Lovely service place was very clean James was so helpful when I ordered will deffo return my children were very happy we had the sharing boneless bucket and it did not disappoint

It's not often the food served looks exactly like the adverts in the window I had 3 pieces of chicken with corn and chips it looked and tasted delicious. I don't usually do reviews but the staff were quick helpful and I've not tasted kfc like this for a while 10 out of 10 👍🏻

I was served by Shannon who was so friendly and helpful when I tried to use my blue light card. She helped by explaining how I set it up in the App so that I could use it. Thank you for all of your help. I really appreciated it.

Blue rubber gloves on floor, floors needed good sweep. Only one toilet had toilet paper in ladies. It took 3 attempts by staff to take my order as they walked off to do something else. Staff standing round talking in quiet time instead of tidying eating areas. It makes you wonder what state the kitchen was in.

Used to come here for a coffee when working in Barry in 2018 but they suddenly had 'issues' with being able to serve hot drinks. Either the machine was broken or they'd run out of milk or some other problem. Decided to use McDonald's instead. Came to KFC a few times since 2018 but have yet been able to buy a coffee! Tried again today for a laugh. Guess what, they don't have any hot drinks! Wow. FIVE years later and still unable to sell a simple coffee. Seen reviews on here about dirty premises too, must be a company thing as also tried KFC Porth and KFC Ross on Wye. Both premises were dirty. The toilets were beyond disgusting. Last time I bother going to any KFC.

First mistake was to order a home delivery.Chips: Cold and soggy and at least half had not been fully peeled.Chicken: A few drumsticks the rest consisted of unidentifiable fried body parts more bone than skin and meat. The skin was soggy and hung on the chicken portions like a large ill-fitting sock.Baked beans: Congealed, tasteless, and looked like they had been in the pot since the start of the covid lockdown.Utter garbage and the worst KFC I have ever had.

4 chicken drumsticks and stale chips for 11 quid. Gross. When you order a 4 piece meal you would at least expect a few different pieces. Awful.

Visited Monday 3rd January Terrible experience. Asked the counter assistant to clean the table and she asked what? Repeated the question. Assistant stripped and grabbed a small green bucket to clean the table. We collected our food and walked to the table and it was still dirty. Enquired again to clean the table and another colleague with squirty spray cleaned half the table. The floor was covered in food and wrappers. We did see they had a dust pan and brush but it didn't get used at any point and none of the tables were being cleaned during a Pandemic! Never going back.

I went to the restaurant tonight and began ordering my food with no cars behind me as soon as I started ordering I felt very rushed and asked about Krushams which they never seem to have after being asked “anything else” I took no more than two seconds before the employee had already completed my order and sent me down to the window upon arriving at the window I asked to complete my order as I was cut off to which I was told I couldn’t and would have to go all the way back around and re order the final part as there was someone now driving into the drive through this was very frustrating for me and to top this off when I received my drinks they had the incorrect lids which happens every time I go there!! And they had my food basically thrown at me like in some sort of animalIt’s safe to say the customer service is poor here as-well as the food most of the time.

Miserable, uninterested staff. Slow service. Waited half an hour for two meals. When the member of staff eventually threw our meals in front of us without so much as even looking at us and mumbling "there's your food". Food was cold, ice had melted in the drinks, there were wrong items and missing items and items that looked like they'd already been chewed and spat back out. Absolute joke of a place. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go somewhere else

Terrible meal, chicken looked like it was a week old, my can of Pepsi was warmer than my fries,( I ordered 7up and got pepsi) no thank you I'd rather go burger king.

Hi today I ordered a KFC meal for one and as before, you could order Chicken gravy which is lush soaking over your chips. I was told NO you can't have any. I asked why? KFC worker said you can only order them as part of a sharing meal. How gutted I was that I couldn't have KFC chicken gravy. I said I've had this with my meal lots of times, but you can only have the chicken gravy if it's a sharing meal. WHAT'S THE POINT IN THAT?? Then the worker asked if I wanted anything else? I said yes the chicken gravy. That's discrimination against solo meals!!! How very disappointing I was and won't be bothering to come back. You should be able to order what you'd like not be told what you can have and can't!! Since when has KFC got STINGY & TIGHT?? Won't be coming back and it's the way it was said to you like your a child!!

Ive been here a few times and ill never use this kfc again. Staff are rude and have a can’t bothered attitude, it looks grubby and half my order was missing tonight which they do everytime i go, honestly avoid, terrible place.

We usually order from KFC Leckwith which is fantastic. We went through the drive through at KFC Barry and ordered our usual orders and firstly we were asked to park up for our food. After 10 minutes our food came which was cold, they forgot our salt, napkins and wipes, they mixed up our sides in each box meal, and it was overall just very disappointing. Won’t be returning.

I was delighted to see o could have have KFC delivered. They have been there for years and just started delivering. The delivery was excellent. The order was wrong but we told them and they made a 50% repayment to the card. I thought that was over and above to be honest and I did appreciate that. They had only left one small item off. But the chicken was a bitter disappointment. Not one bit like I remember it was depressing to look at it TBH dry unloved and grim. I can understand mistakes but you sort of have one job and if it’s frying chicken do it better. I’m going to fry my own from now on

Kfc is OUTRAGEOUS! My husbands food was covered in LIES! he asked for a rice box. His food was stale, my food has two GRAINS of salt! (it was a kid meal since i’ve only got a little bit of pocket money from my husband) plus, don’t even get me STARTED the toilet it was rank!! Poop was all in there.. By the way i’m vegan. IM BACK IM MAD STAY MAD BIG SAD

We decided to take advantage of the eat out dine out scheme which obviously was very popular. In order for this to work you have to order inside and eat there.... Fine I get the rules of the scheme. However we went on Tuesday evening which is also chicken Tuesday. We qued outside. This took at least half an hour before getting to the counter. When we got there it was incredibly frustrating to see one poor girl serve all of the walk ins while there were at least 6 or 7 staff out the back seeing to the drive throughs and cooking and let's not forget the lady policing social distancing at the front... I mean that's a particularly important job because it would be incredibly difficult for people to just actually read the signs on the floor of where to stand. The poor girl on the front was clearly struggling but this didn't stop the staff at the back having a chat relaxing while she ran around like a blue assed fly. The food itself was OK the chips were cold because instead of the chip person coming around to collect food for her orders to help her out they just lined bags of chips up which weren't ready to go out therefore they got cold. I asked for sundaes there were no lids... They looked at me in disgust when I pointed out that I would actually like a lid because while I was eating my food outside I would rather not have flies in my ice cream. There were no sides people offered extra cold fries in replacement--they didn't look impressed. Overall it was extremely bad planning on management's side of things and very little in fact NO support for the poor girl at the front. One girl kept coming out to have a chat to a family member while the other poor girl looked exhausted it was awful. At no point did anyone from the back come and check to see if she was OK and they had plenty of opportunity to.

Really disappointed with my meal today the chicken in my burger was brown, chips burnt and cold, no salt or serviettes given, all went in the bin apart from the drink. I’m sure they would’ve changed my meal but I wasn’t going to turn around and go all the way back to complain. Can’t believe they haven’t entered into the eat out and help out scheme. Might as well have just chucked £6.50 out the window. On the upside, the lady that served me was really nice and friendly.

Great kfc and great fast food.the food was really nice. The staff were friendly. The prices reasonable for a fast food restaurant.

The staff that work here have no customer service skills at all, food is luke warm, gravey is watery, car park is full of rubbish, the list is endless...will never go back here!

I know nobody likes to work. Ideally we could all live life without having to suffer the indignity of getting out of bed and having to earn a wage. unfortunately this is not possible and if you work in the service industry a little bit of enthusiasm or indeed common courtesy or even manners would go a long way. The female employee stared into space for about 3 minutes while we waited. Then once ordered trudged off to see if Pepsi Max was available. Sadly it wasn't. I asked if I could add an offer to my order to be met with a confused look and eventually a yeah. The worst part was once my order was complete it was just thrown at the counter and we weren't even acknowledged. No enjoy your food,have a nice night or even thank you. Terrible service but at least this time you got all the food correct so that's something. And no receipt given so I couldn't leave a survey on the official app.

Well what can I say! Disgusting! The whole place was filthy! Every table was dirty, kids in there with dirty bikes inside! Floor was terrible and staff didn't care, I told manager to look how dirty it is he said I'm busy, no they were not busy at all! Never go there again!

Had the misfortune of using this KFC on a two day visit to Barry. From the litter in the car park, the litter in the outdoor eating area, the disgusting dirty tables, the over flowing bins. The deluxe boneless feast is available but don't expect to have any of the dips. The staff didn't look organised or interested and the so called manager... Wow Shocking. Wanted to give it a zero rating. It was that bad

It didnt get off to a good start when half our order was ready and then we were told that the other half would take 4 minutes which coincidentally 10 minutes later, still waiting, the young girl serving us on her own seemed to be new and out of her depth and the female manager seemed more interested in the group chat that was going on in the back. The cherry on the cake was the bloke in the kitchen looking through to the counter and then saying "what the f**k are they waiting on now". Low standards, dirty employees and a piss poor attitude you have at this place representing you KFC.

We enjoyed a lovely KFC Meal here for our dinner. It was Great Value for money. There was Really friendly staff there

This is without doubt the worst one I have ever visited, 30 min wait wrong order, I have been in KFC all over the world,,, and owners! Your is without doubt the worst. Doesn't even warrant 1 star I have given.

Literally hands down this place is gross! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Why?... here's the top 5...1. The staff are so slow and blaze theyd stop if they went any slower!2. I've heard them more than once being rude about customers that are reasonably annoyed with their orders.3. EVERY single time I've visited they forget something in my order and other customers in my presence4. When customers complain they insinuate the customers are lieing and develop attitude towards the customer for complaining even after seeing said receipt.5. You'd be lucky to get a please thank you hello or a smile let alone sorryMORE disappointing facts:1. Never seen it clean and always have to ask staff to wipe a table for me. Last time I visited the bin was literally overflowing onto the floor2. Always a queue and staff do not apologise for the excessive waits (upto half hr!!) but just ignore you and stop serving instead3. Always running out of items from ice cream to corn cob and even coffee! Aswell as tissues!!!4. Toilets dirty and regularly out of loo roll5. Lack of staff presence- finding someone to ask for something is yet another wait. I quote when I visited on 5/5/19 a staff member said to another staff member "I'm just going to ignore them and then say oh sorry I didn't see you there" possibly about me as I was waiting at the counter to make another order but after waiting gave up so that's a lost order!I literally only eat here occasionally for my KFC fix but every single time we do me and my family leave annoyed wondering why!If you compare this experience to macdonalds where you are waited on, service is quick and the staff smile and make conversation with you! REAL customer service and satisfaction!!! Then well I'm surprised your still open and believe you only are for the reputation on the food!You simply need more staff and staff training! SORT IT OUT! It's been going on for a year or more now

I am absolutely livid to receive a parking ticket from this place.I arranged to meet some friends at the fast food place and the car park was empty. I did not notice signs around the car park, went inside to order food and had to wait over 20 minutes for the food. We had the food and then waited for my son to arrive a little later then ordered more food, again another very long wait to get his food.We had a lovely time, in total approx 2 hours but never left the place.Just under 2 weeks later I have now received a parking ticket for taking too long in the car park. This is absolutely ludicrous, my trip out has now cost me £75 for a bit of chicken and a few disgusting chips and that’s if I pay within 14 days. I will never eat here again and will be advising everyone I know not to as well.

Awful service. Waited 10 mins on the drive thru only to be told they were cooking the chips. Told to park up and waited another 10 minutes for the order - which they got wrong. And it was only a boneless banquet. Customer service is non-existent.

Not only has there been an issue every time we go and I still give them another chance. So first of all got charged 26 pound for meals we didn't order but then after them messing up the order slagging us off right by the window! Then finally got our food and paid the right price for it to be TERRIBLE no-one ate it. Have now just realised they charged us the 26 pound And the 18 pound separately so have paid 40 odd pound for a vile KFC and stinking attitude! Not even a plastic spoon for the kids Ice creams!!

plenty of times I have made the mistake of buying food in the Barry kfc countless times they've left food out of the order, everything always takes forever even know theres always some gormless employee starring in to the mist even know there busy ! a real shame really because I like kfc I honestly thought I have got of kfc until I attended the Cardiff restaurant. truly shocking

Waited 10 minutes at counter I asked if anyone was serving only to be told that the automated ordering took priority! I would have walked out but had 4 grandchildren who were looking forward to a KFC. I realised I wasn't going to get served and ordered on machine ! A lot of staff stood around chatting ignoring customers r trying to look busy awful service won't be going back!

I don't know if I am cursed by the Barry KFC God but pretty much every time I visit the drive in at this place they forget something. We're talking at least 70% of the time. My record was last year when I went around 3 times at the drive in. Haven't been in a while as i'm trying to avoid fast food (what with me being a fatty) however I decided to treat myself today and smash in a 3 piece variety meal which the wife went out to hunter-gather.

I went ,with my daughter to get a takeaway around five pm on last Sunday. The young lady, who served us, was very pleasant and efficient. There was hardly any staff, and only half a dozen coustomers. The card reader wasn't working so my daughter had to use the pre-order screen. It was like it was near closing time, there were paper notes on the screen to let you know what they were out of. They included several things including some drinks and Crushems, which I wanted to order. The sweetcorn was of poor quality as it was when I bought it last time we went there. We were quite disappointed.

The worst kfc I have been to I will not be coming back again I have complained once before and now and the gentleman that answered the phone was very aggressive saying it’s not the 2nd time I have complained so in the first time they should get the bloody order right and get the chicken hot not happy at all and will be taking it further will be taking it to trading standards

Absolutely horrendous! The comparison compared to McDonalds is other end of he scale! Customer service is rubbish, waited in the drive they for 10 minutes at box to take order then a further 15 minutes at the window with no communication off staff for a mini fillet! Sort your staff out and sort the company out!

My wife and I have been a few times recently. The food is nice enough and it’s all convenient and there always seems to be plenty of room.

My wife and I decided to eat here, we ordered the 10 pieces family feast for the obscure price of £14.99, when we got it it was lottery swimming in oil, overlooked and tasted absolutely disgusting, we never got any chicken breasts or wings, my wife complained to the manager but might as well complained to the wall, at the end we got a refund, they were laughing at us, most of them were youngsters, I would highly recommend giving this KFC a miss, it certainly has gone downhill.

Asked for a large given a regular, disgusting attitude when I asked for it to be changed as I was charged for a large. She then gave me sprite not the Pepsi I ordered, the lady had the audacity to ask her college in a disgusting way “did she even order a large” came home to see they have just chucked extra chips in my bag, absolutely dreadful, do not go there needs new management ASAP!! Sort it out disgusted next time will be taking names down and ringing them.

Terrible service yet again. Ordered 8 piece with sweet corn n beans and hot wings. Driving home noticed they forgot sweet corn and hot wings. Drove all way back they then gave me sweet corn n wings plus more beans n gravy. KFC manager must train their staff better. At least check the food before giving it to customer. Have been using KFC Barry for years. I think will have to go elsewhere if the level of service doesn’t improve.

After grandchildren asked to go here we went last week, Service? they do not now what service is, Stood in queue for a long time and then ignored whilst 2 members of staff decided to have a conversation and make me wait at the till until they had finished.

The food was cold and not fresh some staff are rude and ignorant and I think forget they are at work with there attitude some staff are however helpful

Me preguntó por real? Sólo tenía las manos hacia abajo los pantalones antes de recoger mi comida! A lo que respondió no yo? Le dije que para mantener la comida y me dan un reembolso. ! Completamente indignado!

Yo no he estado aquí por un tiempo, pero decidieron hoy habría un bocado rápido.

Me apetecía torre de llenado de hamburguesa, grande con una Pepsi.

Para ser justos, la comida era realmente deliciosa, sin embargo, el servicio era pésima estaban más ocupados en conversación con ellos que cualquier servicio actual, aparentemente en ese momento era imperativo saber cuanto la otra persona estaba tomando de Butlins y tuvieran o no pagar por el entretenimiento. Teniendo en cuenta que era tranquilo y podrían haber continuado su conversación después de que nos sirve. Utilizamos el coche por que pedimos un arroz deshuesados de banquetes y un fuerte. La comida en sí era sabroso no hay quejas, especialmente después de pánico después de los 2 estrellas en la ventana. Nuestra principal preocupación era el hecho de que no nos dio ninguna cubiertos que hace comiendo un ARROZ FUERTE muy difícil (por suerte lo tuve en el coche habría sido molestado volver especialmente después de conducir lejos) nos dieron sin sal, ni servilletas y no desinfectantes. Tuve que llamar al chico antes de que nos fuéramos para la segunda salsa barbacoa porque la chica nos la comida sobre ella cerrado la ventana. Es demasiado pedir que cuando los clientes que realmente sirve prestar atención a ellos?

the lad taking my order yarning not much go in him. the chicken was dry not very warm and not much taste ,i have used kfc in a lot of places and they have been 100% better then this one .I hoped it would be better after the refit but I think it has got worse ,will not use it again

As a naive teenager back in the 80s I thought KFC was brilliant, but after finding out more about where their chicken comes from and the hygiene standards (and various friends getting ill there), I stopped going many years ago. However, on a Tuesday night in Barry when we had struggled to find anywhere decent to eat - we just wanted to find the nearest takeaway to our hotel. KFC it had to be. I had some chicken nugget type things - which were pretty tasteless and dry - and fries, which were also tasteless and not particularly warm. Couldn't eat much of it. What a waste of money. To think that parents buy this for their kids!

Fast service, clean and tidy restaurant, nice food, polite staff and helpful, love the christmas specials!

My wife and I decided to call in on Tuesday for the nine piece chicken, 2 portion's of chips and 1 portion of coleslaw, since having the place refurbished it has gone downhill, the chicken seem's to have shrunk, it was like the chicken was two days old, it was hard and tasted like cardboard, what a let down, I would not recommend this KFC, won't be going back.

Service was terrible. Put all the food on a tray minus 1 item and left it there for 10 min (no exaggeration).Food was discusting and we visited the restraunt at 1115 so not to long after it first started the main menu, making my following statements even more concerning. The chicken was that dry it was pretty much a dry bone, god knows how old it was. Chips were stone cold. I actually watched them throw old chips and fresh chips together instead of throwing the old, cold ones away. Gravy was congealed on top and watery underneath, scares me to think how long it had been sat there.Hygenine rating on the door was a 2. I think they might have a good day that day. There was only 4 people eating in the restraunt but behind the counter there was dirt, old sauces, fries and more. Although there was a good number of staff in they seemed more concerned about talking about there social life than cleaning, cooking or serving.Such a disappointment, will never go back and has put me off all KFC for the time being!!!!

Took my grandchildren to my local KFC Barry Waterfront and was appalled to see a hygene rating of only 2. The chicken was ok but couldn't stop thinking about the state of the kitchen with such a low hygene rate. Needless to say l won't be going back.

Why did I bother thinking this place would change after being closed for ages for a refurb ?The place was absolutely disgusting with food and rubbish everywhere.The floor was disgusting and I almost walked straight back out.The tables were still full of people's rubbish, and the staff were behind the counter, mucking about.I was also shocked to see the some of the original staff, still there!!!As they certainly couldn't run the old KFCI have complained direct to head office many times, without even a response I like the food - that's why I returnBut it grips me, when I see the place looking like it doesThere's no need for itThe food on this occasion / visit was rubbishI had to return it twice, and still it was sent back with cold soggy chipsWill I return? Went here for lunch a few months back to try that 5 for £3 as advertised on tv! Looked totally delicious and was completely the opposite! The chicken tasted like it had been sat out for hours none of it was fresh the chips were limp and cold not even the Diet Pepsi was up to scratch! The place inside has always been an absolute mess and although they have enough staff it appears half of them are too lazy to do their jobs! Have been in on a number of occasions and there is food all over the floor with staff members stood behind he till discussing their weekends it's often taken quite a bit of time before they acknowledge the customers! Let's hope with the refurb they actually Buck up there ideas it's a shame kfc used to be a firm favourite (never this one tho it's always been shocking)

The restaurant is filthy and the bins are always over filling. The tables are as disgusting as the toilets. The majority of the staff couldn't care less about the state of the restaurant and they are providing a very poor customer service. There are a couple of young lads working at KFC who have a bit of drive and want to get things done properly.When using the drive through, you can see the true state of the kitchen. With the floor covered in dirt and food which has been there God knows how long.I was served by one woman who didn't have a clue what was happening and had to take my order once at the intercom and then a further 2 times at the window with 2 separate transactions due to her missing stuff from the order. I then had to be reminde her about the drinks.Place is seriously missing a strong manager/leader to whip the restaurant and staff into place.

Food and hygiene problem.. this place was completely filthy dirty.. I can't belive it ate I'm my food in there.. the floors tables chairs walls were in a bad state and the staff were miserable and ridiculously slow! I will never eat here again it made me feel sick!

The staff are friendly and the outlet is close to home so we forget why we stopped going. The food is usually tepid but last nights burger was so cold we didn't bother to eat it. Next time I want to waste £10 I'll go in the garden and burn a note it will be more fun

I don't know why I keep going back to this KFC. Probably because I don't go very much. Everytime I go when I get home something is missing from what I have ordered, this time it was the sauces and the sides. The staff are lackadaisical and need to get a grip.

DIRTY - floors and tables absolutely filthy even when not busy! If it's that bad where the public can actually see, how bad is it where they can't?Staff - Unhelpful. Everything is too much trouble. Not trained properly. Food - Not put in the correct boxes. Thrown on the tray with no presentation. Cold. A mystery customer would have an absolute field day in here. And as for environmental health; my guess would be a closure when they are forced to carry out a deep clean maybe even a refurb!

The staff we find are very friendly, Tuesday's deal 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99 is excellent value for money, you have to pay extra for chips and drinks but it is good value, we have never had a bad experience here, keep up the good work. Will be back.

Rubbish food made worse with rubbish staff. Food wasn't in the correct packaging but that was it, boneless box with a chicken leg! The visit didn't start well with a dirty restaurant and floors covered in food, in all fairness I only seen this because nobody took my order at the drive though after waiting 10 mins at the window. After being ignored for a further 15 mins and given the wrong food, I was told that that's all they had and couldn't refund because there wasn't a manager. Don't want vouchers or discount, would never return or advise anyone to go.

Stinking dirty tables . Staff messing about . Absolute bedlam. The manager making a roll up cigarette on the counter !!!! I have never seen a kfc like it . I will never eat here again .

t was awful, we are from Ellesmere port, and spotted the KFC with relief as we all enjoy the food their. We ordered our food, and i took my 2 young girls to the toilet, the ladies were disgusting, so we asked for the radar key, this toilet was disgusting also, i don't think the toilet has ever been cleaned. I mentioned it to a member of staff, who got a manager, they walked in to the toilet, flushed it and walked out. They they went behind the counter and resumed chatting, without washing their hands, we had our meal by this point. The restaurant was disgusting, it was dirty, unkempt, one member of staff came out, cleared a couple of tables then went back behind the counter to continue chatting again without washing his hands after using the bin! we couldn't even put our rubbish in the bin as they were full to the brim. Well when i say rubbish i mean our food, the whole condition of the restaurant had put us off eating anything. This has to be thee worst, most disgusting KFC we have ever visited. we as a family have travelled a lot around the UK and generally look for a KFC as we can all eat there, how sorry am I we went to this one.

Its very true you get what you pay for the chicken was good as normal but I tried the new rice boxes after checking whether they contained red kidney beans as I have an allergy and being told no they don't, I was very upset to find out that the one i had did indeed these beans and as it was a take away I was unable to change the food very annoyed.It was good job that I didn't eat as I spotted them before hand

this KFC is much better than the one in Cardiff, my wife and i usually have the family feast bucket but instead of a bottle of coke we always ask for 2 cups of coffee which the staff let us but the one in Cardiff won't, the food seem's more tasty.

Had to wait nearly 25 minutes and when we did eventually get our food it was stone cold. We had seen several people arrive after us and get their food and one lot drove away and returned several minutes later and exchanged for the correct order, this is what the staff must have then brought out to us. We got home and when we realised how cold it was we threw the lot away and went to the chinese instead. When I complained to customer service they offered me a meal for one to go back there - not a chance! We spent nearly £20 here and wasted the lot - never again.

went here today toilet had tissue everywhere, ladies had blood on floor, told staff they attended to it then went straight back to serving without washing their hands, put us right off from ordering food, never ever again

Never go here again why don't the management act on the complaints. My chicken was dripping in oil. And old oil at that.

Loved the chicken wings and the fried chicken. You can't go wrong . Enjoyed every grease on the chicken

Staff unhelpful,untrained, restaurant filthy, food poor, asked to leave so staff could lock up while we still eating, Team leader recommended McDonalds and also said he too food home and fed KFC chicken to his cat, Very disappointing and worrying to say the least!!

Made the mistake of not reading previous reviews in advance. Eating area was dirty, small and in need of a thorough cleaning. Food was barely ok as it was not fresh but dry from being kept warm. Even the chips were limp. Staff didn't look full of enthusiasm and made no effort to tidy up but quite content to chat to themselves when not busy. The place does no favours to the KFC franchise and I would avoid.

The place was filthy with food all over the floor, not one clean table, I had to ask a staff member to clean the place due to this and he eventually made a minimal attempt to do so. Waited forever for a simple standard meal, chicken burger served cold so had to have it exchanged. They were more interested in serving the drive through customers as customer in the shop had an average wait time of +15 minutes, there is nothing "fast food" about this place, lots of staff doing nothing. This place needs an urgent inspection to check the quality control as well as food hygiene.

The service was awful the speed shown by team members was outstanding I mean I've seen paint dry faster then they serve. I mean I don't want to be to negative on them so let's try and list the positives I got a receipt and they asked if I wanted sauces. The fries wasn't completely cold just uncomfortably cold. Overall a bad experience the team seemed nice just a little slow.

The toilets are horrible, they smell vile and need ventilation. The tables, chairs and floor in the eating area are always messy and dirty. The staff are very nice and I havent had a problem with them before. If any order is wrong they rectify it straight away...

Sited next to Morrison's serving chicken meals at an affordable price, musch better than McDonalds. Ate here only once.

Wanted BBQ chicken salad and a diet coke (ordered out as in a rush with work) got BBQ chicken sandwitch and regular coke, all tasted terrible and tiny portion size for money cost. Apparently they have no idea that there is salad on the menu as the staff said they don't do salads?! Maybe that's just Barry for you. Ate out so can't comment on atmosphere . Never again

KFC obviously doesn't need an introduction as they are one of the biggest branches of fast food on the planet.However, Barry's branch was a major let down. The chicken was very rubbery, the fries were under cooked, the staff were grumpy/ignorant and I waited around 20 minutes to be served despite being 2nd in the queue.On a busy Saturday evening I would of expected a lot more than 4 workers to be working. Won't be visiting here again!

went here with my wife as an alternative to cooking tea and was very ver disppointed..The premises were scruffy and tired with staff that didn't appear to be interested in their workplace.A number of the seats had torn stitching and the rubbish bin was held together with gaffer tape. The condiments containers had only salt and druinking straws but no vinegar, pepper, sauces or serviettes.I will not hurry to use this establishment again in a hurry.

I went to KFC barry today and received disgusting customer service. As a paying customer I shouldn't be expected to be spoken to like crap. Yes I shouted and swore at Lewis the young boy but he had no right to speak to me like that.I will not be using KFC again they have lost a customer.
