the food and was still sat in car park for over half hour so food was cold

Tried the click and serve option and it worked really well. Items came to my reasonably quickly and food was hot.

Delivery time kept being put back and when it finally arrived it was totally the wrong food order. I ended up having to drive to the restaurant to return the food and get my proper order, as I was unable to contact McDonalds by phone.

Not too busy, they usually get orders right every time here. Clean store and good layout, although it's cozy for indoor dining.

The bun on one of the quater pounders was not the right bun

Never received the correct order from this place. Ordered breakfast today, 2 bacon and ego McMuffins, I was the only customer in there, ordered to go, got home and they’d given me 2 sausage and egg McMuffins. 5 members of staff working on one order and they couldn’t get it right… Every single time.

ordered food for my family and it most of the items were missing or different. For example my daughters chocolate milkshake came as a banana milkshake and they forgot to include our pancakes.

It's a solid McDonald's location decent. Only negative is the shifty deliveroo lot they really bring the atmosphere down and generally get in the way
