I’ve paid for a large one,not a small. I won’t be back!

Ordered from here 3 times online now. Each time I have ordered cheesy chips with garlic mayonnaise, they have never got it right. 1st time they forgot the mayonnaise. 2nd time they forgot the cheese & the mayonnaise & tonight, I got just the cheese again!! What’s the point in specifying what you’d like, when you don’t get the order you pay for? UPDATE: last 2 weeks I’ve ordered cheesy chips with garlic mayonnaise & they STILL DON’T ADD IT!!!

Been going here for a good 15 yrs always good tasty food 1/2 pounder with cheese is absolutely delicious and another fav is chicken shish wrap

I ordered probably over 50 times from this place, thought they’d have some type of respect for me but 2 times in a row they forgot to bring the drinks I paid for. I called the place and they said they won’t bring em out until next time, the following time they didn’t and the manager I was told would call me didn’t. Last time I’ll be ordering.

Very good quality kebabs, I had a mixed shish. The meat and veg were grilled, the bread was traditional Turkish style.

Ordered at 12 they told me 45 minutes waiting 1and a half hours to get the food when it come it was freezing so I called the shop to complain the driver was the manager so I then asked if there was anyone higher that I could talk to his answer was I don’t know then laughed on the phone to me an absolute joke would never recommend to anyone!

After ordering a takeaway from this place, I was left waiting 1 hr 30 minutes to be told my order was not arriving at all. I requested a refund and now after 4 days they are avoiding making this payment. I still have not received and now the man on the phone for two days running tells me the manager is not answering his phone and is not at work. This is unacceptable and to me sounds like they are avoiding me. Unfortunately this is not their money and as this service was not provided I should be fully reimbursed? I don’t understand how a company can treat customers this way. Do not order online as you may end up with your money being taken and no food!

AUWFUL bad manners, bad delivery time, never answer your call and they'll never refund even with when it's late and their fault they're just money guzzlers bad experience just avoid them

Normally use another kebab house but thought we would give these guys ago and have to say 10/10 the food arrived in very quick time, was all piping hot, and cooked perfectly. I eat a lot of kebabs from all around the area and this was up there with the best. (Also lovely surprise that the kebabs come with fresh naan) will definitely order again!!

If your after a cheap take away the guys are great in there and there donner meat, recipe has to be the Reading.

awful delivery took 2 hours all the food was cold didng get what I initially ordered would never buy again disgusting

The chicken burgers are quite nice but not as good as Mr Cod shish kebab is expensive but tastes above average not bad

Utterly useless. Ordered food and was promised i would have it in 30 minutes. Over and hour and a half later, and multiple phone calls with broken promises, it arrives. The food was all cold and both orders were wrong. I now have food I cannot eat, as well as an upset child. DO NOT Order from here if you want hot food that is delivered in a decent time. Total shambles.

Great food, but you need to work it out when it's busy, online orders seem to get sorted out first, if your walk in your get a good wait, plenty of people working also so no need to be so unorganised. Communicate with the customers.

I have placed my order for just eat and it has not arrived, and above all they do not return my money. They are scammers !!! I will never ask there!!!!

Excellent food at excellent prices. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately cash only, but a small price to pay for great food.

The food is ok but not the best. It seems like cheap cuts and is usually very greasy. Delivery is normally quite quick and the food is always hot.

Fast service. Lots of good food at a good price.

Not much needs to be said here. Chips were awful. The meat in the burger was disgusting. The only think I enjoyed was a few onion rings (the ones that weren’t black) and the diet cola.

Dirty little guys don't wash their hands often. The food was good though

Best kebab on Oxford Road, shish is amazing. Burger deals are pretty good too. Friendly staff, can order by phone or by app, delivery too. Just wish it was easier to pay by card but cash machines nearby. Recommended.

Awful.GO TO THE FOOD PLATTER on just eat instead! Placed an order online, email receipt received saying 45minutes. Called after an hour and where told "sorry our new website isnt working and we can't receive orders in store until we get a new printer" no warning online, ridiculous. Shame cos the food Is normally 3/4star. But never again for me,

Expensive. 17.20 for 2 mixed kebabs and a 1/4 pounder. Tbh, not great.

I would not even give this place a star...... utterly disgusting kebab horrible chips freezing cold waste of money....... tasted horrible even know we were drunk after a night out...... avoid

Quite possibly the worst kebab ever. The chicken shish was a complete mush, no real edible chunks of meat- like it had been in the food processor. The naan was drenched in oil.

The food is very good. Good taste and fresh. Ate chicken grill and fried chicken. Yummi Yummi. Maybe if ordering, adk for just a little of sauce.

If you need to get your engine oil changed in your car this is the place to come. There was more oil in my kebab then In iraq

I got a takeaway from here on Saturday evening. The Reading grill mixed kebab. It was awesome! Lovely meat, salad and chips were crispy! Spot on

Made me feel ill after eating their chicken that had quite obviously gone off, and made my friend start throwing up. Do not go here!

Never going to use again. Food was burnt and tasted awful. complained and they were not interested .

We'd always get Kebabs; overpowered with the taste of a Salad made up of mostly Onions; ruining Meal
