Cool vibe, homemade roast on a Sunday, also daily menu full of delicious options, great cocktail menu along with extensive range of gin/whisky/rum. Plenty of choice on beer and Ales, also many wines & champagne to choose from. Friendly staff and great clientèle. Must visit if in the area

The food was good. Although there was a deliberate delay by the bar staff causing us to miss out on the cocktails happy hour. Otherwise it was a good evening.

We all had a great night out! Such an underrated venue in Beckenham. Food was lovely and there is a wide variety of cocktails and alcohol available. Jack and his team are all really friendly and attentive. Always worth a visit!

Assistant manager shouted at my friend after we complained our drinks took half an hour to arrive, bar staff all very stroppy we didn’t feel welcomed. Celebrating our friends birthday and put a bad vibe on the event

Service was lovely. Door staff not so much - very odd behavior from them, my friends and I are 30, bought a bottle of wine at 11.40 then got told we had to be out in ten minutes. My husband was in the toilet and they wouldn’t even let me wait for him. I’d understand if it were busy and full of people drinking but there was maybe 4 separate groups and it felt like the ‘bouncers’ needed something to do bless x

We went for a sort time on a works drinks with the sharing platter. Food was hot and tasty and bar staff were very helpful.

Our anniversary dinner was great! We loved the Korean bbq wings and special of the day bruschettas for starters and our burgers! Our desert was lovely as well 😁 The cocktails are always amazing and refreshing, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere chill and relaxing. We can’t wait to try their brunch menu!

Noisy, very noisy. Ordered smoked salmon and cream cheese begal. Arrived with no cream cheese. Poor quality considering it was a tenner.

We celebrated my Husband’s 40th Birthday at Kelsey House and had a fantastic evening. I want to say a BIG thank you to Jack, James and all the team for being so helpful and attentive. You made the night run smoothly and made it a stress free process in organising everything; from my initial contact with you, to discussing the food and drink options, to checking in with me throughout the evening. All my guests had a great time and commented on how lovely the food was. Thank you for reminding me about the cake too ☺️ I also want to mention the DJ, he was brilliant and we loved the music he was playing. I would definitely recommend Kelsey House as a great location for a get together with friends and family.

Have been coming to Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen since it opened and it is absolutely brilliant. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The drinks are great - tasty cocktails in particular- with a good happy hour. Stylish inside and outside seating, lively music. Really tasty food too - such a fun spot in Beckenham!

Have visited Kelsey house a few times and Colleen always sticks out as such a great employee. She’s attentive and makes sure everyone is satisfied with the service. She makes the experience perfect and I can’t fault her in her work.

Lovely place for lunch with kids. Koftas and Fries with pulled pork were particularly good. Service was outstanding. Amber was super patient and helpful.

The decor is cool and the staff are nice. BUT, It’s outrageously over priced. A pint and packet of crisps is £8. And get this, I ordered AT THE BAR the Peruvian char grilled chicken skewers on flat bread, £16.50 stated on the menu(over priced) , they then ADD A SERVICE CHARGE on top of that, but you don’t get any service! I admire the audacity 😂

Such poor service asked for a gin and tonic was served a double without my knowledge and charged more than advertised rate. Apparently my fault for not specifying single as double is their default. Told I’m responsible for my alcohol consumption. Sure this breaches licensing laws. Argued rather than understand customers point of view. Good luck in future as local homeowners will not be going back and will advise all our friends.

Lovely vibe, great cocktails (a vote in favour of their Zombie) and super friendly staff. Slightly rowdy hen do killed the vibe a bit, but you can't have it all. Will definitely be back.

I went with a group of friends for drinks. It was quiet on a Tuesday night, but that was fine - we could talk without having to shout! The staff were all excellent - attentive and helpful. We had a good time so I was sorry to see there have been poor reviews recently.

Amazing bottomless brunch as always! It’s not our first and definitely won’t be our last! The staff are very friendly, attentive and keep your glasses topped up at all times. Food is very nice too! Kelsey house is one of our go to brunches. We never have any complaints and we know we will always have a fab time!

It's a nice place however the music was sooo loud, all the time. I mean seriously loud at 8pm Couldn't hear yourself think. Literally shouting to one another's ears and still it was hard to comprehend what the other person was saying. DJ blames the poor speaker system. Group of 15 of us literally left because of the volume.

Had a fantastic time here on Sunday with a few of my closest friends celebrating my divorce!! I wore a T Shirt which said “Fill My Glass, I Just Divorced That Ass” and Sheree and Isabelle took heed! They were brilliant and kept our glasses full the entire time so big thanks to them both! Food was great too! We all had such a brilliant time and our thanks go again to everyone there!

Me and my partner went for Lunch. Never been before and were greeted with a smile and made to feel so welcome. The staff were so accommodating aand friendly, and the food was AMAZING. Why are Katsu Fries not a thing in more places!? Will definitely be coming back!

My group and I had a fantastic time from the moment we entered. Jack was very attentive the whole way through. We couldn’t have asked for someone better to serve us. The drinks and food were great and I would happy come back here. With it being a week day I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I feel more people should come here if they have a day off in the week. came here with our mum and for my first Mother’s Day. Ordered soon after arriving all together. Food took almost an hour to come and everyone got their food other than me. My Caesar salad took an additional 15 mins by which time everyone had finished eating their food and I was told there was a delay as a lot of orders went to the kitchen when ours did. I’m still confused as to why a plain cedar salad took over an hour to come and burgers etc came to our table fine.. the manager kept avoiding eye contact with me and only apologised once the food was brought over. No offer to remove from the bill just an offer of a free drink. Really disappointed after we chose to come here for a special day

My daughters took me for Mother’s Day brunch. If it wasn’t for one lovely waitress, the whole thing would have been a disaster. Our food order was not put through properly - one dish arrived 40 minutes before the rest. The person who appeared to be in charge not only ignored our situation but also ignored my daughter when she tried to ask for help. Disgusting! Such a disappointment when my girls had gone to so much trouble for me. Apart from one staff member, service was dreadful and inexcusable.

Good selection of beers on tap (pleased to see Lucky Saint there as an alc free option), with nice atmosphere and surprising amount of space + booths. Staff also really nice, they dealt with a rude/loud table at brunch swiftly so they didn’t ruin everyone else’s time 👌

I had such a great experience with my friends here... Great food good value for money and absolutely amazing service by our waitress I would definitely go again... only thing was it was very loud with some birthday party but definitely a nice vibe... there was good selection of cocktails and the waitress ensured our glasses were always refilled

Fab night out, food was good, staff did not mind our ramshackle group arriving in dribs and drabs half getting food half not. We stayed right up till closing and they were very nice with reminding us of last orders etc

We had a few drinks here on News years eve day time before heading elsewhere for lunch but then randomly decided to come back for their New Years Eve party that night and had a great time :) The tunes played by the DJ were fun and old school which is what we love, so we were able to dance the night away into the new year :)

Don't go to this place the staff have poor customer services they don't care about their regular customer's We are a local business and have been going there since they opened about eight years ago. We will never go there again

Despite being quiet, terribly poor service by rude ill mannered staff. Do these people not understand hospitality is part of the service industry, emphasis on service! Not lack of! The young gentleman who is the self claimed manager perhaps needs to rethink his career options.

Great service but music too loud!

Lovely team and great service. Witnessed another customer being incredibly rude and aggressive as his friend had been refused service due to being really awful to a member of staff. They handled with absolute grace! As someone who works in this industry it is quite frankly not what we are paid for - there is just no need for it, especially at Christmas!! This isn’t our first time here but certainly won’t be our last, our favourite local!

I booked to take our team to Kelsey House bar & Kitchen for our Christmas social. We had the Christmas Buffet menu and it was delicious. I rate the whole experience from booking, ordering, service and food a 5 star. The waitresses were brilliant and friendly and the Christmas buffet menu was a great experience as each person could take what they wanted and every single main and side we chose was really nice. We all enjoyed it very much and we even got crackers on our table to start our social off with a great feel to it. Thank you very much to the whole team at Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen. Booked a work Christmas do and it was amazing, the music and DJ was fantastic as was the pre ordered buffet food and the drinks flowed nicely. From booking it to organising a prosecco arrival and sorting food options and payment it went so well and highly recommended and it will certainly be a venue for many more occasions. Huge thank you to Beth for all the organising and all the team on the night, lovely friendly staff and from myself and the MBU team celebrating huge thank you.

Oh dear me.....probably one of the worst roast dinners I've ever had.....half roasted or burnt roast potatoes soaked in grease,...tough cabbage, watery gravy, bland chicken....miserable. I left hungry as I could not eat the food.

Went here after a day out exploring the area for some drinks and some plates. Drinks and bar food were great. Couldn't fault it. The service initially was pretty good as well. So why 3 stars? Because the place completely turned at about 10 pm. No more cocktails and the service was non- existing, borderline bad. It turned in to something similar to a student bar. We weren't expecting to stay out as long as we did, so I was wearing a hoodie, which wasn't a problem when we arrived. But when we left I wasn't allowed to go through the "restaurant" part to go to the restroom, which was a bit strange. I would come here again, but definitely leave no later than 9.30pm.

Just had one drink there so can't judge too much, but it was fine. Slightly slow service but drinks tasted good
