Kfc in City of London, Westminster

Mr akhil probably east asian works there. He is a rude person to customers. I often buy but today i meet him first time. He told me he is a manger and he was careless of my compliants. I saw he is rude to employees also. Management should teach him how to behave with customers

My order was served to someone else by mistake who went to their table, returning five minutes later to rightly complain that their food wasn't correct. He was given his right order, but the staff then expected me to take food that had been sitting in front of him! When I refused, insisting on a fresh order (which took 15 minutes to arrive), they just put the food back onto the serving trays for someone else to get. If this is the standard of food hygiene here, I would avoid it at all costs! I will not be returning.

Quería una comida rápida. Este KFC tiene una sensación de suciedad en el lugar, servicio rápido, comida estándar de KFC. Nada especial. McDs se ve mucho más fresco.
