Worst customer service we went in so we could sit and eat and went up to the counter some girl came out and shouted at the top of her lungs no you cannot order here you have to order from the portals I said I have only cash well you can't eat here then what a cheek I was there to order 3 meals and had to leave and go and buy food elsewhere never again will I go to this outlet

We arrived at the Drive-Thru and requested the order. We ordered 2 meals and a couple a of snack wraps and the order came to £21.96. I am a BLC holder and it is set up accordingly on the KFC app which I have used on many occasions. I drove round to the last window to get the QR code scanned to be told “it does not work it is down”. I expected to get 10% off the order especially how it was a somewhat large bill. It was not communicated that the systems were down previously or we would have went elsewhere. Furthermore the lady who served us at the window told me that “the 10% discount works ONLY in store anyway so next time you need to come inside” this is definitely wrong because 95% of the time I use Drive-thru and I’ve had no issue of it not working in the past. I asked to speak to the manager and she was very hesitant and said he was busy, when I could see him in my vision at the back being social with staff, we did not receive the food by this point however, I then had to state I can see him and I would like to talk to him and I won’t be going until I do. After I said that she that she then got the manager, and I explained to the manager the incident of what’s occurred, he apologised on her behalf and said “she should have told you the system is down but there is nothing we can now do” when asked about free food for the inconvenience this was not given also and no explanation was given just that it’s out of his hands. I have complained to the KFC Care squad and they’re also acting dumb and oblivious. If I went to McDonalds it was be a different story and they would be offering free food. I am boycotting this place and so should YOU! Staff are incompetent here and need to be trained basic customer service and manners

This is quite possibly the WORST kfc I have ever ate from. The staff are miserable, orders take forever and always asked to park when going through the drive through. Today I asked for a burger and there was more sauce on the box than on the burger. As anyone would I sent it back and then proceed to give me the exact same burger back. I advise no one eats from this kfc ever again as it is diabolical.

This is my local KFC and have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but with each visit the service gets worse!! The staff at the drive through are incredibly rude, always get the order wrong, food is always rarely hot and hardly ever freshly cooked! I will never be visiting this place again!!

Terrible sauce spillage all over the chicken so some people went without Barneshill weoley castle Birmingham. Slime on some chicken sent the wrong Pepsi too I also had bad belly woke in the early hours it could only have been the chicken. Bubbly tummy all day disgusting. So hard to complain too

It was a friends birthday and we ordered from our local restaurant but instead of collecting as we would do we thought we would have our food delivered. I usually use Just eat for deliveries but this particular restaurant said that it had to be Deliveroo. I chose our food and had to get the Deliveroo app. Unfortunately the address in their app showed a different house number as my location. I changed it to the correct address but when the order was confirmed it was still the wrong address. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t do anything I had to call Deliveroo. I tried to call but got voicemail saying the delivery person was too far away to leave a message. I again called the restaurant. They said they couldn’t do anything so I said can I at least leave my number and get him to call me. They agreed. Our food arrived but it was Luke warm and there was some of the order missing. We called the restaurant and they said complain to Deliveroo. I have lodged a complaint but the restaurant prepared the food so should have checked it was all there. I will not use KFC again. Not happy customers after spending £42 and my friends birthday was spoilt.

I’ve been to so many fast food restaurants and I’ve always been greeted with a smile or at least a hello. Saturday 21st August at around 8 pm, was greeted by the rudest member of staff, no hello nothing, literally not a word just a lot of eye rolling and humping about. I work in retail and I can honestly say she would not be working for my company with an attitude like that towards customers. I think she needs a bit of training in customer services. Vile!

This place must be avoided at ALL COSTS!! The staff never pay attention to the orders and make us pay more than we get. Lisa, the manager, didn’t even try to listen to us and had the cheek to call us liars?!?! Don’t eat at this place if you want to be robbed of your money.

I brought my food to be delivered at on the 4/10/2020 @ 18:10 pm from Barnes Hill weoley Castle. On the app it said my food arrived but no one delivered it. I phoned Barnes Hill KFC at approximately 20.00 pm who was very helpful but unfortunately could not do anything as delivery's are the 3rd party service JUST EAT responsibility. I have spent £36.00 on food and Can not get a refund without going through unnecessary distress. I was also advised that they do not have any trace of the drivers who deliver the food. This is a very concerning security issue. Apparently this is not the 1st time this has happened. KFC need to stop employing these thieving little bag heads that steal your food and employ reliable local workers.

Discusting service from kfc.didnt have hardly anything on menu that i wanted,felt rushed at drive thru.i made a mistake on order for my son I kindly asked if I could swap boned chicken to a small fillet strip and got told no! My son could only eat the chips..wasnt happy at all.they have also forgot my food out of bag on 2 occasions which resulted me going all the way back to complain...not even a sorry.a joke....all the staff need to learn to smile.apart from the young black man he is always considerate at drive thru window.

very dissatisfied in my experience with this establishment. we tried ordering a pepperoni pizza online for a party and within 5 minutes it had reported that our order had been cancelled. when looking, they had not refunded our money and when trying to call the number went it straight to voicemail. we tried calling multiple times and even left voice messages however the calls were being declined instantly and our voice mails were not replied to. To anyone ordering proceed with caution!!!

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.
