It was never great but now its Halal it goes against my thoughts on animal welfare. Will never eat here ever again . They should advertise this before you go through the drive through.

Very very slow service waited over 20 mins nothing went to the counter to ask and it had gone off his screen had to scroll back to get to our order said oh sorry will do it not good at all

No hash brown in fillet tower ruined my entire year fuminggggg, not to mention had to park in the bay outside for no necessary meaning

Absolute disaster.. Go to TGI Fridays, have a sit down meal, you’ll be faster than KFC drive thru. Order is always wrong, icebergs move faster than staff.

We went here after cinema. OMG, the place was disgusting. EVERY table was full of food along with the floor. It was empty. We were the only 2 in there. It was so bad I asked the young girl if she would like me to help clear up cos I felt sorry for her trying to do sll this herself. Who knows where the manager on shift was because I would have asked the manager to get a grip and help clear this mess up. REALLY filthy. We won't be back.

Called in just after lunch and it seems we got the leftovers. Firstly they got our order wrong. They couldn’t tell us which drink was Diet Pepsi and which was Pepsi max, the chips were cold and chicken was just warm.

Ordered mighty bucket for one Pepsi and two extra hot wings and wanted crushem, didn’t have any one like always. Been about 3-4 times and never have them on for some reason, got told to wait in one of the bays for food. No problem. Well food took a further 15 minutes to arrive. Then when I got home I was missing my hot wings and all the food was dried up and burnt and to top it off the syrup on the Pepsi must of ran out because that tasted like soda, for a big company the standards are pretty low

Having visited drive through ordering 1 x zinger meal &1 x chicken fillet meal. Experience bad stomachs later same day. Could only be food ordered, questionable food hygiene. .

Went through the drive through. They missed a meal off. Parked up and went inside to then wait 20 mins while my food was sat on the pass the whole time. The staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing. They even gave me the wrong drink when they eventually gave me my food. I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of asking for it to be changed.

We've eaten here many times over the years but I've never got around to writing a review. I'm amazing at all the negative reviews... but I guess most people only bother to write a review to complain? So thought I'd best write a review too, as we have had nothing but great experiences eating here. Our most recent visit for lunch in September for my birthday, we were starving after a morning white water rafting at Tees Barrage! There was no queue so we went inside and placed all of our orders quickly. They arrived almost immediately, except for 1 friend who waited only a couple of minutes. I love the zinger chicken so always order this. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was hot and tasty, as usual. We asked for sauces at the till and were given too many sachets, we usually return any unused but instead took them home this time to use at home as were worried they might just get binned now due to covid rules? My only negative is that we can't seem to order the rice boxes with chicken and salad anymore? Please bring these back KFC!! We recommend this franchise and will return next time we get a hankering for spicy chicken goodness!

Service was top notch but unfortunately the food was over cooked and greasy! The chicken was over cooked to the point it snapped when stripping the skin. Hopefully this can improve as I said the service was brilliant.

My son burnt his hand on the gravy after getting it to eat out immediately ran into store to use the facilities the brown haired girl who was on shift couldn't of been more helpful if she tried she kept my son calm and got a cool compress to put on it I can't thank her enough his hand is absolutely fine but I dread to think what it would of been like without her help

Food tasted good when it arrived but I had to wait stood at the counter for half an hour before it came!! And it only came because a friend I was with went up and said I'd been waiting half an hour, otherwise who knows how long it would have taken. They clearly couldn't cope with the amount of customers (there weren't even that many people as it was a Sunday!) And the half hour wait in a 'fast food' restaurant was pretty ridiculous. Everyone I was sat with had finished before my food even arrived. Really disappointed.

We have visited the restaurant today and again were subjected to frequent bursts of cold air whilst attempting to eat our lunch before that too became inedible from the cold air. To the owner of the restaurant it is clear and has been for a long time now that the door to the restaurant needs fixing. When anyone comes through the door it does not close it gets caught on the barrier matting and is only resolved when customers gets so annoyed with being cold they get up and close it, this happens over and over again. You are heating a restaurant which just goes out the door and will continue to get bad reviews until you solve the above.

Just off the Teesside Park roundabout is this eat in or drive thru. It's freezing inside and food took forever even though there was hardly anyone in. No cuterly, staff member had to dig through cupboards to get some but she was helpful. Food tasted ok

Went for some food as a Pick me up for my daughter who has been ill all week, she just fancied a KFC meal, Got the Food on takeaway took it home, Firstly the food was all just put in paper bags no boxes, food was all mixed up so was hard to see which was whose order, Chips were soggy, the chicken i have never experienced such small pieces and they were quite flavourless, the hot wings were tiny and nothing hot in Flavour or temp about them, the Gravy which was supposed to be large one wasnt as full as it should have been for £1.99 ,all in all it was terrible and i was very disappointed to say the least dont think i will return, no napkins wipes cutlery straws sppons for ice cream given or nything oh and skidded as soon as went in the door as there was water on the floor.

Having been told I’d need to wait 15 minutes for my order... went out to the car and came back 15 minutes later, only to be asked if I knew there would be a wait on the food. If you hate your job as much as you appear to, then find another one!

It beggars believe how poor this place is, on a good day its very messy on a bad one it looks like it looks like war zone. do not expect to have all of their extensive menu in stock !! how can you run out of beans??? its not like you ever get a full put anyway, the beans are the biggest rip off ever to begin with, its money for nothing, literally, and you still run out!! how hard must it be to predict what you are going to sell you have been open for almost 15 yrs They do offer Halal food but to be honest I would not trust this place

Only been to KFC a handful of times as not my preferred food of choice but called here as got some discount vouchers out of newspaper.i used vouchers with great deal and service was good and food very nice. Was getting busier but served reasonably quick.girl seemed pleasant enough who took my order. May try again some time

Arrived here and the place was not open and had a sign on the door claiming it was due to matttence issues. However they where a load of staff chatting in there. Staff training? Or where all working to fix the issues

Visited tonight as a group of 4. Waited 25 minutes for food with 7 other people that were behind me in the queue served first. Chips cold. Corn missing. Chicken chewy. Gravy had no flavour. Floors were filthy with several trip hazards. Staff couldn’t care less. Won’t be visiting again.

This review is less about the quality of the food as it’s always consistently decent but more about the service, the clear lack of a consistent McDonald’s style system and the sheer disgusting management!

This KFC is on my way home, 99% of the time the Krushem machine doesn’t work tell me if you went into any restaurant and they said that the oven doesn’t work would you go back again? Joke of a business. The very fact that thy are advertising the new flavour krushem outside on banners then when you go to order the said item you get the answer of “oh it’s not working” JOKE.

We visited this establishment and the staff were great very pleasent and welcoming even though they were very busy. It's very clean and very presentable place to go, food was spot on and the price is good

I am aware of the issues KFC have had with their deliveries. But this has gone on for far to long now. Today I could not have a tower burger as they have no hasbrowns or a large drink as they have no large cups. I was offered 2 medium cup to replace the large but there is nothing advertising all the things not available. KFC please sort this out.

Dirty tables, staff in dirty uniforms, unswept floors, no hot drinks, no dips of any kind, no ketchup and to top it all the chicken was chewy, coating was tasteless and the chicken cold, fries cold as well. Can’t think of a plus I’m afraid. This is the second time this has happened in a row and there certainly won’t be a third opportunity for them. This restaurant really doesn’t value customers....STAY AWAY and give your well earned cash to a company who deserve it.

Went today for tea after traveling most of the day. It was absolutely filthy. I don't think there was one clean table, bins were overflowing, litter all over the floor, rubbish on the counter. Unable to comment on the food or service as we couldn't stay due to how dirty it was. No excuse for how much there was. Certainly won't be back

We went to this KFC because the outlets in Spain were fantastic, we thought we would give it a try to see if any improvement had been made in this country. Never will I go again. Truly disgusting, freezing cold food, that had been stood there for a long time.it ended up in the bin.how they have got away with serving trash like this to the public is beyond me. I think an inspector needs to evaluate this place.

We went to the KFC at Teesside Park and were disgusted at the litter strewn about outside and food scraps and drinks cartons left on the tables. Inside the tables and floors were no better. The staff seemed to be in a world of their own. Give it a miss.

Acabo mi nana una comida fuerte. . . . Bueno fue destinado a ser. Una comida fuerte abrió y ella consiguió 2 tiras de pollo y 5 poco de patatas fritas y una bebida por 4 libras. 99. . . . . Ate inside. Took ages to be served despite being at the front of the queue. More attention paid to drive thru window. Got the order wrong. Fries stone cold. From experience, this is the norm for thos restaurant. Very disappointed 😞

Yo soy un gran fan de kfc, pero bastante limitada en mi zona, Middlesbrough es pequeña y yo estaba indignado con la limpieza de redcar uno así vinieron aquí para conseguir mi comida favorita, la gran comida daddy. Sólo para que le dijeran que siga así no halal. Nunca pedimos y nos quedamos con una comida encantador al lado en TGI Fridays. Anuncian que deberían seguir en vez de engañosa hay halal! !

We visit with our kidsRestaurent seems to of cleaned it's act up abit and is now better presented, it seems cleaner and they had staff out front cleaning tables.But we've had better chicken elsewhere. Didn't seem that crispy and abit tough.Will probably go to another outlet in the area in future.

Firstly Teesside is spelt with two s's not one. This take away is located at Teesside Park just off the A66 between Middlesbrough and Stockton. It is part of a large shopping area. There is a drive through and a medium sized eating area. I have been a few times and it is always slow getting served and your food delivered. Food is usually good but cleaning of tables regularly lets the place down. Not the best gravy from the many KFC's that I have visited throughout the country. Usually too runny.

Ordered a meal for the family chips were half portions had to go back up for extra got sass for this. Argument with another customer and I think someone from the management team. The manager looked like he couldn't handle situation. All in alla bad experience

Stopped off for lunch after shopping at teesside park. We ordered just before the lunch time rush. Service was slow but 12 piece bucket was really nice. Tables were clean and we had a choice of seating areas to chose from.

We like kfc and have visited many, but this one was unbelievably BAD! We have been several times and each time we have a moan to ourselves about how bad it is yet we keep going back! Not anymore though,especially as there is a shiny, new one a couple of minutes down the road! 22 minutes for our order, our number disappears off the screen saying it had been collected....when I queried sure they thought I was trying to pull a swift one....waited for our order but now without a number to know which one it was! A total of 3 complaints from other customers while we waited and the 'young' girls behind the counter didn't seem equipped with the knowledge or training to know how to deal with them. They couldn't get my loyalty card to scan and were not helpful when i asked for information about it. I could see our order being placed on a tray then the waitress have a strop when she realised it was for take out no plates so had to go back for them..one of our 4 gravy pots had had the time sticker pealed off as it was clearly past the time it should have been sold...I had seen some sort of commotion behind the counter earlier which this would explain but hadn't the will or the time to go back into the shop for a 3rd time to query. All in all I can't understand how this restaurant is still open. Dirty, slow, with unhelpful and unsympathetic staff. CLOSE ASAP! I will be complaining to headquarters

Got the 9 pieces of chicken that's been advertised on the tv worst meal I have ever eaten at KFC the chicken had just been taken out of the pan and was swimming in grease it will be a long time before I go back

After waiting quite some time we eventually got our order, we were going to eat in but we waited that long we had ran out of time and had to eat on the go. It was only when we got down the road we realised we didn't have what we ordered. Only 1 out of the 3 meals we ordered was correct, apart from the drinks. Most disappointing KFC I have ever had. wish we had gone to another fast food restaurant.

I ordered a zinger box meal what never came in a box , everything was piping hot , food fresh n gravy lovely. Staff lovely n friendly n polite , what more do u want after 5 hours shopping with the missus !

Organisation a joke! Order taken by pleasant enough girl then it just goes downhill! Our food was sat on the side for 5 minutes whilst they get our drinks which they actually managed to get wrong. Food was standard KFC fare but overall service rubbish

If you ever find yourself yearning for sinew-filled, flabby, flavourless and chewy chicken, dipped in an inadequacy of utterly bland "original"coating, and limply deep fried, then this is the place for you! I don't know what is going on at this KFC, but something is very horribly wrong. I won't be back.

Have not been here for some time and was pleasantly surprised as not only has the inside environment changes but the food has also improved and looks as though it has not been rushed cooked unlike the time I visited before several years ago and long may it continue

This KFC loves to take its time in all aspects.They seem to have an abundance of staff who all seem to be doing something but nothing getting done. I like KFC but this store just makes me patience wear thin. I wouldn't come here if pushed for time.

Pipped in for a family feast. Ten gorgeous pieces of mixed chicken 4 fries corn n gravy and a bottle of diet coke bargain price £15.99 to feed three. How wrong I was. Three wings 4 drumsticks that would have shamed a budgie and thighs so slim even top models would have looked fat ! Tried to call to get an explanation for the crap meal. No one answered thus the review. Be embarrassed you robbing greedy swines. Even dick Turpin wore a mask ! I will be contacting head office for lack of care and consideration. Tut enough said

Order was wrong (missing food), chicken (I say chicken) was bones with little or no meat. Coating was non existent.Don't answer the phone when trying to remedy.IMO, avoid, it's crap, expensive crap!

I love kfc! Went today and got told to wait in a bay, there was no space in the 2 bays so parked out front. Waited 20 minutes then I drove back round to get my food as we had been forgotten about. We then got our food at the window that she grabbed right from the side that was sat in the bag and said sorry. The food was stone cold so I then went back in and got a refund. Poor customer service. I then went and enjoyed a hot Mcdonalds. Won't be eating from there again.

Too few staff in a heaving restaurant & a continuous stream of cars in the drive through. Clearly mistakes were being made if the number of customers coming back to the counter with their food laden trays, was anything to go by. Too many negatives to go through, but do they never have any management that drop in & see what they are doing. Food was as expected, quite tasty & good value. Staff & cleanliness let them down.

When you go to a kfc, you're not expecting amazing quality, but this place takes the biscuit, all of the good sandwiches, and the cake too! The drive through staff seem permanently confused, and the food generally looks a bit mangled, that's if you get your food, which is hit and miss since they often get it wrong. If you're going to teeside park, use it as a last resort.

This store is fine when its busy, but I find that if it's quiet the food is far from fresh unfortunately. I get that this is inevitable but it seems to be every time I visit and the staff don't seem bothered about the quality of the food they are serving. (Usually around 8pm at night - so not that late!) Also to note it's not great for parking if its busy.

Seen asthough your website only allows 1200 characters I felt the need to post the full thing on here.. I Where do I start? Maybe I start from where I did. I placed my order at the window and paid as normal with speedy serving. Then the nightmare begun. I didn't realise what I have put myself into it felt like jurassic park getting dragged further and further into danger. But there was no going back! I was greeted kindly by the young lady that was rather flustered and stressed about something. Maybe it was the fact it taken her 3 attempts to get my order correct. It was like I was entered into a primary school game that no one ever wanted to play 'pass the parcel'. I was given a order she closed the window and walked off. I waited as I didn't believe a wrap of somesort was worth the £19.99 order I had placed. Then she came back "Can I help?" "Yes this is not my order" "oh sorry I will get yours now". I then received a bag of some sort she passed that to me I had a look and hey presto the wrong order again. Informed her of the mistake yet again. She taken the order away and then I received a box. Yes although it looked like the order I placed which feels like 30minutes ago. It is the incorrect order again Now I got told as a young lad. "You never make the same mistake twice.. Well kfc and staff you have broken the saying and I have changed it you never make the same mistake the 3rd time which is more suitable for yourselves. When I finally received my order after my car had used 1/2 a tank and gone through 2 sets of tyres due to the ageing of them. I forgot about the fact I had been playing pass the parcel and I'm grateful if have received my order and drove off.. Well how stupid of me was it to put trust into these colleagues and expect my order to be right. I'll tell you. Very stupid. I drove back immediately to resolve this matter! Luckily for me which is the only luck I have had all night from this place the drive through was empty. I told the lady I was missing half of my order to which she was rather flustered about. She was about to go and collect my popcorn chicken and 2 large tubs of gravy I was missing. When I told her "I don't mean to be rude but my order is now stone cold. Well I underestimated how cold it was it was certainly more like as cold as the river tees on Christmas day! She then said that she will replace the full order for me which I was glad about. As I was waiting I was thinking to myself of how I just want to tuck in to this food and enjoy it because it's 'Fingerlickin good'. Well I tell you now the only thing I'll be licking after eating the chickien strips is the moisture off the brick wall outside. Also northern water has issued a short supply of water and are putting a hosepipe ban in place after I sucked the pipes dry of water. I'm not sure what had happened during the process of making my 2nd order but they must of been having a competition of who can put the most salt on a peice of chicken. Well I tell you now you need to contact the Guiness world book of records because believe me we have a winner over here! Now your thinking can it get any worse? Well yes actually it can and guess what? You might aswel take a seat whilst I explain this one as it may take a while. You won't need to guess what was wrong now because the chips felt like they had been soaking in dog water for a week! Extremely disappointed at this stage! I always go to the one in Stockton as it's close to my work. Even though I get a better service from a corpse my food is always spot on! Well I can guarantee you I will not be retuing for another deluxe boneless sea meal thats for sure. Infact the sea is less salty than the revolting chicken I struggled to force myself to eat. No doubt my cholesterol levels are through the roof and diabetes is now kicking in. I will be staying well away from the Killer Frying Chicken from now on. I don't see McDonald's producing as such vile products as yourselves. Now don't think I'm leaving a review for the guaranteed 20% off because I can guarantee for certain it will be a waste of a code as it will be no good to anyone unless your will is upto date and your funeral is pre booked. I'd rather starve then enter this place again

as far as fast food goes this is grim. The kids, when I am dragged to teeside park, invariably brow beat me in to the drive through. The food is uniformly dire, and if you appreciate driving past bins oozing litter and general fast food debris, the numerous rat catching devices partially hidden in the undergrowth, through the over-powering smell of deep fat friars, to be greeted by stressed, ill-looking staff - BINGO - you have struck gold. For £ 20 you can feed the family, although I dont participate in the family "feast " or "bucket " and prefer eating road kill. The food is - fast. its also cheap and warm, and thats about as good as it gets. The order is almost uniformly incorrect, the chips/fries are limp, and I dont even want to worry about the huge calorific intake of the fried things presented in cardboard. About as appetizing as ebola.

Nothing good to say, everything was rubbish, cold food, unintelligent staff and dirty.Do these big companies do any training or is their recruitment policy to gather up innumerate cretins with the attention span of a goldfish. How did they ever become so popular with such a poor product or is it that with pressure to make big profits the are going down the horse meat route.

always think they are better than the one located in linthorpe road. their chicken tights are alway fresh and tasty, i went there in a regular time with my husband. we love it.

We went shopping at Teesside Park, and decided to go through the drive-thru of the KFC. While everyone else got served we waited in this small lay-by. Everyone else honked there horns as the lay-by was too small making them go up on the side. 15 minutes later the Popcorn Chicken and Fries finally arrived. This KFC doesn't have 'Fast Food'. Any other KFC would Order your food, pay, collect and go. Inside it looked shabby, and dirty. Also the furniture looked old and tired.

Every time I order here you think it'll be better next time.. Always dirty... The menu pictures show Boneless Chicken Dip meal in a Box. Na 3 pieces of chicken thrown in a bag, a Chips in a bag. No dipping sauces just sachets...??? No salt in bag, no wipes in bag no Serviettes. The place is a joke ! It's minging! It's Halal ! Never knew that hence No BLTs! So if you want Chicken that's had it's throat cut and prayed over as it's left to bleed to death this is the place for you! I eat meat but I want it to be killed humainly...

Ordered the BLT Quad wrap only to be informed that it's not available as they don't provide bacon. Halal only meat is served here. They should advertise that it's halal only.

This KFC is okay but certainly not the best the drive through seems to be the worst I think KFC need to put more money into there IT Systems and employing more staff to keep up to the demand of the public and to spend more time in preparing food that is hot for the public and not cold.

Firstly, our order was taken quickly. But after this, it started to go wrong.As our food wasn't ready, we were sent to the drive thru waiting area. We waited around 35 minutes before a member of staff asked what we were waiting for. After explaining that we had an order placed, she went back inside. A further 5 minutes past, and she brought out an order, which was completely wrong. We surrendered our receipts so she could resend the order. A further 10 minutes had past before we received it.After receiving, we checked the order, to find something was missing. Feeling a little fed up, we decided to walk inside the 'restaurant' and express our feelings with the staff. They weren't at all apologetic. To finish off, we didn't receive any wet wipes, napkins, salt, or a spoon for my beans.I will not be recommending this 'restaurant', ever.

Waiting an age in the drive through.Everyone else getting served "eventually" but not us. Asked the staff, to find they had dissmissed our order by accident. Then they bring out someone elses order. After half an hour our order came un complete. After resolving this we found the chicken was rubbery. Very dissapointed! Wont be returning to this KFC resturant.

This Kfc was filthy .... and i mean filthy from the bins over flowing to the toilets cached in waste , tables were dirty , but i could of looked the other way if my chicken was up to the usual standards , went for the bucket for one , the thighs were literally oozing with a fowl tasting greasy river of fat , the chicken was rubbery and odd tasting the only edible thing in the bucket was the boneless strip and the fries.... the staff were hardly rushed off their feet pick up some disinfectant and do your jobs.... just overall worst KFC ever , bleh :/ my favorite fast food place has put me off fried chicken.... hopefully not for good!

I've never been a big fan of KFC but my other half likes it so we have to go now and again. As usual I found the service incredibly slow and the new system is worse than ever. Food is relatively tasteless without condiments would be barely edible. The restaurant itself was dirty with overflowing bins and tables laden with containers and leftovers. There was only one staff member serving who was friendly pleasant and professional. I will use all of my powers of persuasion to prevent ever returning to KFC particularly this franchise. And they should be embarrassed to charge 3.99 for a small box of salad

The place needed cleaning all the table were dirty the bin were full. The toilet need a good polish. Good thing we did not eat there.

Like most fastfood outlets, quite efficiently run, bins serviced, tables wiped... eventually. The staff were alright in their attitudes but the one who took the order offered no help to us who are infrequent visitors and for whom, navigation of the menu display was daunting.No, the reason for onlty 2 stars is the quality and abject lack of taste! The chicken tasted of.... nothing. The crumb coating resembled damp cardboard. The chips were not crispy and were 'mealy' inside. They were cold before the meal was eaten.So, lack of flavour, soft/uninteresting textures and not hot enough at the start. Certainly not good value for money at £11.48 for 2

Went to kfc at the weekend. Ordered 10 piece family feast with extras ....only to find once we were home only 7 pieces.. The kids were very disappointed. We had waited an age for the order too. Not good enough at all.

I ordered a bonless banquet for one. ... when looking at the picture I was expecting at least 3 chicken pieces (had one of these before and was really happy) I was disapointed to open a box to only one boneless chicken piece.... kfc should change the picture or give the real deal

Been here twice and it is honestly the worst kfc in the world! First time the food (family bucket) was stone cold and off tasting, the second time was worse, I should have known. I went through the drive through and ordered a large bucket, boneless banquet and popcorn chicken. When I got back, it was noticed that half the order was missing! After complaining I got nowhere, so I wrote to the head office. I got a letter back saying sorry and there was a voucher for a £2 snack box attached! £2!!!!! There was over £12 worth of food missing from the order! If you go, double check everything before you leave! Not that I'll be going back. The KFC in Thornaby (1.5 miles away) is a million times better...

having been to the drive through we had a boneless bucket. it was all cold, corn, beans and chicken. the chips were hard and also cold. it was the chewiest chicken i have had for a long time. all in all, not good.

Ordered a large family bucket, then said can I have some BBQ sauce please only to be told that there is a 10p charge per sauce.First time ever been asked to pay for a 10g BBQ sauceGot a refund and drove to Stockton branch with great service and FREE sauce!!!Very poor service not surprised its only 1*

Food was what you would expect from KFC but the restaurant itself was filthy. Food all over the floor, dirty windows and dirty tables. The food is cheap enough but you still expect a certain level of hygiene.

The title sums up the visit realy.very poor, cold chicken portions, cold chips ,cold beans.complained to the girl serving who happened to be clueless, because the guy in front wanted his money back for the same reason.manager offered me my money back but i said no just want eatable food so the order was re-done and what a surprise, WAS EVEN WORSE.and the place was bloody freezing, put some heat on its winterthey have no idea, hardly any one in the restaurant at 8.30pm on a thursday evening think that says it all.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ILL

Went to KFC before going to the cinema, what a dissapointment, ordered through the drive through, was told they had no gravy, so i told them i wanted to cancel my order, then they told me they did have gravy!!! I was told to wait in the bay and after 45 mins of calmly waiting i went in and asked for my money back, they told me that they came out and i wasnt there and called me a liar. They didnt even appologies. PLease shut them down, they are an absolute joke!!!

Visited for Tea as our Eight year old really wanted to try it...On entering the place looked grubby with the food bins overflowing. Met by the only member of staff serving who was having to shout at the kitchen staff...Waited 6 mins which was quicker than others who followed - we timed a 9 min wait...drinks spilled on the floor which we had to ask to be cleaned up - which was mopped by a grumpy staff member who left the floor that wet that at least 4 customers slipped as they walked past...One customer kicked off as his patience ran out only to overhear someone in the kitchen say something derogatory...Food quality and presentation VILE...TO THE OWNER - feedback is the breakfast of champions - please listen to what people are saying about your business and TAKE SOME ACTION - too late for us as we wont be back BUT may save others and your business!!

Me and my partner visited here earlier this month, we just fancied something quick and simple before catching a film.Dont get me wrong i realise kfc is fast food but at teesside park it is anything but.When we walked in it was like the lunatics had taken over the asylum.The floor looked like it hadnt been swept but it was extremely busy so i could live with this.We were stuck in queue for 20 minutes and watching the bored, helpless, rude and frankly clueless staff was almost comical.I watched as one man who had ordered a bucket go back and ask for trays for his family only to be to be given paper takeaway bags when asked why he was given bags the bored looking and very rude staff member snapped back "we have ran out of trays so you will have to make do with that".I also watched the other members of staff deal with customers in the most pathetic way, orders were wrong and when pulled up about it, they obviously couldnt care less.Needless to say we walked out quite exasperated.Dont get me wrong when i go to kfc i dont expect 5 star michelin star gourmet food or service.But what i do expect is to be served in a reasonable amount time by staff who look at least half thankful to be in some sort of gainful employment.If you would like a kfc and to be served by people who are friendly and in a reasonable amount of time before you waste away then visit the redcar or stockton branch as i have been here when queues have been out the door almost and was served in way quicker time.

All I can say about this vile place is , DESCUSTING ! Utter horrible food , watery gravy ! Thick stupid staff , dirty restaurant ! " well you can't call it a restaurant !" Never will we ever come to this KFC again , the manager wants to be ashamed and there role taking off them ! Sacked!!!! Food cold! Soggy, chips over cooked and rock hard, gravy watery and tasteless ! 10p from mayo!. Now that is ridicules. As you can only get 10 peice for a fortune, Teesside park KFC wants shutting down ! ! !! WARNING TO EVERY ONE DO NOT USE THIS KFC !

We visited this KFC earlier today.When ordereing at the Drive Through window we were asked to park up in the wating area, despite there being nobody parked behind us.We waited a good ten minutes without our food arriving, having paid £22.When I went in to complain and ask for my money back, I was told that our food was ready, but no-one had brought it out to our car. We carried the food to our car and took it nome (5 minute away) only to find that it was cold ! So who knows how long it had been waiting ! It seems that nobody could be bothered to carry it out to us.The staff were surly and unhelpful, completely uninterested.I will never use this KFC again.

I am a fan of fried chicken, when it is right it is very good, however the Teesside Park Franchise is out of the league of any of the other KFC outlets in the area. I find the drive through window staff very unhelpful, a meal deal is not a meal deal if you don't want the drink and you can't change it for anything else instead. and not apologetic with it. So I make an effort not to use this outlet.In contrast the Darlington Morton park and Wolveston are the total opposite cheery helpful staff and hot food.

Asked for 2 boxed meals with baked beans... to eat in ... no beans. wrong drinks and a look of distrust from member of staff when I asked for relacement drinks and the beans we had paid for!

I ordered my food, along with beans and coleslaw, to be told after I had paid that they had no plates or cutlery, the restaraunt was empty and every table was dirty. A bad experiece.

I have lost heart in most kfc ! i ask for no lettuce, drive home and always have lettuce, not great when i am allergic and the nearest kfc is 3 miles away so means driving back again!!this kfc is the only kfc in the area to have hot food and a correct order ! staff are lovely :)

I've visited a number of different KFC restaurants and used drive through, and each one and each time I visit I'm appalled by the shear lack of hygiene standards.The worst ever was at Teesside Park, near Middlesbrough/Stockton...But it was no better when we visited Carisle in Cumbria...There really needs to be better checks, more care and an overall overhaul of standards across the chain.I'm afraid for my health!!!
