Great food. We finished every last bit. Steak is so moist and tender that you don’t need any sauce. We had the rib eye 350 gram steak which was so great that you just want to savour the taste on its own. Alisha is the perfect host as she explains the different cuts to choose from. We will be back for more.

Delicious food and lovely staff

When I first came in, I felt a little unfamiliar. It's a big restaurant. Maybe it was because it was Wednesday. I was the only one who ordered a LOKUM. The restaurant doesn't sell wine, so I went to the wine shop next door to buy a bottle of red wine🍷. The steak was pretty good, and the juicy steak was dried out in a few strokes. Sister Mante recommended the home-made milk cake, which was quite delicious. I finished the red bottle I bought and went back to sleep feeling dizzy. Miss Lottie has a very authentic British accent. If I have to leave a review on Google, I'll just leave it here. The following is an English review written at their request. The number of words doesn't match, so I'll leave it at that. Fantastic steak, forgettable cake, lovely people.

Perfect experience all around! Aleesha was amazing, very chatty, very down to earth, full of recommendations and personality. Promised her we'd come back to try the T-bone she recommended, and we will be back. The food was brilliant, the music and atmosphere was brilliant, the service was brilliant. From Aleesha, to the every other member of staff we interacted with. Perfect. Also a huge shout out to the bar staff who kept up with our mocktail orders all night. We didn't catch her name, but she was also brilliant. She even brought over a new mocktail to try and give feedback on. In a steakhouse, the steak is always the star of the show- and whilst it was phenomenal, we were also pleasantly surprised by the service. They also served desserts which were a perfect accompaniment to the entire meal. We'll be back, probably my favourite spot in Bolton now.

Beefalo is a fantastic spot with perfectly cooked steaks and a delicious menu. The standout is Alisha, whose attentive and friendly service made the experience even better. Great food and amazing staff make Beefalo a must-visit!

We were back at our favourite restaurant in Bolton again today 10/08/24 Once again a very very warm welcome,especially from Katarina who is an amazing waitress and once again took special care of us,thankyou so much Katarina you make our dining experience so much better. Once again great food and atmosphere in a beautiful romantic setting. Myself and my partner love Beefalo,the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant itself is presented beautifully. We were there last on 16 /06/24 and our waitress Katerina was fantastic,she was very attentive and took very very good care of us,thankyou Katerina 😊 We had a an amazing evening.

The steak was deliciously tender, it was melting in my mouth. Loved the Beefalo Fizz mocktail! Our waitress Alisha was friendly and funny and she gave us a walkthrough of the available desserts. (I'm sorry if I'm getting your name misspelled!). We're not from the Bolton area but we'd return to eat here <3

They have no alcohol license but don't tell you until you order. Food is average, staff are lovely but they need to inform customers you don't serve alcohol. This should be on their website, booking form & when you phone. But it isn't 😭 They should get 3 stars for food only. I was told female toilets were nice but male toilets disgusting. Pee all over the floor & toilets, hand dryer torn off the wall. Beautiful building with so much promise...

Nice place, lovely food, friendly staff. 👍 It would be great if it was more obvious for the uninitiated that there's no alcohol license though, so you don't have to nip over to Asda after ordering.I hadn't spotted it anywhere on the website so it was a bit of a surprise on arrival!

We went for my brothers 21st birthday, and service was incredible! Hostess was really lovely and persuaded us to get dessert, absolutely go for the tres leches! the steaks were cooked perfectly, my only complaint was that the ribs were not what i expected as they were off the bone and shredded and not a huge portion size, but other than that everything else was perfect. Staff are wonderfully attentive, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious!

We went here for our first year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We ordered the king platter and the meat was so delicious and perfect to our taste. Alisha and Katrina were very attentive and even gave us a surprise for our celebration. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back very soon.

Really enjoyed our visit today to Beefalo. Loved the modern art deco of the restaurant, food was brilliant (actually very hot) and arrived on time, our waitress Alisha was very active and assisted us with our orders promptly. Really good service and will defintely recommend to others to visit the restaurant.

First time at the restaurant and what delightful surprise, the ambience is nice. The food is very tasteful with lot of options to choose from. Alisha has been a joy, very cheerful and made us feel very welcome and never too imposing. The desert was the cherry on top of an already perfect dinner out. By recommendation of Alisha, we took the caramelised cake and what a treat it was. Thank you again and thanks for having us. We will be back.

Well what a hidden gem! Our pals introduced us to Beefalo and I can’t believe we haven’t been before. The food was amazing as was the service. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thanks to the team for looking after us so well last night and for the lovely touch of the cake and singing for my birthday!

5 Stars. Alisha and Tugay were very nice and they gave us free ice cream. The service was awesome and it would be a good place to go with family. The atmosphere was very clean aswell and the steak was definitely worth the price. Surprisingly, they had wagyu. I hope you enjoy your experience if you end up going!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE. Myself and my husband went tonight for my birthday and can 1000% recommend this place. We enjoyed the King Platter, Skin on Fries and Asparagus. For after my husband had the Turkish Baklava and I had the 3 milk cake 😋 When we arrived our waitress Katrina asked if it was a special occasion so when they brought out dessert my cake had a candle in and they sang Happy Birthday. It was such a lovely touch.

If you need to come to any stake place come to this little gem in Bolton !!!!! The food was amazing Delicious as always I would highly recommend The young lady working there (aleesha) was so helpful with my order and helped me with ordering the ribeye steak and drinks she’s a little gem was sooooper helpful (ps she deserves a pay rise)

We have been there many time and it never disappoints us. There is a Girl Aleesha she is amazing , always giving her best to making customer happy. My daughter always loves to go there just to meet her .

Had our first meal at Beefalo last night and it was superb. Both the Lamb Cage and Texas Steak were cooked to perfection 👌🏼 Good sized portions too. Very friendly staff, both waitresses and manager. Will be going back again soon. If you’ve never been give it a try you won’t be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The steak was really nice when we visited earlier in the month. We had a seafood platter and king platter to share. There was a lot of meat on the king platter and meat was very tender. As it was a Thursday, it was really quiet and no one in the restaurant until we were nearly finished. The staff were really friendly and nice to the kids as they played around the table.

Ordered a tomahawk today loved the food , flavours were there, the kind girls merve and Aleesha left us a lovely service, Also recommend the caramel milk cake.

Food was bland. And if you're a Pakistani reading this comment, don't dine in this place as you wouldn't like the food. White girl at the entrance was too talkative with my husband, she should just do her job and have respect for women. Otherwise, it was a very nice atmosphere!

Where do I start, this place is really a hidden jewel in Bolton. The food was amazing, 10/10 & the customer service was so lovely. Alisha gave us the warmest welcome & provided the sweetest company. The best dinner I have had in the UK. As a Turkish woman I can say the kofta is the exact traditional recipe💯 Sides are delicious, baklava is perfect. The atmosphere is stunning. The all staff are kind and friendly. I'm sure I'll come here regularly from now on. Highly recommend !!

Best steak house in Bolton. The chips are tender and exquisite. The drinks are cool (cold) and colourful. Most restaurants I go to don't really take time. But this restaurant takes its time and also makes it feel special. Me and my children love going here and know it as a family place. We can always rely on this place to make our day. It really is on fire.( Alisha and alif were our waiters and they made me want to come again)

Second time here and once again the experience was amazing. Food was impeccable the service from the staff couldn’t be faulted (our table server was Katrina and she was so attentive and catered to our every need). Such a lovely establishment with great food and great vibes. Can’t wait for the next visit!

The steak was amazing! The staff were all very friendly, but I have to say our server Tugay was even better, he was very attentive & kind. The other brilliant feature was that we could pray upstairs which was great for us all. All in all, the evening was made by the tasty food & brilliant service!

The food was top notch and mojitos were amazing but best of all was the service. It was my son's birthday so one of the staff named Alisha was nice enough to offer us complimentary dessert. Unfortunately we were too full to have some but she was one of the best waiters we had been served by as she was extremely friendly and sociable. Overall we would definitely go back again.

First time trying this restaurant and I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it was for Bolton. The decor inside is absolutely beautiful, the manager was so polite and welcoming on entrance. The service here was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and would 10000% recommend this restaurant. I am a big foodie and love boujie high end restaurants and although this isn’t an expensive high end restaurant it’s 100% up there with them, just more affordable. Alisha was an absolute pleasure, such a kind sweet soul, happy to have been served by her. Will definitely be coming here again.

My wife and I visited today for the second time and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful, all of the team working there made an effort to speak to us and gave a warm welcome. The server (I think her name might have been Alicia?) Was kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again as my wife won’t stop talking about the octopus and I’m keen to try the chicken next time! Always passed this place as we live local so decided to try it out as a birthday treat, absolutely amazing is all I can say! The food the service and the venue was 1st class BEST Steak I have ever had! Ali (manager) and Merve who was our waitress were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. I even got a birthday cake and a sing song at my table on the house! Will definatly return and recommend to everyone.

It was my partners Birthday today and from the moment we entered and were seated the service was great from start to finish. Alicia was lovely and welcoming and checked in to make sure we were having a good time and most of all had everything that we needed. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for making us feel welcome! And we certainly enjoyed the birthday dessert. Would recommend to family and friends and for those looking for somewhere new to try this would be a great place to start. Great service from start to finish. Will certainly be going again.

I had one of the best breakfast experience today. A very welcoming place around Manchester. It was a delightful and fresh open buffet breakfast with variety of options. Affordable price for an open buffet with good quality bakery and hotter options. Strongly recommend to try. Hope they make it on Sundays as well.

Very nice decor, although I was seated facing what looked like a small butchers shop, maybe not to everyone’s taste, I had a Burma Chicken as a starter, served in what looked like a landmine and tasted rather bland, this arrived after my family members had eaten theirs, unfortunately it was also just about lukewarm, I asked.for a hot replacement, a fresh hot starter was brought from the kitchen which was served together with my main course. It was a tough mission trying to play catch up with everyone else at the table, I went for Steak with chilli sauce & fries, I may sound picky here however, because the meat was cut rather thinly it was quite chewy, similar to Chinese takeout, not expected at this price point this was our first visit and I would recommend this restaurant, I would visit again and try other dishes. Staff were lovely and looked after us at our table.

Took the family for my daughters birthday trying something new as there isn’t much option In Bolton these days apart from Nando’s Indians and Italians … Wasn’t disappointed with anything, great service, nice setting, lovely food … food was out quick the meat ball starter was unbelievable the steak was top class peppercorn sauce fantastic, partner had the chicken burgers she loved it son had steak loved it and my little girls had chicken nuggets and loved it we all left happy and will be returning in the future, highly recommend

Slightly confused writing this as most of the recent reviews offer very glowing appraisals of the service and food on offer. No particular issue with the service, though we did get asked by 3 different waiters if we were ready to order within the space of 2 mins, but the food is where the disappointment was. The burma chicken was decent, the mushroom chicken however was very bland. The sucuk was rather good, many restaurants use cheap produce whereas this was authentically prepared Turkish sausage. The pulled beef burgers were very bland, no indication that they’d been slow cooked in any form of marinade or seasoning. It’d be a stretch to say they had been prepared earlier and simply reheated purely because of how tepid the temperature was of the meat. Really expected more given how easy it is to make flavourful slow cooked ribs. The ribeye steak was good and commensurate with the price charged for a 350g cut of steak - probably the only dish I’d wholeheartedly recommend. The mocktails were lacklustre. Tasted like they’d just dispensed 3-4 measures of the respective monin syrup in tap water and added crushed ice. If you’ve got this far you’ll see there is some promise of the offerings here, hopefully they take note and make the effort to ensure they have a consistent kitchen service. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon, maybe we didn’t get the right items on the menu but then arguably they should have a more selective menu of dishes that they can confidently deliver on.

Beefalo is top of the list for a date night or family meal. We've reserved tables and are always met with a smile and comfortable seating. The restaurant has a lovely vibe and the food is exceptional. The bring your own alcohol option does add more value too. Parking on local side streets is aplenty. If I was to pick at a negative, the ladies toilet is vety cold and lacks adequate heating. We took our kids, the menu was better than just beige food/ fries. It would have been nice to see some veg on the kids menu too too but there were no complaints from my kids.
