Original interesting building on seafront.

We came on holiday to this area and found this Weatherspoons. The food was always quickly serviced and the very small quibbles we had were dealt with by the staff well. Food was hot and tasty and the pub was clean with friendly staff

Usual Wetherspoon value and good food. Excellent public parking over the road, loads of space and only 1.90p for two hours.

Used to eat regularly there but very doubtful if weal be back food was cold and table was filthy which waiter got irritated about when shown the wipe I used to clean the table standers have drastically dropped great deal

This was a mixed bag. 5 of us between us we ordered 2 different burgers (both were good) chicken basket (not bad) and 2 mixed grills, these were very poor and could barely tell the difference between the over cooked types of meat. The only saving grace was that you got a drink to wash it down with.

Been here many times. Their cider and beer is really great and very well priced and their food is really good with their cod and chips being some of the best to come out of the cheaper end of British pubs, although saying that, their pizza isn’t that great and borderline awful. The service is also brilliant and a lot of the staff are very welcoming. On average if u want just a main meal, one alchoholic drink and a soft drink you can do this for around £15 and sometimes you may even be able to fit in a dessert too without going above £20 for your total spending per person. Parking is located opposite at B&M or about 5 minutes up the road down Old Station Approach, but unfortunately you will need to pay for parking. If those car parks are full, which they usually aren’t, you can always park in the car park opposite Lidl down Oxford Street, which is about a 10 minute walk away through the high street. You can also try for road side parking down the High Street or Seafront as well, but do keep in mind that the high street is a one way system.

Very busy but staff did their upmost best to deliver fast service with a smile! Very clean considering the amount of people coming in from the beach. Food was hot and yummy

It's a Wetherspoons , it is cheap and cheerful. Our meal was good value as it included a drink so the price was good. Food was OK and acceptable for the price , freshly cooked and hot. Drinks were good with some good offers . Large choice of the usual pub classics , grills and steaks, plus some pizzas and pastas. Burgers looked good, too. Service was good , we ordered by the app from our table outside and our drinks and food arrived quickly. Staff were smiling , polite, and helpful. All in all, as it is a Wetherspoon, it is cheap and cheerful, not high end, but if you visit this chain, you can guarantee good value. This one in Burnham on sea and could do with some tlc, but our meal and drinks were OK with no complaints.

Breakfast wasn't great I'm afraid. Bacon was super dry to a rancid crisp. Very small portion of beans . Sausage was tasteless. Toast wasn't fantastic but edible. The coffee machines were great with the free refill. Overall your typical Spoons. Building was nice and I liked the cleanliness of toilets.

Felt claustrophobic, tables too close to each other and really low ceilings. Food was passable l, what you'd expect in Spoons nowadays.

Changed from 1 of our regulars to wont be back Can't believe how it's detereated cold food filthy tables and some staff who are ignorant and couldn't care less

Met with a rude bar staff who informed us that our small dogs were not allowed inside it outside. What pub especially seaside towns where people come on holiday with their dogs, does not allow dogs anymore. I've been to other weatherspoons where dogs were allowed Rude staff

Good Wetherspoon pub with lots of rooms in a great location right on the beach; Right next to it/across the street there is a short and long stay parking lot at normal prices - we'll be happy to come back!

Dropped in for a bite to eat, I had the fish and chips, the fish was massive and very tasty .. my son had the classic burger which he loved . Very enjoyable the only down side was it was roudy, that's not a bad reflection on the establishment though 👍

Beautiful building, decent Vegan breakfast, just what you'd expect from a Whetherspoons, wish they would great the plates or the beans a bit more though, nice outdoor seating too.

Another Wetherspoons pub to tick off the list of ones I've visited. So today we came in for drinks and food. The place was busy but plenty of tables as the pub is huge. Drinks took minutes to arrive from when we ordered on the app. Food was within 10 minutes. Couldn't fault the food or service. We had fish and chips, sausages, chips and beans and 2 x Boneless chicken meal. All empty plates and left feeling full. Toilets were nice, clean and spacious.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and childrens play equipment.

Great spoons, went twice during our holiday and both times service and food and drinks were very good. The steaks I had on both visits were first class, cook medium rare as requested and tender and full of flavour 👌👍

Not the Best JD weatherspoons I've been to, Defo indeed of a Serious Upgrade.

We headed to the spoons for a bite to eat on our last day of a family break at nearby Haven. Food and service is as expected from Weatherspoons - good value and speedy service! Our group ordered Mixed Grill / Pizza / Ramen Noodle Bowl / Swarma Chicken Wrap and kids jacket potato. 7 meals with drinks under £70! Great value. All of the food was tasty - highly recommend! Outside seating is overlooking the seafront which is lovely, if you prefer to avoid the pesky seagulls there's plenty of space inside too.

For a spoons this was pretty good..table for 7 and no complaints

Table was dirty when arrived. The serving staff were rude. The girl we had rolled her eyes and her tone was awful and when my mother asked her for VINEGAR she shouted there over there without even looking at us. If we didn’t have a nice gentleman behind telling us where there were we would have never know. The service is appalling they need to sort it out and the foot was either cold or over cooked wouldn’t recommend

Food was great for the price. Service was mediocre, but then it was late in the day and the place was very busy, so staff were tired, I expect. Lots of noisy kids and tables not cleared, but then it is school Summer holidays, so to be expected. All in all, not too bad and the food is usually very good.

Really lovely atmosphere at this place. The service was really good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also like it that the pub/restaurant is near the sea front. Will definitely be going back again in the future.

Great value £57 for 5 persons meals and drinks we would definitely use this venue and other Weatherspoons again. Pleasant staff even when they were under pressure serving and cleaning tables, well done.

Had to send both meals back twice as it was cold on both occasions. I got new chips the 3rd time around but missus chips were original and cold. Complimentary drinks on round 3. Speaking to locals and they said its regular. Worst Weatherspoons I've used

First time visiting The Reed's Arms in Burnham. Ordered a meal deal, which arrived within 10 minutes but that's where it all went downhill. The table looked like it hadn't been wiped down in ages as it was incredibly sticky. The food itself was pretty 'meh' to be honest. The chips looked and tasted awful. They didn't taste fresh and most were black like they were from the bottom of the bag. The chicken was ok, but the melted cheese was sparse, and the bacon didn't even look like it had touched a pan. Was incredibly fatty and undercooked in my opinion. Now, I used to work for this chain many years ago, and unless your procedures have changed massively since I worked for you, there was no CBSM to speak of. Cleanliness was pretty shocking. Unless this pub is severely understaffed there's no reason why tables weren't wiped down for new customers. Service - I wasn't asked if my meal was ok, in fact I was left to my own devices. Had someone come along I would have mentioned the appalling food that lay in front of me. Pretty dark inside, and it looked like the fridge lights were out of order too. I think if anyone was looking for a decent meal, I'd opt for either a local pub other than this one, or travel further to another 'Spoons. Pretty disappointed with this one.

Don't understand the negativity re other reviews. I'm writing this @table 53 and no way is it dirty or the food quality poor! The staff were attentive, polite and clearly well trained. Clientele were well behaved despite it being cup final. I would score this branch way above weston super mare up the road in every way. Well done Reed Arms

Yes it is a typical Wetherspoons pub you get what you pay for....

Steak arrived cold. Sent back twice then manager arrived. 3rd time it wasn't much better but we had been there almost an hour and were hungry. Too late to ask for refund and find somewhere else to eat.

First visit for me and last. Not impressed 😕

All good, no complaints, and the sun was shining.

Dogs not allowed so didn't bother going in, on principle wouldn't enter even if the dog wasn't with me.

It is a very busy place, but you always know what to expect from a J Ds. Value for money

You know what you get with a JDW. Tables could be kept a little cleaner, but facilities are always kept clean.

I like Wether Spoons in general but this one wasn't as good so far, orders getting mixed up, needs to be cleaned bit more.....

Visited whilst on holiday. Very clean in all areas. Did not eat here, but the food coming out did look very nice.

Went there for our, evening meals, really good freshly cooked food, there are busy areas and quiet areas, somewhere to suit everyone one. With ample parking just across the road. No complaints here, just praise for, helping to make our holiday in Burnham on Sea

A nice place. Huge, so big that you need a map to navigate around. (This was only a half joke). We ordered drinks and food and the service was spotless. The drinks were delivered within minutes and the food for 5 were brought to the table very soon after. Downsides now: if you sit in the middle of the pub, it is extremely draughty and you feel like being on the shore the entire time. Ending up having a headache after. Toilets are upstairs, which was a bit annoying with kids on tow. The review lost it star because there was a very handy handyman who found that lunchtime is the best moment to drill in our brains, sorry...in a wall somewhere, exactly when the pub was more than packed. You couldn't hear the person next to you. So, yep...here you go!

The manager Jake and his team are great apart from Conner the glass collector he is very very special you will all like him 😀

I went to the reeds arms with parents for food the bar staff were really moody and unhelpfull we had to send the food back as wasn't cooked as was asked but was fine on returning

Service was really slow Saturday night, didn't go out for food here just a few drinks. Wasn't an atmosphere as such which was sad but there was a fair few holiday makers who we got talking to which was nice.

How can you ruin scrambled egg? It just wasnt cooked right! On hot toast, not Luke warm. Yes they were busy, but was I not as important as any other paying customer? Obviously not.

Love this place on a hot sunny Sunday afternoon, had the new Ramen noddles with a chips side. Very good and other half had scampi and chips. PROPER NICE GRUB with some thatchers Haze. Staff very helpful and friendly considering it was hot and busy.

Wonderful spoons, great views at sunset and food isn't that bad for a Wetherspoons so can't go wrong with it honestly, would happily go there again, hek I have been there several times

Been on holiday for a week and we’ve visited three times and spent the afternoon in there each time. The food is as expected (sometimes awful) and the beer very well priced. The app is very useful in choosing your food and drink to your table. Hope to be back on our next visit to the area.

Nice building and interior. Could benefit from some additional lighting as it was a tad dark in places.

Nice to sit outside in 🌞 sunshine, staff were friendly. My lasagne was burnt. Fish and chips were 👌 battered.

The food was very good,well presented very well cooked,warm plates and served by a nice set of staff.the only downside was the state of the place.it could do with a good clean and refurb.

We have been in on three occasions. Food excellant. This morning we had a breakfast x 4. Ready for our journey back home to Shropshire. We would just like to say your member of staff Sam was very polite and very helpful. Professional and very pleasant. I hope you value this young gentleman as we did.
