I was served by this very handsome devil named david, he made sure my food was cooked to perfection and that it was out quick and still warm, if not done already, give this man a promotion. I'm sure he has a bright career.

Overated over cooked , coffee hot but overflowing, chips warm and soggy .Had the boxed Christmas meal Chicken o/k but the rest rubbish.the stuffng was a joke will never go there again.

Hands down the worst kfc iv been to with the worst staff! Just driven for over 4 hours kids were starving and we had to wait over 35 minutes for 2 meals and 2 kids meals, yet deliveroo drivers were constantly in and out! They obviously prioritise these orders and dont care about the people that have actually bothered to come to the establishment, NO ONE was sitting down eating only standing around the till waiting for their order, when I asked about the delay they said they were waiting on hot wings, I said why not give the rest and bring the hot wings over when done since we were eating in anyway or knock the price of hot wings off or substitute them for something else, the “manager” just looked at me blankly and when I questioned why all the deliveroo drivers were in and out she said not one deliveroo order had hot wings on it, oh please! 😂 When the food was finally ready It was way below par but at that point we were so starving I could of eaten a scabby donkey! This kfc needs closing down and the staff shouldn’t be disbursed elsewhere as they are absolutely clueless and frustrating! If you do insist on ordering from here I’d defiantly deliveroo it though! As for us, next time we will go for the scabby donkey 😂

Well I got food poisoning from raw chicken I took it back he was going to give me new food I requested a refund he then told me it was new oil they used that’s y it was pink load of rubbish. It was raw now I have been very very sick so will prob take matter further

On arrival it took a long time to be served, there was plenty of staff working tonight but still took a while to be served.. After being served I was waiting for a long time, delivery company's where getting there food quicker, even people were complaining about the service.. Staff looked like they don't care, the manager could of smiled but was miserable, kitchen was very dirty, staff throwing boxes on the floor, orders getting mixed up or wrong.. I definitely won't be returning to this store because last time I came, they got my order all wrong and missing some bits.. Chicken soggy, chips are like wet cardboard and corn very wet..

Ordered from kfc took the money never delivered this is the second time this has happened do not bother

Picture this it's my boys 9th birthday we go to Scott cinema, which was a great experience followed by Bridgwaters high street KFC, we purchased a party bucket. We get back home and serve up, were all about 1 or 2 pieces of chicken each in to the meal to discover we have been served pink raw chicken! My misses phones up the restaurant and complains, so now I have a round trip of at least an hour. I get greeted by the supervisor called Stacy, I admit at this point in time I was wound up, by the fact that my son 5 and 9 or their grandparents 70+ could if been poisoned and ended up in hospital or god forbid worse. I conveyed to Stacy how upset I was and her attitude was one of little care as her most important priority was to save the business any financial loss. It was very obvious that she couldn't of cared less about the welfare of my family, compounded by the fact that my last comment as I left was thanks for ruining my day, Stacy's reply any time?!?!? I received no apology, even when Stacy was prompted, I only received a partial refund on my order, with no offer of compensation. Seriously please check your chicken before you eat it! or better still take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Hurrendos. Wait time for food was terrible also. Soggy chicken, got one piece of chicken which was pretty much just battered bone, no meat n it was looking manky. Will never eat kfc again, I can’t imagine.

The kids in there could do with being taught how to speak to people. They make it sound like a chore when dealing with customers. Delivery riders just waltz in and out brushing past people, completely ignoring social distancing. They also get prioritised over actual customers in the shop. Overall, there's a very 'teen angst' vibe in that place.

Take away order delivered without any fries. There should be set fries and side fries. No answer to phone calls.

Went to KFC Bridgwater and stood in a que of people of around 7 people in front of me and you would think 20 minutes tops and I would be in and out.... NO NOT AT ALL!! They gave priority to all the delivery companies whilst I stood in the que for over an hour and still had not been served! At anyone time there was at least 20 deliver people and all being served before quing customers who were being completely ignored and completely unacceptable! Why dont KFC have a separate collection point out of the way of the quing customers and make sure they have plenty of staff to deal with everyone??!! I certainly wont bother going again and I refuse to use a delivery service as I have friends who said they had stuff missing from their orders and when they try to phone KFC to sort it out, the phones are not answered and you cant complain to the delivery company as no idea the name of the person who delivered. Terrible service and I would like to know hove KFC think this is acceptable!! 😡😡

delivery via Uber Eats. Chicken pieces very small, chips cold and soggy, just thrown into a brown bag, not even properly individually portioned. Had to microwave before the kids ate it. Poor quality, certainly not value for money!

Where do I start, most of stuff seem to have had customer service training from Basil Fawlty. Be prepared to stand outside in the cold or rain whilst delivery drivers stand in the waiting area many not wearing facemasks or using them as chin straps. When you do finally get it and order your food the fun really starts, there is at least a 30 % chance that theywill give you an incorrect order (someone else's, things missing, etc) and then another 30% chance that the food will be lukewarm at best. If you think ordering from Ubereats would be easier, don't make that mistake as they will take 45 mins to do a 10 min journey and the food will be inedible. If anything does go wrong don't bother trying to complain as you will get fobbed off. KFC will blame Uber, Uber blame the restaurant, the restaurant won't give you details of the owner and tell you to call customer services (who arent taking calls), and they will send you back to Uber.

Awful service, used a delivery service as I can’t get into town, they packed up only half the meal at the shop and blamed the delivery service??? I was told to come in to sort it out! But I told them I used delivery as I couldn’t get to the store! From then on I was just giving phone numbers that are not answered.

Do not go here had to wait nearly an hour the staff were only bothered about serving deliveroo. The customers waiting outside in the cold were completely ignored. And when i complained they did not want to know.only 3 in shop if customer but delivery people as many as they liked. Give it a very wide berth its crap

Ate here on a tues eve for the 50% off. Staff very helpful, all wearing masks and gloves. Food came out hot and was tasty. Eating area was so hot, I felt so sorry for the staff they must have been melting. Tables could have done with a wipe, in the current climate i was quite shocked that this wasn't on there list of jobs to do frequently. Hand sanitizer as you went in and floor markings, majority of others going in ordering food were wearing masks. Prob wont go back as Mcdonalds i have visited back in kent seemed alot more organised and doing phone app ordering and table service for sit in meals. Just felt a safer environment. Never used the loos so cant comment on there condition.

Just been into this store after giving them a second chance NEVER AGAIN, JUST WALKED OUT. Was told there was a 25 to 30 min wait for chicken, when asked why this time as last time it was a 15 min wait because they were short staffed, she said we only have one fryer working. Theres always some problem with there equipment, the kitchen area tonight looked dirty, shop was full of smoke, normally get that from using old oil. No point in complaining to staff as last time i did the large girl behind the counter just shouted at me in front of other customers DON'T BLAME ME.

I have just actively partaken in the consumption of my fried chicken. Upon arrival I was greeted by a peculiar woman who couldnt function the till correctly. Thus, I waited for my food for approximately 2 minutes. I sat down to consume my lunch- bbq twister wrap, mini fillet, chips and tango- and was appalled by the lack of quality. The mini fillet had no crunch to it whatsoever, and the seasoning was awful. It was like eating a piece of roast chicken. The wrap contained old chicken that was overcooked, and lacked the same quality that was present before. The chips were thrown in the box and scattered everywhere- not good presentation. To conclude, the only thing I enjoyed about my trip to this KFC was walking out the door. Please avoid.

Partner ordered food to take out bring home. Chips were cold, burger was also cold and the chicken was dry and hard had to leave it. Pointless contact info them had a experience before years ago messaged them and they do nothing. The place is dirty, and a lot of time they don't have what you want.

Worst meal in this month!!! Wrap - on picture looks nice and full, extras almost go out from wrap. Reality: Wrap - half empty, flat, close from both sides!!! Just lost my money!!!

Most KFCs ive found are very below standard when they dont need to be.. This one was busy, so had to sit upstairs and have a good view by the window of the high st, Food was warm, choice of drinks was poor as pepsi was out of stock. Tango poured from a stock of 2 ltr bottles, and i didnt want iced tea with a meal. Place was clean and staff polite but sadly any KFC is now fast becoming a hit n miss place to eat.

This was the worse meal i have ever haf in ANY kfc. The chicken was hard, dry and tasteless. never again

Having eaten in the Taunton branch of KFC a couple of weeks ago I felt if I tried another I would get the great taste of KFCs chicken.It was not to be even though I made sure to order Original chicken four pieces £5.99.I tried two pieces and threw that other two pieces away.Maybe I'm too old to eat such food now.I just don't get how awful it tastes now.

This place was unfriendly and in need of a good clean as in the floor and uncleared tables. The teenage staff could not care less or what know good customer service if it bit the on the backside. I may not be one of there teenage mates who they seemed happier to chat with instead of serving so had to drag themselves away to serve talking about who is going out with who Etc Ect my money is as good as the next persons and considering i ate in her before half of them were even born i expect better customer service.

Everything was out of stock, including napkins. The most filthy and disgusting toilet and restaurant I have ever been in. Put me off the chicken how filthy the place is.. one to avoid

Typical KFC restaurant. Premises could do with being a little larger. As ordering counter on the small side. Seems to have enough seating for the amount of people using it.

Chicken seemed a bit raw...would not go here again....been to lots of other KFC places...seem to be better...

Traveling home decided to buy a couple of bargain buckets and chicken sandwiches.

Got served at 5pm but the food looked and tasted like it was cooked at 11am or whenever they open. The staff seemed miserable and stroppy.

Bargain bucket to share. Service was good.A BIT OF A WAIT BUT THE FOOD WAS HOT AND TASTY.the restaurant area was clean although in need of some renovation. Staff didn't appear too motivated but were pleasant . As a fast food outlet not bad

El personal es bastante agradable aquí en KFC Bridgwater pero artículos al menos 3 veces el pedido ha sido que faltaba.

De hecho, en años con mi hija y su comida estaba tibia, y bastante insípido. Paso por la Tienda de bridgwater regularmente y parece repugnante. Muy sucio, mugriento ventanas, suelo sucio y siempre basura en las mesas. No comer allí si era gratis!

Una pieza de pollo sin cocer, una pieza todavía tenía plumas, revestimiento muy duro y seco, ha sido bajo la luz larga. A pesar de la espera no nos preguntó si nos gustaría, nada para la larga espera. Hablé con la directora asistente, salió con la excusa de que no puede cambiar por otro lado patatas fritas. Total basura, otras tiendas KFC lo harán, es llamado la satisfacción del cliente, pero bueno, es Bridgwater y no les importa. Nunca volveré, así que me alegro de haber tenido un correo electrónico de la oficina de atrás y ver de kfc, Bridgwater, son todos unos a capacitarme, en la zona de autobuses, él se encuentra en James tu caso ya.

Pedimos dos hamburguesas filete con queso. Yo la verdad es que conseguimos barato cã bacon en vez de queso.

Popped in for lunch very very very dirty place full of asylum seekers using the place to warm up the burger was disgusting not very warm and it went into the bin

Restaurant: Would not even considering eating in as it is always dirty and messy, with tables clearly not being regularly wiped down.Staff: Staff do not care and rarely do you see a smile, warm welcome, or any effort put in.Often omits parts of the order or messes up / mixes up orders and very slow on service.Food:Have not been impressed. Often find that the chicken is overly salty. Have called when this has happened and been informed that the flour-mixture sometimes gets salty when it gets to the last of the pack, with promises that the staff would be informed to change the pack. When compared to Taunton or Glastonbury or Weston-Super-Mare branches, this is absolutely terrible. We have taken to driving to Taunton-branch instead of Bridgwater where the staff greet you with a smile, the food is great, the restaurant is clean and tidy, and the queues move quickly.

Standard KFC food. Staff slow and appear poorly trained in customer service.No ice.Drinks machine not working so bottled drink offered.No ice cream.I'm not supposed such is the standard of these type of places.Dirty environment.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat with a friend and my 2 year old son. The place was filthy, the counter which has salt and straws in was practically empty. The staff seemed to be taking order after order, handing drinks over, then taking the next persons order, there was no it'll be just a minute, which led to a lot of confusion and people standing in the way in front the counter. Food was bland. My son needed the loo while we were there so I took him into the baby changing facility so he could use his potty, and there was urine covering the floor, the seat and it wasn't a small amount! There was a bucket underneath the sink catching water from a leak, the whole place stank. I came back from the toilet and explained what a state the toilet was in, but I was met with "Oh". We left shortly after, never ever to return. Something needs to be done before someone gets Ill!

Dirty, slow. Tables covered with rubbish, when they did eventually clear the tables they took the rubbish through the serving area and the kitchen, this is the last time I'll eat here or order food from here!

Firstly..... To wear jumpers on hot days is crazy but then to have sweat running down your face and wiping it with the same hand you handle food is disgusting....... I asked for a burrito and witnessed the lady behind the counter lick her fingers....... No gloves....... This place is awful........ Seriously you need to sort out your personal and shop hygiene......... You don't actually deserve the one I have marked you...... This should be a minus!!!!!!

Whilst the food was as expected, I was disgusted with the state of their only toilet. The wash hand basin was filthy and the taps covered in grime and grunge. The whole place had an air of neglect about it.

The food was the usual KFC - if you like it you love it, if you don't, you never will. It was hot and quick, but the staff got visually grumpy when we changed our order to takeaway from eat in. It was a box meal, all this meant doing was putting it in a bag.
