Jack's Kitchen in Islington

I reserved a table on Monday. The event was to take my daughter for dinner before attending the ballet at Sadlers Wells as part of her christmas present. The booking facility gave the option of a 50% off mains offer before 6pm on a Saturday according to the T&C. I booked for 5.45pm. On Friday, 24 hours before the reservation, I received a phone call telling me the restaurant doesn't have this offer on a Saturday. And nor does it have the 2 course set price menu. I cannot believe that something advertised on the website is not honoured when it would be easy to adapt the website to prevent the reservation. Absolutely appalling - they are obviously trying to upsell.

Ideale per un pasto veloce in zona Holloway. Locale ampio e luminiso. Personale sorridente e gentile. Grande attenzione alle famiglie con bambini.Tavolo pulito e attesa breve. Lo preferisco ad altri Mc della zona

Bought 2 cinnamon and sugar pretzels, came home to find out i was eating only bread. Hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it..when you pay £11 for 2 pretzels with no taste…yes you write a bad review and never buy again… complete rip off…

The staff now are very officious. The manner by which we were ejected was offensive. We used to love this pub but the current staff were offended when we “were not standing” to show our willingness to leave even after us explaining we were waiting one of our party to return from the toilet. An otherwise charming venue spoilt by staff who were unnecessarily rude. We won’t return there anytime soon.

Pedimos una hamburguesa de queso clásica, pero no pudimos ver ni probar el queso! Cuando preguntamos, nuestra consulta fue atendida por encogimientos de hombros y sí, hay queso allí! Pero eso se parecía a la cebolla crujiente en lugar de queso. No es una gran manera de satisfacer una pregunta del cliente.
