Had the misfortune of enduring a chicken fillet burger from here recently. How standards have plummeted. A tiny overcooked piece of chicken totally dried out on a stale bun. £6.49 wasted. Never again.

Last night I picked up my dinner from here and it was not only overcooked and desicated, it smells of death. This was not only the worst KFC I have attempted to eat, it is the worst chicken I have ever eaten, and I am mid 50s

A total joke. Forgot half the order, tried to complain and it’s all Just Eats fault. Appalling and not the first time. Avoid this dump and go elsewhere. The worst ever. Kids were left hungry.

Was out with friends for food, got my order and sat at the table as you do. started eating my drumsticks and I notice one of the female staff members hacking away at her nether regions. This was extremely disgusting as her fishy fingers could've fondled my fries or anything. I tried to ignore this as best I could but I then noticed one of the staff members below my table with their feet out, very dirty feet, and one of my chicken legs were being viciously rubbed against the dawgs. I stood up, farted and walked straight out. never eating here again. Yours Truly, Julie.

Be careful at this branch... THE MANAGER WILL SPOIL YOUR MEAL IF HE DOESN'T LIKE YOUR QUERIES.. I was told by the manager " Be careful I am the one making your food so do not be rude for asking since when KFC branch stop Accepting Bluelight card in branch, which manager had no specific answer!" I immediately took refund as was worried manager might spike my meal. Avoid at any cost. Just wondering how many customers might have received certain freebies from this manager I.e spit or sputum ?

Completely useless been here a handful of times and every time our order has been wrong or items missing.

So after seeing the latest offer, 20 hot wings for £5.99, I was tempted so off I went to the valley, Bolton. The coating was hard and crispy, not the usual coating. So hard and crispy in fact, that I ended up pulling it off most of the wings, to find that over half of them were quite pink and under cooked in the middle hence they went in the bin. On the plus side, the girl who served us was pleasant and the order was correct which is a first and we didn’t have to wait long !!

After waiting 30 mins for food, it was all wrong....it's an absolute joke in that place , need a manager to run it instead of kids....never ever again will I go here...stay away

Worst KFC I've ever been too every table was dirty the floor was full of rubbish. No toilets except the disabled but had to get a key to open but no toilet rolls the bins were over flowing. Only gravey as a side. The staff didn't have a clue and was stood around doing nothing. No excuse for the mess as it was empty only one customer in. Would not go back and don't recommend anyone else doing so.

The KFC on Bury Road Bolton has to be the worst one! Waiting for over 20 minutes for two meals - really!!!! The self service doesn't work n the young girl serving must be new as she didn't really know what she was doing! She was very polite and apologetic but that's not what we wanted! Not been here for a while so thought it wld be better by now but sadly not! Won't be coming back! Not impressed at all

Roll up roll up come see the slowest drive through in the country with waiting times about 50 mins to serve 4 cars. This isn't the first time, and they always steal your popcorn chicken so check bag before moving on.

Placed a delivery order been waiting nearly 2 hours now, what an disgusting service I am not happy and want my money back please do not order a delivery from this company

Got food last Saturday from KFC Waters Meeting Bolton. Qued around 45 minutes at the drive thru to find the order incomplete when arriving home. Returned back with to order as per the request of the Duty Manager Craig which took around 45 mins. The meal was replaced but the quality of the food second time was very very poor after being replaced.All the 10 Chicken pieces consisted of 8 leg portions and 2 thigh portions. KFC Oil was all over the bag the meal was packed in,this leaked onto my jeans causing a oil stain The Fries where soggy, over cooked from being left and reheated.Lots of other concerns also, far to many to list here. The Management team Mike and Craig are extremely poor, showing very weak customer service skills and concerns to resolve my issues.making excuses and offering very little in the way of a satisfactory conclusion and compensation I also asked for the contact details of the area manager but once again this was refused. This complaint is now being sent to head office for futher investigation.Avoid using this KFC at all costs at present. Looking at the previous reviews on here clearly indicate there are nationwide problems with this company.

Ordered on Deliveroo, wasn’t even a big order and out of the 4 items they didn’t put 2 items in the bag!? I call the store and was told it wasn’t their problem and to contact Deliveroo which I did and got my money back. Staff unhelpful and not an ounce of customer service, food that they did manage to remember to send me was dry and overcooked

Purchased two big daddy boxes The contents looked as though they had been thrown into the box The lid wasnt on the gravy properly in one and it leaked out causing the bottom of the box to fall through so lost everything to the big rat on the car park I never slate anywhere until I've tried it twice ,however this was the third and last time of trying this particular branch

Open but not serving as not ready! Told it would be 10 or 5 minutes, missing the fast food point. Attitude appalling and despite just opening tables dirty from the night before. When we spotted rats on the car park decided to make a quick exit!

I could buy an egg, raise a chicken, cook it (sorry mate) add some breadcrumbs, grow some potatoes, cook the potatoes and create a delicious meal - all in the time I’ve waited for my food at this particular KFC. Painfully slow.

I had my interview at KFC on Blackburn road the assistant manager was outstanding friendly and give me the job

Had to repeat our order three times as the operative wasn't listening properly, as usual at a peak time the ice cream machine wasn't working. Waited twenty-five minutes for our food then had to sit outside to eat it as the empty tables were filthy, not to mention the state of the floors.Interesting to be told by a delivery driver that the Manager had instructed him to park in the disabled bays, even though the car park was half empty.Altogether a poor experience with a long wait, dirty restaurant, and ignorant staff.

Whenever we buy a share bucket or party bucket something is always missing! Staff need to check all items are present before giving to customers, usually we check stuff on the car park didn’t today and missed out on our popcorn chicken!!

Absolutely shocking food, customer service disgusting, the staff couldn’t understand English even if you put them on a legal minimum wage, it’s supposed to be a drive thru not a car park, I ran out of diesel by the time I’d managed to get my food he had me waiting that long

You wouldn’t imagine that a franchise could get things wrong. Well the chicken here was awful, the meat was dry and they had managed to burn the coating. I won’t be going there again.

Visited today and got excellent service from a new manager on site. Really good hot food and friendly staff, the manager in particular was really helpful. I regularly visit this KFC and never have any problems with the food or staff, usually visit when it opens so always served quickly with hot food.However, one slight issue today comes from the very rude member of staff in the car park when I was leaving. When we arrived there was a large grid cleaning vehicle on site parked across the disabled bays cleaning the grids. I parked in the disabled bay I could access but was over the line encroaching the next bay, a normal bay. One of your staff had parked his car so close to mine when I was in the restaurant when my automatic mirrors opened they almost touched his car. I asked him to move and he just laughed very rudely accusing me of parking stupid. I tried to explain about the grid cleaner in the car park but his attitude stunk. It was a struggle to get out of the space safety and would have been impossible for anyone to climb into the passenger seat. I appreciate he didn't know about the grid cleaner since it had now left, but at 11am the car park was empty and I feel he parked like he did just to wind me up. He was very rude, and I'll be honest his attitude has put me off visiting this KFC again. Sorry but I won't return again untill your staff gain some respect and manners.

Came this evening to collect a family bucket meal stood there 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged only 2 members of staff working and the drive thru was closed

Dicided to have a change from Mcds ordered a family feast bucket along with gravy sides took it home to share shock horror 4tiny bags of about 10 /15 tiny cops some burnt and inedible still got peel on the chicken portions so small some inedible just bones covered in skin and the famous coating so bland3 tiny wings went in the bin. Asked for Diet Pepsi given normal Pepsi I used to say I would rather have k f c than MCds not any more KFC is OFF the take away list

So we were waiting for from quarter to twelve in a queue at the front and we were waiting twenty five minutes to be served but we didn’t there was literally two staff members on and service was crap this needs to be fixed.

Normally use the drive thru but the last bargain bucket I picked up was disgusting. The chicken was dry and overcooked, like it had been stood for ages, we ended up throwing it away.

Every time I go to a KFC. I am disappointed, because the floors are greasy or the tables haven’t been cleaned or they generally get the order wrong. Well not this time. It was perfect we where served very efficiently, order correct and the place was spotless. Well done KFC keep it up. Attended 12.30pm 29.07.2018.

Ordered an 8 piece dipping boneless feast using the drive-thru, paid £14.99, and when I got home, there were only six pieces of chicken in the box. The batter covering the chicken was "hard" and looked more brown than golden, as if it had been quickly reheated after sitting around for a while. My visit was at 8.18pm in the evening and the place was nearly empty. There is no excuse for serving reheated food and putting 6 pieces in the box instead of 8. I complained using KFC website but they gave me no joy.

We go every week. Staff all seem to be young females who giggle chatter and mess about. Very rude at the drive thru as they death we talk to one amother than the customer. Always get the order wrong and miss out food or sides. Had a big daddy box meal with no burger before! Got free wings off the app so you have to ask them 3 times to actually give you the wings. Constantly given gravy that according to the sticker should've been chucked hours ago. All food is just slopped loose into a box with no individual containers and always get the hump when we ask for tissue packs which they never give.

Visited on a Saturday evening, drive thru, take away. Prefer this kfc to all the others as it seems to have staff that listen and get the order correct. Food was good, seemed to be freshly cooked.

Family bucket meal just the job to replenish energy Very tasty food and no washing up to do! The venue is very clean and food was cooked to order not hanging around in a warming oven Also very good value.

Alright food not the best but its edible. Staff come accross a bit rude but overall i got my tea and thats it.

A decent KFC in Bolton which has been in its location for several years.
