Had a tower burger and was like a dogs toy, very rubbery and made me feel ill, never again this kfc, please don't waste your money

Made the mistake of parking here for 13 minutes and got a £60 fine. Very poor signage and parked here as McDonalds Car park was full. Further as I parked before 10am the restaurant was closed and everyone using the car park before 10am would have been fined. Disgraceful! Walkden KFC you can go Cluck Yourself!!!

Absolutely dismal food, got both orders wrong, no sauce on the burgers, no hash brown on the tower burger. the mix for the drinks is that low you can't taste the flavour of the drinks. £10 for the box meal, I actually feel violated.

Ow dear...why have they decided to mend something that isn't broken. No fries anymore instead you get soggy skin on kind of wedges that are awful. Chicken was dripping in grease. And now they've stopped serving beans ?? After 50 years of KFC i won't be going anymore...you deserve the empty drive through and car park ....good luck for the future, you'll need it !!

Avoid this place absolutely filfy so clean tables and staff just stood about not doing anything has it wasn't busy. The toilets is another story pure filth this is the 3rd time now never again. Nearly broke my neck in the toilet floor wet through and no wet floor sign in one of them where the floor is worst. Please avoid.

Visited the location as part of a family trip, and visited the venue on a Monday evening around 1900hrs. The tables were clean and there was no fighting for a group of 5 of us to sit at. However there were limited large tables at the venue. Whilst the partner ordered the food, the children used the toilets which sadly required cleaning & were not the cleanest at the time of the visit. After a 10 minute wait all the food was ready to collect, as hot as lava. All looking amazingly fresh however the hot wings looked a little on the dry side. Sadly at the venue the car park is restricted to 60 minutes parking, so felt a little rushed when as a family of 5 eating could easily do with an extra 30 minutes just to save the rush.

Never again!! Did a drive through for a treat for my 83 year old mother and her sister. Ordered a boneless banquet, which was OK. However, the two pieces of chicken that made up my mother's Colonel's Meal were both drumsticks. One drumstick could be expected... TWO was just a let down. Never again!! I will not be returning to this KFC.

Really delicious food, fresh and flavoursome. The chips were a little bit bland so we used salt from home to spice it up. Everyone enjoyed it and we will order again.

Manager was very rude and kept me long waiting and 1 person serve everywhere when I say you should keep enough staff for good service then manager was so aggressive and rude and misbehaved me. I want to complain to kfc headquarters for that.

KFC Towcester, Northampton - Review The KFC in Towcester offers a generally positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. Have tried to find alternative way to address the issue I've just had with food delivered from the whitebirk store. Ordered a 6PC bucket with hot wings, popcorn, fries, beans and gravy. The 6PC of chicken tasted disgusting and we couldn't eat it. Can only describe the taste/smell of that of a wet dog! I've tried to raise the issue directly but unfortunately the website doesn't allow you to do this. I don't usually make bad reviews and I'm aware that doing it on TripAdvisor isn't the best way but until KFC allows you to directly contact them I'm afraid I have to. Was ordered through JustEat but can't fault them as it was delivered on time and still hot so the fault is with KFC whitebirk.

We ordered through justeat and the order never got delivered. After calling they claimed it has been delivered and asked us to look outside the house. I have been pacing outside for 10 minutes looking for my chicken. The refund system is also terrible as we cannot get into contact with justeat about it. There are also several similar reviews like this on justeat. Do not piss off hungry people.

So RUDE!!!! Everytime me and my friends come in they laugh at us and are super rude!!! Judging us for the food we eat. They are just jealous we can afford to eat in here unlike them who are stuck behind the counters everyday.

Chicken completely soaked in oil, cold and smelt terrible. Chips were raw. Avoid at all costs. Tried to call to complain but no answer.

Fantastic! Went @ 10PM via drive-through. Biggish order, literally took a minute, incredible service. Food which included a Family Feast, fillet burger and several sides was perfect. Chicken was absolutely spot on, tasty and faultless. Previous experience in October 2023 was bad - chicken was dry and overcooked, clearly used old oil. I complained and KFC sent a voucher. Been back twice and can honestly say its hugely improved - food quality excellent and the staff cheerful, efficient and friendly. Well done and thank you!
