One of the Worst KFC Experiences - Extremely Disappointed I had an awful experience at the KFC Andover (Northern Avenue) branch on 18/04/2025. I placed a £30.98 drive-thru order, only to find it incomplete and poorly prepared when I got home. Missing items (only 8 mini fillets and hot wings instead of 10 of each) Opened coleslaw – serious food safety concern Cold, greasy chicken with barely any edible meat Soggy, cold fries The food was inedible and a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, customer service was shockingly poor. After reaching out, I was offered just a £12 voucher and received copy-paste responses from their Care Squad, showing no real interest in resolving the issue properly. Totally unacceptable for a national chain. I expected far better. I’ve now had to escalate the complaint further. Avoid this branch - and think twice before trusting their customer care to do the right thing.

Very disappointed with my visit to the Cleveleys store. First of all the new self serve machines. Awkward and somewhat difficult to use, making changes to order was impossible. Didn't show the correct menu so unable to order what was wanted. Second of all the food. As mentioned above not all food was shown on the self serve so wasn't able to order what was wanted. What we did order had BLACK COLOURED HUMAN HAIR on it. After looking through to the back, not a single person was wearing any sort of hair protection be it hair net or beard net. Thirdly staff. Not enough members of staff around. Noone was keeping the seating area clean and tidy. The 2 members of staff behind the till area were too busy chatting away and looked put out when asked a question. Finally reward scheme. I have always been able to use my reward app at this location but since going self serve you no longer accept it. Why have an app you can't use? All in all an extremely disappointing visit to KFC. Get rid of self serve or atleast give the option to order at a till. Implement proper hygiene standards and make sure they are always used. Make sure staff are customer focused and not just chatting away. Sort out your rewards app or just get rid of it. I have previously been a 'mystery shopper' and believe me this would not have come close to passing anything. Im not looking for a voucher or a bog standard apology from a template, I want actual action and things doing. As it stands I'm not thinking of going back to Cleveleys KFC for the foreseeable and will be informing others of my experience aswell.

Got to be honest now, this KFC ( at Latchford, Warrington ) has put me off using KFC anywhere. The last two times has been down to staff attitude. A couple of years ago they were friendly and helpful. No customers in the premises today. I don't like to use the ordering machines, as I get the impression that the customer cannot find the best value on them. KFC pricing seems to bamboozle you with different options, possibly designed to confuse the customer in to over paying. When I pointed out what I consider to be an anomaly on the price, I said that you don't appear to be helping the customers get the best prices. Putting that comment to the member of staff on the counter, she replied that it wasn't her, the company set the price. She didn't seem to get that when I said " you don't appear ", that because she was the face of the company, I was suggesting KFC and not her personally. She didn't want to be helpful and told me to use the ordering machine, because it was no different trying to order at the counter. Obviously I was disturbing her whilst hanging about around the counter. What was my problem with the anomaly?? Nearly everywhere you buy something ( not just JFC ) you get better value the more you order. 3 pieces of chicken £5.49. 6 pieces of chicken £11.49. Therefore, 3 pieces of chicken x two portions = £10.98, which is £0.51 pence cheaper than buying the 6 pieces. Decent companies who want to give their customers the best value, should be pointing that out and give the customer better value for the larger order. The customer shouldn't have to scrutinise the prices to make sure they are not being unnecessarily over charged. My order was for my grandchildren and because of the couldn't care less, unhelpful attitude, I left and took my business elsewhere. ( as I did on my previous visit, when they told me that the drive through was closed, after sitting in the queue behind another vehicle/customer, who they served ) This encounter therefore took me to McDonald's, at the Poplars service station next to the A50/M56/M6. The staff there are always so polite and courteous. Maybe the KFC manager at Latchford would do well to drive up the road and pay it a visit, see and learn how a customer should be treated and pass that information on to his substandard members of staff, it would certainly help to retain customers business.

Never again!! Did a drive through for a treat for my 83 year old mother and her sister. Ordered a boneless banquet, which was OK. However, the two pieces of chicken that made up my mother's Colonel's Meal were both drumsticks. One drumstick could be expected... TWO was just a let down. Never again!! I will not be returning to this KFC.

This is the third occasion my family has witnessed the poor and nasty service offered by this KFC outlet. No toilet facilities was provided. Staff said Toilet is out of order. My 5 year old almost wee on his body. The environment was untidy and dangerous. (Liquid was spilled on the floor we met it uncleaned and despite calling the attention of the staff twice..the spill was left un cleaned throughout our stay on the premises. Health and safety was compromised on this occasion.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC Gatwick. The food was very cold , the staff were unhelpful, and the place was messy. To top it off, I received a £60 fine from MET Parking despite not overstaying! The parking system is clearly flawed, and there’s no accountability. I tried to appeal, but it’s a complete nightmare. Avoid this place unless you want overpriced chicken and an unjust parking fine to ruin your day!

KFC Towcester, Northampton - Review The KFC in Towcester offers a generally positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The food is freshly cooked, which is always a big plus, and the interior of the premises is clean and well-maintained. Additionally, having onsite parking is convenient for customers. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. While the inside is spotless, the outside of the premises could use some attention, as it leaves much to be desired. Another significant issue is the ladies’ toilet door not closing properly, which makes the facilities unusable for some customers—a concern that needs addressing promptly. Overall, it’s a good spot for fresh food and friendly service, but these minor issues, especially the restroom situation, slightly detract from the experience.

Absolute shocker again! Ordered inside and ordered a fillet tower burger for me and a fillet tower burger meal for my daughter amongst other things when I got home and checked fries were missing and I'd been given a fillet burger not a tower. Its every time I go it's wrong I usually take it back and get them to correct it, I once had to go back 3 times before they managed to get it somewhere near right. It's the last time I'll go as i usually just go elsewhere but thought I'd give it one last try.

Dirty restaurant , no condiments etc on the counters… Awful - £10 for a boneless banquet… should be sued under the trades description act… or renamed “the borrowers boneless banquet” honestly the meals have shrunk and the prices risen… absolute waste of money, miss millies next time

We were so impressed with the service and cleanliness of this KFC during our visit in early January 2025. The manager took our order at the till and was so helpful. We needed a change to the usual chicken burger and the manager couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Also, when we have visited this restaurant in the past, it has been a bit on the grubby side, but this time, it was spotless and the staff were keeping on top of clearing tables. I was really impressed, it made for a very positive dining experience.

Este debe ser uno de los lugares más sucios que sirve comida que he visitado , basura dejada en las mesas por los clientes perezosos y el personal . Cuando ves lo mal que está dirigido el lugar , te hace preguntarte la forma en que se prepara la comida y la falta de higiene alimentaria. No hará una visita de regreso
