Total chaos, unhelpful staff, food just thrown in the bag - my chicken burger had collapsed and the fries were all over the bag, food tepid and really poor value

Ordered a box meal, only half of the items arrived. They refunded the extra items but I was at work and hungry for the rest of the day. Extremely poor customer service.

First time in a KFC for a long time for a takeout as I was in nearby Premier Inn. Self service ordering fine except a common problem with no receipt being issued but my order number easy to remember. Food quality pretty decent, chicken fillets/popcorn chicken, beans,fries,chilly dip and an orange juice. All food red hot, not greasy and tasty back in my room so a big tick to be fair.

Got my food, tasted nice. I looked at reviews beforehand and didn’t dare check the toilets, and I’m not the kind of person to sit in and eat. Regardless, the staff at the register was very polite and while I didn’t get my desired drink or any side in my meal, it was replaced with something else and I appreciated the apology and attempt to replace it. All around a pleasant experience, even if the ordering systems weren’t working and occasionally the wait times can be frustrating.

Back again! Only come here if you are desperate... me and my friend came to grab lunch... 3 people noticed us but didn’t come to serve us. The lass that served us was very nice but service is so slow and shocking. It would be less painful being fried with the chicken than waiting around in here.

Although the food was nice and fresh, we had to go back to ask for plates and cups, and the single toilet was disgusting!! At 1pm on a Sunday, the toilet reeked of stale urine and the floor was sticky with it from the night before! There was no toilet paper, which again I had to ask staff for, and the lock was hanging off the door by loose screws leading directly into the “restaurant”. Not much seating available, and the staff just looked fed up and demoralised. Would not recommend unless you’re wanting to grab and go!

I love KFC but this is by far the worst KFC I have ever ate in. No I'm wrong, it's the most disgusting place I have ever ate in. Ordered a chicken salad with chips and the lettuce in the salad was not fresh and going out of date. The floor was filthy! Wrappers from subway, napkins and food all over the floor. The tables had sauce on them and looked as if it had been left that way for a good few hours. There was no napkins at all. The toilet was disgusting with poo on the toilet, I didnt use the toilet but I felt disgusting just washing my hands. I would rather wash the bottom of my shoes on the way out of that place rather than the way in. Absolulty diabolical! I will be surprised if me and my partner are not unwell come tomorrow due to the horrendous hygiene. Never again.

Came in to grab some quick food after a long day with the family. Wish I hadn't bothered. Served by the rudest and most miserable looking girl. Asked her for some sauce and she just gave me a dirty look, grunted and pointed at a bucket in front.. no words just rude. No wonder KFC is dying out if you give customer service like this- looking at the reviews I can see I am not the first to waste my time in here, fast food does NOT equal rubbish service. Maybe try learning a thing or 5 from your neighbours at McDonald's & Burger king.

Just waited nearly 20mins for my order which was only a Zinger Tower meal! Would have been more understanding if the place was busy, but there was 8 people in, and all of us was getting angry (1 guy even got a refund as he was waiting longer) Really shocking and the servers didn't even look that bothered.

I had never stopped to eat at this KFC until today because I had heard bad things. Needless to say it was disgusting. I got the tower burger, and the hash brown on the burger was soggy, soaked through with tomato ketchup that had obviously been sitting there for at least an hour, the chicken was cold, and my Diet Pepsi was room temperature. After telling the girl behind the counter that the drink was flat, she simply took the cup and put some ice in it... which, obviously didn’t carbonate my drink? I’m never coming back here, and assuming it’s a franchise, I think the owner needs to seriously rethink about what kind of business their running, you must be losing so much money!

Normaal zou ik geen recentie schrijven over een fastfood tent als KFC want je weet wat je krijgt. Maar voor deze maak ik een uitzondering. Het personeel was zo druk bezig met bezorg-bestellingen dat ze na 10 minuten nog niet doorhadden dat er klanten stonden te wachten om te bestellen. Genoeg andere eettenten in de buurt waar je beter terecht kunt.

I waited like 10 minutes to be served on my lunch break , I was the only one at the counter and was seen and blatantly ignored! People behind me walked out. Your staff need to learn some good customer service.

We tried to get served in this kfc ,only to be kept waiting so long to get served we finally walked out. There were 3 or 4 staff behind the counter totally ignoring the customers to busy chatting and mucking around.This seams to becoming the norm at all KFCs lately. We attempted to visit saturday 15th Dec at about 2pm
