Drive through height bar twatted my camper. It's less than stated height on the sign

Food is not very nice when delivered, gave many chances but won’t be ordering again, food that was sent out to me was bad and give me an upset stomach the next day, not what I need with a newborn to look after, was just ment to be a quick treat meal, never again and I couldn’t get a refund on Uber eats either. Hi thanks for the reply but the email address is invalid?

Waited over 2 hours for you to deliver then you just cancel the order. Useless.

What an aboustle joke this has been after today I won't be using just eat again. Ordered food at 5.25 and it's just come now it's not very warm. The delivery lad has left cowgate and been to town and everything before he got to my house. He said be had a flat tire I don't believe it surely he would have had the decense to tell I had to message him nearly an hour to deliver. Had a problem a couple of weeks ago and now again tonight

I have not received my order, the driver told us he delivered to the wrong address and gave us the wrong contact info to call him. Not happy with this one bit, I expect a refund or my food in due time

really pleasant delivery person, food arrived hot on time and exactly what I ordered

food not very hot i had to warm up in oven but tasted ok just on limit to complain but since normally my orders are ok I will let this 1 go

But drivers always go wrong way as they don’t follow the Thad or nap but follow a sat nav which is wrong.

Manager at KFC cowgate needs more training, watching her walk away whilst someone was still talking is just rude!

Although, it was technically on time that was because they kept chnging the time making the delivery 30 minutes later than originally stated. The food was fine as it always is but the experience was marred by the wait.

It was extremely cold when it got here, very disappointing and for what I paid I think it should have been better

Didnt recieve any food said deliverd have cameras to show evidence off him not attempting to deliver and he didnt even try to ring so hope you enjoy all the food u kept to yourself

Chicken was soggy and had clearly been lying for a while. Not even edible

Ordered thought the app, no problem. Asked to park up, took another 25 mins for food to be brought out. After waiting that long you would have thought it was freshly prepared....oh no! Fillet burger must have been there since breakfast(like the photo in another review), hot wings were cold(oh the irony) I could understand if there was a queue at the drive through. On a plus point, won a mini fillet on the app.....oh wait! Maybe not.

Service poor... i had to go out to the delivery car to collect then i had to come back in the house upstairs to my computer to get a secret code before i could get my food... not impressed and this is a silly system

This is the second time I ordered food from KFC from this point and been charged for drink but it's missing. Not happy at all and I want my money back.

Fast delivery and good friendly driver

Food was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. I was there for an hour and the staff came out to clean 3 or 4 times in that space of time.

I am unhappy that I order all the time and my fries were not received which was half of the meal and my request for a refund was declined

Would leave less stars if possible. Has been 2 hours since food ordered, and has just been marked as delivered - no food received here. We are now left hungry and £40 out of pocket! Avoid.

I asked the courier for the drink that should have been with my order, and he said it was in the paper bag. However, this was not the case. Also, the extra piece of chicken I bought was so small that it wasn't worth the money.

Wrong item sent I requested a boneless bucket! Items missing coleslaw. Items paid extra for and missing 4 cookies & popcorn chicken. Food looked like it had been kicked around a few times them delivered. Just not nice at all, poor service all around.

The chicken bucket was salty but everything else was good

Terrible. This was a delivery order. All the food was overcooked. Dark brown coating on chicken which was bordering burnt. Inedible.

Happier with this branch compared to others as the chicken is halal. Food was tasty as usual and the restuarant was clean and tidy. Service was very friendly. They have a security guard as an extra measure though I've never witnessed any trouble here (same with a nearby mcdonalds).

Waiting time was a little long but I don’t mind at all because everything I ordered was fresh and hot. Love the seasoning they put on the chips too. Everything was perfect 👌🏻

paid £3 for chips n get about 8 chips and there were cold. Chicken was chewy.

Shocking my order was missing chips from both order and the burger was the incorrect burger and just eat would compensate me put me off kfc order on just eat now lost a loyal customer very upset I was hungry after a hard day at work and didn’t even get a full meal that I paid for 😞😕🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s not even 9.30 and it says my food had been delivered should of been delivered an hour and a half ago

As usual, everything was perfect, (popcorn chicken meal with extra popcorn chicken) one of our favourite meals.

Missing cookie my main thing I wanted

I like a bit of fried chicken and been through a few in Newcastle, but the one for me so far was the best, clean when you walk in (was 3pm though) but as for food, KFC is pretty standard so you normal know what you are getting

Ordered 5:45pm for delivery 7pm. Delivered 7:55pm.

Since when did KFC get so expensive? I’m not a cheapskate or one to complain but dear me. I ordered mash, gravy, pop corn chicken and a Pepsi max, I got the smallest tubs and it cost me nearly £12 but I was at the drive through in the passenger side so had I’d have realised how much I’d have just cancelled it, it wasn’t until I checked my online banking I realised how much it was. They didn’t even give me a receipt, seems like they charged me for large everything and give me small. Every experience I’ve had with KFC has been poor.

We order from here regularly and can't fault the quality or the delivery.

I have yet to have an order from this restaurant arrive and be correct. And was tonight told that they don’t see the order notes, they’re only seen by the driver…. Which is nonsense!

Food was freezing cold nothing was fresh half my order was missing the packing was horrendous gravy spilt everywhere in the bag. This is the third time this has happened from here. I demand a full refund for this.

Everything was freezing cold, which isnt surprising as watching the driver on the map he appeared to go round the full outskirts of Newcastle to get here, instead of just straight down the road!

I think today’s visit for takeout has finally broken me of my guilty pleasure of enjoying KFC chicken. To be fair it is never consistently good or bad so it’s a bit of a gamble but today was the worst. Chips were stale and the chicken was so so so dry I couldn’t swallow it. So there you are, you’ve cured me, I suppose I should thank you really.

I have just spoken to Phil the Manager at KFC Cowgate as I ordered the Kentucky Mayo Twister wrap deal but they sent Smokey BBQ but I’m allergic. He said to inform you also as I have been unable to eat them.

Got none of my sides and chis were cold and chicken was just warm so very dissatisfied. Rang shop and all he said was contact just eat for refund. So no gravy and no beans and get on with with it might aswell said.

Amazing food! Chicken was golden brown and crispy.

I asked for a zinger stacker burger without sweet chili sauce and without supercharged mayo, I got both in mine But the chips were crispy and tasted good And the hot wings also tasted good All in all food is good

Ordered 4 signature fries NOT DELIVERED. They also put 3 gravy puts with 4 dipping item which I didnt ask for, they should have put different dippings. Never order for delivery, go to the branch and order there so you make sure all items are put in your bag.

Half our meal is missing ordered a hot wings meal 10pc and got 3 pieces of chicken a zingers super changer burger and got a burger with cheese and sauce the chips are like cardboard that’s been in the freezer for 2 weeks and only let out… absolute joke £42 wasted

Food was cold and stale. Chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a hot lamp for hours and definitely wasn’t fresh. Very disappointing when spending as much as £50.00

I was disappointed with my experience at KFC yesterday. It was clear that drive-through and takeout customers were prioritized over dine-in guests. Despite ordering just six wings for dine-in certainly not a complicated order I had to wait an unreasonably long time for my food. Additionally, as a dine-in customer, I expected my food to be served on a tray, not in a bag. Serving dine-in meals in a bag felt lazy and unprofessional, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Also, Please ensure that the restaurant tables are cleaned regularly to maintain a pleasant dining environment. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall customer experience.
