Went through drive through asked for ketchup to be added - the pdf thrusted at me no price on the screen zapped card and snatched the machine back and slammed window so the young lad could continue chatting to his colleague - friendly - got home no ketchup wrong drinks ! Will drive to wall island moving forward as it's not the first time ! It us down to who you get in terms of service so not sure on the customer service training extending to the younger weekend staff maybe - shame

First told no coffee came with burger meal! Computer said no and so did manager! Then after much ado he fetched us one coffee complimentary After 2 hrs and 4 mins parked (Disabled)there Iv received a £100 parking ticket!!! I've ordered from here a number of times and there's always something missing from the order how hard is it to get a simple food order correct I can understand once or twice but repetitively be good at your job or don't do it
