Cuando llegamos un niño estaba causando un pequeño disturbio. El miembro del personal que trataba con el muchacho era respetuoso pero firme y rápidamente lo acompañó fuera. Pedimos nuestra comida y nos sentamos a comer, pero sentimos que nos habĂamos equivocado de orden porque no habĂa especias en el zinger. El miembro del personal con el que hablamos era increĂble y rehecho y mejorado nuestras hamburguesas y añadiĂł un poco de salsa picante (que nos dejĂł probar primero). Incluso nos ofreciĂł papas frescas.

No. These “cronuts”, as they are actually croissant donuts, are extremely dry with cream oozing out of one area. The cream is thin and almost watery. I brought 3, as id researched on the website and walked the entire of Bluewater to find this place. Disappointing & expensive. As other reviews have said, go to Krispy Kreme for your donuts!

Place is absolutely dirty, last 20 minutes since I was here no one cleaned the tables and floor, toilet is disgusting. Pepsi max is completely flat, not carbonated at all probably run out of CO2 or other equipment issue, staff seems to have no idea about it at all, drink was replaced but exactly the same, staff not apologetic. I can see other customers leaving full drinks behind on the table

Awful service. Rude people. I went to store, ordered 3 meal deal. Came home it was 2 meals but drinks was 3. I explained this to manager, instead of apologising, she was rudely saying come with your receipt and collect missing burger. I was 20 minute drive, horrible traffic towards that side at 6pm. On top of this they have not give me my receipt. I asked if they can deliver. She refused that too. As a customer, I had paid but not get the meal. On top of that I have received rude reply from the manager. Awful. Will be making formal complain to head office. Number 1 they should give receipt regardless customer asks or not. Number 2 if they made mistake they should apologise Number 3 they should compensate their mistake, I shouldn’t be punish for their mistake. They all need training. Avoid if you could.

Really gone downhill, chips are cold and soggy with only chip spice in the top part of the bag usually in a blob. The chicken on the platter was overcooked and very black . Really disappointed as my kids used to love the food from here

I honestly don’t know why I ordered from here again on a delivery site because what ever I order it always wrong! But I thought you know they might have changed 🤦‍♀️. Order arrived ordered a meal deal only got the sandwich no crisps or drink etc. Ordered a plain ham sandwich it came with cheese all melted in so she could not eat it. Ordered crisps and a cookie for her they didn’t arrive either. Staff there are either incompetent or can’t read a receipt or both! Give up won’t order again. Linthwaite shop 100 times better than this one.

Subway - Harlesden branch Address: 34C High St, London NW10 4LS, United Kingdom I don't usually waste my time making complaints, but I had to publicly declare my disgust at the Subway - Harlesden branch, of the creepy employees gave the worst service ever. This creepy disgusting employee who made our order (deliveroo order number 2151) was so horrible, nasty and screeching when I raised my complaint. Simple - we order for our staff weekly orders as a treat, usually ordering the same items each time, previously had NO issues until today! Today however, this lady who made our order had the audacity to say YES it's perfectly fine to put BARELY a spoon of tuna filling into a wrap, it was an insult, and my staff just binned it, as they were offended. Her response, was not to apologies, but to DEFEND IT! She shouted at me, told me that I was wrong to complain and that it's was acceptable, I mean really? It's just the way she had the audacity to defend it. Money is no issue here. Its plain common sense, that a customer does not want to be insulted, nor forced to accept a crap order, thinking a tiny smidge of tuna in an empty wrap will suffice! She needs to be fired to be honest, nasty rude lady she was, and she disconnected the call, did not allow me to finish my sentence and continued to be arrogant and unapologetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM Subway - Harlesden branch ! AVOID, SAVE YOUR PENNIES AND ORDER ELSEWHERE - THIS BRANCH IS NOT RECOMMENDED. GO LOOK AT THE PHOTO OF THE 'TUNA WRAP' ... barely any tuna, NO salad, paying nearly ÂŁ7 for this?? HAHAHHA your joking right? AVOID !!!!

The grapes weren’t very sweet. These were fromBrazil . They describe these as sweet and crisp, I would say crisp very bland grapes. These are the 375g white grapes.

So slow !!!! Took like 40 mins to get a simple order of hot wings and on top of that they forgot my drink , the manager then accuses me of already finishing my drink before I could inform them , food was alright although they could do much better considering the location
