Very good overall and quick delivery but forgot a part of the order

Quick service staff friendly and helpful

They gave me actual chicken instead of boneless chicken in my boneless banquet meal box.

The delivery time constantly changed and it took over 30 minute for the order to be accepted which meant over an hour for delivery. Ridiculous

the driver was lovely quick and the food was deliciously hot! so much better from city centre than coegarw YES I would definitely recommend and please tell your driver that I had no change and for this I'm sorry ! I've never had such hot quick food before thankyou justeat

Staff need more training because when ever I take my order there is always something missing and it wast busy so they did have time to check my order.

Ordered a fillet burger. Bread was rock hard. It was stale. Hardly any lettuce, a slither of mayo and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I’m very easy going when it comes to food but hands down this is the worst burger i have ever had from KFC. Dont bother with this place, go to Jollibee next door.

Disgusting From the premises to the staff. The room is so small that 5-6 guests already feel uncomfortable. The attitude of the staff is simply no. In any case, whether you want to eat in a restaurant or take out, they will give you everything in a package, a glass of Pepsi will be filled with its contents. The only thing that is normal is food that is more or less at the same level

the food was cold and dry chips were inedible . the chicken was fairly tasteless and cold . I assumed it had been there for ages before delivery pretty poor this time unfortunately will ake me to think to not order again pretty poor food tonight

freshly fried, crispy and tender chicken, nicely cooked rice and nice salad. tables and floors were dirty though. it was not even busy. the staff were just standing around, couldve cleaned. tuesday afternoon.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from here where they’ve missed entire box meals/combos.

Ordered 2 mini fillet chickens and 2 chips only received 1 of each

The driver went the entire way across Newcastle before delivering my food, could have left it at the KFC and picked it up on the way back, instead it sat at the bottom of the back, crushed and now freezing

The delivery driver wouldn’t deliver my food upstairs to my flat he was very angry whilst on the phone. He made me go down stairs with my children to get our food. A paid for delivery which means to be dropped off at my front door not making me drag my children out of bed to go down stairs to car park whilst he sat in his car. Very upset about this order.

The food was an hour and a half late and freezing cold. Nobody gave any explanation as to why.
