Food was excellent and staff even better. Chelsea made the experience great - lovely, polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

I hundred percent recommend this place. The food and the service was amazing. The waitresses. Shannon and Chelsea there amazing!

I stayed local in the travelodge for work for a two weeks, we found Texas Jacks on our second night for dinner, we ended up eating here every night for both weeks after. Amazing quality food, American portion sizes and really friendly staff! If I ever find myself local to the area again, I will definitely be coming back in!!! Unfortunately it’s cash tips only, so be sure to bring some because they 100% deserve it

Just had the best night EVER!! We came here on Saturday with a large group. Most of us had the steaks and we were all very impressed with the quality & presentation. The food here is seriously excellent and great value for money. The service is equally fantastic. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The county music & Texas saloon feel is phenomenal. The whole restaurant sang happy birthday to my daughter who turned 25, one she will never forget. Thank you all at Texas Jack's for your amazing hospitality.

Food is absolutely amazing in this place. Have eaten here 4 times in the last month and the food has consistently been fantastic. The drinks and service is spot on. This is a great restaurant in the ever so restaurant populated Bromley. The kilo Tomahawk is the best I have had and even beats those from New York and around tye US! Really well done to you guys. They have beer on tap and very reasonaly priced. We will be back soon.

We absolutely cannot wait to return to Texas Jacks! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported to a world of culinary bliss. The aroma of sizzling steaks and tantalizing Louisiana ribs greeted us, promising a dining experience like no other. Our taste buds were treated to a symphony of flavors with each bite, as the perfectly cooked steaks melted in our mouths and the tender Louisiana ribs left us craving more. The attention to detail in every aspect of our meal, from the presentation to the flavors, was truly exceptional. But it wasn't just the food that impressed us; the service was top-notch as well. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect, from recommending the perfect cocktail to offering their expert knowledge on the menu. Their friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel right at home. As we reluctantly left Texas Jacks, we couldn't help but already start planning our next visit. With such outstanding food and service, it's impossible to stay away for long. Texas Jacks has truly set the bar high for dining in Bromley, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Went in for lunch last week, even though there was 1 other person in there service was ridiculously slow. The food came out looking like someone had already tried to eat it. It was awful. The burrito was greasy and tasted of nothing. The steak and chips was cold and tasted only of oil. Waiter asked if there was something wrong which we told him the food was terrible but he walked off and did nothing. Will probably get some sarcastic response from what I assume is the owner after looking at some of the other reviews. Maybe he should spend some time sorting out the food and staff before trying to argue with true reviews

The Brisket was ok but the Paella was amazing!

Food was decent but the star of the show was the waiter Jon. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating, my only gripe was we couldn't tip him using the card machine but he more than deserved it.

My partner and I had a good experience here. Jon served us who was very helpful and provided great service. To be honest, the food was decent but I felt like some of it was a let down. Not any fault of the chef or waiters, it could just be that cheaper ingredients are used due to increased prices of literally everything. We did get extra nachos as we wanted to share a regular portion which was nice of them. Drinks were very good too!

The staff are amazing and really nice, the food was great. The cocktail were a little too heavy and had a little too much syrup but the employees took the feedback and made another drink that was absolutely perfect. I was really happy with the service and atmosphere of this place.

I can honestly say the service from Chelsea was amazing the chefs were fabulous. The food was unbelievable and very much worth the price large portions beautiful food and great service. I look forward to coming in again the cocktails are to die for best ever thank you for the amazing service and atmosphere. I love the whole time I was there. Just had an amazing lunch at Texas Jacks today..I had the nachos and my wife had the pulled pork burrito. When I say fully loaded..that's exactly what you get and American size portions to boot...also had the Jalapeno Poppers and ribs for starters equally impressive... unfortunately couldn't fit a dessert in, but next time! Real American vibe inside. We didn't take advantage of it but they have an amazing value lunch at £9.95 as well. Just a tip..take some cash for a tip as they can't accept them on card. Fully recommend and cant wait to go back soon!

Absolutely lovely people from the waiting team to the chefs. The food, well where do I start. Must be the best by far that I've had. Cooked to perfection. Took dad for a one off Sunday lunch. He loved it so much he wanted to celebrate his birthday with the family here. The staff, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere were spot on, just perfect. Everyone in the group had a fantastic day. The manager Emmy, the chef and Chelsea were just the best and couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be having more meals here, so much to choose from too.

We had friends get together and wanted to go local. Not been to Texas Jacks before but was recommended. We arrived at 7:45 the place was packed!!! As you walk in, the old county music hits you and you are instantly transported to a Texas Saloon!! The sizzling fajita that were being taken to a table arouses all your taste buds and went from being hungry to staving.I knew fajita was going to be my food. 🤤😋I was salivating! The staff are extremely friendly and can tell they love their job. Food is phenomenal. We had mixture of tapas; prawns, nachos, wings, bravas, calamari, ribs. For mains, obviously I had to have the fajita.The steaks were demolished by the group . They have Tomahawk but after the amount of staters it was not even near possible for anyone to attempt on this occasion. The burgers looked delicious! The music playlists was fantastic. The ambience and crowd were also great. We found our new local hangout! Thank you to the staff. We most certainly will be back! This is truly a new love affair!.

Perfectly cooked tender steaks, we had a sharing platter of steaks. They were very tasty and soft. We had apple crumble and a chocolate brownie for desert afterwards, kids loved it. Everything was perfect, this was our second visit and we will definitely be coming back for a third!

Texas jacks was an absolute pleasure. From the beginning and throughout, Chelsea service with a smile made us feel very welcome and looked after. Also, huge compliments to the chef, the beef brisket and lamb chops were delicious. We will definitely be returning!!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday for mother day. I loved the food and especially the cocktails were perfect. The atmosphere there was perfect and the music was at the right volume too.

The food was excellent, staff were friendly. My family and I were celebrating Mother’s Day and my grandsons birthday. Our evening was ruined the music was so loud conversation was impossible. On two occasions we asked different members of staff to lower the volume stating it was too loud. They did lower the volume of the music for about two minutes and then turned it up again. Never will I recommend this restaurant for that reason.

Treated my wife to a steak here for Mother's Day ,booked 7 days before and just as well as the staff were turning people away who hadn't booked ! The service was very good as was the Merlot ( give it a try)! The food was great I had 10oz Rump and my wife had 10oz Sirloin and both with chips and peppercorn sauce,will definitely eat here again,thankyou to all the staff and a great chef.

We had a large dinner party here for my nieces 18th and it was excellent. Service was 10/10..very friendly, personable and organised. The food portions were large. Food was tasty and came out hot. I had a steak burrito. I didn't have a drink but my cousin said the strawberry daquari was nice and strong. The toilets were spacious and clean. Overall vibe was great, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it for a casual dinner.

Tender meats, excellently prepared and presented sides and divine desserts. The white chocolate profiteroles are not to be missed, and make sure you try their signature cocktails!

We had hot burger and the legend burger and both did not like it. The meat was dry and chunky, fries had the taste of fishy oil. My brioche was burnt but i was so hungry to tell them to kindly change. Service was good and timely for me. Music is quite loud which makes very hard to have a conversation. I’m quite shocked by your response. Instead of addressing my feedback professionally, you chose to be rude and dismissive. I gave an honest review based on my experience. If the food or atmosphere didn’t meet my expectations, I have every right to share that. A constructive response would have been far more appropriate. For the record, I never said everything was great We actually told your staff that the meat was dry and chunky. I also mentioned in my review that I was too hungry to ask for a replacement, which is my choice. And the burnt part of it was top which is not visible on the photo. Dismissing my experience and using patronizing language like ‘İpek Hanımcık’ and fishy about my attitude is not only unprofessional but downright rude. If this is how you handle criticism, I can only imagine how you treat customers in person.

I went because the photos here looked good but it turned out that they only cared about the look. Burger meat was tasteless, dry and rubbery. The bottom of my burger bun was burnt, it is hard to notice without turning it upside down. The chips smelled like they were cooked in the same oil so many times or were cooked in some oil that was used for another food before. I couldnt finish my burger, because I simply didnt enjoy it. The waitress rushed us to order. Atmosphere felt like we were eating in some rocknroll themed loud pub. Generally, low quality food and not delicious. I would’t recommend wasting a dine out night on this restaurant. Even the owner’s rude and offensive comments to other people’s reviews here is enough not to visit this restaurant. And funnily enough, I had diarrhoea 3 hours after I ate here, idk if cuz of their food.

Came here with my partner for a nice lunch meal. Unfortunately we were not satisfied. LUNCH TIME DEAL LUNCH TIME MEAL: The portions are like they are for children. SERVICE: We sat at a table and was waiting a bit for the man to come and serve us. I received my drink before my partner and then he received his drink 20 minutes after. (There were only 2/3 other people in the restaurant), WE then waited another 20/25 minutes for our food order. FOOD: I got pasta with chicken and prawns with a sauce. The prawns were plain and very sickening. The only decent thing about this meal was the chicken and had a decent spice to it. The only thing that I enjoyed today was the cocktails which were nice. I will not be returning to this restaurant for food as I felt sick for hours after. I would only return for the cocktails. SUCH A SHAME been here a few times and the other times it was actually really good.

Just went here for a second time, it's recently been revamped and has an upstairs area now Looks very nice and the staff was lovely especially Eunyoung - was very lovely and went out of her way a lot for me and my sister ❤️

Had a work lunch here today for a group of 10 and we were here for around 2 hours with a mix of their normal and lunch menus. Very good pricing for the lunch menu, surprised it wasn't more busy! My colleagues all rated the quality of their BBQ meats very highly and the burgers, wraps and steaks on their lunch menu were pretty good too. Portion sizes were also good. We will no doubt be back for one of our future monthly team lunches.

First time here. Probably the best BBQ we've had in a very long time! The pork ribs and the chicken wings...no words! Meat just fell off the bone. The onions rings, to die for! Absolutely wonderful and good and tasty food! Amazing customer service. This has definitely become our favourite restauran.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Texas Jack’s Bromley, and I have to give a special mention to Cillian, the amazing waiter, who made the evening even more enjoyable. First, the paella—wow! I wasn’t expecting such an authentic and flavorful dish, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The saffron-infused rice was rich and aromatic, perfectly absorbing the flavors of the seafood and spices. The prawns were juicy, the mussels were fresh, and the chorizo added a delicious smoky depth. Each bite was packed with bold flavors, and the portion size was very generous—perfect for sharing or indulging on your own! Then came the Cosmopolitan cocktails, which were simply perfection. The balance of vodka, cranberry, triple sec, and lime was just right—refreshing, smooth, and not too sweet. The presentation was elegant, served in a perfectly chilled glass with a lovely citrus aroma. The bartender really knew their craft because every Cosmo was mixed flawlessly. Now, the highlight of the evening—Cillian, our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. His recommendations were spot on, and his knowledge of the menu was impressive. He had a great sense of humor, kept the energy light and fun, and made sure our drinks were always topped up without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such genuinely outstanding service, and Cillian absolutely nailed it! The atmosphere at Texas Jack’s was warm and inviting, with a lively yet relaxed vibe, making it the perfect place for a great night out.

The food here is amazing. It really is. From the sides to the mains, it’s all delicious and the portions are huge! The reason for the three stars is that we went to the restaurant last night for my husbands birthday and were told at 8:50pm that we couldn’t order desert as the kitchen had closed! The restaurant advertises that is open until 10pm, so to close the kitchen over an hour before seems excessive. A real shame as I’m sure the deserts would have been as tasty as the starters and main course.

Brilliant mid-day lunch at Texas Jack, Cillian our Irish waiter was fantastic catering for all our needs, the Calamari was so fresh with Nacho's for starter. I had the juicy ribs and my wife the roast chicken. Van Morrison music was brillaint. Been a few years since we last came here but will see us a more often from now on.

Jon our waiter provided exceptional service with warmth and attentiveness, the food was fantastic with perfect portion sizing and my amaretto and cokes were mixed as I like them. All in all a wonderful experience.

If you’re looking for a great meal, good service, this is the place to go, I can personally recommend the steak and the barbecue pork ribs and I hope you’re hungry because the sizes are perfect, compliments to the Kitchen staff… I have personally been back a few times the food is perfect every time If you haven’t been to Texas Jacks, give it a go. Especially if you love steak cooked to perfection, You will not regret it. I personally would book specially on a Friday or Saturday because It can get quite busy, but can still sometimes squeeze you in I will see you in a couple of weeks 😂

I'm not one to give praise lightly. But I lived in America for a few years. Service was brilliant worth going there alone. Friendly and let bend his ear talking to him about living stateside. Food honestly was like being back over in the states, burger cooked to my liking with all the fixings.
