It was a very nice atmosphere. The food was more than sufficient and tasted very good. The service was great. Best regards to Sam and Jon and the whole team.

Their chicken(half) dish is a must try. The Tomahawks is just okay

Jon our waiter provided exceptional service with warmth and attentiveness, the food was fantastic with perfect portion sizing and my amaretto and cokes were mixed as I like them. All in all a wonderful experience.

Just had stake here with my best friend Andrew he said this was the best stake he’d eaten in ages and he’s never said that in 20 years in knowing him 10/10

If you’re looking for a great meal, good service, this is the place to go, I can personally recommend the steak and the barbecue pork ribs and I hope you’re hungry because the sizes are perfect, compliments to the Kitchen staff… I have personally been back a few times the food is perfect every time If you haven’t been to Texas Jacks, give it a go. Especially if you love steak cooked to perfection, You will not regret it. I personally would book specially on a Friday or Saturday because It can get quite busy, but can still sometimes squeeze you in I will see you in a couple of weeks 😂

The food was so incredibly delicious, all came out really quick and tasty. The service was perfect, Shannon was amazing and lovely to speak to and made me the best margarita and John was so perfectly accommodating from the second we walked in, anything we needed was served. I'm not one to give praise lightly. But I lived in America for a few years. Service was brilliant worth going there alone. Friendly and let bend his ear talking to him about living stateside. Food honestly was like being back over in the states, burger cooked to my liking with all the fixings. Honestly Come for the food (it's brilliant) and you'll end up staying longer because the chat and service is top class ⭐⭐🧑‍🎤🧑‍🎤⭐⭐. Can't rate it highly enough 🤠

Sunday roast was fantastic and John, our waiter, did a brilliant job with our large party. Such a shame that tips can only be given in cash. Next time - I'll take cash.

Real Texan brisket and ribs. The meat was so soft and flavourful fell off the bone. Service is superb with a real friendly atmosphere and the cocktails are delicious with plenty of alcohol and fresh fruit, Will definitely be going back so happy I've found a real local Texas BBQ spot in Bromley of all places!

A friend brought me here 7 years ago and I then took my daughter and granddaughter its now one of our regular restaurants we absolutely love this family run establishment Emmy and her brother are Fabulashously beautiful people and their staff are exceptional ohh n the Chef well lets give him credit also as the food is tasteful and portion sizes are good the cocktails mmmm if only I didn't drive loool

I always have a nice time here. Had a meal here last weekend and great cocktails made by the lovely waitress Chelsea. (Be sure to order the Grey Goose Espresso Martini. It's my favourite on the menu.) Relaxed atmosphere, delicious food, great drinks, excellent service!

First time at this restaurant the food was amazing we had the lamb chops and seasonal veg and Ribeye steak. I like my lamb chops well done and they were cooked to perfection and the seasonal veg tasted so nice not sure how they cooked the veg but have never had veg taste that good before! Saw other plates go by and all the food looked amazing and huge portions. Staff were so lovely and very attentive and helpful. Food and drink prices are very reasonable. Shame they can’t take tips by card as didn’t have any cash and really wanted to leave them a tip as they were brilliant.

Excellent place to eat. The £20 'as much as you can eat' chicken wing offer (including a beer) on a Wednesday is great value anyway, because the wings are some of the best I've ever tasted, it's doubly good value. Great, friendly service too.

After trying the half price steak Tuesday for a few weeks we had to give the wing it Wednesday a go, £20 a head for all you can eat wings with chips and a Moretti. The steaks are beautiful, the ribs are divine and the wings are 10/10. Be back next week for more

Been here once before for lunch and decided to check out for dinner. Great choice! The food was perfect extremely tasty & well cooked. The restaurant was busy with music playing and a good vibe. Steaks were half price! Service was slow but I’m not knocking this as there was only one on the bar and one waitress who both worked extremely hard and were still polite and attentive. So a definite recommendation.

I have eaten here several times and I like it more every day, excellent food in quantity and quality, excellent service and atmosphere, totally recommended.

Great service and food. The portion size was so massive that we had to take away our mains. Please don't take that as a negative as it represents such value for money for amazing food that is served American size in the truest sense. Must visit for fans of American bbq.

Just had a lovely meal at Texas Jack's, food was delicious as always, we had nachos which are my favourite here, beef brisket was absolutely mouth watering and sides we had the lovely mac and cheese and chips, the mac and cheese is so creamy with the perfect crisp top. We had the lovely Shannon and chelsea as our waitresses tonight, she made us feel very comfortable all the staff are lovely. Thanks to the girls behind the bar and the chefs. Looking forward to our next visit.

Well where do I start, thought we'd visit Texas Jacks before our theatre show, Omg if you've not been here before then it's a must !! We were welcomed with open arms, such friendly staff seeing us to our table, we were given time to choose our drinks which were bought straight away, we chose a Rose & White wine and another must is check out the cocktail list, we chose the Texas Jack and the Blue Cadillac both lovely and very well presented, We then got round to ordering our starters (no rush in a lovely atmosphere) we went for the Chicken & Chorizo skewer's, the Calamari and then the whole rack of ribs and the Legend burger, all of which came out so fresh and piping hot, the flavours were immense !!. Flavours above and beyond just like the service that we received, this was a perfect start to our evening and Highly recommend give Texas Jacks a visit, Thankyou all for 💯 experience and compliments to the chef, a great team all round, we will be back xx

We visit yesterday for my sons 13th birthday. The place was very empty with only us and another table of people. Which is never a good sign. Food looked better than it taste and wasn’t good quality. 2 members of the table ordered steak well done and it came out completely red. Sent back and still came out red and bloody. They barley ate it and even told staff they weren’t happy with the steak and still were charged full price. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend or come back. Young lady who served us was lovely but still nothing was done about the complaints about the food second time round. This should have been deducted from the bill without asking

Came in for my girlfriend birthday, had great starter, main course and drinks. I'm coming back and bring more with me next time. If you love county music like we do then it's you're places to eat.

If you like good Tex Mex food, country music, great service and lively atmosphere then this place is the place to come. We had starters which was king prawns and chorizo skewers and king prawns with chilli and garlic sauce, then the tomahawk steak to share for main and it was amazing with mash, garlic butter, Mac and Cheese and onion rings, all of it was delicious. Well worth the money

Firstly I want to say how superb the service is! Both ladies who served us were polite, friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my roast, although I have to say the garlic was overpowering!! If you don’t like garlic on a roast you wouldn’t be able to eat it. The beef was amazing though, so tender. My husband was a bit disappointed with his food as he said both dishes weren’t particularly hot. They did forget a couple of items but were very apologetic about it. Overall it’s a nice, friendly and clean restaurant which is worth a visit.

Attractive venue. Friendly staff. However, the food wasn’t great 😒 My partner had the brisket which he said was very sweet. I had nachos with chicken & chorizo. Basically it was a pile of tortilla chips poured on to a plate, topped with Luke warm (reheated chicken & chorizo) I have had a dodgy stomach since our visit. Plus mozzarella cheese which cooled quickly to a massive rubber lump. Would have been nicer with cheddar. I left quite a lot. There was no check back for them to address the problem and we were not asked at any point if the meals were okay. The only non alcoholic drink available was Becks Blue. I think they could do with more choice. And staff need to be checking to see if the food is okay. It was 8pm on a Saturday evening and there were only 3 tables with customers I guess that told us something. As I say it’s a nice venue but the quality of food needs addressing.

Food is always excellent every time I come here and the main courses are very good value too. The legend burger and the bbq ribs tend to be my favourites. Staff are friendly (say hi to John and Matilda for me) and the restaurant is comfortable and inviting. Caters well for vegetarians. Portions are very large and takeaway boxes are available if you can't finish. Cons: Drinks and desserts have mark ups and are not great value. Music can be quite loud and it's mix of country, pop, hip hop and classic rock won't be for everyone (though I still tend to enjoy it myself). Not open on Mondays.

While traveling we picked this place for dinner. The menu looked nice but we were really surprised by how good the food was. Usually vegetarian options taste a bit like an afterthought. Not so here, really delicious. Our waiter John made us feel very welcome and gave the visit the little extra that let us enjoy our evening a lot. We’ll definitely come back when in the area.

Absolutely awful service! Came here with my kids as a Saturday treat. Ordered a burger and chips for myself and the price was ASTONISHING for what it is - the chips still tasted like potatoes and the meat was awfully seasoned and I don’t say this lightly. It was salty to the point it was inedible. The mock tails were good but the price certainly wasn’t! The waiters looked like they were in a grumpy mood and I don’t blame them because the management looks awful. I told a waiter about the taste of the chips and they acknowledged it and then got distracted by another customer! I understand waters are busy but customer service should be top priority. It took me 20 minutes just to find a member of staff and ask them where the ketchup is. If Texas is anything like this restaurant then I’m staying as far away as I can from it.

Good food, been here twice now and it never disappoints. I recommend the chimichurri steak! Thank you John for the excellent service :)

OMG, that Tomahawk is unbelievable!!!!!! The price, flavours, size and value is incredible, shared between 2 people but easily could be shared between 4 people. Definitely bigger than expected. So succulent and juicy!!!! We had it with Louisianna wings and nachos, so full after.

We were served by John, Sam and Matilda and had a great evening here. We will definitely be returning soon!

When I arrived at this resturant I was so stressed out with some personal issues, I was seated by a staff member who literally changed my mood, She was vibrant and made me feel so welcome. I ate some delicious food and drunk a few alcoholic beverages that made me forget my stresses. In all Texas Jacks is a warm, vibrant place that definitely satisfies your tastebuds. I will be returning, and would recommend it without hesitation.
