Why is this site on just eat etc offering delivery when they have no way to deliver food! I understand being on there for colection but don't offer something you can't do.

Sadly, the staff in here are never friendly or helpful. The experience is always poor and extremely slow. I’ve been on a handful of occasions now and every single time it has been the same. The staff desperately need some customer service training - including the manager of the store. Politeness, helpfulness and friendliness should be a given in a customer facing role like this. Service with a smile and all that. Today’s experience has put me off returning again.

I'm not one to write reviews often, and the number of negative ones I've written in my lifetime could likely be counted on one hand. However, after today's experience, I feel obligated to share. Our food took a whopping 75 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant being less than a 2-minute drive away. I simply can't comprehend how it could take this long, but I might have let it slide if that was the only issue. When the order finally made its way to us, both sandwiches were incorrect, and the drink we ordered was missing entirely. This would have been quite disappointing on its own, but what really irked me was that this was now the fourth consecutive order from here with mistakes. I called the restaurant and was met with what I can only describe as an apathetic attitude. Nevertheless, they assured me a new order would be sent ASAP. Another 45 minutes passed before we decided we had waited long enough and called back to cancel the order, as we were already heading out to get food elsewhere. During this call, I was informed that the delay wasn't their fault and apparently the fault of the Uber driver, and that it would be with us shortly. I reiterated that it was simply too late; it had been a full 2 hours since we initially placed the order, and we were not willing to wait any longer. Eventually, after what I felt was a bit of attitude and some reluctance, I was assured that it would be "sorted out." I assumed this meant a refund, but apparently not, I never received anything back from Subway. This left me with no choice but to escalate the issue with Just Eat for the refund who wouldn't even refund me for the entirely of the order, so I'm now left out of pocket. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once was I offered a genuine apology for the numerous issues, despite what I believe was a reasonable level of understanding given the circumstances. Always liked Subway but after ample chances this was absolutely the last one, won't be going back.

Absolute disgrace the order was late and the food was freezing cold, rung straight away to resolve and they said manager was out on deliveries and woulthen waited over 45 mins for the manager to call me back but I had to ring up again! in which time my partner had to go somewhere else to get food for my 3 children. The manager was rude, cocky towards me and not helping resolve in any way, said well it’s only toasted but the chicken had not even been cooked. Going through just eat to resolve it.

Wount be visiting again .I ordered a melt with steak, mozzarella and Pesto. I sat inside. It had no steak on it and wasn't heated. So not even a melt .an apology would have been better and it correcting instead of questioning me ,the server definently knew I ordered a melt as he asked me if I was OK with the peppers it came with .I feel really grumpy now.

Tried to resolve this evening through the Just Eat app and contacting the shop directly. But I still have not received my food and the restaurant is now closed. AVOID

I use Subway at Longridge frequently and never have any issues. However, today when I received my order, there was basically no salad in my wrap, 2 pickles and 3 pieces of cucumber. This was absolutely dreadful and definitely not worth the cost of it in the slightest.

I've ordered twice from Longridge subway now and both times, they've been really friendly. I think with every new store opening, there are bound to be a couple hiccups at the beginning but for me, it's all been 5*. I hate buying salads but the chicken tikka with almost every veg added, creamy sauce, caramelised onions, extra chicken, mozzarella and extra cheese...It is so tasty!!! You get loads in the box too!! It's 2 days of food for me. My only wish is that you did keto bread so I could enjoy your sandwiches too. Subway, surely you'd make a killing if you provided keto bread. Carbs are my enemy :D anyway, glad you've opened in Longridge and I'll be placing many more orders in future.

Turns out they don't do a normal hot chilli sauce anymore or even the sriracha sauce anymore so all their hot sauces are now just either really sweet or mayo based... ended up getting my sub without sauce and it was the blandest sandwich I've ever eaten. Have it your was unless you want it nice

Went in for the first time today got a mega melt breakfast sub it was awfull the eggs were under done the ketchup wasn't nice eather I didn't feel very well after eating it will not going back. Garlic bread with cheese nicely cooked,nicely sliced went down nicely allhumdullilah. Tub of chilli sauce 😋 not like your normal tub of chilli sauce,full of flavours,which you can taste gives you a kick and doesn't burn your month, (Am not fan of chilli sauce but this one I enjoyed, lol will find out in the morning. Tub of proper medium fat garlic sauce.

We stopped here for some lunch after a walk along the tolkien trail. The staff were really lovely and the service was fab. And the sandwiches were very tasty too 😊 Maybe a bit on the pricey side but very enjoyable meal overall!

Walked in after a 4 hour drive today, didn't know the place, never seen it before and just wanted a drink before driving again. The woman at the bar was super unhelpful and scowled at me the whole way through me ordering our drinks, for £16.40 for two pints i would have expected at least friendly service. I get it I was not in suit but does that deserve to be scowled at and made to feel super unwelcome. We finished our drinks and got the hell out of there as quick as we could. Will never return and have already told my wealthier friends and family not to attend this place
