Burger King in Reading

We arrived at a very busy time following a train load of rugby fans from Twickenham. We were amazed at the effort and teamwork put in by all staff to serve people quickly and efficiently. We'll done guys.

I was served very quickly by Mr Majid who as very polite. He asked if I had busy day and if I was going on holiday. He was very jolly and told me he was still alive He suggested plant whopper as non meat option and I was very impressed with the burger. Bravo to this Burger King!!

A little pricey but food was prepared quickly and the quality was very good

Poor service, staff very unintelligent and cannot understand basic orders, I spent around £9 on a burger which came with extras, which I specifically asked not to be included. The actual burger looked disgusting, very greasy and unappealing, the staff did not care about the customers and what I asked for which clearly was demonstrated when I received my burger which I opened once I got into the station again and realised it was not what I had asked for but I didn’t have time to go back as my train was about to leave so this is why I am writing this review. Don’t risk it and get a Burger King, I only did it because subway was closed for food. I should’ve known better, such a disappointment, the fact that a fast food company cannot get a basic burger right, it shows poor training and that they want cheap labour for their franchises. I don’t think that burger kind are worth the time forget the money, I always knew it was unpleasant eating their food and I still took the risk which they messed up the order on which made it completely unworthy of my money.

The food that was supposed to be delivered in 10 or 15 mins took over an hour and the food was cold, the chips are cold!! The burger is cold not pleased with your service!!

Very dirty table areas at 7pm with no staff to clear. Pigeons and flies enjoying the leftovers. Pigoen poop all over the floor. Can't complain about the food or service we received though.

Place is swarmed with flies, can’t even sit down for food without being bothered by them. Sauce was 30p for a tiny pot? Extortion that tbh. Had the cheek to give me a dirty look when I said that the guy before didn’t charge me for mayo. Just overall very rude staff. Food was very plain, chips were cold (even though I just ordered them) and burger was inedible. For 9 quid you would expect at least smth to be edible. Thoroughly disappointed

I have been going here for a while now, when ever I go there I also find the people are extremely friendly and polite with a good knowledge of what’s on the menu and sometimes suggest different things to try and remove the cheese for me without hesitation

Yum. The best burger I've ever had. I don't usually eat at Burger King or any other fast food chains for that matter. But this branch seems to serve the freshest and tastiest burger! The gentleman who served me is an embodiment of 'hospitality'. You can just tell by the way he smiles and greets you. Highly recommend!

Basically another soulless eatery. Short changed on the fries/onion rings, burger not all that only half eaten. Prices have risen for what no one can fathom.

Had a awesome lunch and the customer service was also great especially girl named lizze was so helpful and kind. I do recommend other people to visit the place.👍🏻
