Burger King in Reading

Food was cold we’ve only ever once had a problem in all the time we’ve ordered from just eat I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t necessary the burgers where barely warm and the chips were cold

The food is stone cold not edible because ye sent courier with 2 orders and went past my address too deliver other order first. This does not make any common sense

I went there yesterday evening, ordered on one of the machines, no issues there, went and sat to wait for my number to get called. I was barely sat two minutes until i had to grab it. No issues with the order and food was incredibly tasty.

Today on 25 November at 14:25, I wanted to order something because the self service was not working properly i went at the counter to order there , the manager her name is Daria was very Rude and she was really shouting and arguing with me with her attitude and telling me that I should go even said to me to go and used the inappropriate language which you can’t use in costumer service, you are not telling to your clients bye and don’t want to serve them just because i had the guts to said the self service was nit working, is very disappointing that a Manager could talk like that as i know that a manager is the etiquette of a place, not an enemy of the costumers! Very bad attitude and atmosphere regarding other costumers that they where in the restaurant at the time to see how am Manager is screening

Food was cold but was too late to contact Burger King to get another order as I was going to bed soon as I ate.

might not go in the place again, it is very expensive and the value for money is very low, they dont have salads in any way, my diet should contain 250g of veg. each meal, you will not have that here. they should wirry more about the burger cooking

haloumie fries. not nice. cold and squashed up. Fries ok also cold. Burger was very nice. Ice cream put in with the hot food!! maybe that's why food was cold and ice cream very soft on one side. Come on Burger King you can do better.

my order wasn't complete and ther is no way to have the item replaced. only a refund option and when you've got an unhappy child because their dinner hasn't arrived. you need an option to have the order redelivered properly

I heave video about this person,he try to take my order and didn’t deliver to my house.I catch him on the different road and street because I follow him on the map and after confirm my order I catch him and ask many times way confirm my order way…..he start to scared and say sorry I said him come to my house and I make video about him,and nobody take action I want to refund my cash money back.

Empty. I wanted a drink..... Went to the counter with two employees doing nothing.. Told I couldn't order at the counter and that I had to use the machine to order a drink... Walked out.

Driver had problems finding us because he was in the wrong road tried explaining to him on the phone but he did not understand

It is frustrating when the cashiers and the duty manager tell you their computers at the till are not working and you should order from their paying stations yet the paying stations don’t accept cash and blue light cards! So you tell them so and miraculously the computers start working! We’re not stupid when we go to the counter to pay as it’s not a first time eating here. It’s so frustrating as I had a bunch of people with learning disabilities that I was supporting and the back and forth with Burger King staff triggered their behaviour and it was so frustrating! And ended up spoiling our afternoon.

Just ate at Burger King at the Broad street mall reading. Excellent tasty Burgers and top service from the staff. Great atmosphere. Good as always

Delivery was good , but I got cheese and bacon fries instead of what I ordered, which was peppercorn loaded fries. Food was a little cold too, should be from the restaurant as the delivery driver got here on time.

Exceptional food here it always is and we are here for food more then anywhere else I highly recommended this restaurant. Thanks to all the staff who were fantastic and very generous with their time

Very empty restaurant always a nice thing so went straight up to counter to order 1 latte and got hand signal to order at the screen machine, after pressing screen how ever many times just for the latte I waited for latte watching staff do not alot, didn't even want to explain why they would not take my order at counter. I was baffled
