1st time visit n it was amazing..Great staff

Tried to read the menu but it kept being replaced with videos of individual items, so I left and went elsewhere 🤷

I had no whopper meal....all the food was freezing cold and squashed the chips was left didn't taste fresh at all must of it went in the bin

It was far nicer tastier and cheaper 2 years ago the last time I went, now it simply can't compete with similar, not worth it any more.

might not go in the place again, it is very expensive and the value for money is very low, they dont have salads in any way, my diet should contain 250g of veg. each meal, you will not have that here. they should wirry more about the burger cooking

haloumie fries. not nice. cold and squashed up. Fries ok also cold. Burger was very nice. Ice cream put in with the hot food!! maybe that's why food was cold and ice cream very soft on one side. Come on Burger King you can do better.

ordered whopper with cheese.......no cheese

my order wasn't complete and ther is no way to have the item replaced. only a refund option and when you've got an unhappy child because their dinner hasn't arrived. you need an option to have the order redelivered properly

food was good. Delivery driver was awfull. would not deliver to door because he had a electric bike he wouldn't leave. Not helpful had to ask some one to get it for me. disgraceful.

I heave video about this person,he try to take my order and didn’t deliver to my house.I catch him on the different road and street because I follow him on the map and after confirm my order I catch him and ask many times way confirm my order way…..he start to scared and say sorry I said him come to my house and I make video about him,and nobody take action I want to refund my cash money back.

Empty. I wanted a drink..... Went to the counter with two employees doing nothing.. Told I couldn't order at the counter and that I had to use the machine to order a drink... Walked out.

Delivery was good , but I got cheese and bacon fries instead of what I ordered, which was peppercorn loaded fries. Food was a little cold too, should be from the restaurant as the delivery driver got here on time.

Exceptional food here it always is and we are here for food more then anywhere else I highly recommended this restaurant. Thanks to all the staff who were fantastic and very generous with their time

Very empty restaurant always a nice thing so went straight up to counter to order 1 latte and got hand signal to order at the screen machine, after pressing screen how ever many times just for the latte I waited for latte watching staff do not alot, didn't even want to explain why they would not take my order at counter. I was baffled

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY, Burger was Cold Soggy, Chips were cold, nuggets cold, onion ring were terrible had a after taste like washing up liquid. Not very happy

Order not delivered , but shown as delivered to my front door. I waited 40 mins . Totally rubbish service . Substantial amount of money . They are quick to take your money but expect you to wait 5 days for a refund , even when they are at fault. Totally unacceptable. A fun dinner with the kids totally ruined

the driver did not bring food to door and took an excessive time to deliver food in the first place. the food was therefore quite cold very poor from the driver. this is in no way the fault of the restaurant who did everything perfectly

Had my first Burger King in a long time. I visited the Broad Street restaurant and despite Covid restrictions and what looked like a refurbishment underway the visit was very positive. The staff were friendly, professional & efficient. More importantly the food was great

Burger wasn’t on the order. Called up and was told just get a refund

My food never got delivered. An hour and a half later than the original estimated time a driver knocked on my door and demanded I take the food. I told him I won't be accepting the food now after an hour and a half that was originally made and left the restaurant and that I have already sent a complaint about getting my money refunded. He replied " No please sister, take the food and cancel the complaint" . I said absolutely not and that he can take it back. And he marked it delivered and left!

Great service!!!! Found ny apartment door which no other driver has ever managed to find !! (Confusing satnav) and still managed to come here so fast food is still super hot and good !! Thank you !!!
