KFC in Ribble Valley

Went through the drive through and ordered a mega box! Nothing mega about it!!! Got home to find gravy and boneless piece of chicken missing!! Is it so difficult to put 5 items ordered in a box, they took long enough to check it, totally miss managed kfc!!!!

Have to say this is not one of the best KFCs not only service but quality of food and the new so called seasoned chips are awful and should be given the choice of ordinary fries or seasoned but just can't recommend seasoned terrible. The chicken 3 piece meal greasy and under cooked not a goid experience at all.

Never been to a more disorganised kfc in my life. Not to mention the disgusting state of the restaurant with more food leftovers on the floor and no sign of any staff attempting to clear it up. Fast food it is not! And to top it off was told they didn’t have any chicken ready for at least 20 minutes. How hard is it when that’s all they serve. Third time it’s happened gave them another chance but won’t be going back !!

The slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. I sat for over 40 minutes to get my food, and even then they still got the order wrong. I could have hatched a chicken, let it grow and deep fried it in the time it took this lot. An absolute disgrace.

Takes for ever to get served,plus always getting order wrong,KFC is getting expensive for what you get,this place is probably the quietest kfc I have ever been to ?? I wonder why !

Absolute shambles - queue is twenty minutes long, they take one order at a time. All the staff clearly don’t want to be there, all clearly students. No electronic ordering system, I wonder how this place is still going.

I made two separate orders at the drive thru, I was handed my childrens meal and my drink for my second order to be told that everything and waved off. I got all the way home to find my meal was missing and I’d only received my drink. I called to question this and was greeted by an awful rude man on the phone telling me I couldn’t pick my order back up as it’s my fault I drove away without my meal. To then try to tell me it was my fault and I’d only be given a discount for my meal. I explained I’d been handed my drink and told that was everything, when I arrived home I did not have my food to which I was argued with and he told me I’d ordered the Pepsi in my first order which I did not. So I was charged for two drinks, received one and missed out on my meal. I had to argue with this man over the phone to try to let me pick my meal up without being charged for ten minutes. The worst most awful customer service I have ever received - this man should not be allowed to work in customer service. Everyone else at the store was lovely - wish I had his name because I would be making a formal complaint.

Was first in line and waited ten minutes to order, had to point to the screen because he said we don’t serve that, it was right there in front of him, paid, twenty minutes later still no food but the guy behind us got his order before us, ffs,I just left because I was so angry, the staff were more concerned with drive thru orders, pathetic,and most of the tables were littered with trash. AVOID!

This place gets worse and worse. Today we queued for ages (c 20 mins), nobody attending the payment window, so drove around to what is usually the collection window to order. Waited whilst they prepared our meals, only to get home and find not one meal was what we’d ordered. What we did get was dry, looked like it had been cooked ages ago and pretty much just awful. My daughter didn’t even attempt to eat hers. I will take the kids to McDonalds across the road from now on. What the hell has happened to this store? I had to leave one star but it’s not even worth that!

Not even 1 star very bad service last two times queued up to be told not available one was half an hour in a car queue to be told out of burgers offered popcorn of wings instead cancelled and got a refund but lost half an hour stuck in a queue to be told out of stock! The other was a bucket and asked for at least two pieces to be breast. Waited only to be told later no breast we cancelled and got money back. Felt ‘played’ on both occasions to sell off whatever they had. Attitude stinks how disappointing - what has happened to KFC we won’t go there again.

The consistent high quality and service never changes. I never thought we would see queues around the block for KFC, but we do now!

My wife and I had another good lunch whilst on our way home from shopping, a lot of cars going into the drive-in, so we parked up and went into restaurant to order then took the food back into the car and really enjoyed it. Very quick and friendly service and very polite, I had the Zinger meal with regular fries and a Black Americno and my wife had the Megabox which consisted of chicken pieces, chicken gravy and regular fries and in her words a nice brew of tea. Enjoy

This is by no means a bad KFC, but without fail, every single time I come here, I am not given napkins, salt or wipes for after. Today, I specifically asked the girl at the window whether these items were in the box. She said yes. When I pulled up to eat my food, they weren’t in there. I wasn’t so annoyed about the items themselves as I expect this now, but the fact this staff member blatantly lied to me infuriates me. I always end up having to drive home with greasy hands because the staff here can’t be bothered to put necessities in the box/bag with your food. They clearly need retraining. SORT IT OUT KFC

Popped in here whilst passing by and what a lovely pleasant stop it was!Food was piping hot and clearly all fresh, service was nice a quick, but what took me by surprise the most was the staff. Usually in fast food restaurants the customer service is just bog standard but the gentleman serving behind the counter couldn’t do enough for us! The only problem is I didn’t catch either of there names Will certainly pop in if I’m ever passing by again!

Been here many times,never really busy but service has got better,good chips now,food is very hot which is a must with chicken,overall quite good,not keen on the toilets which has a strange mixed arrangement which our family do not like.

There is no hope for this place. Service is a shambles. Totally disorganised. Three poor visits in a row. Not again. Slow confused incompetence.

Service was very slow We waited about 10/15 minutes after ordering to receive food Initially they missed gravy off our order & said they had run out . Couldn’t refund for gravy but offered an extra drink !!! Why would I want 2 drinks ? The food was reasonable but not as good as other KFC’s I’ve been to The tables in the restaurant all needed wiping as well Overall I don’t recommend and wouldn’t go back to it unless I hear it has improved

As this is our local KFC we have visited a few times (quick easy choice when working late) The place is consistently filthy, and as yet they have never got our order right, missing items, wrong order etc! The chicken is always greasy and slightly under cooked ( the last time it was running pink juices) Lesson now learnt, they are never going to get it right. In future venture further and eat a decent KFC.

Staff where rude and also unable to make a chicken burger got home after going through drive thru to find my zinger tower meal was just two hash brown on a bun

Customer service absolutely appalling! Lady who brought food out to the car had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. I thought customers were always right! Not according to her! She was positively rude 😡

Absolutely terrible, dry small over cooked portions, cold chips and gravy missing from order. Even though we live locally we’ll never visit again!

I know it’s KFC but come on this is unacceptable Worst service have ever experienced Wrong order was taken away and give to someone else after my pal had had had his hands on it just unacceptable dirty unhygienic steer well clear

2nd visit to this KFC and our last. Treated the kids to KFC tea on Xmas eve. Went to the drive through and ordered a triple bucket. On arriving home and unpacking, several items were missing (included the extra beans which identified us to the poor woman running around the carpark handing peoples food to them! Wasn’t even particularly busy) had to order a take away when we got home. £23 for a bottle of Pepsi, some chips and 6 pieces of chicken! To top it off my 7 year old has just spent the last hour being sick after eating the chicken. Thought I’d give this place a second chance after a similar experience when it first opened 6 months ago but nothing has improved. My advice would be to use the McDonald’s across the road and AVOID! I’ve never left a negative comment on here but this KFC is very worth of my first.

Just called n for a quick lunch with the wife, the chicken was so greasy it was running out of the bags. Yes the chips are a bit more chunky and quite good, but the chicken never again.

Ordered a large meal, only give me a regular. Food was cold and I never got my side, will not be going again!

We drove to your new KFC lat night. The staff were great, kind and very polite. My duaghter said on the way out rhat wd shold come every weekend. Thankyou Luke

This is genuinely the most poorly operated kfc I’ve ever visited.

Quite literally the worst KFC EVER! Been a few times since it opened and something is always wrong. Missing food that we’ve payed for, slow service, poor quality food...the list goes on! Not going back again!

Cone and visit what must surely be the worst KFC ever. This was my fourth visit here and every time I have had problems either with availability of food, speed of service or quality of food. Last night was the last time I will go there - do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I have visited this KFC several times, and each time the service has been very slow. The drive through design is such that there is a window to take your order, and one to collect, however the first window is always shut, leading to huge queues and restless customers. There is no speed from this “fast food” outlet. Every time I visit I get the same response “sorry for your wait” but this really isn’t acceptable. It’s got to the stage where you can’t call in at this KFC for a quick bite for fear that you’ll spend 20 minutes sat in the drive through!

Tried this new KFC twice now,unfortunately we are not impressed,it takes forever to get served,chicken is not very hot,we noticed they don't seem to have one of those covered hot servers that keeps the chicken very hot,in all KFCs,the place is freezing cold,the toilets are quite bizarre,men's and ladies in the same room,sharing sinks,very off putting,we love most KFCs but it's back to Colne for us,much much better.
