One drink can missing from order ….disappointed

didn't arrive after waiting over 2hrs. then said delivery made. no where to be seen

the fillet tower was overcooked, hardly any lettuce or sauces, I had to dip it in the pot of gravy to softem the bun too. everything else was real tasty.

Over cooked dry chicken and dark brown chips very disappointing. Will order from different KFC from now on

Was cold , Ordered a box meal . Didn’t come in a box . Delivery drivers need to use those insulated bags

when I placed my order it said it would be 15-30 minutes. As soon as the order was submitted it came up saying 57 minutes and fluctuated up and down until it was given to the courier. Delivery driver was quick from receipt and arrived promptly. False advertisment on speed of service.

Food wasn’t nice at all. The chicken was dry and the chicken fillet was very thin and we got around 6 chops each.

Order was freezing it took 2 hours to come yous have missed tango and orange juice

They either ignore you or prioritise food delivery people over customers in the shop itself. Then they miss stuff of the orders more times than not

Fry and poppers were small, at the restaurant get a lot more fries and poppers at a lower cost.

terrible ordered food on Uber was missing items when it arrived and the items that were there tasted like a car tyre I contacted Uber and they told me wasn’t eligible for a refund as they normally do not the only time I have had a problem with this store the store in town is so much nicer

The delivery driver handed over the bag after he took the code off us and the entire bag was ripped and all food fell out! Cant fault the food or restaurant but handover was a disgrace and not handed over with care at all

Compré comida para mi nieto. Disgustado con lo que consiguió. El cartón más pequeño de palomitas de pollo. Una pequeña porción de frijoles horneados una pepsi y un jacuzzi. El menú decía palomitas de maíz con lado. Supuse que era con papas fritas. ¿Quién se imaginaría que le darían una tina muy pequeña de frijoles? Absoluta desgracia. Mal valor. Sin duda no recomendaría a nadie entrar allí. Deberían avergonzarse. No le habría dado estrellas si fuera posible

got order got the just eats offer got 4 fillet burgers with 4 fries and not one of the fillet burgers had a top on not one of them ,this is the second time I've been let down by one of the special offers ! if you notice how much I ordered as opposed to now n this is the final thing,,,no more deluveroo here we come !

Too much Tomato Sauce in the Burger for me, the delivery Driver didn’t adhere to the directions I put in the delivery notes which meant he went to the wrong spot. When I asked if he read the notes he said he couldn’t read, kind of defeats the object of having delivery notes. Especially when the map is incorrectly showing a different location to my property, by the time the Driver did get to me that’s precious minutes of my food getting colder. My food was barely warm, I was starving so I ate it.

Requested no mayo on the burgers as I have an allergy clearly the staff need to learn how to read as both arrived covered in mayo leaving me not able to eat them. Requested a refund only to be told I can’t have one for food I couldn’t eat. Not the 1st time this has happened but thought I would try again. I’m obviously I was wrong. Avoid at all cost if you have an allergy as they do not read the special requests on the order.
