Delicious food, from the starters all the way to the deserts. 10/10 service, extremely polite and accommodating. Will be back soon for sure!

Amazing food chef salon so friendly

The steak is not good here nor is the spicy lamb steak. Everything was chewy, we asked for medium rare and everyone got it super well done. Went with 5 of my friends and All 6 of us unanimously agreed food was dead. When I got my steak the waiter almost spilt the meat juice on me, I complained about the steak being too chewy and then when it came to paying I asked to remove service charge, the waiter had the audacity to make a weird face. Defo will not be going again, hype job, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Also flavours of the steak, peppercorn sauce and Demi glazed sauce was poor and the mash tasted like baby food. The most flavoursome item was the pepper. They got a lot more to improve on, I travelled 50 miles for this, very disappointing.

Best steak house in Bolton no doubt the ribeye steak is amazing with the mushroom sauce would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go down

The meal was great, the food was delicous, the gentleman serving us was friendly and attentive - one steak was overcooked and he dealt with it and brought a new one over with no issues. The only thing i would express is the expectation that if customers are splitting the bill the waitress/waiter should be doing the calculations rather than relying on the customer. Overall great meal, lovely ambiance and spacious, clean and comfortable seating.

Took my family for a birthday meal and we were all very happy. Food was delicious, the chef was friendly and professional. The waiting staff were warm and welcoming, ready to help and approachable. The restaurant was nicely laid out with good space between tables and the furniture was fairly comfortable. My 11 year old is a limited eater and even they found food they loved the taste of.

I went with my family first time to try this food place after reading a lot of good reviews keeping it simple sitting area was really nice , staff was friendly but food was very disappointing we had steak( chicken and beef) my children had kids meal it was blank honestly no flavours at all in steaks (chicken or beef) paid 100 pounds OVERLY priced it was not worth it honestly And in the menu it’s shows meals served with choices of potatoes/ fries and then it shows price next to it but when you get the bill they charge separate for fries it’s not mentioned any where in menu or price list.

Had a great celebration with my partner. We had an amazing steak with waitresses (Aleesha and Lottie) that were welcoming and nice afrobeats to set the mood. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Had a great time. My wonderful parther brought me out for my birthday and we had the rib eye steaks. Loved the afrobeats music. Aleesha and Lottie were amazing. Will come here again. Also love the chef display

Amazing and lovely restaurant, the staffs were great and kind, funny too, the song playlist is top notch, I enjoyed every bite of my lunch and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We went to Beefalo Bolton today for the first time and had the seafood platter starter and T-bone steak. The way our steak was brought to the table and carved in front of us was outstanding. This was top quality beef cooked to perfection. From start to finish our whole experience was fantastic. Amazing food and our service excellent. We will definately be back to this hidden gem.

Great food. We finished every last bit. Steak is so moist and tender that you don’t need any sauce. We had the rib eye 350 gram steak which was so great that you just want to savour the taste on its own. Alisha is the perfect host as she explains the different cuts to choose from. We will be back for more.

Delicious food and lovely staff

When I first came in, I felt a little unfamiliar. It's a big restaurant. Maybe it was because it was Wednesday. I was the only one who ordered a LOKUM. The restaurant doesn't sell wine, so I went to the wine shop next door to buy a bottle of red wine🍷. The steak was pretty good, and the juicy steak was dried out in a few strokes. Sister Mante recommended the home-made milk cake, which was quite delicious. I finished the red bottle I bought and went back to sleep feeling dizzy. Miss Lottie has a very authentic British accent. If I have to leave a review on Google, I'll just leave it here. The following is an English review written at their request. The number of words doesn't match, so I'll leave it at that. Fantastic steak, forgettable cake, lovely people.

Perfect experience all around! Aleesha was amazing, very chatty, very down to earth, full of recommendations and personality. Promised her we'd come back to try the T-bone she recommended, and we will be back. The food was brilliant, the music and atmosphere was brilliant, the service was brilliant. From Aleesha, to the every other member of staff we interacted with. Perfect. Also a huge shout out to the bar staff who kept up with our mocktail orders all night. We didn't catch her name, but she was also brilliant. She even brought over a new mocktail to try and give feedback on. In a steakhouse, the steak is always the star of the show- and whilst it was phenomenal, we were also pleasantly surprised by the service. They also served desserts which were a perfect accompaniment to the entire meal. We'll be back, probably my favourite spot in Bolton now.

Been twice now. Will definitely be going again

Disappointed to say the least. Chicken was like it was pre cooked a few days ago and the. Chicken into a pan of oil with some veg that also weren’t cooked and swimming with red oil, burger was pinky greyish and was the sloppyiest burger on the planet. Skin in fries where hard and sharp came the food came that fast you could tell it had been rushed off out the door and was like it had been pre cooked and reheated

Beefalo is a fantastic spot with perfectly cooked steaks and a delicious menu. The standout is Alisha, whose attentive and friendly service made the experience even better. Great food and amazing staff make Beefalo a must-visit!

My husband & I shared the T-bone steak which was cooked to perfection by the chef at our table & served with fries and peppercorn sauce. Was the best steak I’ve tasted! Desserts were delicious too. Our waiter (Tyler) provided us with an excellent service. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. No alcohol is served but you can bring your own. Our 2nd visit to Beefalo & won’t be our last!

We were back at our favourite restaurant in Bolton again today 10/08/24 Once again a very very warm welcome,especially from Katarina who is an amazing waitress and once again took special care of us,thankyou so much Katarina you make our dining experience so much better. The restaurant itself is presented beautifully. We were there last on 16 /06/24 and our waitress Katerina was fantastic,she was very attentive and took very very good care of us,thankyou Katerina 😊 We had a an amazing evening.

The steak was deliciously tender, it was melting in my mouth. Loved the Beefalo Fizz mocktail! Our waitress Alisha was friendly and funny and she gave us a walkthrough of the available desserts. (I'm sorry if I'm getting your name misspelled!). We're not from the Bolton area but we'd return to eat here <3

They have no alcohol license but don't tell you until you order. Food is average, staff are lovely but they need to inform customers you don't serve alcohol. This should be on their website, booking form & when you phone. But it isn't 😭 They should get 3 stars for food only. I was told female toilets were nice but male toilets disgusting. Pee all over the floor & toilets, hand dryer torn off the wall. Beautiful building with so much promise...

Nice place, lovely food, friendly staff. 👍 It would be great if it was more obvious for the uninitiated that there's no alcohol license though, so you don't have to nip over to Asda after ordering.I hadn't spotted it anywhere on the website so it was a bit of a surprise on arrival!

We went for my brothers 21st birthday, and service was incredible! Hostess was really lovely and persuaded us to get dessert, absolutely go for the tres leches! the steaks were cooked perfectly, my only complaint was that the ribs were not what i expected as they were off the bone and shredded and not a huge portion size, but other than that everything else was perfect. Staff are wonderfully attentive, the restaurant is beautiful and the food is delicious!

My family had an excellent experience here. From the food to the service, everything was top notch. My fillet mignon was medium rare and cooked to perfection - the mushrooms on the side are also a must! By far though the service was stand out - they are all so family friendly and took time to interact with my 3 year old. Alisha especially went out of her way to make sure we were looked after and made our whole experience that much better, so props to her!

This is a great spot to come and enjoy a delicious juicy steak. The meat is cooked to perfection and it is very tender. The atmosphere and the friendly/helpful staff add to the great experience we have had. This is by far the best place in bolton. Will definitely be coming again!

We went here for our first year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We ordered the king platter and the meat was so delicious and perfect to our taste. Alisha and Katrina were very attentive and even gave us a surprise for our celebration. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back very soon.

Really enjoyed our visit today to Beefalo. Loved the modern art deco of the restaurant, food was brilliant (actually very hot) and arrived on time, our waitress Alisha was very active and assisted us with our orders promptly. First time at the restaurant and what delightful surprise, the ambience is nice. The food is very tasteful with lot of options to choose from. Alisha has been a joy, very cheerful and made us feel very welcome and never too imposing. The desert was the cherry on top of an already perfect dinner out. By recommendation of Alisha, we took the caramelised cake and what a treat it was. Thank you again and thanks for having us. We will be back.

Well what a hidden gem! Our pals introduced us to Beefalo and I can’t believe we haven’t been before. The food was amazing as was the service. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. Thanks to the team for looking after us so well last night and for the lovely touch of the cake and singing for my birthday!

5 Stars. Alisha and Tugay were very nice and they gave us free ice cream. The service was awesome and it would be a good place to go with family. The atmosphere was very clean aswell and the steak was definitely worth the price. Surprisingly, they had wagyu. I hope you enjoy your experience if you end up going!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE. Myself and my husband went tonight for my birthday and can 1000% recommend this place. We enjoyed the King Platter, Skin on Fries and Asparagus. For after my husband had the Turkish Baklava and I had the 3 milk cake 😋 When we arrived our waitress Katrina asked if it was a special occasion so when they brought out dessert my cake had a candle in and they sang Happy Birthday. It was such a lovely touch.

Had our first meal at Beefalo last night and it was superb. Both the Lamb Cage and Texas Steak were cooked to perfection 👌🏼 Good sized portions too. Very friendly staff, both waitresses and manager. The steak was really nice when we visited earlier in the month. We had a seafood platter and king platter to share. There was a lot of meat on the king platter and meat was very tender. As it was a Thursday, it was really quiet and no one in the restaurant until we were nearly finished. The staff were really friendly and nice to the kids as they played around the table.

Ordered a tomahawk today loved the food , flavours were there, the kind girls merve and Aleesha left us a lovely service, Also recommend the caramel milk cake.

Food was bland. And if you're a Pakistani reading this comment, don't dine in this place as you wouldn't like the food. White girl at the entrance was too talkative with my husband, she should just do her job and have respect for women. Otherwise, it was a very nice atmosphere!

Where do I start, this place is really a hidden jewel in Bolton. The food was amazing, 10/10 & the customer service was so lovely. Alisha gave us the warmest welcome & provided the sweetest company. The best dinner I have had in the UK. As a Turkish woman I can say the kofta is the exact traditional recipe💯 Sides are delicious, baklava is perfect. The atmosphere is stunning. The all staff are kind and friendly. I'm sure I'll come here regularly from now on. Highly recommend !!

Best steak house in Bolton. The chips are tender and exquisite. The drinks are cool (cold) and colourful. Most restaurants I go to don't really take time. But this restaurant takes its time and also makes it feel special. Me and my children love going here and know it as a family place. We can always rely on this place to make our day. It really is on fire.( Alisha and alif were our waiters and they made me want to come again)

Second time here and once again the experience was amazing. Food was impeccable the service from the staff couldn’t be faulted (our table server was Katrina and she was so attentive and catered to our every need).
