Cant have any complaints about the food. Amazing burgers. Gets a 2 star because the place itself was not looked after. The bins were overflowing, food left on tables. Sat on a table that was empty but was so sticky. Took a while before we actually got to order. There were only 2 members of staff which probably explains the hygiene. Place should hire more staff

I have tried different burgers shops in Bolton so far. Arizona is far better among all of them. I always like to go there. Chicken burgers range is outclass. Unique taste. Only problem is long wait.

Great food deserves all the hype definately one of top burger spots in bolton however is quite pricey would reccomend coming here if you are looking for some good quality food you dont mind paying a little bit extra for

2 people working in a busy restaurant isn't good enough, food took way over 20 mins originally quoted and it was cold.

The food was disgusting, the chicken we waited for nearly 30mins as it was fresh was not fresh and was frozen cooked chicken. Also the food was cold considering you are open during Ramadan and people are coming to open fast, you should able to accommodate. If you can’t then you shouldn’t be opened.

Flavour, hot food, amazing customer service, great service time and generally a great place! Definitely coming again 100/10!!!

Cheesy Volcano, there is nothing like it. Would definetly recommend it.

Food is what you expect. Decent. Remember to bring your own heater or 3 jackets as these guys don’t believe in warmth. Seriously, the place was freezing. Had to take my food to the car to enjoy my food with a can of warmth.

Waited 45s mins for the order and gave me the wrong food. I rang and asked why and they tried to justify that i ordered what they gave me. Really poor service. There is a difference between beef and chicken. I hope you understand that.

Extremely slow service. Ordered on phone and got told 15-20 minutes for food to be ready for collection. Arrived to store 25 minutes later to be told food would be ready in another 20 minutes.

Went to eat with children, and ordered mild chicken with rice. Chicken was very spicy and overbearing taste of lemon. Spoke to the waiter and he said that's how it's meant to taste. Was not helpful at all. Couldn't eat the food had to dispose. The food was inedible.

Awful customer service, we’re told our food would take up too 30 minutes but we sat waiting for over an hour whilst others came in and out ordering and then receiving their food about 10 minutes after they had ordered! There was no apology for how long we had to wait or that our food and evening was ruined. Would not recommend going there.

Located amongst other eating places on the block. Plenty of seating. Food can take a while to come so be prepared to wait. The chicken and burgers were very good. Good choice of menu items. Staff were friendly and approachable.

Food was ok.. unfortunately they seem to be more concerned about deliveries and takeaways rather than the actual customers in the shop.. we waited nearly 45mins for our food, whilst we watched at least 6 deliveries and numerous takeaway customers leave the premises.. I actually commented that we should have ordered it to go and then sat down to eat.. very disappointed

Disappointing they take forever to get food ready i ordered 1 burger meal and 3 people who came after me got their food before I did plus quality and taste of food is mid and once they make the food they leave it in the oven instead of giving it to you

Used love this place used have it every week without fail but sick of them putting prices up, £10 for a burger meal and like £3.50 delivery, used to be £8 so wont order anymore, they’re a takeaway trying to charge resteraunt prices

Ordered food was told 15 to 20 mimutes wait for 2 burgers and strips. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for the food to be wrong while people who came in after us got their food quicker, went back in for the person who served us to tell us that it was my mistake not his. Do not recommend awful service would never come here again

Been trying to find new places to eat out from. Popped in here last night as it appeared busy enough to give the impression it may be good. Was told at the outset our order may take 30 minutes, for a chicken wrap and a burger! The whole time we were there, a lot of delivery guys arrived to collect various orders. Seems the customers who actually visit are treated as second class. My wrap was made earlier than the burger, I could see it sat waiting in the warmer for over 10 mins. By the time we got home, not that far.. The food was stone cold.. Fries were soggy.. Fair enough there was a lot of fries and they are reasonably priced.. But I like my food hot. Disappointed and I won't be returning there.

Masha’Allah! What an amazing place to come to eat! The service was great!! I had the smash original burger and my mate had the cheesy volcano burger, we split the burger in half and had half each, it was beautiful. The smash burger hit the spot just right and it was nice and juicy. Well done guys keep up the hard work!!!!

Went for lunch with family. I ordered the grill chicken in the lemon and herb. Really enjoyed it, the service was good and the place was nice.

First time eating at this place, adequate amount of seating. Turnaround for the food was a little slow but the food was nice. I had the Smashed Joe's burger, it was cooked well and presented nicely. Also got some popcorn chicken on the side. Would go again.

3.45 extra for a meal on Uber eats. Charging 6.45 minimum for a burger on its own. 😂 ur never gonna get orders like that. When’s the website coming out the closet.

Decent place, some good variety on the menu. Peri peri fillets are a bit dry so I'm more inclined to sway towards the beef burgers. Curly fries are really nice. Yet to try the wings and shakes 😋

I ordered a delivery on uber eats and did not receive my food as the driver drove past my street and refused to look or reply to the messages I had sent. Even after contacting both the restaurant and uber eats I never got my money or the food I ordered. This must be the restaurants responsibility that their customer receives their food. I always order from here so I am very disappointed.

One of the worst places for food I have ever experienced. Order was all wrong. Order was short and luke warm. When you have 2 hungry children and everything you received was wrong not a great start. Food was tasteless did not taste fresh at all. As someone who travels the country having tried plenty of food this genuinely is the worst thing I have ever eaten. Would rather have eaten a KFC

They can't cook chicken, there burgers are as small as mcdonalds burgers, for nearly 7pound it is not worth it.

Very Inconsistent Food, Peri burgers most of the time with very Tiny Fillet of Chicken, if you order from delivery, you cannot choose to order burger only and you will forced to add Fries and drink and after paying more than £8 for a meal you still get kids capri sun juice option and still have to pay another 50p to change it to get a soft drink. Very cheeky owner, called to inform him but looks like he doesn't care.
