Nice breakfast and friendly service from Henry.

Having just had an evening at Pitcher and Piano I have resolved to not return. The experience of dining in what can only be described as a nightclub was awful and totally unnecessary. The music was unbearably loud and jolting all evening with not a moments rest leaving all of our table with a headache as we left. The food was below average and very basic across the board. Chicken tenders and chips on the adult menu was lukewarm and devoid of any flavour or interest. I didn’t think serving the accompanying sauces alongside the dish in paper cups helped either. Prices way above what was served. Unfortunately given the volume of the venue it was a waste of time to try and raise this with anyone at the time. All in all a disappointing and unreasonably loud evening and one I don’t wish to repeat. If you enjoy a meal and conversation try somewhere else!

Emma was great with the group. Half the group were doing bottomless brunch while the other half weren't but she made sure we all got all the food and drinks we wanted the whole time. Great service thank you!

Bowl of chips was expensive and crisps had run out. Service friendly and efficient at bar but not available at tables which was surprising as more people outside than in being a beautiful day.

Went on a banging Saturday night. Our waitress, Emma, was superb and made sure we had a good time. We had a teen with us but they accommodated us as we left by 9pm. Definitely a cracking atmosphere and tasty food, with good service.

Had a wonderful time here! We’re not from Newcastle so it was really lovely to find this place for dinner. Food was really tasty, atmosphere was great and the staff, especially Emma, were very friendly and helpful! 10/1 would come again!

We had a brilliant night! It was booked for a corporate meal, visitors were over from the US so the outlook onto the river and atmosphere were amazing! Our server (apologies I cannot remember her name) was fantastic, attentive, nothing was a problem and we got our food and drinks in a timely manner. Food was sooo good too! We will defo be back!

Went here the other day with friends and was served by Kamil he was absolutely amazing and provided really warm service!

The desserts and hot beverages were top notch and the service was impeccable. Kamil was accommodating and helpful.

Had a great time first time here using wheelchair most accessible place on quayside. Food great atmosphere great and BEX are server was great very attentive to my needs definitely be back.

First time at Pitcher & Piano, and we'll be back! Stopped in for an early Sunday lunch: we both had sea bass which was brilliant. Service was outstanding: we were looked after by a young lady called Bex, who was friendly, helpful and very professional. All round great experience: thank you!

Food is lovely, the venue is perfectly placed, and my server Emma was incredibly attentive to our table throughout and very helpful!

Very nice place by the river, near the Gateshead Millennium Bridge. When we arrived, a female artist was performing—singing and playing the guitar—which was a lovely touch. The cocktails were excellent, and so was the service- thank you Bex :)
