Kfc in Bromley

Terrible! Bought a 10 piece bucket, only got 9 pieces and 7 of them were dried up legs/drumsticks! And we got given mash potato instead of rice! Utter shambles! No complaint department on their website…. No wonder! This is the 2nd time this has happened! Should have not bothered giving them a 2nd chance, avoid! Go McDonald’s opposite instead!

Worst KFC ever. Staff very rude and ignore customers waiting. Walked out without buying. Went to McDonald's up the road.had food here before and stale and not fresh. Never visit again. Manager very rude and seems to think he's above serving or working.

One of the best KFC I ever went and the best restaurant in West Wickham area. Very friendly staffs and tasty food. I had few bad experience here. But they have improved a lot and delivering great service. Keep it up. I strongly recommend others to visit the shop now.

Absolutely awful. Used the drive through, bought 2 pieces of chicken, fries and a bottle of water. Should have checked there and then but I thought such an established brand would have standards they all have to follow. Once home I was disappointed to see that my chicken was 2 drumsticks that were so greasy even the skin was hanging off and the fries were reheated soggy and only a small handful. 5.49 for a £1’s worth of food at most…

I visited the KFC, West Wickham for a takeaway which I picked up from the drive through. I don’t normally have many takeaways, but fancied one for a change. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. No time or care was put into making it, small amount of chicken and not much taste. I wish I had made my own and saved money and time.

Absolutely dreadful place, the staff were the most rude disrespectful people you could ever have the misfortune of coming into contact with - refused to sell advertised deal (80 pieces of popcorn chicken for £5.99) and instead insisted we should buy 3 x30 piece buckets for £4.99 each!Do NOT trust this place, customers beware, false advertising, so deceitful managers name not even given as stated it was confidential Information.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Chicken take away was swimming in rancid oil. Worst KFC ever. Don't feel like ever eating KFC again. I certainly will never go back to the West Wickham branch.

A number of products were not available at the branch but where on the website. When ordering I was greeted with the response 'this is a KFC have you read our menu'. Then whilst ordering each item I had the card machine pointed at me, every item ordered felt like a genuine inconvenience.The food was lukewarm, greasy and thrown away.I know it's fast food but spend your money elsewhere. Favourite chicken and Morleys are close by and vastly superior.

I've complained before about this KFC in West Wickham. I thought things may have improved but they've got worse. The chips were stale soft and lots of them were bad. The coating on the chicken was really thin and was obviously cooked many hours before. It was the worst I've tasted. I really enjoy a good KFC but this meal has actually put me off trying it again from anywhere. It tasted so bad. As this place has 2.5 stars when are KFC managers going to take some action to protect their brand?.

Just had two snack boxes delivered ...the chips were disgusting must have been reheated several times definitely not fresh ! Can’t believe someone thought it was ok to put old reheated chips in a box ...obviously staff can’t tell the difference between old fries that should be put in the bin and fresh ones !!!

normal kfc nothing amazing but nothing bad good price on some of the items some abit over priced but its fast food and its nice

They never opened at the right time , I was in at 7 minutes past , no sorry or nothing , went to the counter and waited another 3-4 minutes before I saw anyone ! Was greeted with a yes ! I placed my order , “ sorry we have no side dishes at the mo “ she said wiping her eyes yawning ! So when it came to the drink option they had nothing in stock that I wanted ! Anyway after waiting 20 minutes for my food and other people getting there’s before me I had to ask for my drink and wait another 2 minutes for that !! No one in the shop got what they wanted or there food until just past 11:30 half hour after it was supposed to open ! No apologies , no manners , just a terribly run place !!! Never ever again !!

They tell you to wait in a bay and they bring your order to you. You get home and find that half your order is missing. You try to call them and surprise surprise, you can't get a number for the branch. why can't they get your order rightwhy can't you call themhow do you get your money back

Considering this is a new restaurant, the overall layout and feel of the place is cramped and poor. Even the car park is awkward to navigate. Most of the staff don't seem to know what they're doing, and there are often items from the menu missing or unavailable, as well as unacceptable delays waiting for your food. The overall standard of KFC seems to be declining these days, and this restaurant is doing nothing to buck the trend.

I went through the West Wickham drive-thru, to be told there’d be a 15 minute wait for the chicken. I wasn’t impressed as I’d already paid and had two over-tired toddlers in the back (plus I’d been at work all day). Anyway, 5 minutes later, the manager appeared with the food AND a refund. I’ve been to KFC’s across 4 continents and can honestly say that’s never happened - maybe the Colonel himself was working there that evening! Top service and will definitely go back!!!

Popped in this afternoon to takeaway some chicken. The staff didn't seem to have a clue..long waiting, getting bullied by deliveroo drivers and putting wrong food out. My food came on a tray..I reminded the guy that it was takeaway..he just poured 2 fries into a bag. Fillet Tower burger was a basic chicken burger when I got home.Wont be going back. If you want a fast food go to McDonalds up the road..amazing set up, good staff and even table service

We have had take away's from this relatively new outlet and have been passable but just needed a quick "top-up" and not much time so called in for a simple take away meal deal. A few cars lined up at the drive through so went inside to order. No one actually eating in at the time and it all looked quite clean but quite a number waiting for the orders. There is a number system showing on the board but staff seemed to ignore that, just shouting out "Bargain bucket order" or whatever. It did take a considerable time and I got the shout for our order which was just left on the counter. The drinks were plonked further back and as the lids had not been pushed on I was treated to a soaked arm as I prised a cardboard container out to hold them in. The dispensers were empty apart from salt sachets, no serviettes etc. After a very short drive home we had to heat up the chips which were COLD! This is a "fast food" place and we don't expect fantastic food but to be honest this was not good. They really need to up their game there if they want customers to return - we won't I fear.

Visited the new KFC in West Wickham, very nice new built store. It has a drive thru and is quite big compared to the old store. Large car park at rear as well although does get quite busy with cars!

Queued fo 30 mins only to be told Cash only 1 member of staff working cars queueing for the drive through blocking the main road what a joke this place is

Useless here, got order wrong before in drive through, Aways busy. Don't even remember to give you napkins with your food.
