Mcdonald's Restaurants in Islington

I have been going to this particular McDonalds with no issue . However based on what I witnessed and how I was spoken today . I will never go to this branch again! The manager spoke to me like rubbish and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Left there very upset and bewildered!

Popped in at 22:00, I ordered food and wanted to wash my hands before eating only to find the restrooms closed. I then went to look for hand sanitizer which was empty. after asking the manager for a way to clean my hands I was met with a rude response of “oh well, we don’t have sanitiser. And we cleaned the toilets so we are not opening them. We are closing” I understand if I walked in 22:50 but an hour before close is unbelievable. Washing your hands before eating should be basic and I expect more from a company of this size. Avoid this site at all costs.

Hv been visiting McDonald's Holloway over 3 weeks. In which, toilets were kept shut without reasonable reason or genuine reason.

The staff are rude, sarcastic and arrogant. My disbaled mother inlaw went in for a hot beverage withbmy partner (her daughter) and our daughter ( her grand daughter). They was told a lie to not get a hot drink and then to be spoken to very rudely by MANAGER. That much that they got so embarrassed and walked out. He refused to give his name and was notnwearing a name badge, when asked for his name, he turned his back, said get out. This was done whilst infront of other customers. We live 5 minutes away, this isnour local and we get treated like this being regular customers. Disgusting staff, need more customer service training desperately!!!!

Very dirty and won’t trust the food. Dirty trays, dirty counter and dirty kitchen. The dirt very visible

Wait and wait and wait. Bad ! I’ve waited about 15-20 minutes for a simple meal. The staff have no ability at working together for some reason. Management?? Where are you??

Después de ser gerente de tienda en una de las tiendas más concurridas y de mejor desempeño en el país (Southend), Holloway Road es lo peor que he visto. Soy un cliente habitual de esta tienda debido a que tengo un hijo discapacitado y la mayoría de los demás no son accesibles. Así que no está fuera de elección vengo aquí! !Siempre incumpliendo los estándares de servicio: 7 minutos en promedio para obtener una comida feliz. El problema aquí es que el personal siempre está charlando en la parte de atrás, olvídate del frente de la casa. Quedarse sin papas en lugar de mantenerlas en la bandeja. Solo una persona repartiendo la comida.El verdadero problema aquí es la cantidad de controladores deliveroo que utilizan esta tienda y siempre tienen prioridad sobre los clientes que han estado esperando.Una vez me llevó casi 10 minutos conseguir una hamburguesa con quesoEl gerente de la tienda / turno tiene que hacer su trabajo y administrar la tienda y poner fin a su personal que acaba de comenzar a trabajar por un jolly.Todo esto sucede cuando el Arsenal no está jugando. Da miedo lo que pasa cuando están jugando! !

No me gustan las pantallas digitales que han instalado. Así que hay sólo uno o dos miembros del personal en el mostrador. Luego asoma a mano de los pedidos! Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, me devolvieron ya que tenía frío! Me dieron una orden frescos, que era preciosa. Un donut hubiera sido agradable como un gesto de buena voluntad!

Una vez más los aseos no están funcionando. Han estado fuera de servicio durante dos meses. Hablé con el director quien me dijo que estaban trabajando ayer, lo cual no es cierto. Sé que esto no es cierto como lo pedí hacer uso de ellos ayer. Dijo que iba a llamar a un plomero. Este es el peor de McDonald's en los que he estado. Las plantas detrás del mostrador están sucios. Por favor no comer aquí que están poniendo en riesgo su propia salud.

I visited here for a coffee on Saturday Morning. A standard McDonalds, it was clean and service was quick! All I could ask for really.

holloway road was once a smart street , at least up until the 70s , it was spick and span but now its dreary turkomano fruit shops and one pound shops plus crappy take your life in your hands eateries , for sure not a place to eat out in , so spose big macs is cleaner than the other places, this is a small macs, boring and uninspiring

Made is good value and consistent. Really quick and modern. Automated and well organised. Also consistently cleaning a busy footfall.

Denne McDonald's ligger tæt ved Emirates stadion og her kan man få noget at spise og drikke inden stadionbesøget

Wow the new 24hr MacDonald's is open again. Marvelous you can order on a big screen, which is pointless in a quiet outlet, but I ordered at the counter, paid me dues and was pointed to the collection point, looking behind the counter I commented the floor is filthy, my responds was were cleaning now, as I was not HAPPY I said I assumed it be clean when I come in, not when I leave, man on manky mop washing manky floor (shirt and tie (manager?) Who knows) suggested I take the food or a refund, I opted for me refund, never been in a McDonalds so dirty, white tiles on the floor show it as it is, yuk.Islington council health and safety next on my mail list. Love McDonalds, hate Holloway branch, must do much better.

The branch was clean, tidy and not at all busy. A breakfast back roll was served super quick and i was not bothered while i sat for 30 minutes using the wifi doing my emails

Poor quality food, that was served very cold. Staff not very interested in helping, and when they swapped one of our burgers that was stone called, it was replaced with another that was only slightly warmer.

Mc donalds nunca mejorara su calidad, precios o salones a pesar que comas en el barrio mas caro de londres. Comida fea, chica y cara.
