Absolutely amazing customer service from gabe , who went above and beyond to help me with my order! He even helped me to carry the food to my car! He is so pleasant and kind and really a happy face to have working for the business. Really am so pleased with the service I got today from gabe! He deserves all the praise in the world truly a hard working Individual and really pleasant person to have a good conversation with. Thankyou again to gabe for giving the best customer service I have ever received!

Ordered food waited a very long time to get told we wasn’t getting any delivered, absolute joke of a place stay clear! Delivery driver rang us so we could hear what they was saying in store then they just walked away and ignored him disgusting, sounded like a few people was in the same boat as could hear them shouting for staff.

The staff here are highly trained in ignorance. At best some are qualified to n.v.q standard (not very quick). The attention span of the bird they offer for eating springs to mind.

Disgusting for a restaurant, food and rubbish over the floor, bins overflowing so people were leaving all their packaging either on top of the bins or on the tables. The toilets were no better, we complained but we got a shrug of the shoulders response.

Absolutely shocking service firstly my order was given to a group of teenagers that had drank some of the oreo krushem and placed the food on a table. When I queried the order the teenagers said that it was mine and the girl serving said it wasn't her fault and gave me the food tht had been touched and drank by the teenagers, then waiting for a second order for family, food and drink was left on counter next to me so I said to the girl no one is shouting the numbers out who's is this food to which she replied rudely I don't know I didn't put it there. So I said there is no need for the attitude, then another staff member starts getting involved to which I then got high rated as she was arguing with me, in all I had 3 staff members arguing with me so I asked for a manager. The manager came out I explained what had happened and my large order was not replaced just the small order, the food was vile and cold and the staff have serious attitude problems . I will be escalating the matter to head office, it seriously needs closing down

£27 for very poor quality food. I’m less than a mile away and food was delivered cold. Chicken on the bone was all bone and coating and no chicken for two of the six pieces included in the meal. The popcorn chicken also included in the deal was missing and the fries were soggy and some raw. Definitely the last time I order from this KFC. How do they get it so wrong.

Deliveroo order, purchased 2 x lots of £8 burger/ chips deals, £16 plus a gravy £1.99, total £17.99 paid. Only 1 deal delivered a value of £8.00 plus Gravy, so £8 quid short of food...., no phone to speak with person and correct, message only saying call your delivery provider... And get back in 48hrs Wtf. Meal time is now idiots... it was KFC Albion Retail Park. Will Never use again, food cold, lettuce shrivelled and black. Anyone reading this steer clear spend elsewhere. Went for a quick bite before seeing Bryan Adams, Saturday evening, i have never been in such a dirt fast food place, the bins were over flowing inside and out. Everything inside was empty, no napkins, toilets were dirty, the floor was vile, the staff wandered round like they could not give a dam and the skin on chips were horrible, soggy mess, will not be returning to KFC anytime soon :-(

Absolute disgrace, 50 minutes in the drive through, then you eventually get to the window to receive your food and a girl who could hardly speak English is scratching away and having a dance in between scratching. This after that wait and not even a apology, I’m just glad she doesn’t handle food but still 🤮 We get the food that has no taste and also they have no salt left or straws, the food went in the bin and we will never go back here, shocking

What an absolute disgrace, spent nearly £50 on takeaway for my 14 year old and a few friends for his birthday. Half the food was missing from the order , what we did get was inedible, cold and squashed , I was embarrassed to serve it up . Ended up spending an addit ional £40 on pizza. I suspect the tall slim dark haired young lady that put my order together knew there were items missing as I heard snippets of her discussing my order number 8052 with a colleague but I only put 2 and 2 together when I got home. Still waiting on a response from a complaint I put in online, wonder if they can be bothered getting back to me ?? Advice to you all , give it a miss go to any of the other fast food places around the area because they can't be any worse than kfc junction 9 retail park Warrington.i only gave them 1 mark because I couldn't submit a review with zero

Spent ages waiting at the order window only for no one to come so I then queued around to the pick up window where they told me I had to go back around and there was nothing at all they could do for me. At this point I had to go back to work having had no lunch as I didn't have enough time on my break to queue again. Happy Xmas..

Whilst I appreciate stock levels potentially could be an issue sometimes, with this KFC it’s all the time. Several times I’ve visited in the past year and there is always something unavailable. The Crushems machine has been broken for ages - why don’t you just get it fixed? Secondly rice boxes rarely available!! Perhaps a sign outside would be a good idea so people can see the items not available so you don’t have to queue right around the drive thru. Alban KFC is not much better. Some attention is seriously needed the reviews are terrible.

Worst KFC ever. Went round the Drive Thru, ordered fillet rice box and corn rice box. Mentioned to man on window twice that he had put through a plain salad, and he argued back saying no it was not. (bad attitude!) Pulled up at the collection window. Given hot cup of tea in a soft drinks cup- not safe at all. Pepsi Max had no ice in. Parked up, opened bag- no serviettes, no sauces, no milks or sugars for the cup of tea, only one spork- not two. Attempted to ring the store to complain. No answer, tried several times. Drove back and parked outside. Went inside with the plain salad. Staff try their best to avoid customer interaction, think some need retraining. None of them wear their face masks properly. Some stood chatting and texting on their phones while there is a queue of customers. Eventually caught the eye of the manager who did resolve my issue, the only positive. Restaurant looked filthy inside, condiment baskets not stocked up at all. Outdoor bins were full and overflowing. Would not send my worse enemy to this KFC- even they deserve better! Also the chips were given in the tiniest portion ever. Been to far better KFCs nearby! Sort it out!

Booked on the app. Unable to collect at drive thru so went into the restaurant. Waited for 30 mins as it appeared delivery drivers were prioritised. Got back out to the car to find 3 items missing. Restaurant tables were full of left over food, boxers and wrappers. No one cleaned for the time I was in there. Tables were sticky. Food luke warm. Won’t bother visiting again.

I waited for 40 minutes in the queue and for to the window and was told there was no food left and would need to be given a refund. The other cars in front of me also waited that amount of time and had to be given refunds too. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt last night but again an absolute shambles! What is going on with KFC. Poor managers that are not capable of running food outlets. Absolutely disgraceful.

I wish I had looked on here first before I went! Staff pay lip service to being Covid compliant, I shudder to think how they are with food hygiene if they can't follow basic face covering rules. Based on my visit and the continuous list of bad reviews on here, I will never be returning. The fries were cold, dry and unappealing, the chicken was too salty and overdone, I suspect there is a lot of monosodium glutamate present. My advice would be to avoid at all costs, staff attitude doesn't fill you with confidence either.

They didn't inform you it was card payment only until you had already got to the ordering window no signs showing or anything so whilst only having cash on my i then had to sit in a drive thru que for over 20 minutes as they where taking ages and didn't seem bothered. I then went back with card payment after ordering i then waited again for another nearly 25 minutes this time when arriving to the window to collect my food the window was closed no college to greet me until after about 5 minutes they the then informed me to park up after already waiting i refused they then started getting my order together and then was a colleague swearing in the back ground to one another which is not professional and there is no time consistency at all seriously need to re think how they treat customer and train their staff correctly to do a more effective job defiantly will not be return utter poor service

Because we are isolating we dicided to have a take out from kfc. Delivery was a few mins late, considering we both ordered the zinger burger as 2 meals we only received 1 can of tango,the fries was cold,the beans were cold the burger was cold the piece of chicken was also cold & half cooked overall the meals was gross we should of stuck with our 1st choice dominos. £23 down the drain

When travelling we often use a KFC as over the country they can be relied on to produce food based on chicken. On this visit they had no chicken or beans what! Chicken is it's business, we went to the Co Op Cotswold Rd they had chicken.

Having turned up at this KFC before 10pm we were shocked by the rude manner in which one of the child employees of this “restaurant” that we close everything at 10 now and it’s been that way for months, despite the times online AND on the door clearing showing that opening times go until 11pm. We then had to wait in the queue, with people the next car in front being served food and then when just wishing to question why the door and online both dispute what had clearly been instated by LOCAL management we had the payment window shut in our faces without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Having been followed by three further cars clearly under the same impression the brazen approach of the employees that they didn’t care for any inconvenience caused was clear. Will not be going here again, I certainly do understand the pressures of fast food but basic common decency is clearly a premium at this establishment. Would love to hear from management about this.

Me and my daughter went to the drive through at the weekend and it took ages to get through. We’ve had issues with other fast food places getting bits of orders wrong, so we parked up and checked the order. We found that a whole popcorn chicken meal was missing alongside a side of popcorn so I had to go in. Took ages again before anyone bothered to serve me. One girl was shouting at another to serve customers but she just shouted back she was busy but seemed to be faffing unsuccessfully with something on the screen. Eventually someone else came over and I explained. She got one box of popcorn chicken and I had to explain again no I needed a meal also. The woman in the queue behind me had ordered a boneless banquet and had a box full of boned chicken. It shouldn’t be this difficult to order food at a fast food place, but somehow it is!

Closed at 9:15 on a Friday customers still inside but had locked the door. So I thought I would ring the kfc to ask them to let me and they said the door is open told me he was busy with other customers my reply said I’m a customers on the phone you are dealing with me now will you open the door then he hung up, so I phoned back the same person answered so I asked him he’s name and he told me f*ck off we are closed and hung up ones again.

I haven’t had a KFC for 20 years. My daughter was desperate to try it. Time on the order receipt was 7.03pm. Waited and waited and waited. 5 staff stood just chatting and looking at the screens doing absolutely nothing. Food arrived on the counter 7.15. The batter was over cooked, tasteless. Staff appeared not to give a toss about the waiting customers. I won’t have another for another 20 years. The colonel would be ashamed of this place.

I ordered a delivery through Just Eat at 18:15. It arrived at the exact time it had stated to arrive. The drinks I ordered with the order were not present and so my delivery driver told me to ring the store to which I did for 10 minutes to no answer. So my delivery driver said he would drive back to the store and pick up the drinks. 15 minutes later I still hadn't heard from the store or delivery driver so I decided to drive down to the store. I arrived at the store and the manager I'm assuming offered to remake my now-cold order. I didnt check the order when I left the store because I figured they wouldn't be able to screw it up a second time. I have just returned home and found that my order is missing the beans and popcorn chicken I ordered. As I'm sure you can understand that I am NOT willing to drive back to the store (because they obviously have a problem with their phone). I am extremely disgusted with the lack of accuracy in making this order and the fact that they do not seem to know how to answer a phone. Considering there were six members of staff standing around and laughing I didn't think that would constitute busy enough to not be able to answer the phone.

Popped in for some food, expecting to go through the drive thru but it was blocked by a Biffa bin. Went in to the restaurant to be greeted by chaos, queues of people waiting for food & to order. I ordered on the self service thing. Waited nearly 15 minutes for food, although it seemed like 15 hours due to watching a member of staff getting majorly stressed with the volume of orders & shouting out order numbers like a bingo caller. Alongside all this he kept calling for Mark (or something like that) and asking the other staff where this person was....although Mark never materialised at all, much to the disappointment of the bingo caller. To give him credit, the guy who was sorting out the orders was very pleasant. When my food finally arrived, my order was wrong. Zinger tower meal with no salsa in the bun, dry chicken, burnt crusty beans & luke warm fries. Couldn’t be bothered to complain. Probably wouldn’t return again

Food was inedible. They missed things off my order. The chips were all scabby all with skin on them still and they have changed them from fries again. The chip portion of my husbands meal was half the size of mine I took it back and was told this was the normal size when I went to get the other portion was told I had made one large n one medium this was not the case. Poor customer service. The food was freezing I took one bite of my chicken and left it. Will never return.

I’m partial to a bit of KFC every now and then, especially when visiting my friends who live nearby. I suggested we have KFC as the Double Down burger was about to finish and I needed to be a part of the club, especially with it being the most popular KFC burger Worldwide! I decided to purchase two large meals that came with a side and hot wings along with a snack wrap and mini fillet burger. As you can see it took me a little longer than 15 minutes to eat it all but my goodness the food was yummy! KFC is KFC...it’s fast food but it was prepared quickly and the service was spot on. Great meal!

First time a I have ever tried KFC and maybe my last. First after trying to look at menu that kept flashing onto different pages rather than the big menu on the tv screens we decided on a bargain bucket. When we got to the till and ordered our food and paid we were told 10 minutes after ordering they had run out of sweetcorn. Seriously how can anyone chain run out of sweetcorn. The food was quite nice tbh and very hot but after eating the chicken with my hands covered in Greece i tried looking for napkins only to be told they had also run out of these. Twice i had to visit the toilets to wash n dry my hands. Tables needed yo be cleaned more often i did ask if they had any wipes to wipe the table. Very nice modern build but very poor hygeine and needs cleaning more. Would i try again probably but not to this 1.

So on friday 27th october me and my friend went here we didn’t have to wait long but as we sat down to eat are food the chips were absoultely cold! The double down was so chewy I even got my friend to taste it and she even couldnt bite in to it! My two hot wings was not even cooked they were still pink and so cold I was not impressed at all and when I woke up this morning throwing up and that was the last thing i ate! I am hoping this gets seen and something gets done about it!

There are so many bad things about this KFC that I actually don’t know where to start. First, the place is absolutely filthy. Second, paper napkins appear to be on very short supply ...so much so that, when asked, even the staff don’t know where to find them. Third, the food is lukewarm and not very appetising. Fourth, the ladies toilets look as if they haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Finally the ladies toilets had no toilet paper (perhaps the work of the same fairy that took all the paper napkins!). There were other bad things I could mention but have chosen not to as I honestly don’t think the management at the particular establishment care enough to want to know what’s wrong with their ‘restaurant’!!

I counted 7 members of staff with only 2 tables occupied. Our order was 3rd on the display screen so they were not busy. None of the staff bothered cleaning tables or even pick up rubbish off the floor.

Me horroricé en este restaurante 'entramos y el suelo estaba cubierto de patatas fritas y salsa, envolturas! No hay una mesa era limpio tampoco gente de izquierda o comida y desastre salsa manchas de todas partes! La zona exterior no era mejor cada mesa había porquería. El personal tenía un largo día y están cansados o que simplemente no le gusta su trabajo no es uno de ellos tenía una sonrisa o una cara de bienvenida. Pedimos la comida, aunque no nos preocupa en comer en este ambiente pero era tarde en el día y los niños estaban hambrientos. Todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí, que era probablemente de unos 30 - 40 minutos de uno de los miembros del personal no vino a recoger las mesas o limpiar! La única cosa buena que puedo decir sobre este lugar es que la comida estaba bien en cuanto a la comida rápida, pero va usted necesite para limpiar sus pies en el camino de salida!

I have just been in to the so called new KFC, I must say I am absolutely appalled buy the whole experience, when me and my mum went to order, the young lad who I think was called jack, stood there arrogantly and ignored us for a awhile, he seemed to not care about his job or have a ounce of knowledge about customer service, 3 different foods was not available and was told in a very sarcastic manner, the young lad stood there and kicked rubbish and ate the maltesers in front of us massive health and hygiene risk, at this point we should of walked out the food was given to us cold and when my mums partner went and complained the manger or supervisor not sure witch came out and she even commented that she can not control her staff and was very apologetic all in all I would say a new staff leader or new staff is massively in order, customer service is ranked number one for a successful business so maybe it's time to get that in check.

Why move? If you can't retrain or hire staff that have manners and a clean uniform? Absolute waste of money building a new KFC, if you have the same staff doing the same poor job they did in the old place. Drive through grunting through the speaker, no please or thank you when taking payment. Come on KFC can you not train your staff better?

This is the second time i have visited this establishment in about a month for the same reason, a quick snack on my way home. 1st time, not busy yet tables were dirty. Called in today similar time, early afternoon, again not busy more than enough seating for those in queue yet tables dirty. Called today to give benefit of doubt from last time, however shall not consider here ever again and will tell friends and family NOT to bother either. Had to give 1 star as system won't accept ZERO

wherever you have KFC, you would expect the same standard, I've had many a poor KFC but this one isn't one of them, the chicken was lovely and crisp (no excess oil/sogginess) as were the fries and wings. The krushem was right not too milky and not over chunki-fied ;o) they shut the doors around 11 but you have the option of drive-thru till late.

I was very surprised to see these bad reviews as our visits were not to bad. With it being Sat night I thought it would be busy so we went to the M62 services nearby at Burtonwood.What a disaster!! Did not have the advertised new meals. We were behind a queue of people and when we were asked what we wanted there were 10 people behind us. The seating area was a mess where we felt we had to wipe our feet on the way out!!There was only one serving and one cooking so they had no time to spare. The food was poor quality and the so called "best coffee in Seattle " was horrid.I've left this review on the nearest KFC restaurant as I cannot find one for the services. Probably was withdrawn after loads of unhappy reports!!

Looks like they have spent a fortune relocating this restaurant and building a brand new one, but took the same staff with them who have all the service skills of Harold Shipman.The order was taken correctly, I could see it on the screen, but given out wrong. Food that was ordered was unavailable, so why take my money then tell me you don't have it.The chicken was at its best about an hour before we got it served to us in a greasy box that for some reason also had salt in it.Upon asking to speak to the manager (Heather), as much as she tried to help, there is no way a child has the experience to deal with a disgruntled customer when there paid less than minimum wage.All in all, waste of money rebuilding this restaurant unless you sort out the staff and quality of food.Cleanup a bit would help too.

Got a drive through when we got home saw that no sauces were given even though we specifically asked and they were put on the receipt. No salt on the fries or even any salt sachets. No napkins placed in the bag either. Gravy was disgusting looked like muddy water it was so thin. Don't understand why this KFC is so bad compared to others? Sort it out or close it down

Again I went on a Saturday Night, tea time, I always order the Family Feast, and have gravy and beans, this is the second time I have been told that there is no Beans, this is a disgrace, how can they run out of beans... The service is very poor, 1 on the till, taking orders, but not getting the food out, once again I am waiting for food to take out, and they start to serve other people who ordered after me, I told them about it, they took my receipt looked at the board, I don't think my order was on the board, every time I go in people are returning the food, incorrect order, People are paying good money for this food, and the service is terrible, would be nice to see some Managers behind the counter and helping the staff out. Hope when you move up the road, you can offer a better service all round.

I called to pick up a boneless banquet and the girl taking the order from the car in front took 15 mins I asked why she explained she took his order wrong no apology for wait and when I git to the other window to pick up my simple order it took another 12 mins rude boy who was serving had a bad attitude this is not there fault it is KFC for employing them should not be customer facing very poor as all KFC general are management are the issue

Staff are crap when we walked in they could clearly see a queue forming and it took a customer to say is anyone serving or what? Then they made a huge balls up and made a family member wait ages for a family bucket as they decided to give his order to somebody else who ordered the same as him they were behind us in the queue so he had to wait for more chicken.Just as we eventually finished our meals a customer who was in front of us came over and told us he had only just got his order The bins were over flowing we will not go in here again.

It's been a long time since I stepped inside a KFC and today has reminded me why. All fast food places are similar and I believe everyone should get a shot at work but please train your staff first, it's not much to ask. Understanding 'the customer experience' surely must be the one thing you drive home to your employees representing your brand? I don't blame the new starters, I respect they all start somewhere, I blame the management. When we walked in we noticed the terrible smell, hard to describe but the place felt unclean. We weren't disappointed as most tables had some degree of foodstuff smeared around their tops, no doubt someone's effort at cleaning a table. (Note the opportunity to demonstrate what clean looks like and what a customer expects)It was a bank holiday evening and we thought the place would be full but we were pleasantly surprised as it wasn't. This meant we would hopefully get some help with our order and to accommodate our 2yo daughter who needed a high chair. The chairs were not easily visible and definitely not obvious on the route from the entrance to the counter. I approached the very young person serving behind the counter and this was our exchange:Me "do you have any high chairs?"Her "Are you eating in?" Me " Yes, but I need a high chair"Her "Yes, we take cash"Me "why, do I need to pay for a high chair?"Her - blank. No response. Long pauseMe "So, do you have any high chairs?"Her (mumbled) "over there" accompanied by a generalised waving of the finger. Understandably she was distracted as her young colleagues fell about the place laughing at her responses to my questions. As I said, it has been a while since we were in a KFC and I'm not ashamed to say we came in specifically for the barbecue bites that have been advertised around the time of the olympics. I have no idea how big the bites are, the poster makes them look very large but so does the popcorn chicken on the poster next to it... That was until I saw what a small popcorn chicken portion actually was in real life! The average customer for popcorn chicken must reside with the borrowers!With my wife (un)happily cleaning a table and my daughter now secured in the result of high chair hide and seek I made my way back to the counter to ask about the chicken portion. I was met with the the same KFC girl. Me "excuse my ignorance but how big are the bites in the BBQ bites"Her "they come in a tub"Me "that's not really helping! How big is each bite so I can understand if I need to buy the 4 or 8 portion size?"Her "they come in a pot"(deja vu)Me "I know that but..."Her "doesn't matter anyway, we have the bites but not the sauce"Me "I give up"We left. Wiped out feet on the way out. It will be a long time again before I darken the Colonels door, hopefully by then the staff will have matured and at least been trained in the customer experience.

Normally not a kfc person but partner and I fancied a change and decided to go kfc, on the outside it was a tip and inside wasn't much better place was a disgrace could do with a clean. Then we waited in a queue for roughly 5 minutes as it was busy and one person was serving, placed our order to a very rude abrupt young girl who had no manners at all. Waited 10 minutes for food to be given to us and it was a disgrace my partner binned most of hers. The gravy looked like it was days old and very cold, the chips were like ice and hard, then top it all of the chicken had hair on it. As I work in fast food I wouldn't allow any of this to be served to our customers it is a disgrace and not worth a complaint management wasn't interested. Avoid this place at all costs sticking to what we know from now on.

Not normally inclined to review fast food places - in my view, you know what you're getting with the food, so don't agree with being snobbish about it - but for the THIRD time my drive-through order hasn't been correct.It's annoying, as inevitably you don't find out until you get home, at which point it's too late to turn back and collect again - family treat ruined.How can someone think a Boneless Banquet is complete when the only thing in the box is chips? It's boneless, I'll admit, but absolutely not a banquet!Please sort it out management - clearly the attention to basic details is beyond too many of your staff.Hungry and shortchanged.

Got the food home and found a massive black curly hair in my food. All the food was squashed the chips came in a little paper bag and there was hardly anything in them' my burger was just placed in the bag with the wrapper it was meant to come in just shoved in the side of it. I went back and asked for the manager. Told her everything and her answer was 'im sorry its happened alot recently, we have had alot of people complaining' they also never get the orders right. I wouldnt recommend it and i wont be going again!!!

Just been to pick up a bucket for the family. One one girl serving and a large amount of customers waiting. One couple left as it was quicker going through the drive through. Food was hot and cooked so not that bad. No napkins to be had as hadn't replenished. Floors a bit dirty and tables could have done with clean.

They took my daughters drink. She left it on the table next to my parents while she ran around (like 2 year olds do) and the moment that they looked away a staff member took it. Would it have been too much for them to ask the family sat right next to it if it was theirs?This then created another problem; how do you tell a 2 year old that someone stole their drink?The staff seem to treat everyone with complete disinterest. Take your order, give you food, now bugger off.The whole place seems to be in need of an overhaul. Floors seem grimy, tables and chairs seem worn. Toilets need refurbishment.I suggest going to pizza hut next door. They are just better in every way.

The staff could not of done any more for us. They had decorated the table with a balloon and banner for the birthday girl (even though we did not ask or request this) it was very nice and thoughtful. The food was brilliant, steak were lovely, do recommend if order medium rare it is more on the rare side (which I prefer and believe is best because steak can be cooked a little bit more but can’t be uncooked) Cocktails were lovely and beautifully done. Vey instagramable if that’s what you like without the taste being compromised Brilliant service, brilliant food and would definitely go back
